Abstract
本发明的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,是在发泡水泥墙体上安装了相变百叶窗构成,在轻钢龙骨骨架的两侧分别固定了外层硅酸钙板和内层硅酸钙板,在外层硅酸钙板和内层硅酸钙板之间为发泡水泥浇筑层,外层硅酸钙板外依次设有找平粉刷层和外饰板,内层硅酸钙板外依次设有相变材料和内饰板,相变百叶窗是在方形框架两侧均安装有玻璃,在玻璃夹层内设有相变百叶,使用发泡水泥做阳台的围护结构,重量明显减轻,可以有效减少阳台承重问题,在发泡水泥墙体内侧添加相变材料,既可以减少围护结构的重量,又可以有效增加墙体的储能作用,在保温阳台中添加相变百叶窗,遮阳的同时调节室内温度,降低温度浮动,减少建筑能耗。

本发明属于建筑技术科学领域,主要涉及一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术。
背景技术
保温阳台是建筑物室内的延伸,是居住者储存物品、摆放盆栽的场所,其设计需要兼顾实用与美观的原则,阳台可以使居住者房屋面积增加、还可以变成宜人的小花园,使人足不出户也能欣赏到自然中的美景,保温阳台是北方建筑中较为常见的部分,在寒冷的北方阳台只有保温做好了,整个房屋的保温效果才会更加良好,阳台保温效果的好坏关乎整个房屋的温暖,现有的保温阳台多为砖砌、或者混凝土浇筑安装的,其自重较大,在建筑承重方面存在较大的隐患,且保温阳台由于其使用性质,在建筑能耗方面仍需改进,但现有发泡水泥存在热惰性欠佳的问题,作为墙体时,其储能效果还有待提高。
发明内容
本发明旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术。
本发明的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,是在发泡水泥墙体上安装了相变百叶窗构成,发泡水泥墙体是由内饰板、相变材料、内层硅酸钙板、发泡水泥浇筑层、轻钢龙骨、连接件、外层硅酸钙板、找平粉刷层、外饰板组成;两层轻钢龙骨通过连接件平行连接形成轻钢龙骨骨架,在轻钢龙骨骨架的两侧分别固定了外层硅酸钙板和内层硅酸钙板,在外层硅酸钙板和内层硅酸钙板之间为发泡水泥浇筑层,外层硅酸钙板外依次设有找平粉刷层和外饰板,内层硅酸钙板外依次设有相变材料和内饰板;所述的相变百叶窗是在方形框架两侧均安装有玻璃,在玻璃夹层内设有相变百叶。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,其特征在于相变百叶是由空腔的金属外壳制成,空腔内填充有相变材料石蜡,相变百叶向阳一侧涂有吸光材料;相变百叶与手动控制系统连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,其特征在于玻璃采用双层Low-e玻璃,玻璃厚度6~10mm,间距180~220mm,相变百叶宽80~120mm,厚度18~22mm,采用铝合金外壳;百叶放置在双层的玻璃之间,相变百叶与双层玻璃间均有40~60mm的间距。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,其特征在于发泡水泥浇筑层的浇筑厚度为180~220mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,其特征在于轻钢龙骨水平方向采用60*40mm的主龙骨,竖直方向采用40*40mm的次龙骨,龙骨层之间的连接件为40*40mm的方钢管。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,其特征在于轻钢龙骨与内层硅酸钙板和外层硅酸钙板之间,采用镀锌螺钉固定,镀锌螺钉的间距应不大于200mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,其特征在于阳台的内层硅酸钙板和外层硅酸钙板厚度均为8~12mm,其间距为180~220mm,内层硅酸钙板与内饰板之间的相变材料为石蜡,其中石蜡通过微胶囊封装技术进行封装。
本发明的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,使用发泡水泥做阳台的围护结构,发泡水泥密度为200kg/m3,是砖密度的1/7-1/8,重量明显减轻,可以有效减少阳台承重问题,在发泡水泥墙体内侧添加相变材料,既可以减少围护结构的重量,又可以有效增加墙体的储能作用,在保温阳台中添加相变百叶窗,遮阳的同时调节室内温度,降低温度浮动,减少建筑能耗,既可以满足严寒地区阳台保温要求,又可以利用相变材料进行储能,调节室内温度的波动。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,是在发泡水泥墙体11上安装了相变百叶窗12构成,发泡水泥墙体11是由内饰板1、相变材料2、内层硅酸钙板3、发泡水泥浇筑层4、轻钢龙骨5、连接件6、外层硅酸钙板13、找平粉刷层7、外饰板8组成;两层轻钢龙骨5通过连接件6平行连接形成轻钢龙骨骨架,在轻钢龙骨骨架的两侧分别固定了外层硅酸钙板13和内层硅酸钙板3,在外层硅酸钙板13和内层硅酸钙板之间为发泡水泥浇筑层4,外层硅酸钙板13外依次设有找平粉刷层7和外饰板8,内层硅酸钙板3外依次设有相变材料2和内饰板1;所述的相变百叶窗12是在方形框架14两侧均安装有玻璃9,在玻璃夹层内设有相变百叶10。
相变百叶10是由空腔的金属外壳10a制成,空腔内填充有相变材料石蜡10b,相变百叶10向阳一侧涂有吸光材料,相变百叶与手动控制系统连接,玻璃9采用双层Low-e玻璃,玻璃厚度8mm,间距200mm;相变百叶10宽100mm,厚度20mm,采用铝合金外壳,百叶放置在双层的玻璃9之间,相变百叶10与双层玻璃9间均有5mm的间距,夏季时,室外温度受太阳辐射温度逐渐升高,百叶窗起到遮阳的作用,减缓室内温度升高,同时采用Low-e玻璃,减少阳光进入室内。
轻钢龙骨5水平方向采用60*40mm的主龙骨,竖直方向采用40*40mm的次龙骨,龙骨层之间的连接件6为40*40mm的方钢管,轻钢龙骨5与内层硅酸钙板3和外层硅酸钙板13之间,采用镀锌螺钉固定,镀锌螺钉的间距应不大于200mm,阳台的内层硅酸钙板3和外层硅酸钙板13厚度均为10mm,其间距为200mm,阳台的内层硅酸钙板3和外层硅酸钙板13之间现浇发泡水泥浇筑层4,其浇筑厚度为200mm,可以有效减少阳台承重问题,发泡水泥为现有技术,公开号为CN103274719A。内层硅酸钙板3与内饰板1之间的相变材料2为石蜡,其中石蜡通过微胶囊封装技术进行封装,外层硅酸钙板13外附找平粉刷层7,找平粉刷层7与外饰板8胶接,内饰板1采用饰面板,也可以是饰面砖、石材、装饰板,外饰板8应采用防水材料,或者做防水处理。
本发明的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,是通过下列步骤如下:
步骤S1:在阳台板上放线,根据放线位置,在阳台板上以及窗台位置安装横龙骨,将轻钢龙骨5的两端均固定在阳台板以及窗台的横龙骨上;
步骤S2:用连接件6将两层轻钢龙骨5焊接成龙骨骨架;
步骤S3:内层硅酸钙板3和外层硅酸钙板13板面上弹线并标出镀锌螺钉固定点,同时预钻凹孔,将内层硅酸钙板3和外层硅酸钙板13用镀锌螺钉分别固定在龙骨骨架的内、外两侧上;
步骤S4::将发泡水泥与水混合后,水温约为40℃,用转速为20r / s的搅拌器搅拌均匀,使其具有较好的稠度,然后加入发泡剂搅拌约5S,迅速将料浆灌注入内层硅酸钙板3和外层硅酸钙板13之间;
步骤S5:在外层硅酸钙板13外侧增加找平粉刷层7;
步骤S6:将外附找平粉刷层7与外饰板8胶接固定;
步骤S7:内层硅酸钙板3与内饰板1之间放置相变材料2石蜡,其中石蜡通过微胶囊封装技术进行封装。
本发明的一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台,夏季时,室外温度受太阳辐射温度逐渐升高,百叶窗起到遮阳的作用,减缓室内温度升高。同时采用Low-e玻璃,减少阳光进入室内。冬季时,白天室外温度受太阳辐射热影响,百叶内以及发泡水泥墙体内侧的相变材料吸收热量发生相变,夜晚室外气温较低,相变材料凝固为固态,吸热性能下降的同时减少了室内热量的散失,使室内温度差减小,相变百叶窗采用了Low-e玻璃,比普通玻璃传热系数低,热量散失减小,加上发泡水泥具有保温作用,减少阳台热量散失,使保温效果更佳。

1.一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,是在发泡水泥墙体(11)上安装了相变百叶窗(12)构成,其特征在于发泡水泥墙体(11)是由内饰板(1)、相变材料(2)、内层硅酸钙板(3)、发泡水泥浇筑层(4)、轻钢龙骨(5)、连接件(6)、外层硅酸钙板(13)、找平粉刷层(7)、外饰板(8)组成;两层轻钢龙骨(5)通过连接件(6)平行连接形成轻钢龙骨骨架,在轻钢龙骨骨架的两侧分别固定了外层硅酸钙板(13)和内层硅酸钙板(3),在外层硅酸钙板(13)和内层硅酸钙板(3)之间为发泡水泥浇筑层(4),外层硅酸钙板(13)外依次设有找平粉刷层(7)和外饰板(8),内层硅酸钙板(3)外依次设有相变材料(2)和内饰板(1);所述的相变百叶窗(12)是在方形框架(14)两侧均安装有玻璃(9),在玻璃夹层内设有相变百叶(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,其特征在于相变百叶(10)是由空腔的金属外壳(10a)制成,空腔内填充有相变材料石蜡(10b),相变百叶(10)向阳一侧涂有吸光材料,相变百叶与手动控制系统连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种由发泡水泥和相变百叶窗组成的阳台保温技术,其特征在于玻璃(9)采用双层Low-e玻璃,玻璃厚度6~10mm,间距180~220mm,相变百叶(10)宽80~120mm,厚度18~22mm,采用铝合金外壳,百叶放置在双层的玻璃(9)之间,相变百叶(10)与双层玻璃(9)间均有40~60mm的间距。
