Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a stopper 72 is disposed at one end of the rotating rod 71 far away from the turntable 7, the diameter of the stopper 72 is the same as that of the large diameter of the rotating groove 61, an elastic member 73 is disposed between one surface of the stopper 72 close to the turntable 7 and one surface of the rotating groove 61 close to the turntable 7, a plurality of grooves 62 with the central axis of the turntable 7 as the rotation center are annularly disposed at one side of the chassis 6 and the turntable 7, the number of the grooves 62 can be determined according to actual use conditions, and the specific description is omitted in this embodiment; the turntable 7 is provided with bumps 74 corresponding to and matching the grooves 62, and the shape, size and number of the bumps 74 are the same as those of the grooves 62, and in this embodiment, the elastic member 73 is a spring.
Through setting up elastic component 73 between stopper 72 and change groove 61, make chassis 6 and carousel 7 mutually rotate and can remain hugging closely each other throughout to maintain the stability between chassis 6 and the carousel 7, utilize simultaneously around setting up the mutual joint between recess 62 on chassis 6 surface and the bump 74 on carousel 7 surface, reuse elastic component 73 cooperation to cooperate, make chassis 6 and carousel 7 can remain stable after confirming required pivoted angle, reduce the change of the ironing angle that the mistake touched and lead to, improve ironing performance certainly.
The springs are kept in a compressed state all the time, the elastic force generated by the elastic coefficient of the springs enables the chassis 6 and the turntable 7 to keep tight and propped against each other, and the salient points 74 can be rotated after being separated from the grooves 62 only by overcoming the elastic force generated by the springs when the turntable 7 is rotated.
In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the groove 62 is a semicircle, and in other embodiments the cross-sectional shape of the groove 62 may be an isosceles triangle or a rectangle.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the telescopic truss 5 includes a plurality of groups of cross arms 51, the middle part of each group of cross arms 51 adopts a structure hinged to each other, and two adjacent groups of cross arms 51 are hinged to each other end to form a folding telescopic structure, two feet of each cross arm 51 positioned at one end of two ends of the telescopic truss 5 are hinged and slidably connected with the mounting seat 4, two feet of each cross arm 51 positioned at the other end of two ends of the telescopic truss 5 are hinged and slidably connected with the chassis 6, and by arranging the plurality of groups of cross arms 51, the cross arms 51 have a simple structure, can provide a larger telescopic stroke and a larger deformability, and meanwhile, the telescopic truss 5 can be completely contracted, so that the whole equipment volume is reduced, and the equipment is convenient to store.
Wherein, scalable truss 5 sets up two at least, parallel arrangement between scalable truss 5, and connect through connecting axle 9 between the scalable truss 5 of adjacent ground, in this embodiment, scalable truss 5 is provided with two, specifically, two scalable truss 5 symmetries set up in the both sides of mount pad 4, make scalable truss 5 atress adjacent ground more even through setting up connecting axle 9, reduce scalable truss 5 because of gravity pivoted possibility, improve scalable truss 5's bending resistance and hang heavy ability to can bear bigger load.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, four sets of cross arms 51 are adopted in the multi-set cross arm 51, two sliding seats 52 are symmetrically arranged on the mounting seat 4 and the chassis 6, specifically, a kidney-shaped sliding hole 521 is formed on each sliding seat 52, one end of the cross arm 51 positioned at one end of two ends of the four sets of cross arms 51 is hinged on the sliding seat 52 on the mounting seat 4, and the other end of the cross arm 51 at the same end is slidingly and rotatably matched in the kidney-shaped sliding hole 521 on the same sliding seat 52; one end of the cross arm 51 positioned at the other end of the two ends of the four groups of cross arms 51 is hinged on the sliding seat 52 on the chassis 6, and the other end of the cross arm 51 at the same end slides and is in rotary fit with a waist-shaped sliding hole 521 on the same sliding seat 52.
The multiple groups of cross arms 51 are hinged with each other in a hinged manner, and after the required horizontal position of the telescopic truss 5 is determined, a user needs to overcome the friction force required by the hinge to generate displacement, so that the telescopic truss can be kept stable.
The implementation principle of the telescopic rod of the iron is as follows: referring to fig. 8, when the steam iron 0 is used by a user, the steam iron 0 is clamped into the iron box 8 through the locking piece 83, the steam hole 06 of the steam iron 0 is aligned with the air outlet 811, the steam iron 0 is started, the driving button 021 on the steam iron 0 is started according to the height of clothes to be ironed, the driving button 021 controls the driving motor 33 to start, the driving motor 33 drives the screw rod 31, the screw rod 31 drives the nut 32 matched with the screw rod 31 to move up and down along the screw rod 31, the nut 32 drives the inner pipe 2 to be unfolded and folded relative to the outer pipe 1, the height of the steam iron 0 is adjusted to the required height, meanwhile, the horizontal position of the telescopic truss 5 is adjusted by moving the handle 02 of the steam iron 0, the angle of the turntable 7 on the chassis 6 and the fan-shaped angle of the iron box 8 on the hinge seat 75 are adjusted, so that the user can not only operate the required vertical height position of the steam iron 0 by using the fully automatic telescopic rod, but also can move the telescopic truss 5 to determine the required horizontal position of the steam iron 0, the angle position of the steam iron 0 and the relative distance between the steam iron 0 and the ironing position are not required, thereby achieving the optimal position of the working state of the steam iron 0, so that the user can save the clothes and have better requirements.
