The following are several embodiments of the novel ironing board 4 of the present invention:
example 1
In order to intuitively understand the positional relationship of the respective components in embodiment 1, the relative positions of the respective components such as "up", "down", "left", "right", "front", "rear", etc. will be described below with reference to the direction of fig. 3, but the present embodiment should not be limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, as a first embodiment of the novel ironing board of the present invention, the novel ironing board includes an ironing board body 41, a movable assembly 42, a clothes hanger assembly 43, at least one stopper, and two anti-shaking blocks (46 and 47). The clothes hanger assembly 43 is movably connected with the ironing board body 41 through the movable assembly 42, and the clothes hanger assembly 43 is extended out of or accommodated in the ironing board body 41 through the relative movement between the movable assembly 42 and the ironing board body 41.
Specifically, two opposite surfaces of the ironing board body 41 are an ironing surface and a mounting surface 411 respectively, and two positioning components (412 and 413) are arranged on the mounting surface 411 of the ironing board body 41. The two positioning members (412 and 413) are oppositely arranged on two opposite sides of the mounting surface 411 in the length direction, and the two positioning members (412 and 413) are oppositely arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting surface 411 by taking the direction shown in fig. 3 as a reference direction.
Both positioning members (412 and 413) include positioning springs b and positioning ribs c. The positioning convex strip c is parallelly installed on the installation surface 411 through the positioning spring b, and the positioning convex strip c can be deformed through the positioning spring b to reciprocate in a direction parallel to the installation surface 411.
Specifically, the movable assembly 42 includes two pins (421 and 422) oppositely disposed on two opposite sides of the mounting surface 411 in the length direction. The two pins (421 and 422) are oppositely disposed on the left and right sides of the mounting surface 411 and are respectively located below the two positioning components (412 and 413) by taking the direction shown in fig. 4 as a reference direction.
In particular, the hanger assembly 43 comprises two hangers (431 and 432) disposed between the two positioning members (412 and 413). One ends of the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) are respectively hinged with the two pin shafts (421 and 422); the non-extending parts of the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) partially extending out of the ironing board body 41 are respectively limited and fixed by the two positioning components (412 and 413), wherein the "partially extending out of the ironing board body 41" means that when the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) extend out of the ironing board body 41 to realize a normal working state of supporting sleeves, the parts of the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) supporting the sleeves are extended, but the extended parts are still on the ironing board body 41 and are not extended, that is, each clothes hanger comprises a sleeve frame d and a rotating arm frame e which are integrally formed, wherein the sleeve frame d can extend out of the ironing board body 41, and the rotating arm frame e cannot extend out of the ironing board body 41. The other end of the rotating arm support e of each clothes rack, which is opposite to one end connected with the sleeve frame d, is hinged with the corresponding pin shaft; and a limit groove f is arranged on the side edge of the joint between the sleeve frame d and the rotary arm frame e of each clothes rack. When the sleeve frame d of each clothes hanger completely extends out of the ironing board body 41, the limiting groove f is clamped with the positioning convex strip c of the corresponding positioning component.
In this embodiment, to ensure the best stability and the simplest structure, it is preferable that the two limit blocks are provided. Specifically, the two limit blocks (44 and 45) are used for respectively limiting the storage positions of the two clothes hangers (431 and 432), are arranged on the mounting surface 411 of the ironing board body 41, and are positioned between the two pin shafts (421 and 422). Preferably, the two limit blocks (44 and 45) are arranged at intervals and are positioned at the middle position between the two pin shafts (421 and 422).
Specifically, the two anti-sloshing blocks (46 and 47) are used for preventing the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) from shaking respectively. The two anti-shaking blocks (46 and 47) are disposed on the mounting surface 411 of the ironing board body 41, and each anti-shaking block is provided with a through hole g penetrating through the anti-shaking block along the extending direction of the two clothes hangers (431 and 432). The sleeve frame d of each clothes rack is arranged in the through hole g in a penetrating mode and can stretch out or contract along the penetrating direction of the through hole g.
In this embodiment, in order to enhance the compactness between the structures, it is preferable that the movable assembly 42 and the two stoppers (44 and 45) provided on the mounting surface 411 are integrally formed with the ironing board body 41.
When the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) in the storage state need to be converted into the extending working state, the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) are respectively rotated along the directions of the left side and the right side of the installation surface 411 of the ironing board body 41, so that the sleeve sleeves d of the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) gradually extend out of the ironing board body 41. When the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) rotate to the state that the positioning convex strips c of the positioning parts are pressed against and the springs are compressed, the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) continue to rotate until the limiting grooves f of the two clothes hangers are opposite to the corresponding positioning convex strips c, the springs are reset to push the positioning convex strips c to be clamped into the corresponding limiting grooves f, and therefore the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) are completely extended out and can be in a normal working state, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
When the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) in the working state need to be converted into the storage state, the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) are pushed in the opposite direction to the above direction, the limiting groove f of the two clothes hangers is separated from the positioning convex strip c clamped with the limiting groove f, the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) are continuously pushed to rotate in the same rotating direction after being separated until the bottoms of the rotating arm supports e of the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) abut against the top surface of the limiting block, and the storage of the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) is finished, wherein the two clothes hangers (431 and 432) in the storage state are arranged in the front and back direction, namely one of the clothes hangers is clamped between the other clothes hanger and the ironing board body 41, as shown in fig. 6.
In addition, the present embodiment 1 has other modified embodiments, for example,
1) changing the structure of each positioning component and each clothes rack, for example, the two positioning components (412 and 413) are both a positioning block; and each clothes hanger comprises a sleeve frame d and a rotating arm frame e which are integrally formed. The other end of the rotating arm support e of each clothes rack, which is opposite to one end connected with the sleeve frame d, is hinged with the corresponding pin shaft. When the sleeve frame d of each clothes hanger completely extends out of the ironing board body 41, the rotating arm support e is abutted against a positioning part corresponding to the rotating arm support e, so that the excessive rotation of the clothes hanger is blocked by the positioning part, and the positioning of the clothes hanger during the extending is realized.
2) The two stoppers (44 and 45) are deleted.
3) The two anti-sloshing blocks (46 and 47) are deleted.
4) The pin hole structure of each clothes hanger is changed into a pin shaft structure, and simultaneously, the two pin shafts (421 and 422) are also changed into a two pin hole structure.
Example 2

In order to make it easy to stably and easily jack up the movable block j when the clothes hanger is extended, so that the positioning gap k of the movable block j facilitates the fastening of the clothes hanger, preferably, an end portion of the movable block j facing the clothes hanger, i.e., a bottom end surface m, of each positioning assembly is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface m is inclined towards the corresponding clothes hanger.
Specifically, the fixing block 56 is used for fixing one of the received clothes hangers, is disposed between the two bases of one of the groups of the base bodies, and has a fixing groove 561 at the top thereof for engaging with one of the clothes hangers. In the present embodiment, the fixed block 56 is disposed between two bases (523 and 524) of one set of bases 522 located on the right side surface of the mounting plate, and is disposed adjacent to one base 523 located above of the two bases (523 and 524), and is located between the two sets of bases (521 and 522).
When the two clothes hangers (531 and 532) in the storage state need to be converted into the extending working state, the two clothes hangers (531 and 532) are respectively rotated along the directions outside the left side and the right side of the mounting surface 511 of the ironing board body 51 to be far away from the mounting surface 511, so that the sleeve sleeves d of the two clothes hangers (531 and 532) gradually extend out of the ironing board body 51. When the two clothes hangers (531 and 532) rotate to the state of pressing against the movable block j of the positioning component to compress the spring i, the two clothes hangers (531 and 532) continue to rotate until the two clothes hangers are clamped into the corresponding positioning notches k in the movable block j, the spring i resets to keep the two positioning components (54 and 55) to respectively clamp the two clothes hangers (531 and 532), and therefore the two clothes hangers (531 and 532) are completely extended out and can be in a normal working state, as shown in fig. 7.
When the two clothes hangers 531 and 532 in the working state need to be switched to the storage state, the movable blocks j of the two positioning assemblies 54 and 55 are pulled upwards to compress the springs i to separate the positioning gaps k from the two clothes hangers 531 and 532, as shown in fig. 9, and then the two clothes hangers 531 and 532 are rotated in the direction close to the mounting surface 511 until one clothes hanger 532 is clamped between the other clothes hanger 531 and the mounting surface 511, namely, the two clothes hangers 531 and 532 in the storage state are arranged in the front and back directions. Finally, the clothes hanger partially located at the outside is engaged with the fixing groove 561 of the fixing block 56, and thus the two clothes hangers (531 and 532) are completely received, as shown in fig. 10.
In addition, the present embodiment 2 also has other modified embodiments, for example:
1) both positioning assemblies (54 and 55) are deleted.
2) The fixed block 56 is deleted.
3) The shaft hole structure in the base is replaced by a rotating shaft structure, and meanwhile, the rotating shaft structure in the clothes hanger is replaced by the shaft hole structure.
4) As shown in fig. 11 to 14, the shaft hole structure in each base is changed into a guide groove structure, and the inner wall surfaces of the two opposite ends of the guide groove n are concave surfaces with a semi-cylindrical structure, so that the two ends of the clothes hanger can rotate in the guide groove n of the corresponding base and can also translate along the guide groove n, as shown in fig. 13, the clothes can be hung and taken down quickly. In this variant, the length of the guide groove is 70 cm. At this time, the same principle of extending and housing the two clothes hangers (531 and 532) as that of embodiment 2 is realized, as shown in fig. 11 and 14.
