Claims (10)

1. An electroplating device for automobile plastic parts, which is characterized by comprising:
a housing (1);
the electroplating bath (2) is arranged at the top end of the shell (1);
the electric push rod (3), the electric push rod (3) is installed above the electroplating bath (2);
the displacement mechanism (4) is arranged at the output end of the electric push rod (3) and is used for avoiding shielding of electroplating;
a component (5), wherein the component (5) is clamped at the bottom end of the displacement mechanism (4);
the fixing mechanism (6) is fixedly clamped on the outer wall of the displacement mechanism (4) and used for fixing the part (5);
the conductive mechanism (7) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the inner wall of the electroplating bath (2) and is used for electroplating the parts (5);
the butt joint mechanism (8) is connected to one side of the inner wall of the electroplating tank (2) and used for butt joint with the conductive mechanism (7).

The electroplating device for the plastic parts of the automobile according to claim 1, wherein the displacement mechanism (4) comprises a movable seat (401), a connecting rod (402) and a movable ring (403), the movable seat (401) is installed at the output end of the electric push rod (3), the connecting rod (402) is slidably connected to the inner wall of the movable seat (401), the movable ring (403) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the connecting rod (402), the inner wall of the movable ring (403) is rotatably connected with a pulley (404), the top end of the movable seat (401) is installed with a displacement motor (405), the output end of the displacement motor (405) is connected with a first bevel gear (406), the outer wall of the first bevel gear (406) is connected with a second bevel gear (407), the inner wall of the second bevel gear (407) is fixedly connected with a displacement screw rod (408), the outer wall of the displacement screw rod (408) is connected with the inner wall of the connecting rod (402), and the part (5) is clamped on the inner wall of the movable ring (403).

The electroplating device for the plastic parts of the automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conductive mechanism (7) comprises a first conductive rod (701), a sliding rod (702) and a spur gear (703), the sliding rod (702) is slidably connected to the bottom end of the inner wall of the electroplating tank (2), the first conductive rod (701) is fixedly connected to one side of the sliding rod (702) and the bottom end of the electroplating tank (2), the spur gear (703) is connected to the outer wall of the sliding rod (702), the outer wall of the spur gear (703) is connected with a top rod (704), the top end of the first conductive rod (701) is slidably connected with a first butt block (705), and the top rod (704) is in contact with the first butt block (705).

The electroplating device for the plastic parts of the automobile according to claim 4, wherein the docking mechanism (8) comprises a movable block (801), a movable screw (802) and a third bevel gear (803), the movable block (801) is slidably connected to one side of the inner wall of the electroplating bath (2), the movable screw (802) is connected to the inner wall of the movable block (801), the third bevel gear (803) is fixedly connected to one end of the movable screw (802), the outer wall of the third bevel gear (803) is connected with a fourth bevel gear (804), a docking motor (805) is installed above the fourth bevel gear (804) and positioned at the top end of the housing (1), the output end of the docking motor (805) is connected with the fourth bevel gear (804), and one end of the movable block (801) is fixedly connected with a push rod (807), the outer wall sliding connection of catch bar (807) has limiting plate (808), be connected with between movable block (801) and limiting plate (808) connecting spring (809), the one end fixedly connected with second conducting rod (810) of limiting plate (808), the one end sliding connection of second conducting rod (810) has second butt joint piece (811), the one end of catch bar (807) with second butt joint piece (811) contact, the bottom of plating bath (2) with one side of first conducting rod (701) is connected with gag lever post (806).
