Description

Circuit breaker, knife switch maintenance method and maintenance oil
Technical Field
The invention relates to a maintenance method and maintenance oil for various metals in devices, wires, mechanisms and appliances of a circuit system, and belongs to the field of antirust lubricating oil. The lubricating oil used for common mechanical rust-proof lubrication is improved and then is applied to the fields of electric appliances and circuits.
Background
When a high-power electric appliance such as an electric frying pan, an electric oven and an electric water heater is used in daily life, the temperature of the lead wire is generally raised by a large amount due to large current. At this time, at the junction of the wire and the terminal stud, direct contact with the atmosphere may be caused due to the insulation of the wire having been stripped off, even in the case of a case (e.g., a knife switch case). Over time, under the action of temperature and atmospheric oxygen, the wire ends and the wiring posts are oxidized and corroded, so that a high-resistance oxide layer is formed. This causes the junction to increase in temperature, which then promotes a thicker oxide layer and then a higher temperature rise. This is a vicious cyclic process that ultimately leads to burning out of the circuit equipment items. If the wiring system of the wiring pile is protected, the service life of the wiring pile is greatly prolonged. However, few people have cared about the post connection system as if it is a matter of law to simply (without any care) connect the wires to the posts. One reason is that no curing article with such clear use is available on the market, namely, no special curing oil specially used for the whole system of the wiring piles is available on the market, such as the electric knife switch curing oil of the invention is lacked.
Some electrical appliances working outdoors, such as a monitoring camera, sometimes need to work in a very harsh environment, and can meet the situation that the electrical appliances need to work in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment for a long time, at the moment, a circuit board usually becomes powder and rusted within less than one year, and electronic elements on the circuit board are not rusted and damaged but are welded feet. The circuit board has iron electronic element welding feet, copper wire welding/pressing joints, tin welding spots and other metals. This requires that the curing compound have a curing effect on all kinds of metals and have no or negligible effect on the electrical signals of the circuit board.
In wire stud systems, there are also situations where multiple metals require simultaneous maintenance. The maintenance article cannot protect only a certain metal. As in the wire terminal post system, the wire has an aluminum-based copper-based; the wiring pile is provided with a copper-series main body and an iron-series compression bolt. While compression crimp bolts are not directly conductive, iron bolts are also very susceptible to oxidation rusting and iron rust can promote the oxidation corrosion process of the entire lug system. The maintenance article must have a good maintenance action for every metal that may be present in the overall patch post patching system. It is therefore desirable that the maintenance articles have a good maintenance action on all kinds of metals, in particular copper, aluminium, iron, and their respective alloys. The liquid oily protective products on the market for the maintenance in the field of electrical appliances have limited protective capacity against various different types of metals.
Circuit equipment also requires as low maintenance times as possible, with maintenance-free for life being a sought goal. Such as outdoor monitoring cameras, switch wiring piles of leakage protectors and the like, the maintenance is very complicated once, and a series of work such as climbing and disassembling are required. The curing oil can adopt synthetic oil TMT and POE as base oil of the curing oil, so that the maintenance frequency can be greatly reduced, and the aim of no maintenance for life can be achieved as far as possible. On the other hand, the requirement of maintenance can be conveniently carried out, and the invention is oily liquid and can meet the requirement.
In the prior art, the common practice is to protect the wire ends and the wiring piles by coating vaseline, but the protection capability of pure vaseline on metal is limited; vaseline is greasy and is inconvenient to fill.
Another method is to consider curing with a commercially available contact curing oil in liquid oil form. As the name suggests, the contact maintenance oil mainly carries out maintenance on two contacts of the electric contact, namely the maintenance is mainly carried out on a copper system and a silver system, and the level of taking multiple metals into consideration is not reached; the contact oil has low viscosity, focuses on cleaning and washing effects, and has small oil film thickness, short maintenance life and insufficient maintenance capability; the contact oil specification does not explicitly indicate that the contact oil can be used for maintaining the wiring system of the wiring pile, namely the product specification does not explicitly indicate that the contact oil can be used for maintaining the wiring system of the wiring pile, so that the contact oil is unpreferable. On the other hand, most of electric appliances commonly used in daily life are electric appliances which do not need to be electrified and are frequently switched on and off, namely, contact oil is not necessary in daily use, and more electric appliances are industrial products.

Has the beneficial effects.
The invention is originally designed for the maintenance of all metals of the whole system of the household knife switch wiring pile. The maintenance service life is long, and the maintenance times are reduced; has good maintenance function on various metals; the service life of the electric appliance is prolonged; the insulator is safe to use, the electric strength is (6 kv/mm) + -15%, and the resistivity is 1.5-2.5X 10 measured by electrifying 1000V direct current7Ω · m, under the condition of 220 v commercial power using environment, short circuit and electric leakage can not occur at all, which is very suitable for the maintenance of alternating current and direct current appliances/materials below 500V; the use is convenient; the application is clear; the invention can also exert good antirust and anticorrosive effects in other fields such as circuit boards, plugs, sockets and the like. In the practical case, a monitoring camera working in an outdoor high-temperature high-humidity environment and adopting 12V-shaped power supply is adopted, and when the maintenance oil is not smeared on the circuit board, circuit board components, welding legs and welding points are pulverized and corroded in less than one year; after the maintenance oil is coated on the circuit board only once, the camera is continuously used for three years, the circuit board still has no chalking and rusting phenomenon, and the monitoring camera works normally in the period, and no signal distortion occurs. The only point to be noticed is that the sound pick-up (microphone) can not permeate the maintenance oil, and the microphone can be drowned, so that the microphone does not work and fails. Another practical case is that the household knife switch is generally burnt out only by half a year when the maintenance oil is not coated on the household knife switch for maintenance; and the knife switch which is maintained by only once smearing the maintenance oil can still be normally used after being continuously used for years.
Three different manufacturer's liquid oil contact oils were purchased at will on the market for testing. Under the same test condition, in the protection test on iron, the samples protected by the three types of contact oil are rusted, and the samples protected by the maintenance oil are not rusted; for testing copper protection, the maintenance oil sample is better than two of the three contact oils and is slightly better than or equal to one of the three contact oils.
