Abstract

本发明涉及注塑工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种软包胶注塑工艺及金属零件,所述软包胶注塑工艺包括在金属基材表面形成底涂层的步骤,以及在所述底涂层表面注塑形成厚度0.20~0.30mm的软性塑胶层的步骤;所述底涂层包括如下组分:65~79wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,6~11wt%乙酸乙酯,4~8wt%聚氨酯和8~12wt%聚丙烯透明剂。本发明所提供的软包胶注塑工艺,以及由该工艺制备得到的金属零件,可有效解决当软性塑胶厚度过薄时,软性塑胶与金属基材表面结合力差的问题。

一种软包胶注塑工艺及金属零件
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种软包胶注塑工艺及金属零件。
背景技术
现有的金属零件/产品为了具有良好的手感,通常需要在其表面注塑硅胶或其他软性塑胶。现有的软包胶(over mold)软性塑胶注塑方案通常需要在金属零件上设置挂钩特征以保持其与软性塑胶之间良好的粘附力,但是该方案并不适用于金属零件局部较薄区域的注塑,并且现有技术通常采用软性塑胶注塑,由于软性塑胶质地软,当软性塑胶厚度过薄时(厚度0.20~0.30mm)其难以粘合在金属表面,即使在该局部较薄区域增设挂钩特征也无法解决较薄软性塑胶注塑后其余金属表面粘附力差的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可有效提高较薄软性塑胶(厚度0.20~0.30mm)与金属表面之间粘附力的软包胶注塑工艺及金属零件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种软包胶注塑工艺,包括在金属基材表面形成底涂层的步骤,以及在所述底涂层表面注塑形成厚度0.20~0.30mm的软性塑胶层的步骤;
所述底涂层包括如下组分:
65~79wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,6~11wt%乙酸乙酯,4~8wt%聚氨酯和8~12wt%聚丙烯透明剂。
进一步提供一种金属零件,所述金属零件的局部或全部表面形成有软性塑胶层,所述软性塑胶层与所述局部或全部表面之间还设置有底涂层;
所述软性塑胶层的厚度0.20~0.30mm,所述底涂层的厚度≥0.008mm;
所述底涂层包括如下组分:
65~79wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,6~11wt%乙酸乙酯,4~8wt%聚氨酯和8~12wt%聚丙烯透明剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:由于低厚度的底涂层(primer)对金属以及塑胶类材料就具有良好的附着力,因此通过在金属表面和软性塑胶层之间形成底涂层,可有效提高金属局部较薄区域表面与薄软性塑胶层(厚度0.20~0.30mm)之间的附着力。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图予以说明。
一种软包胶注塑工艺,包括在金属基材表面形成底涂层的步骤,以及在所述底涂层表面注塑形成厚度0.20~0.30mm的软性塑胶层的步骤;
所述底涂层包括如下组分:
65~79wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,6~11wt%乙酸乙酯,4~8wt%聚氨酯和8~12wt%聚丙烯透明剂。
其中,由于该组分的底涂层对金属以及塑胶类材料均表现出较好的附着力,因此在软性塑胶层注塑之前先在金属基材表面形成底涂层,可有效提高软性塑胶层与金属基材局部较薄区域的表面粘附力的同时,允许金属基材表面在不具有挂钩特征条件下,软性塑胶层厚度可最低达到0.20mm的工艺要求。
具体的,所述在金属基材表面形成底涂层的步骤为将底涂层涂料喷涂在金属基材表面,常温干燥30min,然后用80℃烘烤20min,以在所述金属基材表面形成底涂层。
优选的,所述金属基材的材质选自不锈钢、铝合金、镁合金、铜合金等金属材质,所述金属基材的表面可以为光面或提前碱洗预处理的,或采用物理手段提前粗糙化的。
优选的,所述软性塑胶层的材质选自PET、PP、PC、PA或硅胶。
一种金属零件,所述金属零件的局部或全部表面形成有软性塑胶层,所述软性塑胶层与所述局部或全部表面之间还设置有底涂层;
所述软性塑胶层的厚度0.20~0.30mm,所述底涂层的厚度≥0.008mm;
所述底涂层包括如下组分:
65~79wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,6~11wt%乙酸乙酯,4~8wt%聚氨酯和8~12wt%聚丙烯透明剂。
其中,所述金属零件的材质选自不锈钢、铝合金、镁合金、铜合金等金属材质,所述金属零件的表面可以为光面或提前碱洗预处理的,或采用物理手段提前粗糙化的。
优选的,所述软性塑胶层的材质选自PET、PP、PC、PA或硅胶。
实施例1
参见图1,一种金属零件,所述金属零件1的材质选自不锈钢,所述金属零件1的局部表面形成有软性塑胶层3,所述软性塑胶层3与所述局部表面之间还设置有底涂层2;
所述软性塑胶层的厚度为0.20mm,所述软性塑胶层的材质选自硅胶,所述底涂层的厚度为0.008mm;
所述底涂层包括如下组分:
69wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,11wt%乙酸乙酯(CAS:174-78-6),8wt%聚氨酯和12wt%聚丙烯透明剂TAPP。
具体的,包括如下步骤:
S1、按前述底涂层配方比例将各组分混合好,获得底涂层涂料;
S2、在金属零件的表面(光面,参见图3)喷涂底涂层涂料,厚度为0.008mm,常温干燥30min后用80℃烘烤20min,以在所述金属零件的表面形成底涂层(参见图4);
S3、在底涂层上注塑硅胶,厚度为0.20mm,获得局部表面注塑有硅胶的金属零件。
实施例2
一种金属零件,与实施例1的区别在于:所述软性塑胶层的材质选自PET;所述所述底涂层包括如下组分:79wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,6wt%乙酸乙酯,4wt%聚氨酯和11wt%聚丙烯透明剂TAPP。
实施例3
一种金属零件,与实施例1的区别在于:所述软性塑胶层的材质选自PP;所述底涂层包括如下组分:76wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,9wt%乙酸乙酯,7wt%聚氨酯和8wt%聚丙烯透明剂TAPP。
实施例4
一种金属零件,与实施例1的区别在于:所述软性塑胶层的材质选自PA;所述底涂层包括如下组分:72wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,10wt%乙酸乙酯,8wt%聚氨酯和10wt%聚丙烯透明剂TAPP。
实施例5
一种金属零件,与实施例1的区别在于:所述软性塑胶层的材质选自PC。
对比例1
一种金属零件,与实施例1的区别在于:所述底涂层选用常规底涂剂(DY39-067或PU98 774A)喷涂形成。结果参见图2所示,从图2可以看出软性塑胶层与金属表面之间产生缝隙,两者之间连接效果不佳。
检测例
对实施例1~5分别进行粘附力测试,测试结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明通过采用在软性塑胶层与金属零件表面之间喷涂底涂层,可有效提高软性塑胶层在厚度0.20~0.30mm时与金属零件表面之间的粘附力。
综上所述,本发明所提供的软包胶注塑工艺及由该工艺制备得到的金属零件,由于低厚度的底涂层(primer)对金属以及塑胶类材料就具有良好的附着力,因此通过在金属表面和软性塑胶层之间形成底涂层,可有效提高金属局部较薄区域表面与薄软性塑胶层(厚度0.20~0.30mm)之间的附着力。

1.一种软包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,包括在金属基材表面形成底涂层的步骤,以及在所述底涂层表面注塑形成厚度0.20~0.30mm的软性塑胶层的步骤;
所述底涂层包括如下组分:
65~79wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,6~11wt%乙酸乙酯,4~8wt%聚氨酯和8~12wt%聚丙烯透明剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述软包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述在金属基材表面形成底涂层的步骤为将底涂层涂料喷涂在金属基材表面,常温干燥30min后,在80℃下烘烤20min,以在所述金属基材表面形成底涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述软包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述金属基材的材质选自不锈钢、铝合金、镁合金或铜合金。
4.根据权利要求1所述软包胶注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述软性塑胶层的材质选自PET、PP、PC、PA或硅胶。
5.一种金属零件,其特征在于,所述金属零件的局部或全部表面形成有软性塑胶层,所述软性塑胶层与所述局部或全部表面之间还设置有底涂层;
所述软性塑胶层的厚度0.20~0.30mm,所述底涂层的厚度≥0.008mm;
所述底涂层包括如下组分:
65~79wt%羟基丙烯酸树脂,6~11wt%乙酸乙酯,4~8wt%聚氨酯和8~12wt%聚丙烯透明剂。
