The first connecting rod 5 and the second connecting rod 13 have the same structural size and the same inclination angle, and the first angle plate 7 and the second angle plate 15 have the same structural size and are used for keeping the straight pipe platform 6 and the bent pipe platform 14 at the same height all the time along with the movement of the moving assembly.
In this embodiment, the screw 9 is composed of two sections, and the end of any section is provided with a connector 17, and torque is transmitted through connection of the connector 17, so as to reduce the installation difficulty.
The screw rod 9 is connected with the hand wheel 10 through a speed change gear box, the hand wheel 10 is connected with the input end of the speed change gear box, the screw rod 9 is connected with the output end of the speed change gear box, the speed change gear box is internally provided with a gear shaft system formed by a plurality of groups of gears, the aim of increasing output torque is achieved, meanwhile, the control precision is improved, the pipe diameter range is small, the adjusting range is also small according to common knowledge, the input and output rotation speed ratio needs to be increased to ensure the adjusting precision, and a means for achieving the technical aim through the gear shaft system is a conventional technology, and the embodiment is not further explained.
Referring to fig. 5-6, when the elbow is pressed, the middle of the elbow is abutted against the riser 2, the pressure at two ends of the elbow is balanced with the thrust of the riser 2 on the elbow, the pressing force is large, and the elbow has a deformation risk, so in this embodiment, the riser 2 is provided with a first pivot 18, the cylindrical surface of the first pivot 18 is attached to the riser 2, the plane of the first pivot is attached with a second pivot 19, the cylindrical surface of the second pivot 19 is attached to the first pivot 18, the first pivot 18 and the second pivot 19 have rotational degrees of freedom, and the elbow acts on the second pivot 19 under the pushing of the pressing force to push the first pivot 18 and the second pivot 19 to rotate. The first pivot 18 and the second pivot 19 are arranged, so that a plurality of contact points which are acted with the second pivot 19 exist on the bent pipe, the condition that single-point stress is generated at the vertex of the bent pipe piece is avoided, and the bent pipe piece is kept not to deform under press fitting.
Further, the first pivot 18 uses a magnet, and the riser 2 and the second pivot 19 are made of a magnetic material, such as iron, so as to prevent the first pivot 18 and the second pivot 19 from dislocating.
After the elbow is placed on the elbow platform 14, based on the shape characteristics, the gravity center point of the elbow is not located on the actual structure, in order to maintain the static state, the area or width of the elbow platform 14 meets the gravity center of the elbow carried by the elbow platform 14 and/or, preferably, the top of the riser 2 is connected with the top plate 20, and the top plate 20 plays a role of limiting the elbow together with the elbow platform 14, so that the space occupation of the elbow platform 14 can be small.
The space exists between the pipe bending platform 14 and the vertical plate 2, the space is used for meeting the arrangement of the first pivot 18 and the second pivot 19 and the rotation requirement after the pipe bending is abutted, and the pipe bending platform 14 also has the limiting effect on the first pivot 18 and the second pivot 19 to avoid dislocation.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the connecting arms 141 are disposed on two sides of the elbow platform 14, the vertical plate 2 is provided with a sliding groove 201, the sliding groove 201 is internally provided with a sliding block, the connecting arms 141 are connected to the sliding block, the sliding groove 201 can be a T-shaped sliding groove, the sliding block slides in the sliding groove 201, and the sliding groove 201 is used for guiding and limiting the elbow platform 14 and improving the stability of the elbow platform 14.
The chute 201 side is provided with scales for displaying the current height of the corresponding straight pipe or bent pipe, specifically, in this embodiment, the height of the bottom surface of the top plate 20 is used as a zero-degree scale value, the straight pipe platform 6 and the bent pipe platform 14 are always equal in height, according to the pipe diameter adjusting hand wheel 10 of the straight bent pipe, after the hand wheel 10 rotates for the same number of cycles, the change of the straight pipe and the bent pipe in height is the same, the scale straight pipe on the chute 201 side displays the height for representing the current straight pipe and the bent pipe, and when the scale value is exposed as a target pipe diameter value, the process is stopped, and the straight bent pipe is placed on a station.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the straight pipe platform 6 is provided with a second chute 601, the second chute 601 is provided with a distance plate 21, the bottom of the distance plate 21 is internally provided with the second chute 601, and the distance plate 21 can slide on the second chute 601; a rack 22 is arranged on one side of the vertical plate 2 facing the distance plate 21, a connecting arm 141 of the pipe bending platform 14 extends to the position above the boss 3, a mounting plate 23 is arranged on the connecting arm 141, two groups of mutually meshed input gears 24 and double-speed gears (not shown) are arranged on the mounting plate 23, an output gear 25 coaxially rotating with the double-speed gears is also arranged on the mounting plate 23, the input gear 24 is meshed with the rack 22, the output gear 25 is meshed with a rack push rod 26, and the input gear 24, the double-speed gears and the output gear 25 have the function of halving and outputting the displacement of an input end; the upper end and the lower end of the rack push rod 26 are provided with third slide grooves 261, the third slide grooves 261 are respectively provided with a slide bar 27, and the slide bars 27 can slide in the third slide grooves 261; the boss 3 is respectively pivoted with a third connecting rod 29 through two third lugs 28, the third connecting rod 29 is pivoted to a slide rod 27 positioned below, the rack side of the vertical plate 2 is pivoted to the slide rod 27 positioned above through a fourth connecting rod 30, the third connecting rod 29 and the fourth connecting rod 30 have the function of maintaining the rack push rod 26 in a vertical state, and the meshing action of the gear 24 and the rack push rod 26 changes the height of the rack push rod 26; the top of the rack push rod 26 is provided with a wedge 31 with a 45-degree inclined surface, the distance plate 21 is provided with an extension part 211 extending to the upper side of the wedge 31, the extension part 211 is internally provided with a matching groove 212 with the 45-degree inclined surface, and the wedge 31 is attached to the side wall of the matching groove 212 and is used for converting the displacement of the rack push rod 26 in the vertical direction into the displacement of the distance plate 21 in the horizontal direction.
Principle of: according to the foregoing, the height of the straight pipe platform 6 and the bent pipe platform 14 is adjusted according to the pipe diameter, that is, the displacement of the straight pipe platform 6 and the bent pipe platform 14 in the vertical direction, that is, the fluctuation of the pipe diameter, while the straight pipe and the bent pipe are round pipes, so that the distance between the distance plates 21 is also changed by equal distances, based on this thought, taking the replacement of a larger pipe diameter as an example, the bent pipe platform 14 moves down by a pipe diameter difference value, the linkage input gear 24 is meshed with the rack 22, the input gear 24 rolls on the rack 22, and rotates clockwise as shown in the drawing, and the meshing speed-doubling gear rotates counterclockwise, the speed-doubling gear synchronously rotates counterclockwise, so as to drive the rack push rod 26 meshed with the output gear 25 to move upward by half the fluctuation of the pipe diameter, while the straight pipe platform 6 and the bent pipe platform 14 are always equal in height, the rack push rod 26 converts the displacement of the rack push rod 26 in the vertical direction into the displacement of the distance plates 21 in the horizontal direction through the effect of the wedge 31 and the matching groove 212, that finally, that the distance between the two distance plates 21 increases the fluctuation of the pipe diameter.
The two sides of the straight pipe platform 6 are respectively and indirectly acted by the distance plate 21 and the rack push rod 26, the acting force of the rack push rod 26 on the distance plate 21 also has the function of maintaining the straight pipe platform 6 to be horizontal, and at the moment, the connection mode of the first corner plate 7 and the first connecting rod 5 can adopt a pivot mode which is easy to install and has lower implementation cost.
The boss 3 is provided with a clearance groove 301, the rack push rod 26 is opposite to the clearance groove 301, and the clearance groove 301 is used for increasing the installation and activity space of the rack push rod 26 and reducing the length of the third connecting rod 29 so as to reduce the requirement of the third connecting rod on the installation space.
Referring to fig. 6-7, the present embodiment further provides a double-plug press-fitting welding device using a straight-bending round pipe bearing tool, which includes a machine table 200 as a bearing main body in addition to the straight-bending round pipe bearing tool, the straight-bending round pipe bearing tool 100 is disposed in a middle position of the machine table 200, and a guide post 32 is disposed on the machine table 200, and penetrates through a matching seat 8 of the moving component, so as to bear the weight of the moving component, reduce the load of the screw 9 to avoid thread damage, and guide the movement of the moving component; the two ends of the machine table 200 are provided with carrier plates 33, the carrier plates 33 are provided with a plurality of sections of sliding grooves 34 and press-fitting components 300, the press-fitting components 300 are matched with the sections of sliding grooves 34, and the press-fitting components 300 are used for press-fitting plugs at two ends of a straight pipe or a bent pipe in a direction perpendicular to the end face of the pipe.
The press-fitting assembly 300 comprises a mounting table 35, wherein a die clamper 36 for clamping a plug is arranged on the mounting table 35, the plug to be press-fitted is clamped by the die clamper, the die clamper 36 releases the plug and resets after press-fitting, the die clamper 36 is in the prior art, and the embodiment is not excessively described; the mounting table 35 is also fixedly provided with a press-fit cylinder 37, a pneumatic output port of the press-fit cylinder 37 is provided with a press shaft 38, the press shaft 38 is sealed with the inner wall of the pneumatic output port of the press-fit cylinder 37 through a sealing ring, the sealing ring has the function of avoiding the leakage of compressed gas in the press-fit cylinder 37, the other end of the press shaft 38 is connected with a die clamping device 36, the press shaft 38 stretches under the pneumatic pressure of the press-fit cylinder 37, and the die clamping device 36 is driven to stretch forwards to realize the purposes of press-fitting a plug and returning the die clamping device 36 to reset the die clamping device.
The press-fitting assembly 300 further comprises a sliding table 39, the sliding table 39 is provided with a first sliding rail 40 and a avoidance cylinder 41, the installation table 35 is connected to the first sliding rail 40, an output rod of the avoidance cylinder 41 is connected to the installation table 35, and the avoidance cylinder 41 controls the installation table 35 and components installed on the installation table. The purpose of setting the avoidance cylinder 41 is: the mounting table 35 is driven to act so as to break through the limitation of small action amplitude of the press-fit air cylinder 37, the distance between the two press-fit assemblies 300 is increased, for the bent pipe, the straight-bent circular pipe bearing tool is a lateral opening, the bent pipe is pushed into the straight-bent circular pipe bearing tool in the lateral direction, the distance between the two press-fit assemblies 300 can be controlled by the pre-pushing position-avoiding air cylinder 41 to be larger than the length of a bent pipe piece, the bent pipe can be pushed into the tool by a mechanical arm, automatic feeding and material taking are achieved, the post-placement position-avoiding air cylinder 41 acts firstly to push the base and the mounting table 35, and after the end part of the bent pipe piece is close to the end part of the straight pipe or the bent pipe, the press-fit air cylinder 37 acts to achieve press-fitting of the plug.
According to common sense or the baking rack products provided by the background technology, two bent pipes positioned on two sides exist in a single baking rack product, and the two groups of moving assemblies in the embodiment can just press-fit the plugs on two ends of the two bent pipes at one time. In the embodiment 2, the press-fit assembly is different from the carrier plate 33 in that only the straight groove engaging portion 391 is provided on the bottom table 44.
As mentioned above, a large press-fitting force is required during press-fitting, the press-fitting force will act on the press-fitting assembly 300, the slide table 39 in embodiment 1 or the base table 44 in embodiment 2 is provided with the butterfly bolt 48, the butterfly bolt 48 is used for positioning the press-fitting assembly 300, and after the press-fitting assembly 300 is adjusted to the correct position before press-fitting, the butterfly bolt 48 is screwed, and the butterfly bolt 48 is pressed down against the carrier plate 33 to position the press-fitting assembly 300 at the current position.
After press fitting, the plug and the pipe fitting also need to be welded and connected, at present, the main welding modes include electric welding, brazing and laser welding, the electric welding is suitable for the condition of larger wall thickness, the laser welding is suitable for thin wall welding with small bevel, and no matter what welding mode is the conventional technical means, but the invention is not embodied by the inventive point, and the embodiment is not further explained.
Referring to fig. 13, the press-fit welding device further includes a barrel cover assembly 400, the barrel cover assembly 400 presents a barrel shape, the position to be welded, i.e. the matching position of the plug and the end of the pipe fitting, is located in the barrel cover assembly 400, and the barrel cover assembly 400 can play a role in protecting from welding slag, spark spatter and strong light leakage. The cylinder cover assembly 400 comprises a base 49, wherein a positioning cylinder 50 and a rotary cylinder 51 which are coaxially matched are carried on the base 49, the positioning cylinder 50 is carried on the base 49, and the positioning cylinder 50 is sleeved outside the rotary cylinder 51; the inner wall of the rotary drum 51 is provided with teeth and meshed with a driving gear 52, the driving gear 52 is connected to the output of a motor fixed on the base 49, the motor rotates to drive the rotary drum 51 to rotate through the driving gear 52, and the positioning drum 50 is fixed on the base 49 in a static manner; the rotary drum 51 is fixedly provided with a welding gun 54 through a support 53, the welding gun 54 is positioned at one side different from the motor, and a welding gun port of the welding gun is contacted with a welding groove, so that welding operation is realized, turnover is realized along with rotation of the rotary drum 51 in the welding process, and disposable automatic continuous welding of round pipe fittings is realized.
Referring to fig. 15, the welding gun 54 is provided with a plurality of groups, preferably two or three groups, in a circumferential array with respect to the drum 51, which serves to accelerate the welding efficiency and, more importantly, to achieve a symmetrical welding and to reduce the presence of welding stresses.
The machine 200 is provided with an intersecting slide rail 55, the intersecting slide rail 55 is provided with a sliding block 56, the bottom of the base 49 is pivoted on the sliding block 56, the position of the barrel cover assembly 400 on the intersecting slide rail 55 can be adjusted, the barrel cover assembly 400 can be adjusted according to the inclination angles of the end surfaces of different bent pipes until the barrel cover assembly 400 is parallel to the end surfaces of the different bent pipes,
the machine 200 is also provided with a reciprocating cylinder 57, an output piston rod of the reciprocating cylinder 57 is connected to the base 49, and the reciprocating cylinder 57 acts in advance when taking and placing the bent pipe, so that the cylinder cover assembly 400 is pushed to slide on the intersecting sliding rail 55, and a taking and placing space of the bent pipe is reserved.
