The first camera module 1010 is used for photographing and positioning a second material, namely the reinforcing rib, in the tray loaded by the second material loading module. The assembling module 1015 is used for taking the buffered/preheated second material from the preheating buffer turntable 1013 to transfer, and mounting the second material on the corresponding first material after dispensing after adjusting the position by the lower camera module 1014. The process of assembling the second material to the first material alignment comprises the steps that the third camera module 1012 is used for photographing and photographing the first material to find a central coordinate, photographing the second material to find the central coordinate, calculating or obtaining the central coordinate deviation of the first material and the second material, when the position deviation exists, executing an offset correction action process, specifically, the assembly module sucks the second material in vacuum, the assembly module moves to a certain height near the moving first material, and after the assembly module moves for a certain distance to eliminate the central coordinate deviation of the two first materials and the second material, the assembly module presses down to connect the second material and the first material, and then the vacuum is closed.
Preferably, the second material feeding module adopts clip feeding, and the second material feeding module includes draw and collude module, upper assembly line, lower floor's assembly line, first lifting module and second lifting module. When feeding, the pull hook module pulls the tray of the second material out of the cartridge clip onto the first lifting module; the first lifting module pushes the tray of the second material to the jacking position of the upper production line; the tray of the second material flows to the next jacking position; the empty tray flows to the second lifting module; the second lifting module descends to enable the empty tray to be aligned with the lower assembly line; the second lifting module sends the empty tray to a lower layer assembly line; the lower layer assembly line sends the empty tray into a first lifting module; the first lifting module ascends to enable the empty tray to be flush with the upper assembly line; the hook pulling module pushes the empty tray into the cartridge clip from the first lifting module;
in a preferred embodiment, the pressure holding module may have a plurality, for example six, to increase efficiency. Referring to fig. 7, the pressure maintaining module may include a jacking base 1017, a pulse hot-pressing head 10181018, a cylinder 1019, a pressure sensor, an XYZ shaft displacement structure, a pulse heating power supply, etc. to achieve heating by the pulse hot-pressing head 10181018, etc. and to apply a pressure adapted to quickly cure the glue between the second material and the first material as shown above under the action of the cylinder 1019, etc.

Claims (8)

1. A dispensing and fitting system is characterized by comprising a first material tray loading module, a dispenser, a fitting machine, a pressure maintaining module and a discharging module, wherein the first material tray loading module is used for automatically loading a first material to a runner of the dispenser through a tray; the glue dispenser at least comprises a glue dispensing module and a glue path detection module, wherein the glue dispensing module is used for dispensing a first material from the first material loading tray feeding module according to a preset or preselected pattern, and the glue path detection module is used for detecting whether a glue path on the first material is qualified or not; the laminating machine comprises a runner butt joint and transplantation module, a second material feeding module and a transplantation module, wherein the runner butt joint and transplantation module is used for butt joint with a runner of the dispenser and transferring a carrying disc filled with the first material subjected to dispensing to the runner of the laminating machine; the second material feeding module is used for automatically feeding a second material so as to be taken by the transplanting module; the transplanting module is used for transferring the second material to the preheating cache turntable, fetching the cached/preheated second material from the preheating cache turntable, adjusting the position and then pasting the second material on the corresponding glued first material; the pressure maintaining module is used for heating and applying adaptive pressure to solidify the glue between the second material and the first material; and the blanking module is used for blanking the combined body of the first material and the second material which are bonded and cured.
2. The dispensing and laminating system of claim 1, wherein the dispensing machine has at least two dispensing modules, one of which has a dispensing module and the other of which has a dispensing module.
3. The dispensing and gluing system of claim 2, wherein the dispensing machine comprises a carrier tray flow channel and at least two five-axis dispensing modules, the five-axis dispensing modules are located above the carrier tray flow channel, two jacking mechanisms are arranged in the carrier tray flow channel at least at intervals along the conveying direction, and when the jacking mechanisms are in a jacking state, the five-axis dispensing modules dispense materials on different jacking mechanisms separately.

The dispensing and pasting system of claim 3, wherein the transplanting module of the pasting machine comprises the pre-heating buffer turntable, and a first camera module, a second camera module, a third camera module, a lower camera module, a picking and transplanting assembly and an assembling module, wherein the first camera module is used for photographing and positioning the second material in the tray loaded by the second material loading module, the second camera module is used for photographing and ensuring the accurate position of the second material on the pre-heating buffer turntable, the third camera module is used for photographing and confirming the position of the first material of the tray in the pasting machine runner, the lower camera module is used for photographing and adjusting the angular accuracy of the second material, the picking and transplanting assembly is used for transferring the second material to the pre-heating buffer turntable, the assembling module is used for fetching and transferring the buffered/pre-heated second material from the pre-heating buffer turntable, the lower camera module is used for adjusting the position and then mounting the lower camera module on the corresponding first material subjected to glue dispensing.

The dispensing and attaching system of claim 3, wherein the second material loading module of the attaching machine comprises a pull-hook module, an upper assembly line, a lower assembly line, a first lifting module and a second lifting module, wherein the pull-hook module pulls out the tray of the second material from the cartridge to the first lifting module during loading; the first lifting module pushes the tray of the second material to the jacking position of the upper production line; the tray of the second material flows to the next jacking position; the empty tray flows to the second lifting module; the second lifting module descends to enable the empty tray to be aligned with the lower streamline; the second lifting module sends the empty tray to a lower layer assembly line; the lower layer assembly line sends the empty tray into a first lifting module; the first lifting module ascends to enable the empty tray to be flush with the upper assembly line; the pull hook module pushes the empty tray into the cartridge clip from the first lifting module.
6. The dispensing and applying system of claim 4, wherein said applicator has two said transfer modules.

The dispensing and bonding system of claim 5, wherein the pressure maintaining module comprises a jacking base, a pulse hot-pressing head, a cylinder, a pressure sensor, an XYZ axis displacement structure and a pulse heating power source, so as to heat by the pulse hot-pressing head and apply adaptive pressure to cure the adhesive between the second material and the first material under the action of the pressure sensor, the cylinder and the like.
8. A glue dispensing and attaching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
feeding a first material to a runner of a dispenser through a first material loading tray feeding module;
the glue dispenser sequentially performs glue dispensing on more than one kind of first materials according to preset or preselected patterns, and performs glue path detection;
a second material feeding module of the laminating machine automatically feeds a second material to be taken by the transplanting module; the runner butt joint transplanting module of the laminating machine is used for butt joint a runner of the glue dispenser and transferring the carrying disc filled with the first material subjected to glue dispensing to the runner of the laminating machine;
a transplanting module of the laminating machine transfers the second material to a preheating cache turntable, takes the cached/preheated second material from the preheating cache turntable, adjusts the position and then pastes the second material on the corresponding glued first material;
the pressure maintaining module heats and applies adaptive pressure to solidify the glue between the second material and the first material;
and the blanking module is used for blanking the combined body of the first material and the second material which are attached and cured.
