Description

Antibacterial and antiviral traditional Chinese medicine composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an antibacterial and antiviral traditional Chinese medicine composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Bacterial and viral infections are two major causes of animal death and the incidence of both is on the rise year by year, as investigated. Diseases caused by bacterial infection and viral infection, such as diarrhea, cold, bronchitis, upper respiratory infection, fever, etc., are frequently seen in our daily lives. At present, the conventional treatment means is to take western medicines, such as antihistamine medicines, antibiotics and the like, but the western medicines are easy to generate drug resistance after being taken for a long time, and have side effects on the drug resistance, so that the health of a body is influenced. At present, researches show that some traditional Chinese medicines can play antibacterial and antiviral roles, so more and more researchers in the field begin to pay attention to the antibacterial and antiviral therapeutic effects of the traditional Chinese medicines. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN103211997B discloses an antibacterial and antiviral Chinese medicinal composition comprising perilla leaf, angelica dahurica, fructus viticis, puerariae radix, forsythia fructus, rhizoma baphicacanthis cusiae, dandelion, houttuynia cordata, verbena, blackberry lily, reed rhizome, anemarrhena asphodeloides bunge, evodia lepta, gypsum, rehmanniae radix, artemisia apiacea, coix seed, white gourd seed, smoked plum, licorice, platycodon grandiflorum, and the Chinese medicinal composition obtained by physical mixing has a therapeutic effect on various diseases caused by bacteria and viruses, some of the therapeutic effects can reach 100%, but the therapeutic effect on some diseases can only reach 90% -94%, such as fever (93.8%), bronchitis (91.5%), furuncle (91.7%), otitis media (90%), and the like. Based on the invention, through the combination, research and analysis of different traditional Chinese medicines, the invention provides the traditional Chinese medicine composition with antibacterial and antiviral effects and the preparation method thereof.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the Chinese pulsatilla root to the rhizoma dryopteris crassirhizomae is 1: 1.5.
the invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial and antiviral traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing traditional Chinese medicine composition raw materials according to 10-20 parts of gentian, 5-15 parts of folium isatidis, 5-15 parts of Chinese pulsatilla root, 5-15 parts of meadowrue root and rhizome, 10-20 parts of honeysuckle, 15-30 parts of sweet wormwood herb, 10-20 parts of giant knotweed rhizome, 10-20 parts of perilla leaf, 10-20 parts of rhizoma dryopteris crassirhizomae, 5-15 parts of cape jasmine fruit, 10-20 parts of bunge corydalis herb, 5-15 parts of poria cocos, 15-30 parts of lily and 10-20 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla for later use;
s2, adding water into the gentian, the folium isatidis, the Chinese pulsatilla root, the meadowrue root and rhizome and the honeysuckle weighed in the step S1, decocting for 4-6 hours, adding the sweet wormwood, the giant knotweed, the perilla leaf and the rhizoma dryopteris crassirhizomae weighed in the step S1, continuously decocting for 4-6 hours, filtering out medicine residues, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure, drying, crushing, grinding and sieving to obtain powder A for later use;
s3, placing the gardenia, the bunge corydalis herb, the poria cocos, the lily and the gynostemma pentaphylla which are weighed in the step S1 into an electric oven for drying, and then preparing into ultrafine powder by using a grinder to obtain powder B for later use;
s4, placing the powder A and the powder B in an ultrasonic instrument for ultrasonic dispersion for 2-3 h, placing in a dryer for cooling to room temperature to obtain mixed powder, and sterilizing to obtain the antibacterial and antiviral traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Preferably, in step S2, the amount of water added is 10 to 15 times of the total mass of the gentian, the isatis leaf, the Chinese pulsatilla root, the meadowrue root and the honeysuckle flower.
Preferably, in step S2, the average particle size of powder a is 200 to 300 mesh.
Preferably, the dosage form of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is tablets, pills, capsules and powder.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention is prepared from gentian, dyers woad leaf, Chinese pulsatilla root, meadowrue root and rhizome, honeysuckle flower, sweet wormwood herb, giant knotweed rhizome, perilla leaf, rhizoma dryopteris crassirhizomae, cape jasmine fruit, bunge corydalis herb, Indian buead, lily and fiveleaf gynostemma herb, the 14 traditional Chinese medicines have remarkable antibacterial and antiviral effects under the synergistic effect, the side effect on a human body when western medicines are taken to treat diseases caused by bacterial infection and viral infection is avoided, has Chinese medicinal significance in treating diseases caused by bacterial infection and viral infection, has obvious effect on treating cold, fever, bronchitis, furuncle, otitis media and other diseases, and is proved by experimental investigation, the effective rate for treating cold and fever can reach 100 percent, the effective rate for treating bronchitis, furuncle and otitis can reach more than 97 percent, and the effect is obvious compared with the prior Chinese medicinal composition (Chinese patent authorization publication No. CN 103211997B). Researches show that the proportional relation between the pulsatilla chinensis and the rhizoma dryopteris crassirhizomae has certain influence on the treatment effect of the medicine, and the mass ratio of the pulsatilla chinensis to the rhizoma dryopteris crassirhizomae is 1: 1.5, the Chinese medicinal composition has remarkable effect on treating diseases caused by bacterial infection and viral infection, and has the effective rate of over 99 percent on cold, fever, bronchitis, furuncle and otitis media.
