Fig. 1 is a scene schematic diagram of a bedsore prevention prompting method provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the first intelligent wearable device 100 (e.g. an intelligent urine wetness detector) is a device that can be used with a diaper worn on a care-receiver, and can detect the turn-over times of the care-receiver (and further determine whether the care-receiver is in a massage mode or not according to the turn-over times), urine volume parameters, and the like. Second intelligent wearable device 200 (such as the intelligent wrist-watch or the intelligent bracelet that the user used) is the equipment of being worn on the wrist by the nursing staff, and it can detect by nursing staff's motion parameter (if set up angular velocity sensor in second intelligent wearable device, can realize being realized being detected by nursing staff's motion parameter). Smart device 300 (e.g., a smart phone used by a caregiver) is a device placed at the bedside or the bedside of the caregiver, and can receive and store various data uploaded by second smart wearable device 200 and first smart wearable device 100. Intelligent alarm gateway lamp 400 (can be understood as an intelligent gateway that has wireless communication function, and above be provided with the pilot lamp in order to show current state), first intelligent wearing equipment 100, second intelligent wearing equipment 200, after intelligent equipment 300 can join in marriage the net networking with intelligent alarm gateway lamp 400, judge whether current needs to change panty-shape diapers based on the urine volume parameter that first intelligent wearing equipment uploaded, and can prevent bedsore suggestion information set and the first motion parameter that second intelligent wearing equipment uploaded based on user's registration information and the history that second intelligent wearing equipment uploaded come to judge this by the nursing staff whether normally nursed by the nursing person jointly.
It can be understood that an application scenario (as shown in fig. 1) of the bedsore prevention prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be taken as an example, and is not limited to the application scenario in the embodiment of the present application.
Exemplarily, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a bedsore prevention prompting method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, when the time interval between the current system time and the last prompt time is equal to a preset prompt period, acquiring urine volume parameters uploaded by the first intelligent wearable device.
In the embodiment of the application, when the intelligent alarm gateway lamp determines that the time interval between the current system time and the last prompt time is equal to the preset prompt period (for example, the prompt period is set to 2 hours, and certainly, the prompt period is not limited to 2 hours in specific implementation, and can be set to other durations in a self-defined manner according to the nursing requirement), the urine volume parameter uploaded by the first intelligent wearable device needs to be acquired first, so that whether the nursed person needs to replace the diaper is further determined.
S202, acquiring user registration information and a historical bedsore prevention prompt information set uploaded by second intelligent wearable equipment; or acquiring user registration information and a historical bedsore prevention prompt information set uploaded by the intelligent equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, when the intelligent alarm gateway lamp determines that the time interval between the current system time and the last prompt time is equal to the preset prompt period, besides obtaining the urine volume parameter uploaded by the first intelligent wearable device, it is also necessary to judge whether to establish connection with the receiving terminal so as to judge whether the caregiver reaches the vicinity of the cared person. When judging whether the intelligent alarm gateway lamp is connected with a receiving terminal used by a caregiver based on the intelligent alarm gateway lamp, the user registration information and the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set uploaded by the second intelligent wearable device can be acquired, then the name and the age of the user sent by the receiving terminal after the operation of the caregiver are also acquired (the Bluetooth connection can be established when the distance between the general receiving terminal and the intelligent alarm gateway lamp is smaller than 10 meters similar to the Bluetooth communication distance), and if the name and the age of the user sent by the receiving terminal are judged to be the same as those in the user registration information in the intelligent alarm gateway lamp, the connection between the intelligent alarm gateway lamp and the second intelligent wearable device and the receiving terminal is indicated, and whether the caregiver reaches the vicinity of a nursed person can be further determined.
Because second intelligence wearing equipment probably prevents bedsore reminder information because of network communication trouble problem, can not in time with this user's registration information and the history that should send to intelligent warning gateway lamp and in time send, because second intelligence wearing equipment can prevent bedsore reminder information timing synchronization to the smart machine with user's registration information and history (can place when the smart machine specifically uses with by nursing staff's pillow limit or head of a bed), it can to have the user's registration information and the history that the smart machine replaced second intelligence wearing equipment to upload to prevent bedsore reminder information set to intelligent warning gateway lamp this moment.
Illustratively, the user registration information and the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set uploaded by the second intelligent wearable device are acquired; or after acquiring user registration information and a historical bedsore prevention prompt information set uploaded by the intelligent equipment, the method further comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the total times of the massage in the current day included in the user registration information.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to more accurately know the total daily massage times (i.e., the total daily massage times) of the cared person, the intelligent alarm gateway lamp is required to analyze the total daily massage times included in the user registration information, so that the total daily massage times can be sent to the receiving terminal used by the cared person for real-time prompt.
S203, when the urine volume parameter is determined to exceed a preset urine volume threshold value, sending the user registration information to a receiving terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, urine volume detection circuitry has been set up in first intelligence wearing equipment, urine detection circuitry essentially includes an acquisition unit and an output unit, including a capacitor circuit and a bleeder circuit in the acquisition unit, the capacitance value changes the partial pressure that leads to bleeder circuit in the capacitor circuit when having urine on panty-shape diapers and changes, thereby the voltage that leads to the output unit output is different, so can be timely detect whether panty-shape diapers have urine wet, and can also specifically detect how much the urine volume. The urination volume and the urination time point can be accurately collected through the first intelligent wearable device, so that the urine volume parameter (the urine volume parameter can be specifically understood as the urine volume) corresponding to the current system time can be accurately obtained. And because the preset urine volume threshold value is stored in the intelligent alarm gateway lamp, the urine volume parameter is compared with the urine volume threshold value, when the urine volume parameter is determined to exceed the preset urine volume threshold value, the fact that the paper diaper of a nursed person needs to be replaced in time is indicated, and at the moment, the user registration information is sent to the receiving terminal to be displayed. The nursing staff can select an appropriate paper diaper based on the user registration information to replace the paper diaper for the nursing staff.
Illustratively, the sending the user registration information to the receiving terminal includes:
and acquiring the paper diaper model information included in the user registration information, and sending the paper diaper model information to a receiving terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the user registration information comprises information such as user name, age, diaper model information and total number of times of massage in the current day, so the intelligent alarm gateway lamp can acquire the diaper model information (such as models of big-size diapers for adults and big-size diapers for adults) based on the user registration information, and send the diaper model information to the receiving terminal to prompt a caregiver to select a corresponding new diaper to replace according to the diaper model information.
And S204, when the urine volume parameter is determined not to exceed the urine volume threshold, obtaining the current daily massage statistic times according to the historical anti-bedsore prompt information set.
In the embodiment of the application, before a caregiver starts nursing a cared person at this time, in order to more accurately acquire how many times of nursing the cared person has been performed in total in the current day before the current system time, the current daily massage statistic times can be acquired from the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set. The general historical bedsore prevention prompt information set is uploaded to the intelligent device or the background server at 24:00 every day and then is emptied after backup storage, and then the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set in the form of an empty set can be used for storing the historical bedsore prevention prompt information within 24 hours after 24: 00.
For example, decubital ulcer prompt message is prevented including 7 historical bedsore prompt messages in the history, and bedsore prompt message is prevented to every historical item includes nursing time and nursing time sequencing number at least, and more specifically these 7 historical bedsore prompt messages are 1 nursing time 2: 00. care time No. 24: 00. care time No. 3 6: 00. care time No. 4 8: 00. care time No. 5 10: 00. care time No. 6 12: care time No. 00 and 7 14: 00. the current daily massage statistics times can be obtained through the 7 historical bedsore prevention prompt messages which are included in the historical bedsore prevention prompt message set.
Illustratively, the obtaining of the statistical times of the massage in the current day according to the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set includes:
and acquiring historical bedsore prevention prompt information of the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set which is on the same date with the current system time, and counting the corresponding total information number to obtain the current daily massage counting times.
In the embodiment of the application, each pair of nursed persons can perform bedsore prevention nursing (i.e. massage and turn over) by the first intelligent wearable device, and the first intelligent wearable device is provided with the angular velocity sensor, so that once the nursed persons have angular velocity values within a continuous period of time, the fact that the nursed persons may be in a non-static state (the external cause of the non-static state is the turning-over operation or the massage operation of the nurses) is indicated, and at this time, the corresponding bedsore prevention prompt information of the nursing can be stored in the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set. Therefore, the current daily massage counting times can be accurately obtained by acquiring the historical bedsore prevention prompt information on the same date as the current system time in the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set and counting the corresponding total information.
And S205, when the current intra-day massage counting times are determined not to exceed the current total intra-day massage times corresponding to the user registration information, sending the current intra-day massage counting times to a receiving terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, because the total number of times of the current daily massage (for example, 12 times) of the cared person can be set in the user registration information, if the historical bedsore prevention prompt information is still referred to and the historical bedsore prevention prompt information includes 7 pieces of historical bedsore prevention prompt information as the above example in a concentrated manner, because the statistical number of times of the current daily massage does not exceed 12 times corresponding to the total number of times of the current daily massage, at the moment, in order to visually prompt the cared person, how many times of bedsore prevention nursing have been carried out on the cared person, the statistical number of times of the current daily massage can be sent to the receiving terminal by the intelligent alarm gateway lamp. And the receiving terminal displays the current daily massage statistic times for a caregiver to check, and then the caregiver can be prompted to start to perform bedsore prevention nursing on the cared personnel.
S206, receiving a first motion parameter uploaded by first intelligent wearable equipment, and acquiring a current judgment result corresponding to the first motion parameter according to the first motion parameter and a preset massage mode detection strategy; wherein the current determination result is one of a coincidence massage mode or a non-coincidence massage mode.
In the embodiment of the application, since the caregiver may have already started nursing the cared person, in order to more accurately determine whether to nurse, the first intelligent wearable device may use the current system time as the start point of the detection time, and use the current system time plus the first motion parameter in the time interval of the detection time end point corresponding to the preset detection time value (e.g., 5 minutes), and then obtain the current determination result corresponding to the first motion parameter based on the first motion parameter and the preset massage mode detection policy, so as to determine whether the current nursing of the caregiver is effective nursing based on the current determination result.
Illustratively, the obtaining a current determination result corresponding to the first motion parameter according to the first motion parameter and a preset massage mode detection strategy includes:
acquiring a first angular velocity value sequence corresponding to the first motion parameter; the first angular velocity value sequence comprises a plurality of angular velocity values which are sequentially arranged according to a time sequence ascending order, and each angular velocity value corresponds to an angular velocity value acquisition time point;
obtaining a classification model corresponding to the massage mode detection strategy;
and inputting the first angular velocity value sequence into the classification model for operation to obtain a current judgment result.
In this embodiment of the application, the classification model corresponding to the massage pattern detection strategy may be a classification model such as a convolutional neural network or a cyclic neural network, for example, the first angular velocity value sequence is [0.710.730.750.73], where the collection time point of the 0.71 corresponding angular velocity value is 16: 01, the first 0.73 corresponds to the acquisition time point of the angular velocity value being 16: 02. the acquisition time points of 0.75 corresponding angular velocity values are 16: 03. the second 0.73 corresponds to an angular velocity value acquisition time point of 16: 04, inputting the first angular velocity sequence into the classification model to calculate to obtain any value in the interval of possible [0,1] of the current determination result, and if the current determination result is greater than 0.5, the current determination result is considered to be in accordance with the massage mode, and if the current determination result does not exceed 0.5, the current determination result is considered to be not in accordance with the massage mode.
And S207, updating the current daily massage statistic times and the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set according to the current judgment result to obtain the updated current daily massage statistic times and the updated historical bedsore prevention prompt information set.
In the embodiment of the application, based on whether the current judgment result accords with the massage mode or does not accord with the massage mode, the current daily massage statistic times and the historical bedsore prevention prompt information set can be correspondingly updated to obtain the updated current daily massage statistic times and the updated historical bedsore prevention prompt information set. Specifically, when the current judgment result is determined to be in accordance with the massage mode, adding 1 to the current intra-day massage statistic times to obtain updated current intra-day massage statistic times, and adding historical anti-bedsore prompt information consisting of the current system time and the updated current intra-day massage statistic times to the historical anti-bedsore prompt information set to obtain an updated historical anti-bedsore prompt information set; and when the current judgment result is determined to be not in accordance with the massage mode, taking the current intra-day massage statistic times as updated current intra-day massage statistic times, and taking the historical anti-bedsore prompt information set as an updated historical anti-bedsore prompt information set.
Wherein, when it is determined that the current determination result does not conform to the massage mode, the current intra-day massage statistic times is used as updated current intra-day massage statistic times, and the historical anti-decubitus ulcer prompt information set is used as updated historical anti-decubitus ulcer prompt information set, and the method further comprises:
generating non-massage prompt information according to the current system time and the current intra-day massage statistic times, and sending the non-massage prompt information to a receiving terminal.
At this time, since it is determined that the current determination result does not conform to the massage mode, it indicates that the nursing of the caregiver is not determined to have effective nursing, at this time, the non-massage prompt information can be generated by filling the current system time and the current intra-day massage statistic times into the prompt information template, and the non-massage prompt information is sent to the receiving terminal, so that the caregiver is prompted to perform nursing again when the on-site determination is performed in time.
Illustratively, after the current intra-day massage statistics number and the historical anti-decubitus prompt information set are updated according to the current determination result, and the updated current intra-day massage statistics number and the updated historical anti-decubitus prompt information set are obtained, the method further includes:
and if a replacement prompt instruction sent by a receiving terminal is received, sending notification information corresponding to the replacement prompt instruction to a background server.
In this application embodiment, after the nursing of bedsore prevention by the nursing staff has been accomplished this time to the nursing staff at the scene, if judge that still need to change the air bed by the nursing staff and use, the change suggestion instruction that can be sent by nursing staff operation receiving terminal this moment, should change the suggestion instruction and send to intelligent alarm gateway lamp earlier, will with by intelligent alarm gateway lamp again change the notice information that the suggestion instruction corresponds and send background server to inform back office staff's distribution air bed to being carried out the change of air bed by nursing staff position.
The method provided by the embodiment of the present application is explained above with reference to fig. 1-2, and the apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present application for performing the method is described below.
