In a preferred embodiment, the material storage device comprises a refrigerated cabinet 8, a thermal cabinet 9 and a plurality of material cups 14, wherein the refrigerated cabinet 8 and the thermal cabinet 9 are used for storing liquid materials, such as ice milk, hot milk, syrup and the like, and are arranged outside the operation cabinet 4 due to large dosage, and the material cups 14 are used for storing solid ingredients or powder ingredients, and are arranged at the upper part of the cabinets of the ice cube operation cabinet 4.2 and the ingredient operation cabinet 4.1 due to relatively small dosage; the feeding mechanism comprises a liquid raw material feeding mechanism 11 and a non-liquid raw material feeding mechanism 15; the liquid operation cabinet 4.3 is internally provided with a liquid raw material feeding mechanism 11 which can feed liquid raw materials from the refrigerated cabinet 8 and the heat preservation cabinet 9 to the inlet end of the discharger 6 on the liquid operation cabinet 4.3; each of the storage cups 14 is provided with a non-liquid material feed mechanism 15 for feeding the material contained in the storage cup 14 to the inlet end of the discharge unit 6 of the ice cube handling unit 4.2 and the ingredient handling unit 4.1.
In a preferred embodiment, the refrigerated cabinet 8 and the thermal insulation cabinet 9 are movably provided with a plurality of thermal insulation barrels 10 for containing liquid raw materials, because the liquid raw materials are in a large quantity, each raw material is placed in a relatively independent container; the refrigerator unit 1 that provides the cold source and be connected with industrial computer 12 electricity to freezer 8 is provided with to the external side of cabinet of freezer 8, is equipped with electric heater and the temperature sensor who is connected with industrial computer 12 electricity in the thermal cabinet 9, heats thermal cabinet 9 and carries out temperature control to thermal cabinet 9 with temperature sensor because of using electric heater to belong to ripe prior art, consequently does not show in the drawing.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a mixing cylinder 13 is arranged inside the cabinet body at the discharger 6 on the liquid operation cabinet 4.3, the mixing cylinder 13 is provided with a plurality of inlets and an outlet, and the outlet of the mixing cylinder 13 is communicated with the inlet end of the discharger 6 on the liquid operation cabinet 4.3; the liquid raw material feeding mechanism 11 is a plurality of peristaltic pumps 11.1 electrically connected with the industrial personal computer 12, each peristaltic pump 11.1 is connected with a hose 11.2, the peristaltic pumps 11.1 are arranged on the cabinet body of the liquid operation cabinet 4.3, one end of each hose 11.2 is arranged at the bottom of one heat-insulating barrel 10, and the other end is connected with one inlet end of the mixing barrel 13; the arrangement of the mixing cylinder 13 is particularly important, for the mixing of syrup, the fluidity of the syrup can be ensured only by high temperature, if the mixing cylinder 13 is not available, the potential risk of scalding a customer is caused after the high-temperature syrup flows out, and the risk of scalding people is avoided when the high-temperature syrup is mixed with other low-temperature liquid ingredients in the mixing cylinder 13 and is dissolved in the liquid ingredients in advance; and the customer holding the drinking cup 5 to receive the drinks does not feel too hot and uncomfortable.
In a preferred embodiment, an ice maker (not shown) electrically connected to the industrial personal computer 12 is installed in the ice cube handling cabinet 4.2, and the ice maker can be purchased according to the size of the space in the cabinet, and an ice outlet of the ice maker is disposed above a cup opening of the storage cup 14 in the ice cube handling cabinet 4.2.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the non-liquid raw material feeding mechanism 15 includes a motor 15.2, and the motor 15.2 is fixed in the cabinet of the ice cube operation cabinet 4.2 or the ingredient operation cabinet 4.1 and electrically connected to the industrial personal computer 12; an output shaft of the motor 15.2 is connected with a screw rod 15.3 through a coupler, the screw rod 15.3 penetrates through a round hole formed in the bottom of the cup body of the storage cup 14 and then is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the cup body of the storage cup 14, and the screw rod 15.3 and the hole wall of the round hole are sealed to prevent leakage of powdery ingredients; the other end of the screw 15.3 is arranged at a through hole arranged at the bottom of the cup body of the storage cup 14; a gear 15.1 meshed with the screw 15.3 is also arranged in the cup body of the material storage cup 14, and when the screw 15.3 is driven by the motor 15.2 to rotate, the rotating screw 15.3 can push the gear 15.1 to rotate; the gear 15.1 is fixed on the cup body of the storage cup 14 through a gear shaft; the through hole is also connected with a feed pipe 15.4, and the other end of the feed pipe 15.4 is communicated with the inlet end of a discharger 6 on the ice cube operation cabinet 4.2 and the batching operation cabinet 4.1; solid ingredients such as powder or pearl particles can be prevented from being accumulated in the storage cup 14 and cannot be smoothly discharged from the feeding pipe 15.4 at the through hole through stirring of the gear 15.1.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a weighing mechanism 16 is arranged below each of the thermal insulating bucket 10 and the storage cup 14, and a weight sensor arranged in the weighing mechanism 16 is electrically connected with the industrial personal computer 12; an alarm threshold value can be set at the control terminal, when the stock of a certain ingredient is measured by the weighing mechanism 16 and shows that the stock is lower than the lower limit, the staff can be reminded to add the ingredient in time so as to prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon of failure in taking the ingredient by a customer; meanwhile, the residual quantity of the ingredients is judged through the change of the quantity of the materials, and whether the risk of exceeding the quality guarantee period exists can be indirectly judged through the change of the quantity of the ingredients, so that the condition that the quality guarantee period of the ingredients which are not used for a long time is exceeded due to overlong shelf time is prevented; furthermore, the weighing mechanism 16 can transmit the use amount of the ingredients to the platform in time through the connection with the industrial personal computer 12, and the use amount of the ingredients can be used as quality management data and operation data reference by an operator.
