Description

Functional bra
Technical Field
The present utility model discloses a functional bra, more specifically, the functional bra can exert a plurality of effects, such as light weight without using a mold cup formed by foaming synthetic resin, excellent moisture absorption and quick drying capability and easy maintenance of a cup shape because of being composed of fiber as a whole, and effects of protecting skin because of being composed of natural fiber at a skin contact part, being capable of being closely worn without being influenced by the body type of a wearer, and preventing the gathered breasts from deforming sideways even if worn for a long time, and preventing falling because of supporting the entirety of the breasts at both sides.
Background
A brassiere is a female undergarment that sets up the breasts of an adult female, facilitates the movements and beautifies the curve of the garment, and gives the clothing a beautiful appearance or even a beautiful contour, and generally includes a pair of cups that wrap the breasts, a pair of shoulder straps that support the breasts through shoulders, and straps that extend in a substantially horizontal direction at the side portions of the cups and are fixed to the back or the like through a buckle portion provided at the upper end portion so as to support the lower chest circumference.
The most important part of the aforementioned general brassiere is a cup portion in direct contact with the breast, which is formed by stacking fibers for improved hygiene, and by inserting a shape memory alloy wire (wire) or the like at the lower side for gathering the breast to prevent sagging and preserve the original shape.
The structure of the bra is shown in figure 1. Comprising a cup 10 for fitting both breasts, a center 20 for connecting the left and right cups, a wing 30 for connecting the both cups 10 to the back side of the wearer and for bringing them into close contact with the back of the wearer, a buckle 40 for mutually coupling the wing 30 respectively connected to the both cups 10 from the back side or the front chest side, an upper chest strap (chest) 32 for attaching to the upper edge of the wing 30 and imparting elastic force, a lower chest strap (under strap) 34 for attaching to the lower edge of the wing 30 and imparting elastic force, shoulder straps 50 for hanging on the shoulders to avoid dropping, correction lines (not shown in the drawings) provided to the bottom support 60 of the cup 10 for shaping the breasts, etc.
The conventional bra shown in fig. 1 is a conventional bra which gathers up breasts and prevents sagging, and uses a material such as a shape memory alloy wire for preserving the shape of the bra cup, and the wire material used is a metal material, so that problems often occur when the bra contacts the skin, the wire is easily bent or falls out during frequent washing, and the shape itself of the wire is deformed during long-term use, so that the inherent functions thereof cannot be well exerted. Further, when the elasticity of the belt is improved in order to prevent the breast from falling down, the elasticity of the belt is reduced after a short time, and the effect is insignificant.
As another structure, the brassiere according to the korean patent registration No. 478683 is a modified brassiere, which, as shown in fig. 2, comprises left and right mold cups 102 and 104 connected to each other, which directly contact the breasts and are fitted into the breasts, upper portions 108 located on the front sides of the left and right mold cups and entirely covering the left and right mold cups in front of the same, and provided with lower portions 110 located at positions higher than the highest points of the left and right mold cups, and front panels 106 located at positions lower than the lowest points of the left and right mold cups, back panels 116 bonded to the left and right side portions 112 and 114 of the front panels and brought into close contact with the backs of the wearer when worn by the wearer, left and right shoulder straps 118 connected to the upper portions 108 of the front panels and the upper sides of the back panels 116, panel elastic members 122 having a larger elastic force than the front panels are bonded in overlapping relation with the front panels along the lateral lengths of the front panels and the inner sides of the front panels, and back panels 116 having a larger elastic force than the back panel elastic force of the back panels and the back panels 120 are bonded in overlapping relation with the front panels.
The conventional brassiere has a problem that, firstly, the entire weight of the brassiere is heavy and the brassiere is not easily ventilated by using a mold cup formed by foaming a synthetic resin, and the skin problem is caused, secondly, the shape of the brassiere is formed in a certain shape irrespective of the shape of the body, so that the close contact ability is weak, and thirdly, when the brassiere is worn, the breasts on both sides are gathered toward the center of the breasts in an initial stage, and the gathered breasts are deformed sideways and downwards after a long time or after a relatively intense exercise, so that the plump feeling and the wearing feeling are reduced.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present utility model will be described in detail below.
The functional bra 1 of the present utility model is a bra comprising a front face fabric a provided with left and right cup pads P, a back face fabric J for pressing the body, and a shoulder strap H for connecting the front face fabric a and the back face fabric J, and fig. 3 is a manufacturing process diagram showing a manufacturing method of the functional bra of the present utility model, and fig. 5 is a perspective view showing an outline of the functional bra of the present utility model manufactured by the method shown in fig. 3, and the functional bra of the present utility model based on these drawings performs a pad fabric preparation step (S100) of inserting a short fiber laminate B3 formed by a short fiber laminate between an inner face fabric B2 and an outer face fabric B1 on both sides and then thermally bonding the short fiber laminate B by a pressure bonding device capable of heating and pressurizing.
As shown in said 6, the outer surface member B1 of the cushion material B is a woven structure in which warp and weft are formed with through holes in the form of a mesh at a certain interval so as to be easily ventilated, and is woven from a synthetic resin fiber yarn, and the inner surface member B2 and the outer surface member B1 are similar, are woven from warp and weft in a crossing manner, but are a dense woven structure in which no through holes are formed, and are formed from natural fibers such as cotton and used. The inner surface member B2 is required to absorb moisture, protect the skin when contacting the skin, and have a soft touch.
As shown in fig. 7a, a mat material B-a as another structure may be formed by heat-pressing a first staple fiber laminate B3-1 formed by stacking staple fibers, a second staple fiber laminate B3-2 having a density greater than that of the first staple fiber laminate B3-1, an outside surface member B1 formed by needle punching after stacking the first staple fiber laminate B3-1 and the second staple fiber laminate B3-2 and having through holes formed by separating warp and weft at a certain interval on both sides, and an inside surface member B2 formed by crossing warp and weft and contacting the skin.
The staple fiber laminate has advantages such as a stable and plump feel, and protection of the breast by absorbing external impact, while maintaining the shape of the cup, when it is stacked for more than 2 times.
As yet another construction of the mat material B-B, a short fiber laminate B3 is used, which is arranged between the inner side surface member B2 and the outer side surface member B1, as shown in fig. 7B. The structure of the staple fiber laminate B3B is a structure in which the staple fibers are formed into a web having a certain thickness, and the third staple fiber laminate B3-3, which is formed by needling the structure of the first staple fiber laminate, is thermally bonded to the first staple fiber laminate B3-1, which is not needled.
The tensile strength of the needled third staple fiber laminate B3-3 in the form of a web increases to prevent stiffening and to facilitate formation of a cup, but the fabric gives a feeling of peduncles, and the needled first staple fiber laminate B3-1 in the form of a web is soft due to excellent softness and elastic force but gives a soft and soft paste feeling.
When the staple fiber laminate B3 is applied to the double-mesh laminate structure as described above, the moldability of the cup shape and the elastic force of the inner side contacting the skin can be improved, and the needled third staple fiber laminate B3-3 and the needled first staple fiber laminate B3-1 can be bonded by thermal bonding.
After the mat materials B, B-a, B-B are prepared as described above, a mat manufacturing process (S200) is performed in which the mat materials B, ba, B-B are cut and cut into a sheet-like form of the front first mat PB1, the front second mat PB2, and the mat PB3 so as to have a predetermined pattern and shape.
As described above, in the method of cutting and trimming the front first pad PB1, the front second pad PB2, and the sheet PB3 according to the shape and pattern of the cup, the sheet manufacturing process (S200) requires that the length of the front first pad PB1 and the front second pad PB2 be the same as the length of the sheet PB3 and that the front first pad PB1 and the front second pad PB2 be different in size, but may be formed so as to have only the same bonding length and different vertical heights so as to be freely expressed according to the design shape.
The front first pad PB1 is joined to one surface of the front second pad PB2 and is sewn and joined by the vertical connecting side strip C1 to form the under pad PB-ase:Sub>A having ase:Sub>A curvature as shown in fig. 8 (refer to the first joining step (S300)).
The cup pad forming step (S400) is performed, in which both sides of the joint portion between the mat PB3 formed in the mat manufacturing step (S200) and the under-mat PB-ase:Sub>A formed in the first joining step (S300) are joined by the lateral connecting edge C2 to manufacture the left and right cup pads P. At this time, as shown in fig. 8, the under-pad PB-ase:Sub>A having ase:Sub>A certain curvature is further formed with ase:Sub>A constant curvature by means of the joined sheet PB3.
On the other hand, the lateral connecting edge C2 and the longitudinal connecting edge C1 may have a belt shape having a constant width and having an elastic force. As described above, when the lateral connecting edge pieces C2 and the longitudinal connecting edge pieces C1 are elastic fabrics, the effect of easily returning to the original state when the cup is deformed can be exhibited.
As shown in fig. 5b, when the mat PB3 is joined, the short fibers constituting the short fiber laminate are arranged in the horizontal direction, and the front first mat PB1 and the front second mat PB2 forming the lower mat PB-ase:Sub>A are arranged in the vertical direction.
At this time, the lateral connecting edge C2 and the vertical connecting edge C1 exert a skeleton effect of maintaining a cup shape, and the reason why the arrangement of the short fibers is also different is that the lateral connecting edge C2 and the vertical connecting edge C1 use a belt shape having an elastic force and a certain width in order to enhance the phenomenon such as the falling of the support force prevention pad.
After the cup pad forming step (S400) is completed, the left and right cup pads P are connected to each other by a connector (L), and a lower support fabric D made of a material having a certain area and having high stretchability so as to be elastically worn against the lower body of the breast is bonded to the lower ends of the front first pad PB1 and the front second pad PB 2.
The lower support fabric D may be formed of an elastic fabric, and the inner side may be formed of a soft fabric, which is allowed to be further added by contact with the skin, and the back side J may be formed of an elastic fabric, which is allowed to be further added by contact with the skin.
A front face fabric processing step (S500) of sewing a side face support fabric F, the lower end of which is connected to the lower support fabric D and is connected to the side faces of a pair of cup pads, to form a front face fabric A, a back face fabric sewing step (S600) of sewing back face fabric J, which is connected to both ends of the front face fabric so as to be closely attached to the body, and a ending step (S700) of combining a pair of shoulder straps H, which are connected to the upper ends of the pair of side face fabrics and the upper ends of the back face fabric so as to hang on the shoulders of a user.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4, the lace fabric sewing process (S800) is further included, that is, a lace fabric (RE) is further attached to the front, and the lace fabric (RE) shields the front fabric a from being exposed to the front to be beautified. Further, as shown in fig. 3, the lace fabric may be integrally formed with the back fabric J and used after being sewn to both ends of the front fabric a.
This is to make the back surface also beautiful, and the sewing parts of the lace fabrics are joined to both ends of the front surface fabric a so that the sewing lines overlap to increase the weight of the product by means of a clean and clean ending manner.
As shown in fig. 9, the auxiliary cup fabric attaching step (S900) may be performed, in which an auxiliary cup fabric (T) is attached, the outer side of which is sewn to the lower support fabric D and the side support fabric F in a u-shaped manner, and the inner side is opened so that the lower ends of the left and right breasts are placed in a space.
The sub-cup fabric (T) attached by the sub-cup fabric attaching process (S900) prevents the entire breast from falling down by being sewn to the inner side of the front face fabric a and setting off the entire breast with the same force so as to prevent the breast from deforming sideways and lifting up the entire breast when wearing the bra, thereby preventing the formation of unbalanced breasts and presenting an even and beautiful breast.
The functional bra of the present utility model as described above can exhibit various effects, such as a weight reduction without using a mold cup formed by foaming a synthetic resin, an excellent moisture absorption and quick drying ability and an easy maintenance of a cup shape due to a fiber as a whole, and an excellent ventilation property, and can exert a skin-protecting effect, and can be worn in close contact with each other regardless of the body type of a wearer, and a side breast gathering in the center direction of the breast can be prevented from being deformed sideways even if worn for a long period of time, and a side breast whole can be supported and prevented from falling down.
