屋に導く複数の給気管路と、 これ等の給気管路に上流側から順に配置される定風量装
置および給気側高気密ダンパと、 前記複数の部屋からの空気を一台の排気ファンに導く複
数の排気管路と、 これ等の排気管路に上流側から順に配置される通常排気
用高気密ダンパおよび通常排気時圧力調節用排気ダンパ
と、 前記排気管路の通常排気用高気密ダンパの上流側から分
岐し消毒排気用主管路に接続される複数の消毒排気用分
岐管路と、 この消毒排気用分岐管路に配置される消毒排気用高気密
ダンパと、 前記消毒排気用主管路に上流側から順に配置される消毒
排気時圧力調節用排気ダンパ、消毒排気処理装置および
消毒排気用排気ファンと、 前記定風量装置の風量を設定するとともに前記給気側高
気密ダンパ,通常排気用高気密ダンパおよび消毒排気用
高気密ダンパの開閉を指示するコントローラと、 前記圧力調節用排気ダンパの開度を自動調節することに
より前記部屋内の圧力と部屋外の圧力との差圧を所定の
値に維持する差圧調節器と、を備え、 前記給気側高気密ダンパおよび通常排気用高気密ダンパ
を閉じた状態で前記部屋内を消毒した後に、前記消毒排
気用分岐管路および消毒排気用主管路を用いて前記部屋
内を排気する時に使用される消毒排気用制御手段を設け
てなり、 前記消毒排気用制御手段を、 消毒排気信号の入力により前記差圧調節器による制御を
通常排気時圧力調節用排気ダンパから消毒排気時圧力調
節用排気ダンパに切り換える制御切換手段と、 前記消毒排気信号の入力により前記消毒排気用排気ファ
ンを起動する起動手段と、 前記消毒排気信号の入力により前記定風量装置の風量設
定を定常時風量より小さく設定する小風量設定手段と、 前記消毒排気信号の入力により前記給気側高気密ダンパ
を全開にする操作を開始する給気ダンパ全開手段と、 前記小風量設定手段により設定された風量で前記定風量
装置が作動されると同時に前記消毒排気用高気密ダンパ
を全開にする操作を開始する消毒排気用ダンパ全開手段
と、 前記消毒排気用高気密ダンパの全開後に、前記定風量装
置の風量設定を増大する風量変更手段と、から構成して
なることを特徴とする空調装置。

高気密ダンパの開閉を指示するコントローラと、 前記圧力調節用排気ダンパの開度を自動調節することに
より前記部屋内の圧力と部屋外の圧力との差圧を所定の
値に維持する差圧調節器と、を備え、 前記給気側高気密ダンパおよび消毒排気用高気密ダンパ
を開とし、前記消毒排気時圧力調節用排気ダンパ、消毒
排気処理装置および消毒排気ファンによる消毒排気が終
了した後に、前記部屋内の排気を前記排気管路を用いた
通常排気に戻す時に使用される通常排気用制御手段を設
けてなり、 前記通常排気用制御手段を、 通常排気信号の入力により前記定風量装置の風量設定を
定常時風量より小さく設定する小風量設定手段と、 前記定風量装置の風量が前記小風量設定手段により設定
された風量になった後に、前記差圧調節器による制御を
前記消毒排気時圧力調節用排気ダンパから前記通常排気
時圧力調節用排気ダンパに切り換える制御切換手段と、 前記定風量装置の風量が前記小風量設定手段により設定
された風量になった後に、前記消毒排気用高気密ダンパ
を全閉にする操作を開始する消毒排気用ダンパ全閉手段
と、 前記消毒排気用高気密ダンパを全閉にする操作が開始さ
れると同時に、前記通常排気用高気密ダンパを全開にす
る操作を開始する通常排気用ダンパ全開手段と、 前記消毒排気用高気密ダンパが全閉にされ、前記通常排
気用高気密ダンパが全開になった後に、前記消毒排気用
排気ファンを停止する停止手段と、 前記消毒排気用排気ファンの停止と同時に前記定風量装
置の風量設定を増大し、通常排気時の風量とする風量変
