The invention provides a fault reporting method of an electric appliance. The fault reporting method can be implemented in a remote controller, and more specifically, the fault reporting method can be implemented in an MCU of the remote controller.
The electric appliance comprises a main control module and a communication module; the main control module is used for logic control, scheduling and control execution setting; the communication module is used for communicating with a gateway (such as an intelligent home gateway), and the communication mode is specifically wireless communication, for example, wireless communication modes such as WIFI, bluetooth, zigBee and the like.
The remote controller can be paired with at least one electric appliance, and the at least one electric appliance can be controlled after the pairing is successful. For example, the remote control may control multiple appliances of the same brand and/or multiple appliances that have been paired. The remote controller and the paired electric appliances are communicated in a wireless communication mode, such as a wireless communication mode of WIFI, bluetooth, zigBee and the like. Preferably, the remote controller and the electric appliance preferably adopt WiFi P2P communication technology. Optionally, the remote controller establishes exclusive key communication with the electric appliance, and the remote controller can selectively control corresponding electric appliance equipment.
And after the remote controller is paired with the electric appliance, the equipment information of the corresponding electric appliance is stored. In particular, the remote control may be paired with more than one identical or different appliance. For example, the remote control is paired with more than two air conditioners. For example, there are air conditioners a, air conditioners B, dehumidifiers, electric fans, etc. of the same brand. The remote controller is provided with a switching key, and the matched electric appliance currently controlled by the remote controller can be switched by operating the switching key, for example, the matched air conditioner currently controlled by the remote controller is switched. When the remote controller can control more than one matched different electric appliances, the different electric appliances can be selected for control by switching the operation keys. Alternatively, a list of devices is stored in the remote control, and the user may switch the list of devices using the remote control to select and control different devices. For example, if the current remote controller interface is an interface for controlling the electric fan, the user wants to control the air conditioner by using the remote controller at this time, the user can operate the remote controller to switch to the option for correspondingly controlling the air conditioner, and the user can directly use the same remote controller to remotely control the air conditioner after the operation is confirmed.

The electric appliance comprises a main control module and a communication module. As shown in fig. 2, the paired appliances of the remote controller include an air conditioner a and an air conditioner B, which both include a main control module and a communication module. Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a remote control selecting a currently controlled paired appliance (device). As shown in fig. 3, when the remote controller can control more than one paired different devices (appliances), the control can be performed by selecting different devices (device a, device B, and device C) by operating key switching.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a method of an embodiment of a fault reporting method of an electrical apparatus according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the fault reporting method at least includes step S110, step S120 and step S130 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Step S110, a state synchronization request is sent to the paired electric appliances currently controlled by the affiliated remote controller to request to synchronize the state information of the electric appliances.
The fault reporting method can be implemented in a remote controller. The remote controller is the remote controller implemented by the fault reporting method. The remote control is paired with the currently controlled appliance. For example, the remote controller and the currently controlled electric appliance adopt WiFi P2P communication, and a state synchronization request is sent to the currently controlled electric appliance to request to synchronize the state information of the electric appliance. The state information may be state information displayed on the electric appliance, for example, when the electric appliance is an air conditioner, what state is displayed on the display screen of the air conditioner, and the remote controller is synchronized to a state consistent with the air conditioner.
Step S120, if the status synchronization request is successful, checking whether the storage module of the remote controller stores fault information of communication modules of other paired electric appliances.
And step S130, if the storage module is checked to store the fault information of the communication module of other paired electric appliances, reporting the fault information of the communication module to a server through the currently controlled paired electric appliances.
Specifically, a state synchronization request is sent to an electric appliance currently controlled by the remote controller, whether feedback exists or not is judged, if state information fed back by the electric appliance is received, and the electric appliance controlled by the electric appliance is indicated to be normal in communication, the state information of the paired electric appliance controlled by the remote controller and the current remote controller is synchronized, for example, the state information is synchronously displayed on a display screen of the remote controller. And if the state synchronization request is successful, checking whether the storage module stores fault information of communication modules of other paired electric appliances.
The communication module fault information of the other paired electric appliances is stored when the remote controller is used for controlling the other paired electric appliances. Specifically, when the remote controller controls the other paired electric appliances, a state synchronization request is sent to the other paired electric appliances to request to synchronize state information of the other paired electric appliances; if the state synchronization fails, determining that the communication modules of the other paired electric appliances are failed, and storing the communication module failure information of the other paired electric appliances into a storage module of the remote controller. The storage module can be specifically a storage module specially arranged in the remote controller and is mainly used for storing the fault information of the communication module of the paired electric appliance. For example, when the remote controller controls other paired electric appliances last time, sending a state synchronization request to the other paired electric appliances to request to synchronize state information of the other paired electric appliances; if the state synchronization fails, determining that the communication module of the controlled paired electric appliance fails, and storing the failure information of the communication module into a storage module of the remote controller.
If the storage module is checked to store the fault information of the communication modules of other paired electric appliances, the stored fault information of the communication modules of other paired electric appliances is reported to the server through the currently controlled paired electric appliances. That is, if the communication module failure information of the paired electric appliance controlled last time is stored in the storage module of the remote controller under the condition that the paired electric appliance controlled currently can normally communicate, the stored communication module failure information is reported to the electric appliance, and the electric appliance reports the failure information to a server.
For example, when the current remote controller interface is an interface for controlling the electric fan (i.e. the paired electric appliance currently controlled by the remote controller is the electric fan), the user wants to control the air conditioner by using the remote controller at this time, and then the remote controller can be operated to switch to the option for correspondingly controlling the air conditioner, after the operation confirmation, the MCU end of the remote controller detects the key confirmation and then sends a state synchronization request for displaying the state of the remote controller and the air conditioner to the air conditioner (i.e. what state is displayed by the current air conditioner, and the remote controller is also synchronized to the state consistent with the air conditioner). If the remote controller does not receive the response after sending the request to the air conditioner end, judging that no feedback exists, namely the state synchronization request fails; if the response is received, the feedback is judged, and the state synchronization request is successful. If the state synchronization request is successful, the fault information in the storage module is checked, if the fault information of the communication modules of other paired electric appliances is detected, the fault information is reported to the air conditioner, and after the air conditioner receives the fault information, the fault information is reported to the cloud server.
If the state synchronization request fails, determining that the electric appliance communication module fails, and storing the communication module failure information into a storage module of the remote controller so as to report the communication module failure information to a server. Preferably, the allowed number of status requests is set, for example, a preset number (for example, 3) of times of transmission of the side status requests is set to be allowed at most. If the request is successful within the preset times, receiving the state information fed back by the electric appliance, and synchronizing the state information to a storage module of the remote controller; if the request times reach the preset times, the state information fed back by the electric appliance is still not received, the state synchronization request is judged to be failed, the communication module failure of the electric appliance is determined, the communication module failure information is stored in a storage module of the remote controller, and the communication module failure information is reported to a server through other paired electric appliances. The fault information includes, but is not limited to, device MAC, MID, user information, etc.
For example, when the remote controller is switched to control another paired electric appliance, in the case that the other paired electric appliance can normally communicate (the communication module has no fault), the communication module fault information (i.e. the communication module fault information of the paired electric appliance controlled last time) stored by the storage module is reported to the other paired electric appliance, and the other paired electric appliance reports the fault information to a server. Specifically, because of the failure of the electrical appliance communication module, failure reporting cannot be performed, and the failure is stored in the storage module of the remote controller. After the standby remote controller is in normal communication with the next paired electric appliance capable of normal communication, the remote controller executes one-time fault information check of the storage module, if the fault information exists, the stored fault information is reported to the electric appliance which is currently controlled, and the electric appliance reports the fault information to the cloud server.
In order to clearly illustrate the technical scheme of the invention, the execution flow of the fault reporting method of the electrical appliance provided by the invention is described in the following by a specific embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a method of an embodiment of a fault reporting method of an electrical apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, taking an air conditioner as an example, the remote controller has completed pairing with more than one air conditioner, and uses WiFi P2P communication technology to communicate with the air conditioner to control the air conditioner. The remote controller end carries out switching selection confirmation of control equipment, a user selects an air conditioner to be controlled through switching of the remote controller, and the remote controller end detects a key event triggered and confirmed; the remote controller communication module actively sends a state synchronization request to the equipment, judges whether the state synchronization request is successful or not, namely, judges whether feedback exists or not, and sends the state request for at most 3 times, if the state synchronization request is successful, the remote controller receives the state information fed back by the air conditioner to perform synchronization, and then the remote controller executes one-time self-checking of fault information of the storage module; if the fault information exists, reporting the fault to a cloud server, and actively feeding back to an after-sales service platform by a server end to inform after-sales personnel, wherein after-sales personnel can actively contact for maintenance; if no fault information exists, the related action processing is not executed, and the remote controller can be normally used for controlling the equipment; if the air conditioner feedback is not received after the 3 times of requests are sent, judging that the state synchronization request fails, judging that the communication module at the air conditioner end fails at the moment, and actively storing the equipment failure information at the remote controller end. When the user uses the remote controller to switch another air conditioning device to control, the remote controller firstly sends a state synchronization request to the device so as to ensure that the remote controller and the device can normally communicate, at the moment, the remote controller reports the stored fault information to the air conditioning device, and the air conditioning device reports the fault information to the cloud server after receiving the fault information.
For example, under the condition that a user has at least two intelligent air-conditioning devices in a home, the user intends to use a remote controller to control the air-conditioning of a room A, at the moment, the device switching selection confirmation is carried out at the remote controller end, and once the confirmation of the operation selection is finished, the remote controller end detects a triggered confirmation key event; the MCU side communication module actively sends a state synchronization request to the equipment and executes feedback judgment, and the state request is set to be sent for 3 times at most, (1) if the state request is successful once, the state information fed back by the air conditioner is received by the remote controller for synchronization, and then the remote controller executes one-time self-check of fault information of the storage module; (1) if the fault information exists, reporting the fault to a cloud server, and actively feeding back to an after-sales service platform by a server end to inform after-sales personnel, wherein after-sales personnel can actively contact for maintenance; (2) if no fault information exists, the related action processing is not executed, and the remote controller can be normally used for controlling the equipment; (2) If the air conditioner end feedback is not received in the 3 sending requests, the state synchronization request is judged to be failed, at the moment, the failure of the communication module of the air conditioner end is judged to be identified, the remote controller end actively stores the failure information of the equipment, when a user uses the remote controller to switch another air conditioner to control, the remote controller firstly sends the state synchronization request to the equipment so as to ensure that the remote controller and the equipment can normally communicate, at the moment, the remote controller end reports the stored failure information to the air conditioner equipment, and the air conditioner equipment reports the failure information to the cloud server after receiving the failure information.
The invention also provides a fault reporting device of the electric appliance. The fault reporting device can be particularly implemented in a remote controller, and more particularly, the fault reporting device can be implemented in an MCU (micro control unit) of the remote controller.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a remote control in communication with a controlled appliance (air conditioner). As shown in fig. 2, the remote controller includes a control module, a display module, a communication module, and a storage module. The control module is used for logic control and control detection; the display module is used for displaying a device list and/or a device state; the communication module is used for communicating with equipment and synchronizing information related to the equipment, and the communication mode is particularly wireless communication, for example, wireless communication modes such as WIFI, bluetooth, zigBee and the like; the storage module is used for storing the equipment information and/or the state information.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a fault reporting apparatus for an electrical appliance according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the fault reporting apparatus 100 of the electric appliance includes a requesting unit 110, a checking unit 120, and a reporting unit 130.
The request unit 110 is configured to send a status synchronization request to a paired appliance currently controlled by the remote controller, so as to request to synchronize status information of the appliance.
The fault reporting device may be implemented in a remote control. The remote controller is the remote controller implemented by the fault reporting device.
The checking unit 120 is configured to check whether the storage module stores fault information of communication modules of other paired electric appliances if the status synchronization request is successful; the reporting unit 130 is configured to report the communication module failure information to a server through the currently controlled paired electrical appliance if the detecting unit detects that the storage module stores the communication module failure information of other paired electrical appliances.
Specifically, the device 100 further includes a synchronization unit (not shown) configured to synchronize the state information of the remote controller and the currently controlled paired electrical appliance if the state synchronization request is successful. The request unit 110 sends a status synchronization request to the electric appliance currently controlled by the remote controller, and performs a judgment of whether feedback exists, if status information fed back by the electric appliance is received, which indicates that the electric appliance controlled by the electric appliance is normal in communication, the synchronization unit performs status information synchronization between the remote controller and the paired electric appliance currently controlled, for example, the status information is synchronously displayed on a display screen of the remote controller. The checking unit 120 checks whether the communication module failure information of other paired appliances is stored in the storage module if the status synchronization request is successful.
The communication module fault information of the other paired electric appliances is stored when the remote controller is used for controlling the other paired electric appliances. Specifically, when the remote controller controls the other paired electric appliances, the request unit sends a state synchronization request to the other paired electric appliances so as to request the state information of the other paired electric appliances to be synchronized; if the state synchronization fails, determining that the communication modules of the other paired electric appliances are failed, and storing the communication module failure information of the other paired electric appliances into a storage module of the remote controller by a storage unit.
If the checking unit 120 checks that the storage module stores the communication module fault information of other paired electrical apparatuses, the reporting unit 130 reports the stored communication module fault information of other paired electrical apparatuses to the server through the currently controlled paired electrical apparatuses.
The fault information includes, but is not limited to, device MAC, MID, user information, etc.
Optionally, the apparatus 100 further includes a storage unit (not shown) configured to determine that the appliance communication module fails if the status synchronization request fails, and store the communication module failure information in the storage module of the remote controller, so as to report the communication module failure information to a cloud server through other paired appliances. Preferably, the allowed number of status requests is set, for example, a preset number (for example, 3) of times of transmission of the side status requests is set to be allowed at most. If the request is successful within the preset times, receiving the state information fed back by the electric appliance, and synchronizing the state information to a storage module of the remote controller; if the request times reach the preset times, the state information fed back by the electric appliance is still not received, the state synchronization request is judged to be failed, the communication module failure of the electric appliance is determined, the storage unit stores the communication module failure information into the storage module of the remote controller, and the communication module failure information is reported to the server through other paired electric appliances.
The invention also provides a storage medium corresponding to the fault reporting method of the electric appliance, and a computer program is stored on the storage medium, and the program realizes the steps of any one of the methods when being executed by a processor.
The invention also provides a remote controller corresponding to the fault reporting method of the electric appliance, which comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the steps of any one of the methods when executing the program.
The invention also provides a remote controller corresponding to the fault reporting device of the electric appliance, which comprises any fault reporting device of the electric appliance.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, the state information of the synchronous electric appliance is requested to the electric appliance through the remote controller, and the state information of the electric appliance is synchronized to the remote controller end, so that the fault information of the electric appliance is checked based on the synchronized state information, the fault can be reported in time, the maintenance is notified in time, and the fault processing efficiency is improved.
