According to the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, if the household appliance is in failure, whether the network connection between the household appliance and the wireless network is disconnected is detected; if the network connection with the wireless network is disconnected, encapsulating fault information to be reported to obtain a broadcast data packet; and broadcasting the broadcast data packet through the Bluetooth module so that the Bluetooth gateway forwards the broadcast data packet to a server.
Because the broadcast data packet comprises the detailed fault information of the household appliance, the Bluetooth module also broadcasts the detailed fault information of the household appliance, so that the Bluetooth gateway forwards the detailed fault information of the household appliance to the server, the broadcast data packet can be forwarded to the server through the Bluetooth gateway, the fault information is reported to the server in time, and then the server can acquire the fault information of the household appliance in time, so that the fault information can be processed in time, and the damage is avoided.
In another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a terminal including: the system comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus; the memory stores a computer program that can be run on the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the method of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
According to the terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, the processor executes the program stored in the memory to detect whether the network connection between the processor and the wireless network is disconnected or not if the household appliance is in failure; if the network connection with the wireless network is disconnected, encapsulating fault information to be reported to obtain a broadcast data packet; the broadcast data packet is broadcasted by the Bluetooth module, so that the broadcast data packet is forwarded to the server by the Bluetooth gateway, the fault information is reported to the server in time, and then the server acquires the fault information of the household appliance in time, so that the fault information can be processed in time, and harm is avoided.
The communication bus 1140 mentioned in the above terminal may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus 1140 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 6, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
The communication interface 1120 is used for communication between the terminal and other devices.
The memory 1130 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM), and may also include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
The processor 1110 may be a general-purpose processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the integrated circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer readable medium having non-volatile program code executable by a processor, the program code causing the processor to perform the method of the method embodiment.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. Claims (8)
1. A fault reporting method is characterized in that the method is applied to household appliances, the household appliances comprise Bluetooth modules, and the method comprises the following steps:
if the household appliance equipment fails, detecting whether the network connection between the household appliance equipment and the wireless network is disconnected;
if the network connection with the wireless network is disconnected, encapsulating fault information to be reported to obtain a broadcast data packet;
broadcasting the broadcast data packet through the Bluetooth module so that a Bluetooth gateway forwards the broadcast data packet to a server;
wherein the method further comprises:
controlling the Bluetooth module to start a Bluetooth function;
detecting whether a Bluetooth networking request sent by other household appliances is received;
if a Bluetooth networking request sent by other household appliances is received, Bluetooth networking is carried out with the other household appliances;
if the self is determined as the host, determining the self fault information and the fault information sent when other household appliances in the Bluetooth network have faults as the fault information to be reported;
the method further comprises the following steps:

detecting whether a drop notification sent by a Bluetooth gateway is received;
and if receiving the offline notification sent by the Bluetooth gateway, and when the network connection with the wireless network is recovered, sending the broadcast data packet to a server through the wireless network connection.
