本发明公开了一种智能电池塑壳,涉及电池塑壳技术领域;包括用于安装电池的壳体、盖在壳体上侧的盖子、位于盖子上侧的保护罩、位于保护罩内的金属板、位于金属板上侧的温度传感器、位于保护罩内壁上的用于发送电量和温度数据的无线模块;盖子上设有和壳体内部空间连通的安装口,金属板位于安装口内并贴合电池,保护罩上侧设有过孔,无线模块上连接有天线,天线远离无线模块的一端设有内螺纹孔,内螺纹孔螺纹连接有用于穿过电池仓盖板的电线延长螺栓;电池仓盖板上设有供电线延长螺栓穿过的第二过孔,第二过孔上端设有用于嵌入电线延长螺栓的头部的凹槽,凹槽的槽底设有密封圈。本发明用电安全,信号稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于电池塑壳技术领域,特别涉及一种智能电池塑壳。
背景技术
现有的电池具有无线功能,能连接手机,手机能知道电量和温度,但是现有的电池由于密封在电池仓内,导致手机接收到的信号不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术上述缺点,提出一种智能电池塑壳。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种智能电池塑壳,包括用于安装电池的壳体、盖在壳体上侧的盖子、位于盖子上侧的保护罩、位于保护罩内的金属板、位于金属板上侧的温度传感器、位于保护罩内壁上的用于发送电量和温度数据的无线模块;盖子上设有和壳体内部空间连通的安装口,金属板位于安装口内并贴合电池,保护罩上侧设有过孔,无线模块上连接有天线,天线远离无线模块的一端和过孔适配并固接在过孔内,天线远离无线模块的一端设有内螺纹孔,内螺纹孔螺纹连接有用于穿过电池仓盖板的电线延长螺栓;电池仓盖板上设有供电线延长螺栓穿过的第二过孔,第二过孔上端设有用于嵌入电线延长螺栓的头部的凹槽,凹槽的槽底设有用于增加电线延长螺栓的头部和凹槽之间的密封性的密封圈。
作为优选,电线延长螺栓的上端和电池仓盖板的上侧齐平。
作为优选,凹槽的内壁上设有环形滑槽,环形滑槽内滑动连接有滑动环,环形滑槽的槽底设有用于防止滑动环转动的限位滑槽,滑动环外侧固接有限位键,限位键滑动连接在限位滑槽内,环形滑槽内设有用于对滑动环施加向上的力的弹簧,滑动环的内壁上固接有若干用于防止电线延长螺栓松动的档位,档位以第二过孔的轴为中心呈环形阵列布置,电线延长螺栓的头部周向固接有若干用于和档位配合的止挡杆,止挡杆以电线延长螺栓的轴为中心呈环形阵列布置,止挡杆和档位一一对应,电线延长螺栓在止挡杆处的切线和对应的止挡杆的夹角小于90度。
作为优选,盖子上侧固接有若干加强筋。
作为优选,加强筋相互平行,加强筋的两端分别位于盖子的两端,部分加强筋的中部被保护罩隔断形成分布在保护罩两侧的分段,加强筋的上沿和保护罩的上侧齐平。
作为优选,加强筋等间距布置。
作为优选,分段上设有把手孔。
本发明的有益效果是:电池安装在壳体内,盖子通过螺栓连接在壳体上,把壳体放入电瓶车的电池仓,在电池仓上盖上电池仓盖板,然后用螺栓固定,第二过孔和过孔位置外应,电线延长螺栓穿过第二过孔和内螺纹孔配合,在转动的过程中,止挡杆经过档位的时候会弹性变形,电线延长螺栓拧紧之后,止挡杆端部抵靠在凹槽的内壁上,止挡杆的端部位于档位的一侧,从而防止电线延长螺栓松动;而密封圈的作用是,防止雨水进入电池仓;电池在充电的时候,温度变高,无线模块采用现有技术,将温度和电量发送给手机,当电量充满或者温度过高的时候,手机发出提醒,从而提高了用电的安全性;当需要拧出电线延长螺栓的时候,向下压档位,滑动环向下运动,档位和止挡杆脱开,然后就能拧下电线延长螺栓了,然后就能卸下电池仓盖板了,对电池进行更换。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步详细阐述:
实施例:
参见图1到图4,一种智能电池塑壳,包括用于安装电池的壳体1、盖在壳体1上侧的盖子2、位于盖子2上侧的保护罩3、位于保护罩3内的金属板4、位于金属板4上侧的温度传感器5、位于保护罩3内壁上的用于发送电量和温度数据的无线模块6;
盖子2上设有和壳体1内部空间连通的安装口,金属板4位于安装口内并贴合电池,保护罩3上侧设有过孔,无线模块6上连接有天线7,天线7远离无线模块6的一端和过孔适配并固接在过孔内,天线7远离无线模块6的一端设有内螺纹孔,内螺纹孔螺纹连接有用于穿过电池仓盖板8的电线延长螺栓9;
电池仓盖板8上设有供电线延长螺栓9穿过的第二过孔,第二过孔上端设有用于嵌入电线延长螺栓9的头部的凹槽,凹槽的槽底设有用于增加电线延长螺栓9的头部和凹槽之间的密封性的密封圈10。
电线延长螺栓9的上端和电池仓盖板8的上侧齐平。
凹槽的内壁上设有环形滑槽17,环形滑槽17内滑动连接有滑动环,环形滑槽17的槽底设有用于防止滑动环转动的限位滑槽,滑动环外侧固接有限位键18,限位键18滑动连接在限位滑槽内,环形滑槽17内设有用于对滑动环施加向上的力的弹簧,滑动环的内壁上固接有若干用于防止电线延长螺栓9松动的档位11,档位11以第二过孔的轴为中心呈环形阵列布置,电线延长螺栓9的头部周向固接有若干用于和档位11配合的止挡杆12,止挡杆12以电线延长螺栓9的轴为中心呈环形阵列布置,止挡杆12和档位11一一对应,电线延长螺栓9在止挡杆12处的切线和对应的止挡杆12的夹角小于90度。
盖子2上侧固接有若干加强筋13。
加强筋13相互平行,加强筋13的两端分别位于盖子2的两端,部分加强筋13的中部被保护罩3隔断形成分布在保护罩3两侧的分段14,加强筋13的上沿和保护罩3的上侧齐平。
加强筋13等间距布置。
分段14上设有把手孔15。
实施例原理:
电池安装在壳体1内,盖子2通过螺栓连接在壳体1上,把壳体1放入电瓶车的电池仓16,在电池仓16上盖上电池仓盖板8,然后用螺栓固定,第二过孔和过孔位置外应,电线延长螺栓9穿过第二过孔和内螺纹孔配合,在转动的过程中,止挡杆12经过档位11的时候会弹性变形,电线延长螺栓9拧紧之后,止挡杆12端部抵靠在凹槽的内壁上,止挡杆12的端部位于档位11的一侧,参见图3,从而防止电线延长螺栓9松动;而密封圈的作用是,防止雨水进入电池仓;电池在充电的时候,温度变高,无线模块6采用现有技术,将温度和电量发送给手机,当电量充满或者温度过高的时候,手机发出提醒,从而提高了用电的安全性;
当需要拧出电线延长螺栓9的时候,向下压档位11,滑动环向下运动,档位11和止挡杆12脱开,然后就能拧下电线延长螺栓9了,然后就能卸下电池仓盖板8了,对电池进行更换。

Claims (7)

1.一种智能电池塑壳,其特征在于,包括用于安装电池的壳体、盖在壳体上侧的盖子、位于盖子上侧的保护罩、位于保护罩内的金属板、位于金属板上侧的温度传感器、位于保护罩内壁上的用于发送电量和温度数据的无线模块;
盖子上设有和壳体内部空间连通的安装口,金属板位于安装口内并贴合电池,保护罩上侧设有过孔,无线模块上连接有天线,天线远离无线模块的一端和过孔适配并固接在过孔内,天线远离无线模块的一端设有内螺纹孔,内螺纹孔螺纹连接有用于穿过电池仓盖板的电线延长螺栓;
电池仓盖板上设有供电线延长螺栓穿过的第二过孔,第二过孔上端设有用于嵌入电线延长螺栓的头部的凹槽,凹槽的槽底设有用于增加电线延长螺栓的头部和凹槽之间的密封性的密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电池塑壳,其特征在于,电线延长螺栓的上端和电池仓盖板的上侧齐平。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电池塑壳,其特征在于,凹槽的内壁上设有环形滑槽,环形滑槽内滑动连接有滑动环,环形滑槽的槽底设有用于防止滑动环转动的限位滑槽,滑动环外侧固接有限位键,限位键滑动连接在限位滑槽内,环形滑槽内设有用于对滑动环施加向上的力的弹簧,滑动环的内壁上固接有若干用于防止电线延长螺栓松动的档位,档位以第二过孔的轴为中心呈环形阵列布置,电线延长螺栓的头部周向固接有若干用于和档位配合的止挡杆,止挡杆以电线延长螺栓的轴为中心呈环形阵列布置,止挡杆和档位一一对应,电线延长螺栓在止挡杆处的切线和对应的止挡杆的夹角小于90度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种智能电池塑壳,其特征在于,盖子上侧固接有若干加强筋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种智能电池塑壳,其特征在于,加强筋相互平行,加强筋的两端分别位于盖子的两端,部分加强筋的中部被保护罩隔断形成分布在保护罩两侧的分段,加强筋的上沿和保护罩的上侧齐平。
