Background
With the popularity of cold beverages, ice makers are widely used in various markets as an apparatus for making ice cubes. When the ice maker makes ice, the refrigerant and the room temperature water are subjected to heat exchange, so that the room temperature water is condensed into ice cubes, and the ice cubes formed after condensation can be added into different drinks to meet the demands of users on cold drinks.
The ice cubes made by the ice maker are usually stored in the internal storage container, the ice maker needs to restart the ice making process after the stored ice cubes are completely taken out, and because users are more dense in a market, the ice maker used in the market has the condition of frequently taking ice, the ice cubes stored by the ice maker are more quickly consumed, and the condition that a certain user is interrupted in ice taking due to insufficient ice cubes when taking ice is extremely easy to occur, so that the situation that a part of users cannot take the required ice cubes is avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide an ice maker with an Internet of things function, which can avoid the situation that a user breaks ice taking due to insufficient ice cake allowance when taking ice, so that a part of users cannot take the required ice cake amount.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides an ice maker with an Internet of things function, which comprises an ice storage device, a detection device, a wireless communication device and a controller, wherein the detection device is used for detecting the ice remaining in the ice storage device, and the detection device and the wireless communication device are connected with the controller; the controller acquires ice block allowance through the detection device, receives the ice taking amount reserved by a plurality of users through the terminal equipment and the ordering time of each user through the wireless communication device, accumulates the ice taking amount of each user one by one according to the ordering time sequence of each user until the accumulated value exceeds the ice block allowance, and controls the ice maker to start ice making before the user corresponding to the last accumulated ice taking amount takes ice.
According to the ice maker with the Internet of things function, the controller can receive the ice remainder information detected by the detection device, the ice taking amount information and the ordering time received by the wireless communication device from the user terminal device, and accumulate the ice taking amounts of all users one by one according to the ordering time sequence of all users until the accumulated value exceeds the ice remainder, and the controller controls the ice maker to start ice making before the user corresponding to the last accumulated ice taking amount takes ice, so that the situation that the user is interrupted in taking due to insufficient ice remainder when the user takes ice is avoided, and the situation that part of users cannot take the required ice in the use process of the ice maker is avoided.
In addition, the controller judges whether the sum of the ice taking amounts of all users exceeds the ice cake allowance in a preset range, sequentially accumulates the ice taking amounts of all users in the preset range along the ordering time of all users, determines the ice taking sequence number of the last accumulated user when the accumulated ice taking amount exceeds the ice cake allowance for the first time, and controls the ice maker to start ice making before the ice taking sequence number of the last accumulated user arrives, wherein the preset range is a time interval preset by the controller, and the controller judges whether the sum of the ice taking amounts of a plurality of users subscribed to ice taking exceeds the ice cake allowance in the time interval; or the preset range is the preset user number of the controller, and the controller judges whether the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users reserved for taking ice exceeds the ice cake allowance or not when the preset user number is reached. In this way, the judgment range of the controller may be defined so that the controller adjusts the ice taking sequence of a part of the users within a predetermined range.
In addition, when the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users in the preset range exceeds the ice cake allowance, the controller selects part of the plurality of users in the preset range to form a user combination, and preferably provides ice taking for the users in the user combination, wherein the sum of the ice taking amounts of the users in the user combination does not exceed the ice cake allowance. In this way, so that the icemaker can preferentially provide ice taking for a part of users among the plurality of users within a predetermined range.
In addition, the controller generates an ice taking sequence according to the ordering time sequence of the plurality of users in the user combination, and returns an ice taking sequence number to the terminal equipment of the plurality of users in the user combination according to the ice taking sequence. In this way, the user is able to know when to take ice from the ice maker.
In addition, the controller selects a plurality of user combinations, and takes the user combination with the sum of the ice taking amounts closest to the ice block allowance as a target set and preferentially provides ice taking for users in the target set. In this way, the ice cubes in the target set can be made to have less residual after the user finishes taking ice.
In addition, the controller selects a plurality of user combinations, takes the user combination with the largest user number as a target set, and preferentially provides ice taking for users in the target set. In this way, a greater number of users within a predetermined range can be allowed to access the desired ice cubes.
In addition, when the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users in the preset range does not exceed the ice cake surplus, the controller judges whether the difference between the ice cake surplus and the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users in the preset range is lower than a preset value, and if the difference between the ice cake surplus and the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users in the preset range is lower than the preset value, the controller controls the ice maker to start ice making after the plurality of users in the preset range take ice. Thus, the ice maker can start ice making in time when the next round of user ice taking is not satisfied.
In addition, the detecting device comprises a weight detector and a height detector, wherein the weight detector is connected with the controller and is used for detecting the weight of the ice cubes in the ice cube storage device and sending the ice cube allowance to the controller according to the weight, the height detector is connected with the controller and is used for detecting the stacking height of the ice cubes in the ice cube storage device and sending the stacking height to the controller, and the controller obtains the ice cube allowance according to the weight of the ice cubes detected by the weight detector and/or the stacking height of the ice cubes detected by the height detector. Thus, the controller can obtain the ice remaining in the ice storage device based on the ice weight detected by the weight detector and/or the ice stacking height detected by the height detector.
In addition, the ice maker further comprises a display screen, the display screen is connected with the controller, and the display screen is used for displaying the ice cake allowance. Thus, the user can intuitively know the specific ice block quantity which can be provided by the ice maker.
In addition, the ice maker further comprises a voice broadcasting device, wherein the voice broadcasting device is connected with the controller and used for broadcasting the ice taking sequence number of the user to be taken ice. In this way, it is convenient for the user to know when to take ice from the ice maker.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that in various embodiments of the present invention, numerous technical details have been set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, the technical solutions claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not be construed as limiting the specific implementation of the present invention, and the embodiments can be mutually combined and referred to without contradiction.
The ice maker prepares ice cubes through the evaporator, a condensation pipeline on the evaporator takes away heat of warm water in the inner chamber of the evaporator in the process of being circularly led into a refrigerant by the compressor, the room temperature water led into the evaporator is cooled into ice cubes, the ice cubes are extruded through a screw rod rotating in the evaporator after being formed and transferred into a storage container of the ice maker, and when the ice cubes prepared by the ice maker are filled to the upper limit of the storage container, the ice maker stops making ice, and at the moment, a user can take the ice cubes from the ice maker.
However, the existing ice maker does not have the internet of things function, in the process of taking ice cubes by a user, the ice cube amount is required to be input into the ice maker, the ice maker provides ice cubes for the user according to the ice cube amount input by the user, and the ice maker stops providing the ice cubes until the ice cubes in the storage container of the ice maker are completely taken out, and then the ice making process is restarted. Because users in the market are denser, users take ice more frequently, and the situation that a certain user is interrupted in ice taking due to insufficient ice cake allowance is very easy to occur, so that part of users cannot take the required ice cake amount.
In order to avoid the situation that ice taking is interrupted due to insufficient ice balance of a user when ice is taken, the applicant finds that an Internet of things network can be established between an ice maker and the user, the user can send required ice quantity information to the ice maker through terminal equipment carried by the user, the ice maker judges whether the ice quantity in a storage container can meet the requirements of the user after receiving the ice quantity information sent by the user, and controls an evaporator to start ice making after the ice in the storage container is completely taken out, and if the situation that ice taking is interrupted when a certain user takes ice occurs, the evaporator is controlled to start ice making before the user takes ice, so that the situation that ice taking is interrupted when certain users take ice due to insufficient ice balance can be avoided, and the situation that a part of users cannot take the required ice quantity is avoided.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a communication connection structure between an ice maker and a user according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a controller in the ice maker according to an embodiment of the present application.
The ice maker with the Internet of things function comprises an ice storage device 10, a detection device 20, a wireless communication device 30 and a controller 40, wherein the detection device 20 is used for detecting the ice remaining in the ice storage device 10, and the detection device 20 and the wireless communication device 30 are connected with the controller 40; the controller 40 obtains the ice remainder through the detecting device 20, receives the ice fetching amount reserved by a plurality of users through the terminal device and the ordering time of each user through the wireless communication device 30, the controller 40 accumulates the ice fetching amount of each user one by one according to the ordering time sequence of each user until the accumulated value exceeds the ice remainder, and the controller 40 controls the ice maker to start ice making before the user corresponding to the last accumulated ice fetching amount fetches ice.
The ice storage device 10 is a container for storing ice in the ice maker, the detecting device 20 is a sensor for detecting the remaining amount of ice in the ice storage device 10 in the ice maker, the wireless communication device 30 is a communication module for wireless connection with a terminal device of a user in the ice maker, and the controller 40 is a component for controlling the ice maker.
According to the ice maker with the Internet of things function, the controller 40 can receive ice remainder information detected by the detecting device 20, ice amount information and ordering time received by the wireless communication device 30 from the user terminal equipment, and accumulate the ice amount of each user one by one according to the ordering time sequence of each user until the accumulated value exceeds the ice remainder, and the controller 40 controls the ice maker to start ice making before the user corresponding to the last accumulated ice amount takes ice, so that the situation that the user is interrupted due to insufficient ice remainder when taking ice is avoided, and the situation that part of users cannot take the required ice amount in the use process of the ice maker is avoided.
For example, when a plurality of users, such as user 1, user 2, user 3, … …, and user N, reserve ice taking from the ice maker through the terminal device, the controller 40 can accumulate the ice taking amounts of the users one by one according to the order of the time of the ordering of the users until the accumulated value exceeds the ice cake allowance, and when one of the users is positioned at the position of the last accumulated value, the ice maker is controlled to start ice making before the user takes ice, so that the situation that the user takes ice in an interrupted state is prevented.
Here, the wireless communication device 30 may be a WiFi (wireless communication technology) module, and the user may connect a terminal device carried by the user, such as a mobile phone, to the controller 40 through the wireless communication device 30, so as to send the ice volume information required by the user to the controller 40. After receiving the ice amount information sent by each user through the terminal device, the controller 40 may return the ice taking sequence number to the terminal device of the user through the wireless communication device 30, so that the user knows the ice taking sequence of the user, so as to take ice cubes from the ice maker when the user takes the sequence of the user.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to enable the ice maker to start making ice with a smaller ice margin, so as to reduce the number of times the ice maker starts making ice during use, the controller 40 may be enabled to adjust the ice taking sequence of a part of users within a specific range so as to meet the ice taking demands of most users within the specific range, and at the same time, after adjusting the ice taking sequence of a part of users, the sum of the ice taking amounts of the users may be enabled to be closer to the ice margin in the ice storage device 10, and even just equal to the ice margin in the ice storage device 10.
Therefore, the controller 40 may determine whether the sum of the ice taking amounts of the users exceeds the ice balance in a predetermined range, sequentially accumulate the ice taking amounts of the users along the time of the next for each user in the predetermined range, determine the last accumulated user's ice taking sequence number when the accumulated ice taking amount exceeds the ice balance for the first time, and control the ice maker to start ice making before the last accumulated user's ice taking sequence number arrives, wherein the predetermined range is a time interval preset by the controller 40, and the controller 40 determines whether the sum of the ice taking amounts of a plurality of users subscribed to ice taking exceeds the ice balance in the time interval; or the predetermined range is the number of users preset by the controller 40, and the controller 40 judges whether or not the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users who are subscribed to take ice exceeds the ice piece remaining amount when the number of users who are subscribed to take ice reaches the predetermined number of users.
The predetermined range is a time interval preset by the controller 40 or the maximum number of users, the controller 40 may determine whether the ice taking amount of each user exceeds the ice margin within the predetermined range, for example, when the predetermined range is the time interval preset by the controller 40, the controller 40 may determine whether the ice taking amount information of each user exceeds the ice margin within the time interval (i.e. time period), and sequentially determine the last accumulated ice taking number of the user when the ice taking amount exceeds the ice margin for the first time according to the ordering time of each user, and control the ice maker to start ice making before the ice taking number of the user arrives.
By causing the controller 40 to judge the relationship between the sum of the amounts of ice taken by the respective users and the remaining amount of ice cubes within a predetermined range, the judgment range of the controller 40 can be defined so that the controller 40 adjusts the order of ice taken by a part of the users within the predetermined range to enable the ice maker to start ice making with the remaining amount of ice cubes being small.
In the use process of the ice maker, there is an ice taking peak period, so that in order to adapt to the judging process of the ice maker in the ice taking peak period and the non-ice taking peak period, the controller 40 can judge the relationship between the sum of the ice taking amounts of all users and the ice remainder in preset time intervals or preset user numbers respectively in different periods of the ice maker, for example, in the ice taking peak period of the ice maker, the controller 40 can judge in the preset user numbers, and in the non-ice taking peak period of the ice maker, the controller 40 can judge in the preset time intervals, so that the sum of the ice taking amounts of all users in each judging process of the controller 40 is relatively close.
Here, in order to enable the ice maker to preferentially satisfy the ice taking demands of users within the predetermined range, the controller 40 may further select a part of the plurality of users within the predetermined range to form a user combination when the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users within the predetermined range exceeds the ice piece remaining amount, preferentially providing ice taking to the users within the user combination, wherein the sum of the ice taking amounts of the respective users within the user combination does not exceed the ice piece remaining amount.
The user combination is a combination formed by a selected part of the users within a predetermined range, and the total ice taking amount of the users within the user combination is not more than the ice remaining amount in the ice storage device 10, so that the part of the users within the predetermined range can successfully take the required ice amount.
As shown in fig. 3, the predetermined range includes a plurality of users from user 1, user 2, … … to user N, and the user combination may include a selected part of the plurality of users, for example, from user 1, user 2, … … to user M (M is smaller than N) shown in fig. 3, wherein the sum of the ice amounts taken from user 1, user 2 to user N exceeds the ice amount remaining in the ice storage device, and the sum of the ice amounts taken from user 1, user 2 to user M is smaller than the ice amount remaining in the ice storage device. Here, in order to allow a user who does not enter the user combination within a predetermined range to access the desired ice cubes in time, the controller 10 may allow the user who does not enter the user combination within the predetermined range to automatically enter the user combination for the next round of ice harvesting, thereby enabling the desired ice cubes to be accessed in the user combination for the next round of ice harvesting.
To enable a user to know when to take ice cubes from the ice maker, the controller 40 may generate an ice taking sequence according to the order of the ordering times of the plurality of users in the user combination, and return the ice taking sequence number to the terminal devices of the plurality of users in the user combination according to the ice taking sequence. Therefore, the user can acquire the sequence of the user according to the ice taking sequence number displayed by the terminal equipment, and further take ice cubes from the ice maker when the user takes the ice taking sequence number. For example, when the order time of the user 1 is earlier than the order time of the user 2, and when the order time of the user 2 is earlier than the order time of the user 3, the ice-taking sequence number returned by the controller 40 to the terminal device of the user 1 is earlier than the ice-taking sequence number returned to the terminal device of the user 2, and the ice-taking sequence number returned by the controller 40 to the terminal device of the user 2 is earlier than the ice-taking sequence number returned to the terminal device of the user 3.
In some embodiments of the present application, the number of user combinations selected by the controller 40 among the users included in the predetermined range may be more than one, so the number of user combinations selected by the controller 40 may be plural, and the controller 40 may set the user combination whose sum of the ice taking amounts is closest to the ice cubes as the target set and provide ice taking preferentially to the users in the target set.
Among the plurality of user combinations selected by the controller 40, the controller 40 may use a user combination whose sum of the ice taking amounts is closest to the ice remainder as the target set to provide ice taking preferentially for users in the target set, where the ice taking sequence of each user in the target set may be ordered by the ordering time of each user.
In addition to the user combination with the sum of the ice amounts closest to the ice remainder being taken as the target set, the controller 40 may also take the user combination with the largest number of users as the target set, i.e. the user combination selected by the controller 40 may be plural, the controller 40 takes the user combination with the largest number of users as the target set and preferentially provides ice for the users in the target set, where the ice taking sequence of each user in the target set may be ordered by the ordering time of each user.
In some embodiments of the present application, to avoid that after the user in the predetermined range takes the ice, the ice remaining in the ice storage device 10 is insufficient to satisfy the next round of taking of the user, the controller 40 may further determine whether a difference between the ice remaining and the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users in the predetermined range is lower than a preset value when the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users in the predetermined range does not exceed the ice remaining, and if the difference between the ice remaining and the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users in the predetermined range is lower than the preset value, the controller 40 controls the ice maker to start ice making after the plurality of users in the predetermined range take the ice.
The preset value is a threshold value preset by the controller 40, and if the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users within the predetermined range does not exceed the ice remaining amount, but the difference between the ice remaining amount and the sum of the ice taking amounts of the plurality of users within the predetermined range exceeds the preset value, the controller 40 may control the ice maker to start ice making after the plurality of users within the predetermined range take ice. For example, the preset value may be set to one fifth or one sixth of the upper storage limit of the ice cube storage unit 10.
In some embodiments of the present application, the detecting device 20 may include a weight detector connected to the controller 40 for detecting the weight of the ice cubes in the ice cube storage unit 10 and transmitting the ice cube surplus to the controller 40 according to the weight, and a height detector connected to the controller 40 for detecting the stacking height of the ice cubes in the ice cube storage unit 10 and transmitting to the controller 40, and the controller 40 acquires the ice cube surplus according to the weight of the ice cubes detected by the weight detector and/or the stacking height of the ice cubes detected by the height detector.
The weight detector and the height detector can respectively detect the ice weight information and the ice height information in the ice storage device 10, wherein the ice weight information sent by the weight detector to the controller 40 can enable the controller 40 to acquire the ice residual quantity in the ice storage device 10, the ice stacking height sent by the height detector to the controller 40 can enable the controller 40 to acquire the ice residual quantity in the ice storage device 10, and meanwhile, the controller 40 can correct the ice residual quantity according to the two types of information so as to weaken errors caused by ice melting.
In some embodiments of the present application, the ice maker may further include a display screen coupled to the controller 40, the display screen for displaying the ice cubes remaining. Through the ice remainder information displayed by the display screen, a user can intuitively know how much ice can be provided by the ice maker.
In some embodiments of the present application, the ice maker may further include a voice broadcasting device connected to the controller 40 for broadcasting the ice taking serial number of the user to be taken. The ice-taking serial number can be broadcasted to each user through the voice broadcaster, so that each user can know whether the user takes the ice-taking serial number of the user or not.
Fig. 4 shows an internal structure of an ice maker with an internet of things function, in which a circuit board 60 is mounted on a frame 50 of the ice maker, a display screen 80 is mounted at a position where the ice maker receives ice cubes, the circuit board 60 is used for arranging a controller and a wireless communication device, when the controller controls the ice maker to start, the compressor 80 circularly conveys a refrigerant to an evaporator 70, meanwhile, room temperature water stored in a container 40 is conveyed to the evaporator 70, the refrigerant absorbs room temperature water heat to condense the room temperature water into ice cubes, the evaporator 70 extrudes the condensed ice cubes to an ice cube storage device 10, and after the ice cubes reach a storage upper limit of the ice cube storage device 10, the controller controls the ice maker to stop making ice cubes, and the compressor 80, the evaporator 70 and the container 40 are all arranged on the frame 50. The ice maker provided by the embodiment of the application receives the ice taking amount sent by the terminal equipment of each user through the controller, and then feeds back the ice taking sequence number to the terminal equipment of each user, so that the situation that the ice taking is interrupted due to insufficient ice cake allowance of the user when the user takes ice can be avoided, and the situation that part of users cannot take the required ice cake amount is avoided.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples of carrying out the invention and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
