The embodiment of the invention aims to provide an ice maker with the function of the Internet of things, which can avoid the situation that ice taking is interrupted due to insufficient ice block allowance when a user takes ice, so that the situation that part of users cannot take the required ice block amount is avoided.
In order to solve the technical problems, an embodiment of the invention provides an ice maker with an internet of things function, which comprises an ice storage device, a detection device, a wireless communication device and a controller, wherein the detection device is used for detecting the ice surplus in the ice storage device, and the detection device and the wireless communication device are both connected with the controller; the controller obtains ice block allowance through the detection device, receives the ice taking amount reserved by a plurality of users through the terminal equipment and the ordering time of each user through the wireless communication device, accumulates the ice taking amount of each user one by one according to the ordering sequence of the ordering time of each user until the accumulated value exceeds the ice block allowance, and controls the ice maker to start ice making before the ice taking of the user corresponding to the ice taking amount accumulated at the last time.
According to the ice maker with the function of the Internet of things, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the controller can receive the ice cube surplus information detected by the detection device and the ice taking amount information and the ordering time received by the wireless communication device from the user terminal equipment, the ice taking amounts of the users are accumulated one by one according to the ordering time sequence of the ordering time of the users until the accumulated value exceeds the ice cube surplus, and the controller controls the ice maker to start ice making before the ice taking of the user corresponding to the last accumulated ice taking amount, so that the condition that the ice taking is interrupted when the user takes the ice cubes due to insufficient ice cube surplus is avoided, and the condition that part of the users cannot take the required ice cube amount in the using process of the ice maker is avoided.
In addition, the controller judges whether the sum of the ice taking quantities of all users exceeds the ice block allowance within a preset range, successively accumulates the ice taking quantities of all users along the ordering time of all users within the preset range, determines the ice taking serial number of the last accumulated user when the accumulated ice taking quantity first exceeds the ice block allowance, and controls the ice maker to start ice making before the ice taking serial number of the last accumulated user comes, wherein the preset range is a time interval preset by the controller, and the controller judges whether the sum of the ice taking quantities of a plurality of users ordering ice taking exceeds the ice block allowance within the time interval; or the preset range is the number of users preset by the controller, and the controller judges whether the sum of the ice-picking amounts of a plurality of users subscribing to pick ice exceeds the ice-cube surplus amount when the number of the users subscribing to pick ice reaches the preset number of the users. In this way, the judgment range of the controller may be defined so that the controller adjusts the ice picking sequence of a part of users within a predetermined range.
In addition, the controller selects part of the users in the plurality of users in the preset range to form a user combination when the sum of the ice picking amounts of the users in the preset range exceeds the ice block allowance, and preferentially provides the ice picking for the users in the user combination, wherein the sum of the ice picking amounts of the users in the user combination does not exceed the ice block allowance. In this way, the ice maker can preferentially provide ice fetching for a part of the plurality of users within a predetermined range.
In addition, the controller generates an ice-taking sequence according to the order-placing time of the users in the user combination, and returns ice-taking serial numbers to the terminal equipment of the users in the user combination according to the ice-taking sequence. In addition, the controller selects a plurality of users, takes the user combination with the total ice picking amount closest to the ice block allowance as a target set, and preferentially provides the ice picking for the users in the target set. In this way, the ice cube surplus is less after the ice fetching of the users in the target set is finished.
In addition, the controller selects a plurality of users, takes the user combination with the largest number of users as a target set and preferentially provides ice picking for the users in the target set. In this way, a greater number of users within the predetermined range can be made to receive the required ice cubes.
In addition, the controller also judges whether the difference between the ice block allowance and the sum of the ice picking amounts of the users in the preset range is lower than a preset value when the sum of the ice picking amounts of the users in the preset range does not exceed the ice block allowance, and if the difference between the ice block allowance and the sum of the ice picking amounts of the users in the preset range is lower than the preset value, the controller controls the ice maker to start ice making after the users in the preset range pick ice. Therefore, the ice maker can start ice making in time when the ice making machine does not meet the requirement of the next round of user ice taking.
In addition, the detection device comprises a weight detector and a height detector, the weight detector is connected with the controller and used for detecting the weight of ice cubes in the ice cube storage device and sending the ice cube surplus amount to the controller according to the weight, the height detector is connected with the controller and used for detecting the stacking height of the ice cubes in the ice cube storage device and sending the ice cube surplus amount to the controller, and the controller obtains the ice cube surplus amount according to the weight of the ice cubes detected by the weight detector and/or the stacking height of the ice cubes detected by the height detector. In this way, the controller can obtain the remaining amount of ice in the ice storage device according to the weight of ice detected by the weight detector and/or the ice stacking height detected by the height detector.
In addition, the ice maker further comprises a display screen, the display screen is connected with the controller, and the display screen is used for displaying the ice block allowance. In this way, the user is facilitated to intuitively know the specific amount of ice that the ice maker can still provide.
In addition, the ice maker further comprises a voice broadcast device, and the voice broadcast device is connected with the controller and used for broadcasting the ice taking sequence number of the user to be used for taking ice. In this way, it is convenient for the user to know when to take ice from the ice maker.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
The ice maker prepares ice blocks through the evaporator, the heat of the warm water in the inner chamber of the evaporator can be taken away by a condensing pipeline on the evaporator in the process of circularly introducing the refrigerant into the compressor, the room temperature water introduced into the evaporator is condensed into the ice blocks, the ice blocks are extruded out through a screw rod rotating in the evaporator after being formed and are transferred into a storage container of the ice maker, the ice maker stops making ice when the ice blocks prepared by the ice maker are filled to the upper limit of the storage container, and at the moment, a user can receive the ice blocks from the ice maker.
However, the existing ice making machine does not have the function of internet of things, and in the process of receiving and taking ice cubes by a user, the ice making machine needs to input the required amount of ice cubes to the ice making machine, and provides the ice cubes to the user according to the amount of ice cubes input by the user until the ice cubes in the storage container of the ice making machine are taken out, the ice making machine stops providing the ice cubes, and the ice making process is restarted. Because users are more intensive in a market, the ice taking of the users is more frequent, and the condition that the ice taking of a certain user is interrupted due to insufficient ice block allowance is easy to occur, so that part of users cannot take the required ice block amount.
In order to avoid the situation that the ice taking is interrupted due to insufficient ice allowance of a user when the user takes ice, the applicant finds that an internet of things can be established between an ice maker and the user, the user can send required ice amount information to the ice maker through a terminal device carried by the user, the ice maker judges whether the ice amount in a storage container can meet the requirements of the user after receiving the ice amount information sent by the user, and controls an evaporator to start ice making after the ice amount in the storage container is completely taken, if the ice taking interruption occurs when the ice taking occurs to a certain user, the evaporator is controlled to start ice making before the user takes the ice, and therefore the situation that the ice taking is interrupted due to insufficient ice allowance of the certain user can be avoided, and therefore the situation that the part of the user cannot take the required ice amount is avoided.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a communication connection structure between an ice maker and a user according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 2 is a schematic view of a controller of the ice maker according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
The ice maker with the function of the internet of things comprises an ice storage device 10, a detection device 20, a wireless communication device 30 and a controller 40, wherein the detection device 20 is used for detecting the ice surplus in the ice storage device 10, and the detection device 20 and the wireless communication device 30 are both connected with the controller 40; the controller 40 obtains the ice block surplus through the detection device 20, receives the ice taking amount subscribed by a plurality of users through the terminal equipment and the ordering time of each user through the wireless communication device 30, the controller 40 accumulates the ice taking amount of each user one by one according to the ordering time sequence of each user until the accumulated value exceeds the ice block surplus, and the controller 40 controls the ice maker to start ice making before the ice taking of the user corresponding to the last accumulated ice taking amount.
The ice storage device 10 is a container for storing ice in the ice maker, the detection device 20 is a sensor for detecting the remaining amount of ice in the ice storage device 10 in the ice maker, the wireless communication device 30 is a communication module for wireless connection with a terminal device of a user in the ice maker, and the controller 40 is a component for controlling the ice maker.
The embodiment of the application provides an ice maker with the function of internet of things, controller 40 can receive the ice cube surplus information detected by detection device 20, and the information of ice taking amount and ordering time from user terminal equipment received by wireless communication device 30, and accumulate the ice taking amount of each user one by one according to the ordering sequence of ordering time of each user until the accumulated value exceeds the ice cube surplus, controller 40 controls the ice maker to start ice making before the ice taking amount corresponding to the last accumulated ice taking amount is obtained, so as to avoid the condition that the user is interrupted in taking ice cubes due to insufficient ice cube surplus when the user takes ice cubes, thereby avoiding that part of the user cannot take the required ice cube amount in the using process of the ice maker.
For example, when a plurality of users, such as user 1, user 2, user 3 … … to user N, reserve ice-picking to the ice-making machine through the terminal device, the controller 40 may accumulate their ice-picking amounts one by one according to the order of the ordering time of the plurality of users until the accumulated value exceeds the ice-piece allowance, and when one of them is located at the last accumulated value, control the ice-making machine to start ice-making before the user picks ice-picking, thereby preventing the user from interrupting ice-picking during ice-picking.
Here, the wireless communication device 30 may be a WiFi (wireless communication technology) module, and the user may connect a terminal device carried by the user, such as a mobile phone, to the controller 40 through the wireless communication device 30, so as to transmit information of the amount of ice cubes required by the user to the controller 40. After receiving the information of the ice-picking amount sent by each user through the terminal device, the controller 40 can return the ice-picking sequence number to the terminal device of the user through the wireless communication device 30, so that the user can know the ice-picking sequence of the user, and the ice cubes can be picked from the ice maker when the sequence of the user turns to.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to enable the ice maker to start ice making when the ice cube remaining amount is small, so as to reduce the number of times that the ice maker starts ice making during use, the controller 40 may be configured to adjust the ice fetching sequence of some users within a specific range to meet the ice fetching requirements of most users within the specific range, and at the same time, after adjusting the ice fetching sequence of some users, the total of the ice fetching amounts of the users may be closer to the ice cube remaining amount in the ice cube storage device 10, or even just equal to the ice cube remaining amount in the ice cube storage device 10.
Therefore, the controller 40 may determine whether the sum of the ice-taking amounts of the users exceeds the ice-cube allowance within a predetermined range, sequentially accumulate the ice-taking amounts of the users along the ordering time of the users within the predetermined range, determine the ice-taking sequence number of the last accumulated user when the accumulated ice-taking amount exceeds the ice-cube allowance for the first time, and control the ice maker to start ice-making before the ice-taking sequence number of the last accumulated user comes, where the predetermined range is a time interval preset by the controller 40, and the controller 40 determines whether the sum of the ice-taking amounts of the users who reserve ice-taking exceeds the ice-cube allowance within the time interval; or the predetermined range is the number of users preset by the controller 40, and the controller 40 determines whether the total of the ice-fetching amounts of the plurality of users subscribed to fetch ice exceeds the ice-cube surplus amount when the number of users subscribed to fetch ice reaches the predetermined number of users.
The predetermined range is a time interval preset by the controller 40 or a maximum number of users, and the controller 40 may determine whether the ice-fetching amount of each user exceeds the ice-cube allowance within the predetermined range, for example, when the predetermined range is the time interval preset by the controller 40, the controller 40 may determine whether the ice-fetching amount information of each user exceeds the ice-cube allowance within the time interval (i.e., time period), and successively determine the ice-fetching serial number of the last user when the ice-cube allowance is exceeded for the first time according to the order-placing time of each user, and control the ice maker to start ice-making before the ice-fetching serial number of the user comes.
The determination range of the controller 40 may be defined by causing the controller 40 to determine the relationship between the sum of the ice harvesting amounts of the respective users and the ice cube surplus amount within a predetermined range, so that the controller 40 adjusts the ice harvesting order of some users within the predetermined range to enable the ice maker to start ice making in a case where the ice cube surplus amount is small.
In the using process of the ice maker, there is an ice-taking peak period, and here, in order to adapt to the determination process of the ice maker in the ice-taking peak period and the non-ice-taking peak period, the controller 40 may determine the relationship between the total ice-taking amount of each user and the ice block surplus amount within a preset time interval or a preset number of users respectively at different times of the ice maker, for example, in the ice-taking peak period of the ice maker, the controller 40 may determine within the preset number of users, and in the non-ice-taking peak period of the ice maker, the controller 40 may determine within the preset time interval, so that the total ice-taking amount of each user included in each determination process of the controller 40 is closer.
Here, in order to enable the ice maker to preferentially meet the ice fetching requirements of a part of users within the predetermined range, the controller 40 may select a part of the users within the predetermined range to form a user group to preferentially provide the ice fetching for the users in the user group when the sum of the ice fetching amounts of the users within the predetermined range exceeds the ice block allowance, wherein the sum of the ice fetching amounts of the users within the user group does not exceed the ice block allowance.
The user combination is a combination formed by a selected part of users in a predetermined range, and the sum of the ice-fetching amounts of the users in the user combination does not exceed the ice-cube surplus amount in the ice-cube storage device 10, so that the required ice-cube amount can be successfully fetched by the part of users in the predetermined range.
As shown in fig. 3, the plurality of users included in the predetermined range are user 1, user 2 … … to user N, and the user combination may include a selected portion of users from the plurality of users, such as user 1, user 2 … … to user M (M is less than N) shown in fig. 3, wherein the total of the amounts of ice taken by user 1, user 2 to user N exceeds the amount of ice remaining in the ice storage device, and the total of the amounts of ice taken by user 1, user 2 to user M is less than the amount of ice remaining in the ice storage device. Here, in order to allow the user who does not enter the user group within the predetermined range to receive the desired ice cubes in time, the controller 10 may allow the user who does not enter the user group within the predetermined range to automatically enter the user group of the next round of ice taking, thereby enabling the desired ice cubes to be received in the user group of the next round of ice taking.
In order to enable the user to know when to take ice from the ice maker, the controller 40 may generate an ice-taking sequence according to the order-placing time of the plurality of users in the user group, and return an ice-taking sequence number to the terminal devices of the plurality of users in the user group according to the ice-taking sequence. Therefore, the user can know the sequence of the user according to the ice-taking sequence number displayed by the terminal equipment, and then the user can take ice blocks from the ice maker when the user turns to the ice-taking sequence number. For example, the order placing time of the user 1 is earlier than the order placing time of the user 2, and the order placing time of the user 2 is earlier than the order placing time of the user 3, the ice fetching serial number returned to the terminal device of the user 1 by the controller 40 is earlier than the ice fetching serial number returned to the terminal device of the user 2, and the ice fetching serial number returned to the terminal device of the user 2 by the controller 40 is earlier than the ice fetching serial number returned to the terminal device of the user 3.
In some embodiments of the present application, the number of the user combinations selected by the controller 40 among the users included in the predetermined range may be more than one, and therefore, the user combination selected by the controller 40 may be plural, and the controller 40 may regard the user combination whose total amount of ice harvesting is closest to the ice cube surplus as the target set and preferentially provide the ice harvesting for the users in the target set.
Among the plurality of user combinations selected by the controller 40, the controller 40 may use the user combination whose total of the amounts of ice-picking is closest to the ice-cube surplus amount as a target set to preferentially provide the users in the target set with ice-picking, where the ice-picking order of each user in the target set may be sorted in order by order-placing time of each user.
In addition to using the combination of users whose total of the amounts of ice taken is closest to the ice block allowance as the target set, the controller 40 may use the combination of users whose number is the largest as the target set, that is, the combination of users selected by the controller 40 may be multiple, the controller 40 uses the combination of users whose number is the largest as the target set and preferentially provides ice for the users in the target set, where the ice-taking sequence of each user in the target set may also be sorted by order-placing time of each user.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to avoid that the remaining amount of ice cubes in the ice cube storage device 10 is insufficient to meet the next round of user pickup after the user in the predetermined range picks up ice cubes, the controller 40 may further determine whether a difference between the remaining amount of ice cubes and the total amount of ice picks up ice cubes of the users in the predetermined range is lower than a preset value when the total amount of ice picks up ice cubes of the users in the predetermined range does not exceed the remaining amount of ice cubes, and if the difference between the remaining amount of ice cubes and the total amount of ice picks up ice cubes of the users in the predetermined range is lower than the preset value, the controller 40 controls the ice maker to start ice making after the ice cubes are picked up by the users in the predetermined range.
The preset value is a threshold value preset by the controller 40, and if the sum of the ice-fetching amounts of the users in the predetermined range does not exceed the ice-block surplus amount, but the difference between the ice-block surplus amount and the sum of the ice-fetching amounts of the users in the predetermined range exceeds the preset value, the controller 40 may control the ice maker to start ice making after the ice-fetching of the users in the predetermined range is completed. For example, the preset value may be set to one fifth or one sixth of the upper storage limit of the ice storage device 10.
In some embodiments of the present application, the detecting device 20 may include a weight detector connected to the controller 40 for detecting a weight of ice cubes in the ice storage device 10 and transmitting a remaining amount of ice cubes to the controller 40 according to the weight, and a height detector connected to the controller 40 for detecting a stacking height of ice cubes in the ice storage device 10 and transmitting the stacking height of ice cubes to the controller 40, and the controller 40 acquires the remaining amount of ice cubes according to the weight of ice cubes detected by the weight detector and/or the stacking height of ice cubes detected by the height detector.
Here, the weight detector and the altitude detector may detect the weight information of ice cubes in the ice storage device 10 and the altitude information of ice cubes, respectively, wherein the weight information of ice cubes transmitted from the weight detector to the controller 40 may enable the controller 40 to obtain the remaining amount of ice cubes in the ice storage device 10, and the altitude detector may also enable the controller 40 to obtain the remaining amount of ice cubes in the ice storage device 10, and the controller 40 may correct the remaining amount of ice cubes based on the two types of information to reduce errors caused by melting of ice cubes.
In some embodiments of the present application, the ice maker can further include a display screen connected to the controller 40 for displaying the ice cube balance. Through the ice block allowance information displayed by the display screen, a user can intuitively know how many ice blocks are provided for the ice maker.
In some embodiments of the present application, the ice maker may further include a voice broadcaster connected to the controller 40, for broadcasting an ice-taking serial number of a user who wants to take ice. Can get the ice sequence number to each user report through the voice broadcast ware to make each user can learn whether take turns to self get the ice sequence number.
Fig. 4 shows an internal structure of an ice maker with an internet of things function according to an embodiment of the present invention, a circuit board 60 is installed on a frame 50 of the ice maker, a display screen 80 is installed at a position where the ice maker receives ice cubes, the circuit board 60 is used for arranging a controller and a wireless communication device, when the controller controls the ice maker to start, the compressor 80 circularly conveys a refrigerant to an evaporator 70, meanwhile, room temperature water stored in a container 40 is conveyed to the evaporator 70, the refrigerant absorbs heat of the room temperature water to condense the room temperature water into ice cubes, the evaporator 70 extrudes the condensed ice cubes to an ice cube storage device 10, after the ice cubes reach an upper storage limit of the ice cube storage device 10, the controller controls the ice maker to stop making ice, and the compressor 80, the evaporator 70 and the container 40 are all installed on the frame 50. The ice maker provided by the embodiment of the application receives the ice taking amount sent by the terminal equipment of each user through the controller, and further feeds back the ice taking sequence number to the terminal equipment of each user, so that the condition that the ice taking is interrupted when the user takes ice due to insufficient ice allowance can be avoided, and the situation that part of users cannot take the required ice amount is avoided.
