Abstract
The invention provides a combined workshop, which comprises a frame and at least one polymer film, wherein the polymer film is clamped and fixed by the frame to form an accommodating space; the clamping component comprises an iron plate and a plastic plate, a groove is formed in one side of the iron plate, a magnetic part is arranged on one side of the plastic plate, the magnetic part is located in the groove and adsorbs the iron plate, and part of the polymer film is clamped between the iron plate and the plastic plate. The combined workshop is convenient to install and can effectively block dust.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a combined workshop.
Background
In conventional construction renovation designs, the use of large canvases is often the option of arresting the construction area, which is a viable solution for most buildings, but not a viable solution for demanding factory shops. This solution has no way to effectively block dust and has a number of inconveniences.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a combined workshop which is convenient to install and can effectively block dust.
A combined workshop comprises a frame and at least one polymer film, wherein the polymer film is clamped and fixed by the frame to form an accommodating space, the frame comprises a plurality of clamping components and a plurality of adapters, and the clamping components are connected through the adapters; the clamping assembly comprises an iron plate and a plastic plate, a groove is formed in one side of the iron plate, a magnetic part is arranged on one side of the plastic plate, the magnetic part is located in the groove and adsorbs the iron plate, and part of the polymer film is clamped between the iron plate and the plastic plate.
The combined workshop has a simple structure, is convenient to mount and dismount, and can effectively block dust. In addition, each element of the combined workshop can be repeatedly used, and the combined workshop is energy-saving and environment-friendly.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The names of technical means used in the description of the present invention are for the purpose of describing specific embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an embodiment of a modular workshop 100, which includes a frame 10 and at least one polymer film 30. The at least one polymer film 30 is clamped and fixed by the frame 10, thereby forming a receiving space 100 a.
In the present embodiment, the assembly type workshop 100 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the housing space 100a also has a rectangular parallelepiped shape.
The frame 10 includes a plurality of clamp assemblies 11 and a plurality of adapters 13. The plurality of clamping assemblies 11 are connected by the plurality of adapters 13 to form the frame 10.
Each of the clamping members 11 includes a ferrous plate 111 and a plastic plate 113, the ferrous plate 111 cooperating with the plastic plate 113 to clamp the polymer film 30.
A groove 112 is formed in one surface of the iron plate 111, a magnetic member 114 is protruded from one surface of the plastic plate 113, and the magnetic member 114 is accommodated in the groove 112 and adsorbs the iron plate 111 when the iron plate 111 is matched with the plastic plate 113.
In the present embodiment, the iron plate 111 is substantially rectangular parallelepiped. The iron plate 111 includes a first surface 111a and a second surface 111b opposite to each other, and a first side surface 111c and a second side surface 111d connecting the first surface 111a and the second surface 111b and opposite to each other. The groove 112 is recessed from the first surface 111a toward the second surface 111b, and penetrates the first side surface 111c and the second side surface 111 d.
In the present embodiment, the groove 112 may be a trapezoidal groove having a width gradually decreasing from the first surface 111a toward the second surface 111 b. In other embodiments, the groove 112 may also be an arc-shaped groove, a triangular groove, or the like. The width of the groove 112 decreases gradually from the first surface 111a to the second surface 111b, which is beneficial for guiding when subsequently cooperating with the magnetic element 114. In some embodiments, the groove 112 may also be a rectangular groove.
The plastic plate 113 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The plastic plate 111 includes a third surface 113a and a fourth surface 113b opposite to each other, and a first connecting surface 113c and a second connecting surface 113d connecting the third surface 113a and the fourth surface 113b and opposite to each other. The magnetic member 114 is protruded from the third surface 113a and extends from an edge of the first connection surface 113c to an edge of the second connection surface 113 d.
The width of the magnetic member 114 gradually decreases from the third surface 113a toward a direction away from the fourth surface 113b, so that the magnetic member 114 is received in the groove 112. Preferably, the magnetic member 114 is contoured to the recess 112. In this embodiment, the magnetic member 114 is a trapezoidal bump. In other embodiments, the magnetic members 114 may also be arc-shaped bumps, triangular bumps, or the like. In some embodiments, the magnetic member 114 may also be a rectangular protrusion. The shape of the magnetic element 114 may also be different from the shape of the recess 112.
Each iron plate 111 is combined with the plastic plate 113 through the magnetic member 114, a portion of the polymer film 30 is clamped between the iron plate 111 and the plastic plate 113, and the polymer film 30 is fixed by the plurality of clamping members 11.
In some embodiments, the clamping assembly 11 clamps the portion of the polymer film 30 only through the first surface 111a and the third surface 113 a. In other embodiments, the clamping assembly 11 may further clamp the portion of the polymer film 30 through the groove 112 and the magnetic member 114.
The plurality of adapters 13 includes a plurality of first adapters 131 and a plurality of second adapters 133. Each of the first adapters 131 includes three first inserting portions 132 disposed adjacently, and each of the first inserting portions 132 is connected to one end of one of the clamping assemblies 11. Each of the first adapters 131 may connect two or three of the clamping assemblies 11.
Each of the second adapters 133 includes four second inserting portions 134 disposed adjacently, and each of the second inserting portions 134 is connected to one end of one of the clamping components 11. Each of the second adapters 133 may be connected to two, three or four of the clamping assemblies 11.
The plurality of adapters 13 may further include at least a third adapter (not shown). Each of the third adapters includes two third plugging portions (not shown) disposed oppositely, and each of the third plugging portions is connected to one end of one of the clamping components 11. Each of the third adapters may connect two of the clamping assemblies 11.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, each of the first inserting-connecting portion 132, the second inserting-connecting portion 134 and the third inserting-connecting portion is connected to one end of the iron plate 111. In other embodiments, referring to fig. 4, each of the first inserting portion 132, the second inserting portion 134 and the third inserting portion is connected to one end of the iron plate 111 and one end of the plastic plate 113 of the clamping component 11, respectively, that is, the same ends of the iron plate 111 and the plastic plate 113 of the clamping component 11 are connected to the same inserting portion at the same time.
In this embodiment, the modular workshop 100 includes only one polymer film 30, a plurality of clamping assemblies 11 clamp portions of the polymer film 30, and the polymer film 30 covers a plurality of adapters 13. That is, the frame 10 clamps and fixes a single piece of the polymer film 30 to form the receiving space 100 a. In some embodiments, the modular workshop 100 may include at least two polymer films 30, and at least two polymer films 30 are fixed and spliced by the frame 10 to form the receiving space 100 a.
Preferably, the polymer film 30 is a transparent but corrosion resistant material, and may be, but is not limited to, a polypropylene (PP) film or a Polyethylene (PE) film.
In some embodiments, the polymer film 30 may be adhered to the plastic plate 113 and/or the magnetic member 114 by glue, so as to increase the firmness between the polymer film 30 and the frame 10.
In some embodiments, the polymer film 30 may further include at least one air outlet (not shown) and at least one air inlet (not shown). Wherein, the position of air outlet with the income wind gap can adjust as required.
When the environment inside the accommodating space 100a is better than the environment outside the accommodating space 100a, it is preferable that the iron plate 111 in each clamping assembly 11 is located inside the accommodating space 100a, and the plastic plate 113 in each clamping assembly 11 is located outside the accommodating space 100a, so that the plastic plate 113 is located in a severe environment and the iron plate 111 is located in a good environment, so as to reduce corrosion of the iron plate 111 and prolong the service life of the combined type workshop 100 and the service life of each element. Similarly, when the environment inside the receiving space 100a is inferior to the environment outside the receiving space 100a, it is preferable that the iron plate 111 of each clip assembly 11 is located outside the receiving space 100a, and the plastic plate 113 of each clip assembly 11 is located inside the receiving space 100 a.
The combined workshop 100 is simple in structure, convenient to install and detach and capable of effectively blocking dust. In addition, each element of the combined workshop 100 can be repeatedly used, and the combined workshop is energy-saving and environment-friendly.

A combined workshop comprises a frame and at least one polymer film, wherein the polymer film is clamped and fixed by the frame to form an accommodating space, and the combined workshop is characterized in that the frame comprises a plurality of clamping components and a plurality of adapters, and the clamping components are connected through the adapters; the clamping assembly comprises an iron plate and a plastic plate, a groove is formed in one side of the iron plate, a magnetic part is arranged on one side of the plastic plate, the magnetic part is located in the groove and adsorbs the iron plate, and part of the polymer film is clamped between the iron plate and the plastic plate.
2. A modular workshop as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the polymer film is a transparent and corrosion resistant material.
3. The modular workshop of claim 2, wherein: the polymer film is a polypropylene film or a polyethylene film.
4. A modular workshop as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the iron plate comprises a first surface and a second surface which are arranged oppositely, the groove is sunken from the first surface to the second surface, and the width of the groove is gradually reduced from the first surface to the second surface; the plastic plate comprises a third surface and a fourth surface which are arranged in an opposite mode, the magnetic piece is arranged on the third surface, and the width of the magnetic piece is gradually reduced from the third surface to the direction deviating from the fourth surface.
5. The modular workshop as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that: the magnetic piece is profiled with the groove.
6. The modular workshop as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that: the groove is a trapezoidal groove, and the magnetic part is a trapezoidal lug.
7. The modular workshop as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that: each of the clamping assemblies clamps the polymer film through the first surface and the third surface.
8. The modular workshop as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that: each clamping component clamps the polymer film through the magnetic piece and the groove.
9. A modular workshop as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the polymer film is bonded with the plastic plate and/or the magnetic member through glue.
10. A modular workshop as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the polymer film is provided with at least one air outlet and at least one air inlet.
