With continued reference to fig. 4, the main frame 51 includes two accommodating sections, which are vertically disposed, denoted as an upper accommodating section 513 and a lower accommodating section 514, wherein the washing drum 2 is located in the upper accommodating section 513.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a washing tub of a drum washing machine according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, a water passing structure is formed at the rear end of the washing tub 2, and the water inlet and outlet means communicates with the water passing structure, so that water can be supplied into the washing tub 2 or water in the washing tub 2 can be discharged through the water passing structure. Preferably, the water passing structure is a water passing port 212 formed at a boundary of the rear wall and the inner wall of the washing tub 2. The water opening 212 is provided at the boundary between the rear wall and the inner cylindrical wall, which is more advantageous for discharging the water in the washing tub 2.
With continued reference to fig. 5, a water collecting ring 213 is formed on the inner wall of the washing tub 2, and the water collecting ring 213 is communicated with the water inlet 212. As can be seen from the figure, the water collecting ring 213 is a circular groove-shaped structure protruding outward from the inner wall of the washing drum 2 along the radial direction of the washing drum 2, so that the bottom of the water collecting ring 213 is lower than the inner wall of the washing drum 2, and thus, the water in the washing drum 2 is collected to the water collecting ring 213, which is beneficial to discharging the water in the washing drum 2.
With reference to fig. 5, a plurality of water guiding structures are further disposed on the inner wall of the washing drum 2, the water guiding structures extend along the axial direction of the washing drum 2, and the rear ends of the water guiding structures (the right ends of the water guiding structures as viewed in fig. 5) are communicated with the water collecting ring 213. The water guide structure is arranged on the inner cylinder wall of the washing cylinder 2, so that the water in the washing cylinder 2 can be favorably collected to the water collecting ring 213, and particularly, when the washing cylinder 2 rotates, for example, when the washing machine executes a dehydration program, the water on the inner cylinder wall can be directly collected to the water collecting ring 213 quickly along the water guide structure without being blocked by clothes, so that the dehydration capacity of the washing machine can be greatly improved.
With continued reference to fig. 5, the water directing structure is a water directing groove 214 formed in the inner cylindrical wall. That is, the water guide structure is a strip-shaped groove-shaped structure which is arranged on the inner wall of the washing drum 2 and protrudes outwards along the radial direction of the washing drum 2. Of course, a plurality of inward convex bar-shaped convex ribs can be formed on the inner wall of the washing drum 2 along the radial direction of the washing drum 2, and thus, a water guide structure can be formed between two adjacent bar-shaped convex ribs. Preferably, a mode that the water guide grooves 214 are combined with the strip-shaped ribs can be adopted, and the two structures are arranged at intervals, so that the drainage efficiency can be further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 5, it can be seen that some water guiding grooves 214 have longer lengths, some water guiding grooves 214 have shorter lengths, and two water guiding grooves 214 with different lengths are arranged at intervals, that is, the lengths of two adjacent water guiding grooves 214 are different. Because the rear ends of the water guiding grooves 214 are all required to be communicated with the water collecting ring 213, the length of the water guiding grooves 214 with longer lengths extending to the front end of the washing drum 2 is greater than the length of the water guiding grooves 214 with shorter lengths extending to the front end of the washing drum 2, and the washing drum 2 is divided into a front section, a middle section and a rear section along the axial direction of the washing drum 2, as can be seen from fig. 5, the water guiding grooves 214 located at the front section of the washing drum 2 are relatively sparse, and the water guiding grooves 214 located at the middle section and the rear section of the washing drum 2 are relatively dense, so that the processing cost is reduced as much as possible on the basis of ensuring that the drainage requirement of the washing machine is met through the water guiding grooves 214 with different lengths.
With continued reference to fig. 5, the inner diameter of the front end of the tub 2 is smaller than the inner diameter of the rear end of the tub 2. With this arrangement, the water in the washing tub 2 can be more easily flowed to the water passage opening 212.
Continuing to refer to fig. 5, the washing drum 2 has a drum door (not shown), the front end of the washing drum 2 is provided with a fixing structure protruding outwards, and the drum door (not shown) is mounted on the fixing structure. Wherein, the fixed structure is a ring-shaped clamping groove 215 formed on the washing drum 2, and the drum door is clamped and fixed with the ring-shaped clamping groove 215.

The three first water pipes 61 may be supplied with water or drained at the same time. In order to prevent air leakage during draining, the washing tub 2 can be kept in a rotating state, and washing water is distributed along the water collecting ring 213 under the action of centripetal force, so that all three water passing ports 212 are immersed in the water, thereby improving the draining capability of the washing machine and reducing the washing time.
With reference to fig. 9, the three linking arms 232 are identical in structure, and taking one of them as an example, each linking arm 232 includes two strips 2321 and a reinforcement 2322, where the number of the strips 2321 is two, the two strips 2321 are arranged in a gap, and the strip 2321 is fixedly connected to or integrally arranged with the cylindrical body 231; the number of the reinforcing members 2322 is plural, for example, the number of the reinforcing members 2322 is two, and both ends of the reinforcing members 2322 are respectively fixedly connected with the two bar members 2321 or integrally disposed. When the washing machine is in a rotating state, for example, when the washing machine performs a spin-drying process, the air leakage preventing device can maintain the water passage ports 212 in a communication state with the corresponding first water pipes 61, that is, the three water passage ports 212 in a communication state with the corresponding first water pipes 61, so that the three first water pipes 61 can simultaneously discharge water, thereby improving the drainage capacity of the washing machine.
In the case where the washing machine is in a stationary state, for example, between the execution of the washing process and the rinsing process, the water in the washing tub 2 needs to be drained, and at this time, the water in the washing tub 2 is entirely located at the lower portion of the washing tub 2, only the water passage ports 212 located at the bottom portion of the three water passage ports 212 are immersed in the water, and the other two water passage ports 212 are located at the upper portion and are not immersed in the water, the air leakage preventing means can maintain the two water passage ports 212 located at the upper portion (i.e., the water passage ports 212 not immersed in the water) and the corresponding first water pipes 61 in a disconnected state, and thus, after the drain pump 67 is started, the air leakage of the two first water pipes 61 can be prevented, and the smooth execution of the drain process can be ensured.
The air leakage preventing means may be three solenoid valves respectively disposed at the corresponding water passage ports 212, and when the washing machine is in a rotating state, the three solenoid valves are all in an on state to maintain the water passage ports 212 in a communicating state with the corresponding first water pipes 61, and when the washing machine is in a stationary state, the solenoid valves at the water passage ports 212 not immersed in water may be closed to maintain the water passage ports 212 in an off state with the corresponding first water pipes 61.
Of course, the air leakage preventing device may be configured in other structures, and a preferred embodiment of the air leakage preventing device will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 5, the air leakage preventing device includes a plurality of air leakage preventing units, and illustratively, the air leakage preventing device includes three air leakage preventing units, and the three air leakage preventing units may have the same structure or different structures, and of course, it is preferable that the three air leakage preventing units are provided with the same structure.
The air leakage prevention unit comprises two air leakage prevention members which are matched with each other, a cavity is formed in the first air leakage prevention member, the second air leakage prevention member is located in the cavity, the top end of the cavity is communicated with the first water pipe 61, the middle position close to the cavity is communicated with the water through hole 212, the section of the cavity is a communication cavity 71 and used for communicating the first water pipe 61 and the water through hole 212, a cavity at one end below the communication cavity 71 is a containing cavity 72, the second air leakage prevention member is generally located in the containing cavity 72, the second air leakage prevention member is of a spherical structure 73, and the outer diameter of the spherical structure 73 is larger than the inner diameter of the first water pipe 61 and smaller than the inner diameter of the communication cavity 71.

The spherical structure 73 of the air leakage preventing unit at the upper portion moves toward the first water pipe 61 under the action of its own gravity, and since the outer diameter of the spherical structure 73 is larger than the inner diameter of the first water pipe 61, the first water pipe 61 can be sealed, and particularly, after the drainage pump 67 is started, the spherical structure 73 can more tightly seal the first water pipe 61 under the suction force of the drainage pump 67, so as to prevent the air leakage of the first water pipe 61. Of course, the outer diameter of the spherical structure 73 may be larger than the inner diameter of the communication chamber 71, so that the spherical structure 73 can directly seal the communication chamber 71, that is, indirectly seal the first water pipe 61, and also prevent the first water pipe 61 from leaking air.

In another preferred embodiment, the second air leakage prevention member is configured as a frustum structure, that is, the outer diameter of the second air leakage prevention member gradually increases from one end to the other end, the end with a small outer diameter is referred to as a first end, the end with a large outer diameter is referred to as a second end, the first end faces the first water pipe 61, the outer diameter of the first end is smaller than the inner diameter of the first water pipe 61, the outer diameter of the second end is larger than the inner diameter of the first water pipe 61, when the frustum structure moves towards the first water pipe 61, the first end extends into the first water pipe 61, and the second end stays outside the first water pipe 61, so that the first water pipe 61 is sealed.
In another preferred embodiment, the second air leakage prevention member is further configured to be a frustum structure, an outer diameter of the second air leakage prevention member gradually increases from one end to the other end, the end with a small outer diameter is referred to as a first end, the end with a large outer diameter is referred to as a second end, the first end faces the first water pipe 61, the outer diameter of the first end is smaller than the inner diameter of the communication chamber 71, the outer diameter of the second end is larger than the inner diameter of the communication chamber 71, when the frustum structure moves towards the first water pipe 61, the first end extends into the communication chamber 71, and the second end stays outside the communication chamber 71, so that the communication chamber 71 is sealed, and the first water pipe 61 is indirectly sealed.

In the process of the rotation of the washing drum 2, the electromagnetic member 82 is in a power-off state, when the washing drum 2 needs to be stopped, the electromagnetic member 82 is powered on, and an attractive force is generated between the electromagnetic member 82 and the iron member 81, the attractive force is a resistance relative to the washing drum 2, and the washing drum 2 stops rotating slowly and finally stops under the action of the resistance of the attractive force.
Further, the washing tub 2 can be stopped at a predetermined position by the electromagnetic device, for example, the iron member 81 is disposed at a position corresponding to the water passage opening 212, the electromagnetic member 82 is disposed directly below the washing tub 2, and the water passage opening 212 corresponding to the iron member 81 is positioned at the lowermost portion when the washing tub 2 stops rotating, thereby facilitating drainage.
