Illustratively, the bottom end of the elastic member on the upper side of the stop member is in abutting connection with the top end of the stop member, and the top end of the elastic member is in abutting connection with the inner wall of the plug 712; the bottom end of the elastic member on the lower side of the stopper member abuts against the inner wall of the housing chamber 7111, and the top end of the elastic member abuts against the bottom end of the stopper member.
When the washing machine operates, the mass blocks 71 arranged on the cross beams 512 can reciprocate along the axial direction of the cross beams 512 to damp vibration, the mass blocks 71 arranged on the upright posts 513 can reciprocate along the axial direction of the upright posts 513 to damp vibration, and the vibration noise of the washing machine can be further reduced by installing the counterweight vibration damping devices on the cross beams 512 and the upright posts 513 of the main frame 51, so that the use experience of a user is improved.
It should be noted that the limiting member may be configured as a limiting post, a limiting plate or a limiting ring, and the elastic member may be configured as a rubber sleeve or a spring, and such adjustment and change of the specific structural types of the limiting member and the elastic member do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the position-limiting member is a position-limiting ring 72, the elastic member is a spring 73, and both the position-limiting ring 72 and the spring 73 are sleeved on the upright post 513.
Preferably, the stop collar 72 is snap fit to the post 513 as shown in FIG. 10. Exemplarily, the drum washing machine further includes an elastic bayonet 8, the upright 513 is a hollow structure, a first limiting hole 5131 is formed on the upright 513, a second limiting hole 721 is formed on the limiting ring 72, and the elastic bayonet 8 is located in the upright 513 and is clamped and fixed with the first limiting hole 5131 and the second limiting hole 721.
During installation, the body 711 of the mass 71 is sleeved on the column 513, the spring 73 located on the lower side of the limit ring 72 is sleeved on the column 513, the limit ring 72 is clamped on the column 513 through the elastic clamping pin 8, the spring 73 located above the limit ring 72 is sleeved on the column 513, and finally the plug 712 is installed on the body 711 of the mass 71 to close the opening end of the accommodating chamber 7111.
Preferably, the spring 73 is fixedly connected at both ends to the mass 71 and the stop collar 72. By the arrangement, the upper spring 73 and the lower spring 73 act simultaneously no matter the mass block 71 moves upwards or downwards, and the vibration reduction and noise reduction effects are better.
It should be noted that the installation manner of the counterweight vibration damping device and the cross beam 512 is the same as the installation manner of the counterweight vibration damping device and the upright post 513, and therefore, the detailed description is not repeated here.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the utility model, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the utility model.
