Because COD in the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank of the urban sewage treatment plant contains more components which are difficult to degrade, the removal efficiency is limited by adopting the three biochemical treatment processes; in the quality standard of surface water environment (GB 3838-2002), total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen are relatively close, the requirement on the emission of nitrate nitrogen is extremely strict (the effluent is close to 0), and the above processes are difficult to meet the requirement; the total phosphorus in the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank of the urban sewage treatment plant is remained after chemical phosphorus removal, and the effect is limited by continuously adopting a chemical method.
