The number of the stopper columns 411 of each stopper portion 41 may be an integral multiple of 2 or more of 3, that is, the number of the stopper columns 411 of each stopper portion 41 may be 6, 9, or 12 … … 3 n. The plurality of stopper posts 411 of each stopper portion 41 are spaced apart so that the mounting hole of the compressor can be fitted over a portion of the plurality of stopper posts 411. The greater the number of the stopper columns 411, the more the optional installation manner of the compressor is made.
Any one of the plurality of retaining posts 411 of each retaining portion 41 is adapted to mate with a mounting hole of the compressor. Therefore, the installation positions of the installation holes of the compressor can be diversified, so that the limiting columns 411 of each limiting part 41 can be suitable for installing compressors in various rotating directions, and the limiting columns 411 of each limiting part 41 can be suitable for installing compressors in various specifications and limiting the compressors in the horizontal direction. For example, each limiting part 41 comprises 6 limiting columns 411, so that compressors with 3 or 4 mounting holes can be mounted on each limiting part 41 in 6 ways, and compressors with different specifications can be conveniently matched with the cover pad 3 after being turned.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments, each of the stopper posts 411 extends in the up-down direction, and the plurality of stopper posts 411 of each of the stopper portions 41 are uniformly distributed on the same circle. Therefore, the compressor can have the limit column 411 matched with the compressor when rotating a preset angle every time. For example, the centers of each of the plurality of stopper posts 411 of each stopper portion 41 are uniformly distributed on the same circle.
In some embodiments, a portion of the spacing posts 411 of each spacing portion 41 are evenly distributed on the first circumference, and a portion of the spacing posts 411 of each spacing portion 41 are evenly distributed on the second circumference, so that each spacing portion 41 can be matched with compressors of more specifications. For example, the center of each of a part of the retaining columns 411 of each retaining portion 41 is uniformly distributed on the first circumference, and the center of each of a part of the retaining columns 411 of each retaining portion 41 is uniformly distributed on the second circumference.
In some embodiments, each restraint portion 41 includes 6 restraint posts 411. Each of the position-limiting portions 41 includes 6 position-limiting columns 411, which can satisfy the use requirements of most compressors on the basis of reducing the use raw materials (reducing the cost).
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the position-limiting portion 41 is multiple, that is, each bottom pad body 401 is provided with multiple position-limiting portions 41. The plurality of limiting parts 41 form a plurality of rows of first limiting part groups and a plurality of columns of second limiting part groups, and the arrangement direction of the limiting parts 41 of the first limiting part groups is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the limiting parts 41 of the second limiting part groups. The bottom mat mounting grooves 412 of the adjacent two limiting parts 41 in each row of the first limiting part group are communicated, so that the occupied positions of the limiting parts 41 can be reduced, more limiting parts 41 are arranged on the bottom mat body 401, and more compressors can be placed on the bottom mat 4. The bottom mat mounting grooves 412 of the two adjacent limiting parts 41 in each row of second limiting part group are arranged at intervals, so that the part between the two adjacent limiting parts 41 in each row of second limiting part group can be used as a reinforcing structure, the structural strength of the bottom mat body 401 can be enhanced, and the bearing capacity of the bottom mat 4 can be enhanced.
For example, the plurality of stoppers 41 form 5 rows of first stopper groups and 8 columns of second stopper groups, the 5 rows of first stopper groups are arranged in order in the front-rear direction, the 8 columns of second stopper groups are arranged in order in the left-right direction, the stoppers 41 of the first stopper groups are arranged in the left-right direction, and the stoppers 41 of the second stopper groups are arranged in the front-rear direction. The left-right direction is indicated by arrow B in fig. 6, and the front-back direction is indicated by arrow C in fig. 6.
In some embodiments, each row of the first position-limiting portion groups includes a plurality of first position-limiting portions 413 and a plurality of second position-limiting portions 414 alternately arranged along the first horizontal direction, the plurality of first position-limiting portions 413 of each row of the first position-limiting portion groups are distributed on a first straight line extending along the first horizontal direction, the plurality of second position-limiting portions 414 of each row of the first position-limiting portion groups are distributed on a second straight line extending along the first horizontal direction, and the first straight line is parallel to the second straight line. That is to say, the first position-limiting portions 413 and the second position-limiting portions 414 of each row of the first position-limiting portion group have a predetermined distance in a direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, and the plurality of first position-limiting portions 413 and the plurality of second position-limiting portions 414 are alternately arranged along the first horizontal direction, so that the reinforcing structure between two adjacent first position-limiting portions 413 and the reinforcing structure between two adjacent second position-limiting portions 414 have a predetermined distance in a direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, that is, the reinforcing structure between two adjacent rows of the first position-limiting portion groups has a bending portion, thereby further enhancing the structural strength of the bottom pad body 401. The first horizontal direction may be a left-right direction.
For example, each row of the first position-limiting part group includes 4 first position-limiting parts 413 and 4 second position-limiting parts 414, and the 4 first position-limiting parts 413 are located at the front side of the 4 second position-limiting parts 414 in the front-rear direction
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments, a bottom mat through hole 43 penetrating through the bottom mat body 401 in the up-down direction is formed in the bottom mat installation groove 412. The mat through-holes 43 allow water on the mat mounting groove 412 (the mat body 401) to flow out of the mat mounting groove 412 through the mat through-holes 43, thereby preventing vapor deposition.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments, the upper surface of the bottom pad body 401 is provided with a plurality of direction indicating blocks 44, each direction indicating block 44 has an indicating tip for indicating the placement of the bottom pad 4, so that the bottom pad 4 is placed according to the indicating direction, and the bottom pad can be effectively fool-proof, and the use convenience is improved.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments, two first chip grooves 45 are provided on the upper surface of the bottom pad body 401, and the two first chip grooves 45 are located on opposite corners of the bottom pad body 401. The label chip for recording information can be placed in the first chip groove 45, so that a worker can see the product information in the first chip groove 45 without rotating the bottom pad 4, and the use convenience is improved.
In some embodiments, the number of the packaging units is plural, and the plural packaging units are stacked in the up-down direction. The bottom pad of the lowermost packaging unit is disposed on the upper surface of the tray 1 and the panel 2 overlies the upper surface of the lid pad of the uppermost packaging unit. That is, a plurality of packing units are interposed between the panel 2 and the tray 1 in the up-down direction, so that the number of compressors packed per compressor packing assembly 100 can be increased. Each of the panel 2 and the tray 1 is injection molded of PP or HDPE, whereby the panel 2 and the tray 1 can be recycled, increasing the service life of the panel 2 and the tray 1.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the bottom pad body 401 has a first bottom pad insertion portion 42 on the lower surface thereof, the cover pad 3 has a first cover pad insertion portion 32 on the upper surface thereof, and the first bottom pad insertion portion 42 of the bottom pad 4 of one of the two adjacent packaging units located above can be inserted into the first cover pad insertion portion 32 of the cover pad 3 of the other one of the two adjacent packaging units located below. Specifically, the first base pad inserting portion 42 is a protrusion extending downward, the first cover pad inserting portion 32 is a groove recessed downward, and the first base pad inserting portion 42 is inserted into the first cover pad inserting portion 32 so that two adjacent packaging units can be positioned with each other, and a plurality of packaging units stacked in the up-down direction are stably connected. For example, the lower surface of each bottom pad body 401 is provided with 4 first bottom pad insertion portions 42, and the 4 first bottom pad insertion portions 42 are located at corners of the lower surface of the bottom pad body 401; the upper surface of the lid pad 3 is provided with 4 first lid pad insertion portions 32, and the 4 first lid pad insertion portions 32 are located at the corners of the upper surface of the lid pad 3.
The compressor package assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a binding band for binding the tray 1, the packing unit and the panel 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the pallet 1 includes a first plate 101 and a second plate 102, the first plate 101 is positioned above the second plate 102, the first plate 101 and the second plate 102 define fork holes 103, and a forklift truck inserts the pallet 1 through the fork holes 103 to facilitate the compressor package assembly 100.
In some embodiments, the lower surface of the bottom pad body 401 is provided with a first bottom pad insertion portion 42, the upper surface of the tray 1 is provided with a first tray insertion portion 17, and the first bottom pad insertion portion 42 can be inserted into the first tray insertion portion 17. Specifically, first tray portion 17 that inserts closes is downwardly extending's arch, and first tray portion 17 that inserts closes is for establishing the recess on first plate body 101, and first tray portion 17 that inserts can make the packing unit more stable and be convenient for the location on tray 1 in inserting first tray portion 17. For example, the bottom mat body 401 has 4 first bottom mat inserting portions 42 on the lower surface thereof, and 4 first tray inserting portions 17 on the upper surface of the tray 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, two second chip grooves 14 are provided on the upper surface of the tray 1, and the two second chip grooves 14 are respectively provided on two oppositely-disposed edges of the tray 1. Specifically, two second chip grooves 14 are respectively formed in two parallel edges of the upper surface of the first plate 101, tag chips for recording information can be placed in the second chip grooves 14, and the two second chip grooves 14 enable workers to see product information in the second chip grooves 14 without rotating the tray 1, so that use convenience is improved.
In some embodiments, the upper surface of the tray 1 is provided with the non-slip rubber 15, and particularly, the number of the non-slip rubber 15 is plural, and the plural non-slip rubbers 15 are uniformly provided on the upper surface of the first plate body 101, so that the friction force of the upper surface of the tray 1 can be increased, and the packing unit on the upper surface of the tray 1 is prevented from sliding in the horizontal direction.
In some embodiments, a plurality of stoppers 16 are provided on the edge of the upper surface of the tray 1, and in particular, a plurality of stoppers 16 are provided on each edge of the upper surface of the tray 1, each stopper 16 having a predetermined height, so that the packing units of the upper surface of the tray 1 can be prevented from slipping out of the upper surface of the tray 1.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the compressor package assembly 100 has a plurality of compressor package assemblies 100 stacked in an up-down direction. The tray 1 is provided with a tray slot 12 on the lower surface thereof, and the panel 2 includes a panel body 201 and a panel insertion portion 22 provided on the upper surface of the panel body 201. The panel insertion part 22 of the lower one of the adjacent two compressor package assemblies 100 may be inserted into the tray insertion groove 12 of the upper other one of the adjacent two compressor package assemblies 100. Specifically, the shape of the tray slot 12 is matched with the shape of the panel insertion portion 22, and the tray slot 12 is opened on the second board body 102. Therefore, the plurality of compressor package assemblies 100 are stacked in the vertical direction, and two adjacent compressor package assemblies 100 are inserted into the tray slot 12 and the panel insertion portion 22, so that the two adjacent compressor package assemblies 100 are stably connected and are not easy to slide.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, there are a plurality of tray insertion slots 12 and a plurality of panel insertion portions 22, and the plurality of panel insertion portions 22 of one of the two adjacent compressor package assemblies 100 located below can be inserted into the plurality of tray insertion slots 12 of the other of the two adjacent compressor package assemblies 100 located above in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The plurality of tray insertion grooves 12 and the plurality of panel insertion parts 22 are provided so that the stability when two adjacent compressor package assemblies 100 are coupled can be further increased. For example, tray slot 12 is 4, and panel portion 22 that closes is 4, and 4 tray slot 12 and 4 panel portions 22 that close equally divide into two rows, two are listed as the field style of calligraphy setting, and 4 panel portions 22 mode of arranging and 4 tray slots 12 cooperate.
In some embodiments, the tray 1 has a plurality of tray positioning slots 11 on its edge, the panel 2 has a plurality of panel positioning slots 21 on its edge, and each strap has a tray positioning slot 11 and a panel positioning slot 21 associated therewith. Specifically, tray constant head tank 11 runs through the edge of first plate body 101 along upper and lower direction, and the bottom surface of tray constant head tank 11 is inside inclined plane, and panel constant head tank 21 runs through panel 2 along upper and lower direction to can fix in tray constant head tank 11 and the panel constant head tank 21 rather than corresponding when making the bundling band to tie up, thereby make the bundling band difficult slip, and then guarantee the fastness that the bundling band was tied up.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the tray 1 has a stiffener 13 adjacent to the tray positioning slot 11. Specifically, the reinforcing ribs 13 include a first reinforcing rib 131 extending in the up-down direction and a second reinforcing rib 132 extending in the horizontal direction, the first reinforcing rib 131 and the second reinforcing rib 132 are both provided on the first plate body 101, and the first reinforcing rib 131 and the second reinforcing rib 132 are both adjacent to the tray positioning groove 11. The reinforcing ribs 13 adjacent to the tray positioning grooves 11 increase the structural strength at the tray positioning grooves 11, so that the tray positioning grooves 11 are not easily damaged, thereby increasing the service life of the tray 1.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, in some embodiments, the panel 2 further includes a panel skirt 24 extending downward from an edge of the panel body 201, the panel body 201 and the panel skirt 24 form a panel installation groove 25 opened downward, and an upper end portion of the head gasket 3 may extend into the panel installation groove 25. From this, can make panel 2 easily with cover on the apron 3, still be equipped with the panel strengthening rib in the panel mounting groove 25, panel body 201 is equipped with a plurality of panel archs 26 to the structural strength of multiplicable panel 2.
As shown in fig. 10-12, in some embodiments, first portion 241 of panel skirt 24 is recessed inwardly to form a portion of panel positioning slot 21. The head gasket 3 includes a gasket body 301 and a gasket projection 31, the compressor mounting groove 33 is provided on the lower surface of the gasket body 301, and the gasket projection 31 is provided on the upper surface of the gasket body 301. The cover pad body 301 and the cover pad convex part 31 form a step surface, the cover pad convex part 31 can extend into the panel mounting groove 25, the cover pad convex groove 311 is arranged on the edge of the cover pad convex part 31, and the plurality of first parts 241 of the panel skirt 24 are arranged in the plurality of cover pad convex grooves 311 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the panel 2 can be conveniently positioned and stably connected when being covered on the cover pad convex part 31.
In some embodiments, the panel 2 further has a limiting groove 23 penetrating through the panel insertion portion 22 in the horizontal direction, a bottom surface of the limiting groove 23 is coplanar with an upper surface of the panel body 201, and each limiting groove 23 has a panel positioning groove 21 matched therewith. Each of the limiting grooves 23 has a panel positioning groove 21 engaged therewith, which means that the panel body 201 is provided with the panel positioning groove 21 opposite to each other in the length direction of the limiting groove 23, and a binding band can be limited in the limiting groove 23 and the panel positioning grooves 21 at both ends of the limiting groove 23. Thereby, the bundling belt can be bundled more firmly.
The limiting groove 23 includes two first limiting grooves 231 extending along the first horizontal direction and two second limiting grooves 232 extending along the second horizontal direction, and each of the two first limiting grooves 231 and each of the two second limiting grooves 232 are disposed in a crossing manner. Specifically, the panel body 201 is a rectangular plate, and each panel insertion portion 22 includes a first projection 221, a second projection 222, a third projection 223, and a fourth projection 224 provided on an upper surface of the panel body 201. The first protrusion 221 and the second protrusion 222 are oppositely arranged along the first horizontal direction, and the first protrusion 221, the second protrusion 222 and the upper surface of the panel body 201 define a part of the second limiting groove 232; the third protrusion 223 and the fourth protrusion 224 are oppositely disposed along the first horizontal direction, and the third protrusion 223, the fourth protrusion 224 and the upper surface of the panel body 201 define a part of the second limiting groove 232. The first protrusion 221 and the third protrusion 223 are oppositely arranged along the second horizontal direction, and the upper surface of the panel body 201, the first protrusion 221 and the third protrusion 223 define a part of the first limiting groove 231; the second protrusion 222 and the fourth protrusion 224 are oppositely disposed along the second horizontal direction, and the upper surface of the panel body 201, the second protrusion 222 and the fourth protrusion 224 define a part of the first limiting groove 231.
The number of the binding bands is 4, each first position-limiting groove 231 has two panel positioning grooves 21 opposite to the first position-limiting groove in the first horizontal direction, and each second position-limiting groove 232 has two panel positioning grooves 21 opposite to the second position-limiting groove in the second horizontal direction. So that each of the 4 binding bands can be disposed in the limiting groove 23 and the panel positioning groove 21, thereby making the binding bands more firmly bound.
The first horizontal direction may be a left-right direction, and the second horizontal direction may be a front-rear direction. For example, the number of the panel insertion portions 22 is 4, and the 4 panel insertion portions 22 are provided in two rows or two columns in a matrix shape. The limiting groove 23 comprises two first limiting grooves 231 extending along the left-right direction and two second limiting grooves 232 extending along the front-back direction, and the first protrusion 221 is positioned at the left side of the second protrusion 222; the third projection 223 is located at the left side of the fourth projection 224, the first projection 221 is located at the rear side of the third projection 223, and the second projection 222 is located at the rear side of the fourth projection 224.

The compressor package assembly according to claim 1, wherein each of the spacing portions further includes a bottom mat mounting groove opened on an upper surface of the bottom mat body, each of the plurality of spacing posts of each of the spacing portions is located in the bottom mat mounting groove corresponding thereto, and a side surface of each of the spacing posts is connected to a side wall surface of the bottom mat mounting groove corresponding thereto.
5. The compressor package assembly according to claim 4, wherein the plurality of the position-limiting portions are formed in a plurality of rows of first position-limiting portions and a plurality of columns of second position-limiting portions, the bottom-pad installation grooves of two adjacent position-limiting portions in each row of the first position-limiting portions are communicated, and the bottom-pad installation grooves of two adjacent position-limiting portions in each column of the second position-limiting portions are spaced apart.
6. The compressor package assembly according to claim 5, wherein each row of the first retaining portion groups includes a plurality of first retaining portions and a plurality of second retaining portions alternately arranged along a first horizontal direction, the plurality of first retaining portions of each row of the first retaining portion groups are distributed on a first straight line extending along the first horizontal direction, the plurality of second retaining portions of each row of the first retaining portion groups are distributed on a second straight line extending along the first horizontal direction, and the first straight line is parallel to the second straight line.
7. The compressor package assembly according to claim 4, wherein a bottom gasket through hole penetrating the bottom gasket body in an up-and-down direction is provided in the bottom gasket mounting groove.
8. The compressor package assembly of claim 7,
a direction indicating block is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom pad body;
and/or two first chip grooves are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom pad body and are positioned on the opposite corners of the bottom pad body.
9. The compressor package assembly according to claim 1, wherein the number of the packing units is plural, a plurality of packing units are stacked in an up-down direction, the bottom pad of the packing unit positioned at the lowermost position is disposed on an upper surface of the tray, and the panel is covered on an upper surface of the cover pad of the packing unit positioned at the uppermost position.
10. The compressor package assembly according to claim 9, wherein the bottom gasket body has a first bottom gasket engagement portion on a lower surface thereof, and a first cover gasket engagement portion on an upper surface thereof, the first bottom gasket engagement portion of the top one of the adjacent two of the package units being insertable into the first cover gasket engagement portion of the bottom one of the adjacent two of the package units.
11. The compressor package assembly according to claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the base pad body is provided with a first base pad insertion portion, and the upper surface of the tray is provided with a first tray insertion portion, the first base pad insertion portion being insertable into the first tray insertion portion.
12. The compressor package assembly of claim 1, further comprising strapping bands for strapping the tray, the packaging unit, and the panel.
13. The compressor package assembly of claim 12, wherein a plurality of tray detents are provided on an edge of the tray, a plurality of panel detents are provided on an edge of the panel, and each of the strap has the tray detent and the panel detent engaged therewith.
14. The compressor package assembly according to claim 13, wherein the compressor package assembly has a plurality of compressor package assemblies stacked in an up-down direction, a tray insertion groove is formed on a lower surface of the tray, the panel includes a panel body and a panel insertion portion formed on an upper surface of the panel body, and the panel insertion portion of a lower one of the two adjacent compressor package assemblies is inserted into the tray insertion groove of an upper one of the two adjacent compressor package assemblies.
15. The compressor package assembly according to claim 14, wherein the tray insertion grooves are plural, the panel insertion portions are plural, and the plural panel insertion portions of a lower one of the adjacent two compressor package assemblies are inserted into the plural tray insertion grooves of an upper other of the adjacent two compressor package assemblies in a one-to-one correspondence.
16. The compressor package assembly of claim 15, wherein the panel further has a retaining groove extending horizontally through the panel insertion portion, a bottom surface of the retaining groove being coplanar with an upper surface of the panel body, each retaining groove having a panel positioning slot engaged therewith.

the limiting grooves comprise two first limiting grooves extending along a first horizontal direction and two second limiting grooves extending along a second horizontal direction, and the first horizontal direction is perpendicular to the second horizontal direction;
the panel body is a rectangular plate, each first limiting groove is provided with two panel positioning grooves opposite to the first limiting groove in a first horizontal direction, and each second limiting groove is provided with two panel positioning grooves opposite to the second limiting groove in a second horizontal direction;
the tray slot is 4, the panel portion of inserting is 4.
18. The compressor package assembly of claim 13, wherein the tray has a stiffener thereon adjacent the tray positioning slot.
19. The compressor package assembly of claim 18,
the tray comprises a first plate body and a second plate body, the first plate body is positioned above the second plate body, fork holes are defined by the first plate body and the second plate body, and the tray positioning groove penetrates through the edge of the first plate body along the vertical direction;
the strengthening rib includes the first strengthening rib that extends along upper and lower direction and the second strengthening rib that extends along the horizontal direction, first strengthening rib with the second strengthening rib all is established on the first plate body, first strengthening rib with the second strengthening rib is all neighbouring the tray constant head tank.
20. The compressor package assembly of claim 1,
the upper surface of the tray is provided with two second chip grooves which are respectively arranged on two oppositely arranged edges of the tray;
the upper surface of the tray is provided with anti-skid rubber;
a plurality of stop blocks are arranged on the edge of the upper surface of the tray.
21. The compressor package assembly of claim 13, wherein the panel includes a panel body and a panel skirt extending downwardly from an edge of the panel body, the panel body and the panel skirt forming a downwardly opening panel mounting slot into which an upper end of the head gasket can extend.
22. The compressor package assembly of claim 21,
a first portion of the panel skirt recessed inwardly to form a portion of the panel positioning slot;
the cover pad comprises a cover pad body and a cover pad protruding portion, the cover pad protruding portion is arranged on the upper surface of the cover pad body, the cover pad protruding portion can stretch into the panel mounting groove, a cover pad protruding groove is formed in the edge of the cover pad protruding portion, and a plurality of panel skirt edges are formed in the cover pad protruding groove in a one-to-one mode through the first portions.
23. The compressor package assembly of claim 1,
the cover pad is formed by EPP or EPS foaming;
and/or, the bottom pad is formed by HDPE plastic uptake;
and/or each of the panel and the tray is injection molded from PP or HDPE.
