Claims (9)
1. A packaging structure for packaging products is characterized by comprising a fixing clamp and a plurality of packaging trays, wherein the fixing clamp is clamped and arranged on the edges of the stacked packaging trays to clamp and fix the stacked packaging trays;
the bottom surface of the packaging tray is provided with a limiting groove, the top surface of the packaging tray is provided with an object placing plate, and the object placing plate of the packaging tray positioned at the bottom is connected with the limiting groove of the packaging tray positioned at the upper part to realize the stacking of a plurality of packaging trays;
offer the thing groove of putting that is used for placing the encapsulation product on putting the thing board, it is provided with a plurality of baffles on the thing groove to put, a plurality of baffles will put the thing groove and evenly separate into a plurality of recesses that are used for placing single encapsulation product, be provided with a plurality of protruding muscle on the grooved underside, protruding muscle card is established between the adjacent pin of encapsulation product.

The packaging structure for packaging products according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of projections are uniformly arranged on the limiting groove, the projections are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the grooves, and when a plurality of packaging trays are stacked, the projections on the upper packaging tray press the packaged products on the lower packaging tray into the grooves.

The packaging structure for enclosing products according to claim 2, wherein a supporting channel is formed between adjacent projections, the supporting channel is disposed opposite to the partition, and when a plurality of packaging trays are stacked, the partition is inserted through the supporting channel and abuts against the bottom surface of the limiting groove.

The packaging structure for packaging products according to claim 1, wherein the fixing clip comprises a fixing plate, vertical plates are vertically arranged on two sides of the fixing plate, pressing plates are arranged at free ends of the vertical plates, the pressing plates are vertically arranged with the vertical plates, when the fixing clip clamps a plurality of stacked packaging trays, the fixing plate abuts against the bottom surfaces of the packaging trays, the vertical plates abut against the side surfaces of the packaging trays, and the pressing plates are pressed on the edges of the topmost packaging tray.

The packaging structure for enclosing products according to claim 4, wherein the fixing plate is provided with positioning plates at both sides thereof, the free ends of the positioning plates are provided with elastic plates, the middle parts of the elastic plates are raised upwards to form an omega-shaped structure, and the elastic plates are clamped on the supporting channels of the lowermost packaging tray when the fixing clip clamps a plurality of packaging trays.

The packaging structure for enclosing products according to claim 1, wherein a guiding arc surface is provided at an edge of the object placing plate, a supporting arc surface matched with the guiding arc surface is provided on a side wall of the limiting groove, and the guiding inclined surface abuts against the supporting arc surface.
7. The packaging structure for packaging products according to claim 1, wherein the width of the rib is slightly larger than the distance between two leads of the packaged product, so that the rib is clamped between adjacent leads of the packaged product.

The packaging structure for packaging products according to claim 1, wherein the rib is a hollow structure, the width of the rib is less than or equal to the distance between two pins of the packaged product, and when the bump on the upper packaging tray compresses the packaged product on the lower packaging tray during stacking of the plurality of packaging trays, the bump on the upper packaging tray drives the groove thereon to protrude upwards, so that the rib deforms to clamp the pins of the packaged product.
9. The packaging structure for enclosing products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rib includes a top surface and two side surfaces, the side surfaces are vertically disposed on the bottom surface of the groove, both ends of the top surface are connected to the two side surfaces, a hollow cavity is formed between the top surface and the side surfaces, and the top surface is made of an elastic material.
