Description

Foaming type facial cleanser with warming effect and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a face cleaning product and a preparation method thereof, in particular to foaming type face cleaning milk with warm feeling and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Foaming face cleansers have been marketed well-off products. The foaming facial cleanser with the warming sensation can generate the warming sensation in the using process, so that pores are promoted to be expanded and dredged, the pores can be effectively cleaned while good using experience is brought, and the function of deep skin cleaning can be realized by matching with the abrasive particles.
In the prior art, a warm-feeling facial cleanser is realized by adding a heat-feeling agent into the facial cleanser. Common thermal sensation agents include vanillyl butyl, capsaicin, etc.; in the case of vanillyl butyl ether, whose vanillyl group is a functional group that induces a critical role in warming sensation by the nervous system, sensory neurons are activated by binding of vanillyl groups to their receptors, known as vanilloid receptor-1 (VR-1). Activated sensory neurons will release glutamate, ATP and various neuropeptides as synaptic neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters reach the central nervous system and give rise to a cascade of warmth.
In the prior art, another type of warming face cleanser is obtained by adding a thickening agent to a polyhydric alcohol (such as glycerin and propylene glycol). The polyol has a certain cleansing effect on sebum and hydrates to release a sensation of heat when applied. The viscosity of the packing materials such as the adaptive hose can be achieved by matching with the thickening agent.
However, the prior art has certain defects. For example, in the prior art of adding a heat-sensitive agent into facial cleanser, strong heat sensation can be generated during the use process, some users, especially sensitive skin users, have obvious discomfort and stabbing pain during the use process, and the skin of the product can still feel warm after being washed off, so that discomfort after the product is generated.
In the prior art of heating by using polyhydric alcohol, although comfortable warming sensation can be generated during use, and the warming sensation disappears immediately after washing, so that better use experience can be brought, however, as the main body of the product is polyhydric alcohol, only a small amount of water exists, a system formed by the polyhydric alcohol and a surfactant has poor foamability, generally weaker cleaning power and weak suspension force, and is not enough to support stable suspension of abrasive particles, the skin is difficult to clean effectively, the requirements of cutin removal and deep cleaning cannot be met, and the application of the product is greatly inhibited.
Therefore, there is a need for a foaming facial cleanser with warming effect, which has good warming effect, no discomfort and prickling during use, good foaming performance, stable suspension of abrasive particles, deep cleaning and exfoliating functions, and good use experience.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide foaming type facial cleanser with warm feeling, which has good warm feeling, no discomfort and stabbing pain in the using process, can stably suspend frosted particles and has good foaming performance.
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the present invention provides a foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation, comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
surfactant (b): 3 to 13 percent of
75-95% of polyhydric alcohol
0.5-4% of polymer playing a role in suspension thickening in polyol
0.1 to 4 percent of frosted particles
Water for the rest
Wherein the surfactant is at least one selected from the following group: amino acid surfactants, glycoside surfactants, and betaine surfactants;
the polyol used is at least one selected from the group consisting of lower polyols and oligomers thereof.
In the foaming type facial cleanser with the warming sensation, the inventor selects the amino acid surfactant, the glucoside surfactant and/or the betaine surfactant, and matches the lower polyol and/or the oligomer thereof and the polymer capable of playing a role in suspension thickening in the polyol, and the three cooperate with each other, so that mild heating is realized by using water of the polyol, foaming is smooth, sufficient cleaning capacity is realized, and a stable suspension system of the abrasive particles can be formed, thereby overcoming the problems in the prior art, and realizing the technical effects of mild heating, abundant foam, exfoliating (abrasive particles) and deep cleaning.
In the foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention, more than 75% by weight of the ingredient is the lower polyhydric alcohol and/or the oligomer thereof. In such systems, the thickening agent used to increase the suspending power is different from that used in systems where water is the main or a substantial proportion of water is common. In a sense, such thickeners are polymeric surfactants. The inventors of the present application have found, through careful selection and rigorous experimental verification, that the polymer which plays a role in suspension thickening in the polyhydric alcohol preferably used in the cleansing milk of the present invention is a copolymer or homopolymer of acryloyl dimethyl taurine or a salt thereof having a comparable binding ability with the hydroxyl group of the polyhydric alcohol.
Further preferably, in the foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention, the polymer used for suspension thickening may be at least one selected from the group consisting of: sodium polyacrylyldimethyltaurate, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymers, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymers, and ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymers, and the like. The inventor of the invention finds in experiments that a uniformly distributed product cannot be obtained by adopting thickening agents such as acrylic acid (ester)/vinyl isodecanoate crosslinked polymer, sodium polyacrylate, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer sodium, polyacrylamide and the like, and the frosted particles can sink after standing for 72 hours at 40 ℃.
In the foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention, the water and heat of the polyhydric alcohol are assurances that it has a warming sensation upon use, and thus the selection of the polyhydric alcohol is very important. Preferably, the polyol used is at least one selected from the group consisting of: c3-C6Lower polyols, polyethylene glycols of low degree of polymerization and glycerol polyethers of low degree of polymerization. More preferably, the polyol used is at least one selected from the group consisting of: glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol-8, polyethylene glycol-10, polyethylene glycol-12, glyceryl polyether-18, glyceryl polyether-20, glyceryl polyether-24, glyceryl polyether-26 and glyceryl polyether-31. Further preferably, the polyol used is at least one selected from the group consisting of: glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol-8, and glyceryl polyether-26.
In the foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention, the preferred surfactant may be at least one selected from the group consisting of: sodium cocoyl glycinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium cocoamidopropionate, decyl glucoside, cocoyl glucoside, lauryl betaine, cocoamidopropyl betaine, and the like. The inventor of the invention finds out through experiments that the surfactants such as sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium cocoyl glutamate, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl glycol carboxylate and the like have the condition of unstable formula such as the settlement of abrasive particles, phase separation and the like in the formula, or the performances such as the foam richness, the cleaning capability and the like are general, and the performances of other surfactants are even worse.
In the foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention, the facial cleanser further comprises 0.001-0.1% of a PH adjusting agent so as to adjust the PH thereof to 5-8.5.
Preferably, in the foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the invention, the pH regulator used is citric acid.
In order to improve the exfoliating ability and deep cleansing ability of the foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention, the facial cleanser of the present invention uses abrasive grains (abrasive particles) having a size of generally 0.05 to 0.25 mm. The abrasive particles used may be at least one selected from the group consisting of: hydrated silica, walnut shell flour, cellulose abrasive particles, bamboo charcoal powder, perlite, and the like.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the foaming facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
surfactant (b): 4 to 12 percent of
78-92% of polyol
0.5-4% of polymer playing a role in suspension thickening in polyol
0.5 to 3 percent of frosted particles
Water in balance
Wherein the surfactant, the polyol and the suspension thickening polymer are as described above.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
surfactant (b): 5 to 11 percent of
80 to 90 percent of polyhydric alcohol
0.5-4% of polymer playing a role in suspension thickening in polyol
0.6 to 2 percent of frosted particles
Water for the rest
Wherein the surfactant, the polyol and the suspension thickening polymer are as described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various other functional ingredients and/or cleansing ingredients may also be added to the foaming type cleanser with a warming sensation of the present invention.
In another aspect, to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the above foaming type facial cleanser with a warming sensation, the method comprising the steps of:
1) mixing the selected polymer with selected lower polyol and/or its oligomer, heating to 60-85 deg.C, stirring and homogenizing;
