By providing the pushing surface 21a, the seat plate can be pushed to switch to another position when rotating to the maximum angle or the minimum angle relative to the guide rod 230, so that the locking direction of the ratchet wheel 4 and the pawl 5 can be switched, further repeated adjustment can be realized, and the convenience of operation is improved.
As shown in fig. 8, 9, 11 and 13, the pawl 5 has a fan-shaped structure, the first engaging tooth 51 is disposed at one end of the arc surface of the fan-shaped structure, and the second engaging tooth 52 is disposed at the other end of the arc surface of the fan-shaped structure away from the first engaging tooth 51. Since the pawl 5 is eccentrically disposed on the spindle 3, after the first engaging tooth 51 is engaged with the ratchet wheel 4, the ratchet wheel 4 is locked when rotating in one direction and is rotatable in the other direction, thereby achieving the purpose of unidirectional rotation. The pawl 5 extends out of the clamping leg 53, one end of the elastic member 7 is disposed on the positioning member 6, and the other end is clamped on the clamping leg 53. This allows the elastic force of the elastic member 7 to act on the catch 53, thereby driving the pawl 5 to swing. Specifically, one end of the elastic member 7 is provided with a fixing ring 71, the front end of the positioning member 6 is provided with a positioning ring 64, the fixing ring 71 is sleeved and positioned on the positioning ring 64, the other end of the elastic member 7 extends out to form two elastic legs 72, and the two elastic legs 72 are respectively positioned on two sides of the clamping leg 53 and elastically clamp the clamping leg 53. When the pawl 5 swings, the elastic leg 72 may provide an elastic force in a reverse direction to return the pawl 5.
The spindle 3 is pivotally connected to the pawl 5 and the positioning member 6 by the shaft 8, the shaft 8 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the spindle 3, and the pawl 5 is provided with the first engaging teeth 51 and the second engaging teeth 52 capable of engaging with the ratchet wheel 4, so that when the seat plate 220 swings with respect to the guide rod 230, one of the first engaging teeth 51 and the second engaging teeth 52 of the pawl 5 engages with the ratchet wheel 4. By utilizing the principle of unidirectional adjustability by the cooperation of the ratchet wheel 4 and the pawl 5, the seat plate 220 can only rotate around the spindle 3 in one direction and lock in the opposite direction. In addition, the pushing portion 21 of the seat plate 220 pushes the positioning member 6 to swing, so that the locking direction of the pawl 5 and the ratchet wheel 4 can be switched, and thus the seat plate 220 can be opened at a certain angle along one direction relative to the guide rod 230, and can be positioned at the angle, so as to realize the angle adjustment between the two rod members. The whole structure does not need to use the conventional connecting rod for linkage and positioning, does not influence the appearance of the product, and has simple structure; and, only need rotate the said seat board 220 can be adjusted and locked, but also can switch the direction automatically when adjusting to the maximum angle or minimum angle, realize the repeated adjustment, it is very convenient to operate.

Simultaneously, the pawl 5 swings along with the positioning member 6 under the driving of the elastic member 7, so that the first engaging tooth 51 of the pawl 5 leaves the ratchet wheel 4, and the second engaging tooth 52 is engaged with the ratchet wheel 4. The seat plate 220 is now locked in a clockwise direction and unlocked in a counter-clockwise direction. Therefore, the seat plate 220 can rotate an angle in a counterclockwise direction, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the position; at any angle, the seat plate 220 is locked in a clockwise direction and rotatable in a counterclockwise direction.
As shown in fig. 19 to 22, when the seat plate 220 is in the fully-unfolded state, i.e., the second state, relative to the guide rod 230, and the seat plate 220 needs to be folded, only the seat plate 220 needs to be continuously rotated in the counterclockwise direction, at this time, the other pushing surface 21a of the pushing portion 21 of the seat plate 220 pushes the other side surface 63a of the abutment portion 63, so that the positioning member 6 swings. At this time, the elastic portion 61 at the lower end of the positioning member 6 passes over the rib 32 from the second position 34 to reach the first position 33. Simultaneously, the pawl 5 swings along with the positioning piece 6 under the driving of the elastic piece 7, so that the second clamping tooth 52 of the pawl 5 leaves the ratchet wheel 4, and the first clamping tooth 51 is meshed with the ratchet wheel 4. The seat plate 220 is now locked in a counter-clockwise direction and unlocked in a clockwise direction. At this time, the seat plate 220 may be rotated in a clockwise direction to return to the first state; the above process is repeated, so that the seat plate 220 can be repeatedly adjusted in its relative angle to the guide bar 230.
Referring to fig. 6 and 23 to 25, the operation of the folding foot stand 200 of the present invention will be described in detail below, as follows:
when the folding foot stand 200 is in the unfolded state, the seat plate 220 is at 90 degrees with respect to the guide rod 230 and is in the horizontal state. The seat plate 220 and the support rod 240 may be completely attached to the outer side wall of the cabinet 301. When the folding foot support 200 needs to be unfolded, the seat plate 220 is required to be rotated continuously, so that the folding mechanism 100 releases the lock of the seat plate 220 and the guide rod 230, the seat plate 220 can rotate reversely around the pivot axis C, and simultaneously, the guide rod 230 slides into the seat body 210, so that the seat plate 220 is unfolded to be in a horizontal state, and the folding foot support can be unfolded and locked.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the two ends of the supporting rod 240 are respectively pivoted on the seat plate 220 and the seat body 210 by arranging the supporting rod 240, and the guiding rod 230 is arranged on the seat body 210 in a sliding way. And a folding mechanism 100 is provided, such that two ends of the folding mechanism 100 are respectively connected with one end of the seat plate 220, which is close to the seat body 210, and one end of the guide rod 230, and the folding mechanism 100 is used to adjust the relative position between the seat plate 220 and the guide rod 230, so that a variable triangle structure is formed among the seat plate 220, the guide rod 230 and the support rod 240. When the seat plate 220 is unfolded away from the guide bar 230, the seat plate 220 can be used for a user to sit on, thereby providing convenience for work or life. When the seat plate 220 is closed towards the direction of the guide rod 230, the whole folding foot support 200 can be folded, the occupied volume is reduced, and the use is very convenient. In addition, by arranging the mounting mechanism 250 on the side wall of the base 210, the folding foot support 200 can be conveniently mounted on the outer side of the cabinet 300 by using the mounting mechanism 250, so that the folding foot support is very convenient to assemble, can be suitable for different cabinets 300, and has strong applicability.

A folding foot support, characterized in that: the folding device comprises a seat body, a seat plate, a guide rod, a support rod, a mounting mechanism and a folding mechanism, wherein one end of the support rod is pivoted to one side of the seat body, and the other end of the support rod is pivoted to the middle part of the seat plate; the guide rod is slidably arranged on the seat body; the folding mechanism is connected between one end of the seat plate, which is close to the seat body, and one end of the guide rod; the folding mechanism can adjust the relative position between the seat board and the guide rod, so that the seat board can be folded towards the direction of the guide rod or unfolded away from the guide rod; the mounting mechanism is arranged on one side of the seat body, which is away from the seat plate, so that the whole folding foot support is mounted on the outer side of the cabinet body; the mounting mechanism comprises an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate, and the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate can move relatively to adjust the clamping distance between the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate.
