Since the main shaft 3 is pivotally connected to the pawl 5 and the positioning member 6 by the rotating shaft 8, the rotating shaft 8 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the main shaft 3, and the pawl 5 is provided with the first engaging tooth 51 and the second engaging tooth 52 that are engageable with the ratchet 4, when the seat plate 220 swings with respect to the guide bar 230, one of the first engaging tooth 51 and the second engaging tooth 52 of the pawl 5 is engaged with the ratchet 4. The principle of unidirectional adjustment is realized by using the ratchet 4 and the pawl 5, so that the seat plate 220 can only rotate around the main shaft 3 in one direction, and is locked in the opposite direction. In addition, the pushing portion 21 of the seat plate 220 pushes the positioning member 6 to swing, so that the locking directions of the pawl 5 and the ratchet 4 can be switched, and thus, the seat plate 220 can be opened at a certain angle in one direction relative to the guide rod 230 and can be positioned at the angle to achieve the angle adjustment between the two rods. The whole structure does not need to use conventional connecting rod linkage and positioning, does not influence the appearance of a product, and is simple; in addition, the seat plate 220 can be adjusted and locked only by rotating, and the direction can be automatically switched when the maximum angle or the minimum angle is adjusted, so that repeated adjustment is realized, and the operation is very convenient.
In summary, the operation of the folding mechanism 100 of the present invention is described in detail as follows:
as shown in fig. 15 to 18, when the seat plate 220 is in the first state, which is the folded state, relative to the guide rod 230, the seat plate 220 can be rotated clockwise, and at this time, one of the pushing surfaces 21a of the pushing portion 21 of the seat plate 220 pushes one of the side surfaces 63a of the abutting portion 63, so that the positioning element 6 swings. At this time, the elastic portion 61 of the lower end of the positioning member 6 moves from the first position 33 to the second position 34 over the rib 32. Meanwhile, the pawl 5 is driven by the elastic element 7 to swing along with the positioning element 6, so that the first engaging tooth 51 of the pawl 5 leaves the ratchet 4, and the second engaging tooth 52 is engaged with the ratchet 4. The seat plate 220 is now locked in a clockwise direction and unlocked in a counter-clockwise direction. Therefore, the seat plate 220 can rotate a certain angle in the counterclockwise direction to achieve the purpose of adjusting the position; at any angle, the seat plate 220 is locked in the clockwise direction and can rotate in the counterclockwise direction.
As shown in fig. 19 to fig. 22, when the seat plate 220 is in the second state of the fully unfolded state relative to the guide rod 230 and the seat plate 220 needs to be folded, the seat plate 220 only needs to be rotated continuously in the counterclockwise direction, and at this time, the other pushing surface 21a of the pushing portion 21 of the seat plate 220 pushes the other side surface 63a of the abutting portion 63, so that the positioning member 6 swings. At this time, the elastic portion 61 of the lower end of the positioning member 6 passes over the rib 32 from the second position 34 to the first position 33. Meanwhile, the pawl 5 is driven by the elastic element 7 to swing along with the positioning element 6, so that the second engaging tooth 52 of the pawl 5 leaves the ratchet 4, and the first engaging tooth 51 is engaged with the ratchet 4. The seat plate 220 is now locked in a counter-clockwise direction and unlocked in a clockwise direction. At this time, the seat plate 220 may be rotated in a clockwise direction to return to the first state; by repeating the above process, the seat plate 220 can be repeatedly adjusted in its relative angle with respect to the guide bar 230.
Referring to fig. 6, 23 to 25, the operation of the foldable foot support 200 of the present invention will be described in detail as follows:
when the folding foot rest 200 is in the unfolded state, the seat plate 220 is at an angle of 90 degrees with respect to the guide bar 230 and is in a horizontal state. At this time, the user can work while sitting on the seat plate 220. When the folding foot brace 200 needs to be folded, the seat plate 220 is rotated upward, so that the folding mechanism 100 unlocks the seat plate 220 and the guide rod 230, the seat plate 220 can rotate around the pivot axis C, and meanwhile, the seat plate 220 drives the guide rod 230 to slide upward and extend along the guide sleeve. At the same time, the supporting rod 240 rotates around the pivot axis a, so that the seat plate 220 and the supporting rod 240 are folded toward the guiding rod 230. Finally, after the seat plate 220 and the supporting rod 240 are completely folded, the supporting rod 240 is disposed in the groove 212 of the seat body 210, and the receiving groove 221a of the protective shell 221 is sleeved on the guiding rod 230. The seat plate 220 and the supporting rod 240 can be completely attached to the outer sidewall of the cabinet 301. When the folding foot support 200 needs to be unfolded, the seat plate 220 can be reversely rotated around the pivot axis C only by continuously rotating the seat plate 220 to unlock the seat plate 220 and the guide rod 230 by the folding mechanism 100, and meanwhile, the guide rod 230 slides into the seat body 210, so that the seat plate 220 is unfolded to be in a horizontal state, and then the folding mechanism can be unfolded and locked.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the supporting rod 240, the two ends of the supporting rod 240 are respectively pivoted to the seat plate 220 and the seat body 210, and the guiding rod 230 is further disposed, so that the guiding rod 230 can be slidably disposed on the seat body 210. And a folding mechanism 100 is provided, so that two ends of the folding mechanism 100 are respectively connected with one end of the seat board 220 close to the seat body 210 and one end of the guide rod 230, and the folding mechanism 100 is used to adjust the relative position between the seat board 220 and the guide rod 230, so that a variable triangular structure is formed among the seat board 220, the guide rod 230 and the support rod 240. When the seat plate 220 is unfolded away from the guide bar 230, the seat plate 220 can be seated by a user, thereby providing convenience for work or life. When the seat plate 220 is drawn close to the guide bar 230, the whole foldable foot support 200 can be folded, so that the occupied volume is reduced, and the use is very convenient. In addition, the side wall of the base 210 is provided with the mounting mechanism 250, and the folding foot brace 200 of the invention can be conveniently mounted on the outer side of the cabinet 300 by using the mounting mechanism 250, so that the assembly is very convenient, and the folding foot brace can be suitable for different cabinets 300 and has strong applicability.
In addition, as shown in fig. 25, the mounting mechanism of this embodiment may be a fixing screw, and the fixing screw may connect the seat 210 and the cabinet 301, so that the seat 210 is directly fixed to the outer sidewall of the cabinet 301, which has the same effect as the above embodiment, and the folding foot brace can be more directly and conveniently fixed to the cabinet 1, thereby effectively simplifying the structure and reducing the cost.
The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and certainly should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, which is therefore intended to cover all equivalent changes and modifications within the scope of the present invention.
