The rice film covering transplanter according to claim 3, wherein the transplanting device (2) further comprises a seedling box (21), a seedling supplying mechanism (23), and a transplanting mechanism (22); the seedling box (21), the seedling supply mechanism (23) and the transplanting structure are respectively and fixedly connected with the main beam (24); the seedling supplying mechanism (23) is arranged between the seedling box (21) and the transplanting structure; the seedling box (21), the seedling supplying mechanism (23) and the transplanting mechanism (22) are arranged in sequence from top to bottom in the vertical direction; a seedling taking needle is arranged in the transplanting mechanism (22).
5. The rice film covering and transplanting machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein said film covering device (3) is fixedly connected to said main beam (24), said film covering device (3) comprising:
the arc plate (31) is arranged to be a plate formed by extending a section of arc along the axial direction, and the arc plate (31) has an axial length;
the number of the end covers (32) is 2, and the end covers (32) are respectively and symmetrically and fixedly arranged on two end faces of the arc plate (31); the end cover (32) is provided with a central groove at the circle center of the arc plate (31);
a mulch reel (33), the axial length of the mulch reel (33) being higher than the axial length of the arc plates (31); the diameter of the mulching film reel (33) is smaller than that of the central groove; the mulching film reel (33) is rotatably arranged in the central groove.
6. The rice mulching and transplanting machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the arc plates (31) are arranged forward in the direction of the outer arc surface, and the mulching film reel (33) is arranged on one side of the inner arc surface of the arc plates (31).

The rice film covering and transplanting machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein said chassis (4) further comprises a pair of symmetrically arranged edge pressing wheels (42), said edge pressing wheels (42) are arranged inside said U-shaped frame (41), and a pair of said edge pressing wheels (42) are respectively and fixedly connected with two said extending arms in a rotatable manner; the distance between the pair of edge pressing wheels (42) is less than the width of the mulching film to be laid.

The rice film covering and transplanting machine as claimed in claim 8 or 9, wherein said chassis (4) further comprises a pair of symmetrically arranged supporting plankers (43), said supporting plankers (43) are arranged in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a pair of said supporting plankers (43) are respectively fixedly connected below two said projecting arms; the distance between the pair of supporting plankers (43) is greater than the width of the mulching film to be laid; preferably, the front end of the supporting planker (43) is provided with an arc-shaped surface (44).
