Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the card insertion and extraction assembly of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the pluggable card assembly 1 includes a first card holder 20 and a second card holder 30, and the first card holder 20 is independent from the second card holder 30. The card inserting and pulling assembly 1 further comprises a card holder 10, wherein the card holder 10 has a first card holder 20 for holding a first card and a second card holder 30 for holding a second card. The first and second positions are arranged side by side along the insertion/extraction direction of the first or second card holder 20, 30, and the second position is close to the outer side of the insertion/extraction direction relative to the first position. The second card holder 30 has a main body portion 310 and a force-receiving portion 320, and the force-receiving portion 320 extends toward the first locking direction and overlaps the first card holder 20. The second card holder 30 is also located at the outer side close to the plugging direction and can be pulled out independently. When the second card holder 30 is pulled out, the first card holder 20 can be left in the card socket 10. The first card holder 20 is pulled out only when necessary. The use of the device such as a mobile phone can be more flexible.
Optionally, the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 are both card holders for carrying card media. The card medium can be a computer readable medium, and can interact with devices such as mobile phones. Therefore, the second card holder 30 is pulled out to replace the card medium carried on the second card holder 30. At this time, the card medium carried by the first card holder 20 is not replaced, and the first card holder 20 does not need to be pulled out. So that certain functions of the card medium carried by the first card holder 20 can continue to operate, and the continuity of the functions is maintained.
Alternatively, the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 may be used to carry functional card media such as a memory card, a SIM card, and the like. The first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 are independent of each other and can be independently inserted and pulled, and the first card holder 20 cannot be taken out when the second card holder 30 is taken out, so that the use of the card medium carried in the first card holder 20 cannot be influenced when the card medium carried in the second card holder 30 is inserted and pulled. In a mobile phone or the like, different card media are not pulled out simultaneously. When only the card medium carried on the second card support 30 needs to be replaced, the first card support 20 is not affected, so that normal use of some functions can be ensured, and continuity of partial functions in the mobile phone is better.
Specifically, the card holder 10 has a push rod 110 and a card withdrawing rod 120, one end of the push rod 110 is hinged to one end of the card withdrawing rod 120, the card withdrawing rod 120 has a first fulcrum portion 130, the card holder 10 has a second fulcrum portion 140, and the first fulcrum portion 130 is movably connected with the second fulcrum portion 140; when the push rod 110 moves in the inserting direction of the inserting and extracting direction, the card ejecting lever 120 rotates around the axes of the first fulcrum portion 130 and the second fulcrum portion 140, thereby pushing the force receiving portion 320 of the second card holder 30 to push the second card holder 30 out of the card socket 10. By the cooperation of the pushing rod 110 and the card ejecting rod 120, the second card holder 30 can be independently taken out without affecting the first card holder 20. The second card support 30 is taken out without taking out the first card support 20, and the normal operation of certain functions of the equipment such as the mobile phone is kept.
Alternatively, the first fulcrum portion 130 may be a fulcrum hole provided in the card-ejecting bar 120, and the fulcrum hole may be a through hole. The second fulcrum portion 140 may be a fulcrum post provided to the card holder 10, the fulcrum post passing through the fulcrum hole, so that the card-removing lever 120 can rotate about the axis of the fulcrum post and the fulcrum hole. When the pushing rod 110 moves, the card-ejecting rod 120 is driven to rotate, so that the second card holder 30 is ejected by using the principle of leverage.
Alternatively, the pusher 110 may be moved in the insertion direction by the needle 4. The chucking needle 4 is pressed against the push rod 110 to apply a force in the insertion direction to the push rod 110. When the force is sufficient, the push rod 110 moves, thereby pushing out the second card holder 30.
Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the pluggable card assembly of figure 1 taken along the direction a-a.
As shown in fig. 2, a step 330 extends perpendicularly to the inserting and extracting direction at the connection between the main body portion 310 and the force-receiving portion 320 of the second card holder 30, and the step 330 abuts against the edge of the first card holder 20.
In one embodiment of the present embodiment, the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 are arranged side by side in the card socket 10. The second card holder 30 is close to the entrance of the card socket 10 relative to the first card holder 20, so that when loading the card medium, the first card holder 20 is inserted into the card socket 10 first, and the second card holder 30 is inserted into the card socket 10 later. Since the connection portion between the main body 310 and the force-receiving portion 320 of the second card holder 30 is provided with a step 330 extending perpendicular to the inserting/extracting direction, and the step 330 abuts against the edge of the first card holder 20, the first card holder 20 can be placed on the force-receiving portion 320 of the second card holder 30 first, and then the second card holder 30 is inserted into the card socket 10 together. Can insert together when inserting, facilitate the use.
Alternatively, the first card holder 20 may be directly inserted into the first card position by the card-removing tool (see fig. 4) and then the second card holder 30 is inserted.
Specifically, the card holder 10 has a first card fastener 150 and a second card fastener 160, the first card fastener 150 and the second card fastener 160 are disposed on the card holder 10 at an interval, the first card fastener 150 and the second card fastener 160 are disposed on a sidewall of the card holder 10, the sidewall is disposed in the card holder 10, and is perpendicular to a plugging direction of the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30. The edge of the first card holder 20 has a first clamping groove 210, the first clamping groove 210 is clamped with the first clamping buckle 150, the main body part 310 of the second card holder 30 has a second clamping groove 340, and the second clamping groove 340 is clamped with the second clamping buckle 160 so as to position and fix the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30.
Optionally, the first card holder 20 is stacked to be provided with two first card slots 210, the second card holder 30 is symmetrically provided with two second card slots 340, and the first card fastener 150 and the second card fastener 160 in the card holder 10 are also symmetrically provided with two corresponding to the first card slots 210 and the second card slots 340. The first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 can be accurately positioned and fixed, so that devices such as mobile phones can accurately read card media carried on the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30.
Optionally, the first and second snap fasteners 150 and 160 are elastic fasteners, and are deformed by a stress, so that the first and second card holders 20 and 30 are movably disposed on the card seat 10. Specifically, when the first card holder 20 or the second card holder 30 is inserted into the card seat 10, the first card fastener 150 and the second card fastener 160 deform, and after the first card holder 20 or the second card holder 30 reaches the position, the first card fastener 150 and the second card fastener 160 rebound and are clamped in the first card slot 210 and the second card slot 340, so that the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 are well fixed, and in the moving process of devices such as a mobile phone, the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 do not fall off. The elastic fastener enables the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 to be fixed on the card seat 10 in a pluggable manner, and simultaneously reduces damage to the card holders or the card seat 10.
Optionally, after rebounding, the first clip fastener 150 or the second clip fastener 160 still has an opposite acting force on the first clip support 20 or the second clip support 30, so that the first clip support 20 and the second clip support 30 are stably fixed in the card seat 10 without moving or deviating. The card media loaded on the first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 are ensured to be well connected with equipment such as a mobile phone.
Optionally, the elastic buckle may be formed by bending a strip-shaped metal sheet, or may be an elastic body made of a silicone material.
Optionally, the first card holder 20 has a hook slot 220 at a side close to the second card holder 30 along the card plugging direction, so as to facilitate the removal of the first card holder 20. The hook groove is used as a stress place and is hooked by the card taking tool 2 with a hook-shaped part, so that the structure is simple, and the use is simple and convenient.
Alternatively, when the second card holder 30 is removed and the first card holder 20 needs to be taken, the hooking groove 220 of the first card holder 20 may be hooked by the card taking tool 2 having a hooked portion, so that the first card holder 20 is hooked. The hook slot 220 may be a hook-shaped slot capable of being hooked by a hook.
By using the plug card assembly 1 provided by the application, only the second card holder 30 can be replaced without taking out the first card holder 20, so that the use is convenient. Certain functions of the equipment comprising the pluggable card assembly 1 have better continuity, only part of computer readable media can be replaced under the condition of not powering off, and the other part of computer readable media still keeps data transmission with equipment such as a mobile phone, so that the mobile phone can still run related functions when the equipment is logged on, and the equipment such as the mobile phone can be conveniently used.
Optionally, a first card is carried in the first card holder 20, and a second card is carried in the second card holder 30. Both the first card and the second card may be computer readable media. In one application scenario, the device provided with the pluggable card assembly 1 is a mobile phone. The first card and the second card are both SIM cards. The first card is a master card and is used frequently without replacement. The second card may be a secondary card that requires frequent replacement. When the second card is replaced, the mobile phone still can be normally used without taking out the first card or shutting down the mobile phone. In the using process, the use of the mobile phone is not affected when the second card is absent.
In another scenario, the first card may be a SIM card and the second card may be a memory card. The first card does not need to be replaced at ordinary times. The second card, as a memory card, may store data and data required by the user, requiring frequent replacement. When the second card is replaced, the first card is still in the mobile phone and does not need to be pulled out, and the mobile phone still works normally and can answer a call and the like. So that the user does not miss important calls or messages due to card change.
In yet another application scenario, the first card may be a SIM card and the second card may be an eMMC card. Different second cards are provided with different operating systems, and the second card is replaced, so that the system of the mobile phone can be quickly replaced, and the first card does not need to be replaced simultaneously. Alternatively, the first card may be an eMMC card and the second card may be a SIM card. The eMMC card does not need to be changed frequently, and can be replaced by a user when the user needs to change the system or the eMMC card with higher performance is sought.
The eMMC card may be a System capable of hot plug and data storage and an eMMC memory chip, which may be named System-eMMC, abbreviated as SeMMC.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a side of an eMMC memory chip.
As shown in fig. 3, the eMMC memory chip 3 can serve as a main memory of the terminal. Accordingly, a device such as a mobile phone that is equipped with the eMMC memory chip 3 does not need to have an eMMC memory built therein. The eMMC memory chip 3 may have 8 data lines 35, with 8 data lines 35 electrically connecting 8 contacts.
In the figure, the eMMC memory chip 3 includes a VDD line 31, a VSS line 32, a CLK line 33, a CMD line 34 and a data line 35, wherein the number of the data lines 35 is 8, so that the eMMC memory chip 3 has a faster transmission speed, which is faster than the transmission speed of the conventional external memory chip, and the data transmission is more stable by matching with the card plugging and unplugging assembly 1 of the present application. The first card of the plug-in card assembly 1 of the present application holds in the palm 20 under the fixed of cassette 10, can bear first card more stably for bear in wherein first card can with the inseparable fixed of metal contact of equipment such as cell-phone, make first card and stable being connected of equipment such as cell-phone. Therefore, the eMMC memory chip 3 can write to the system and make the system operate quickly and stably.
Alternatively, the pins to which each contact is connected in fig. 3 may be arranged differently as desired, and fig. 3 provides only one arrangement. Other arrangements of the eMMC memory chip 3 with eight data lines 35 are within the scope of the present application.
The first card holder 20 and the second card holder 30 are relatively independent and can be independently plugged and unplugged, so that the mobile phone can be flexibly and variously used. The first card may be used as the eMMC memory chip 3, and may also be used as a functional chip such as a memory chip or the like as a replaceable component or module of a device such as a mobile phone. In this way the capabilities, parameters or software, systems, etc. of the handset are changed. Even if the hardware of the mobile phone is updated, the updating can be completed by replacing corresponding components or modules. Therefore, the cost of upgrading hardware of a user is saved, and the flexibility of using equipment such as a mobile phone is increased.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a combination structure of the card-taking tool and the first card holder.

The first card holder 20 can be easily and conveniently hooked by the cantilever hook 22.
The first card holder 20 positioned inside the card holder 10 can be taken out by the card taking tool 2, and the cantilever hook 22 of the card taking tool 2 hooks the hook groove 220 of the first card holder 20, thereby pulling out the first card holder 20. The cantilever hook 22 has a certain amount of deformation. When the card-taking tool 2 is inserted into the card holder 10, the hook-shaped end of the cantilever hook 22 abuts against the entrance of the hook groove 220. The hooked end may have a ramp surface disposed at an inlet edge of the hook slot 220. The ramp force causes the arms of cantilever hook 22 to deform and the hooked end enters hook slot 220. When the hooked end is fully inserted into the hook slot 220, the cantilever hook 22 immediately springs back, thereby allowing the cantilever hook 22 to hook the hook slot 220.
Optionally, the card removing tool 2 includes two cantilever hooks 22, the two cantilever hooks 22 are symmetrically disposed, the second card holder 30 has two hook grooves 220, and the two cantilever hooks 22 hook the two hook grooves 220 to remove the first card holder 20. Optionally, the two cantilever hooks 22 are symmetrically arranged, so that the cantilever hooks 22 are uniformly stressed and are not easy to damage. The first card holds in the palm 20 and is provided with two hook grooves 220 correspondingly, and first card holds in the palm 20 and is caught on by two cantilever hooks 22, and the atress is more even, at the in-process of pulling out, keeps self balance easily for first card holds in the palm 20 safelyr.
Optionally, the tool body 21 has a third engaging groove 23 at the edge, and the third engaging groove 23 engages with the second engaging buckle 160 to position and fix the card taking tool 2. The card taking tool 2 extends into the card holder 10 to take the card and needs to be positioned. When the elastic buckle rebounds to block the third catching groove 23, there may be a "click" sound and a feedback of vibration.
