Referring to fig. 1-3, an electronic device 1000 according to an embodiment of the invention includes a housing 200 and a plug device 100. The housing 200 is provided with a through hole 202. The plug device 100 includes a card holder 20 and a card holder 10. The card holder 20 is disposed in the housing 200, and the card holder 20 is formed with a receiving chamber 22.
Referring to fig. 4, the card holder 10 can accommodate a data card and can be inserted into a housing 200 of an electronic device 1000, and the card holder 10 includes a chuck 12, a card cover 14 and a connector 16. The cartridge 12 is configured to receive a data card, and the cartridge 12 is insertable through the through-hole 202 to engage the cartridge 20, and in particular, the cartridge 12 extends into the receiving cavity 22 to engage the cartridge 20. The card cover 14 is connected with the chuck 12, and the card cover 14 can rotate relative to the chuck 12, and the card cover 14 comprises a cover body 142 and an abutting portion 144. The cover 142 includes opposite first and second ends 1422, 1424, and the interference portion 144 extends from the cover 142 toward the chuck 12. The connecting member 16 rotatably connects the chuck 12 and the chuck cover 14.
When the card holder 10 is fully inserted into the housing 200 (as shown in fig. 5), a pushing force is applied to the first end 1422, and the card cover 14 can rotate around the contact point between the abutting portion 144 and the housing 200, so that the first end 1422 extends into the housing 200, and the second end 1424 extends out of the housing 200 and drives the chuck 12 to move outside the housing 200 (as shown in fig. 6).
In the electronic device 1000 according to the embodiment of the invention, when the card holder 10 needs to be taken out from the housing 200, the first end 1422 can be pushed into the housing 200, so that the card cover 14 can be rotated and the second end 1424 can extend out of the housing 200, and the chuck 12 is driven by the card cover 14 to move out of the housing 200, so that the whole card holder 10 can be taken out by further pulling the card cover 14. Therefore, the card holder 10 can be taken out even in the absence of the card pin.
Specifically, the electronic apparatus 1000 may be various devices capable of acquiring data from a data card and processing the data, or capable of importing data into the data card, for example, the electronic apparatus 1000 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computing device, an information display device, or the like. The data card may be a SIM card, TF card, SD card, or the like. The electronic device 1000 comprises a housing 200 and a plug device 100. The casing 200 may be a frame and a housing of the electronic device 1000, where the casing 200 may be used to carry and protect internal components of the electronic device 1000, and taking the electronic device 1000 as an example of a mobile phone, the casing 200 may be a middle frame of the electronic device 1000, and functional modules such as a circuit board, a data card read-write module, and the like are accommodated in the casing 200.
Referring to fig. 3, the plugging device 100 includes a card holder 20 and a card support 10. The card holder 20 may be accommodated in the housing 200, and the card holder 20 and the housing 200 may be detachably and fixedly connected, however, the card holder 20 may be integrally formed with the housing 200. The card holder 20 is formed with a receiving cavity 22, specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, the card holder 20 includes a top wall 24 and a plurality of side walls 26, the side walls 26 extend from the edge of the top wall 24 in the same direction, and the receiving cavity 22 is formed between the top wall 24 and the side walls 26. The plurality of side walls 26 include two opposing side walls 26, wherein the two opposing side walls 26 limit the movement of the chuck 12 when the chuck 12 is inserted into the receiving cavity 22 or the chuck 12 is withdrawn from the receiving cavity 22, i.e., the two opposing side walls 26 limit the movement direction of the chuck 12 such that the chuck 12 can only slide between the two opposing side walls 26. Further, the top wall 24 has a plurality of through holes 242 formed therein, and the electronic device 1000 includes a plurality of contact terminals (not shown) that extend through the through holes 242 and into the receiving cavity 22, such that when the cartridge 12 receives a data card and extends into the receiving cavity 22, the contact terminals contact contacts on the data card, and the electronic device 1000 exchanges data with the data card via the contact terminals and the contacts.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the card holder 10 includes a chuck 12, a card cover 14, and a connector 16.
Specifically, when the card holder 10 is in a state of being completely inserted into the housing 200, the card holder 10 may be invisible on the external appearance of the electronic device 1000, so as to improve the aesthetic degree of the electronic device 1000, reduce the influence of the external environment on the data card, and improve the reliability of the interaction between the electronic device 1000 and the data card. The cartridge 12 may be configured to receive one data card or may be configured to receive a plurality of data cards, such as two, which may be stacked on the cartridge 12 or may be placed side-by-side on the cartridge 12. In an embodiment of the present invention, the chuck 12 is generally rectangular in shape to facilitate insertion or extraction of the chuck 12 into the receiving cavity 22.
The card cover 14 includes a cover body 142 and an interference portion 144. When the card holder 10 is in a state of being fully inserted into the housing 200, at least a portion of the card cover 14 may be visually visible from the exterior of the electronic device 1000, and in particular, the user may visually see the cover 142 to indicate a specific position of the card holder 10. When the card holder 10 is in a state of being fully inserted into the housing 200, the cover 142 can be flush with the outer contour of the housing 200, so that a user can conveniently operate on the cover 142 without affecting the smoothness of the outer contour of the housing 200. The card cover 14 includes a first end 1422 and a second end 1424, the first end 1422 being spaced from the interference portion 144, and an indication mark, such as an arrow, a hand pattern, etc., may be provided on an outer surface of the first end 1422 to indicate the position of the first end 1422, that is, to indicate the position where the user needs to apply a pushing force when removing the card holder 10. The interference portion 144 extends from the cover 142 toward the chuck 12, and preferably, the interference portion 144 just interferes with the housing 200 when the card holder 10 is in a state of being completely inserted into the housing 200.
The connecting member 16 rotatably connects the chuck 12 and the chuck cover 14. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member 16 is a pin, the chuck 12 is formed with a first connecting hole 122, the chuck cover 14 is formed with a second connecting hole 146, the connecting member 16 passes through the first connecting hole 122 and the second connecting hole 146 to connect the chuck 12 and the chuck cover 14, and the chuck 12 and the chuck cover 14 can rotate around the connecting member 16.
When the card holder 10 is in a state of being fully inserted into the housing 200 (as shown in fig. 5), a pushing force is applied to the first end 1422, specifically, a pushing force is applied to the first end 1422 toward the inside of the housing 200, the abutting portion 144 abuts against the housing 200, and the card cover 14 rotates around the abutting point of the abutting portion 144 and the housing 200, so that the first end 1422 extends into the housing 200, and the second end 1424 extends out of the housing 200 (as shown in fig. 6). When the second end 1424 extends out of the housing 200, the snap cap 14 exerts a pulling force on the connector 16, and the connector 16 further transfers the pulling force to the chuck 12, such that the chuck 12 is pulled outwardly and carried by the second end 1424 of the snap cap 14. The abutment of the abutment 144 with the housing 200 may be moved during the process of pulling out the chuck 12. When the first end 1422 can no longer be pushed into the housing 200, the user can remove the first end 1422 from the housing 200 before pulling the entire cover 14 to remove the tray 10 from the housing 200 (see fig. 7), and preferably can pull the cover 14 at a position corresponding to the connector 16 to remove the tray 10, because the second end 1424 has already been extended out of the housing 200.
Further, when it is desired to insert the card holder 10 into the housing 200, the chuck 12 may be inserted through the through hole 202 of the housing 200 and partially inserted into the receiving cavity 22, and then the card cover 14 may be pushed and the card cover 14 may be inserted into the housing 200, preferably, the card cover 14 may be pushed at a position corresponding to the connector 16 to facilitate mounting of the card holder 10.
In the electronic device 1000 according to the embodiment of the invention, when the card holder 10 needs to be taken out from the housing 200, the first end 1422 can be pushed into the housing 200, so that the card cover 14 can be rotated and the second end 1424 can extend out of the housing 200, the chuck 12 is driven by the card cover 14 to move out of the housing 200, and the whole card holder 10 can be taken out by further pulling the card cover 14. Therefore, the card holder 10 can be taken out even in the absence of the card pin.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the chuck 12 includes a body 124, the body 124 is provided with a slot 1242 for accommodating a data card, and a limit groove 126 is formed on an outer side of a sidewall 1244 of the body.
The card slot 1242 formed on the body 124 may be used for accommodating data cards, and the shape, size and depth of the card slot 1242 may be adjusted accordingly according to different types of data cards, and the number of card slots 1242 may be one or more according to the number of data cards that can be accommodated by the chuck 12, and each card slot 1242 may be used for accommodating one or more data cards. The side walls 1244 of the body surround the slots 1242, and the side walls 1244 of the body restrict the data card from moving in a direction perpendicular to the depth of the slots 1242. The limit grooves 126 may be distributed on the outside of the side walls 1244 of the two opposite bodies.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, a limiting protrusion 28 is formed on an inner wall of the card holder 20. The limiting projection 28 protrudes toward the accommodating cavity 22, and when the card holder 10 is in a state of being fully inserted into the housing 200, the limiting projection 28 is clamped into the limiting groove 126.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the limiting protrusions 28 are formed on two opposite side walls 26 of the holder 20, and when the limiting protrusions 28 are clamped into the limiting grooves 126, the limiting protrusions 28 clamp the chuck 12, and the position of the chuck 12 is relatively fixed due to the clamping effect of the limiting protrusions 28 without the rest of the pulling force or pushing force. In one example, a limiting groove 126 is formed on a sidewall 1244 of a body, and when the card holder 10 is in a state of being completely inserted into the housing 200, the limiting groove 126 cooperates with the limiting protrusion 28 to prevent the card holder 10 from sliding out of the housing 200 under the vibration. In another example, two limit grooves 126 are formed on the side wall 1244 of one body, and when the card holder 10 is in a state of being completely inserted into the housing 200, the limit protrusion 28 cooperates with one of the limit grooves 126 to prevent the card holder 10 from sliding out of the housing 200 under the action of vibration (as shown in fig. 5); when the first end 1422 is pushed by the user and the chuck 12 is partially pulled out, the limiting projection 28 is separated from the originally matched limiting groove 126, and when the first end 1422 cannot be pushed any further, the limiting projection 28 is matched with another limiting groove 126, further, the limiting projection 28 is a spring plate, when the limiting projection 28 is just matched with the another limiting groove 126, the limiting projection 28 contacts with the bottom of the limiting groove 126 and exerts elastic force, the user can feel that the chuck 12 is subjected to the elastic force of the limiting projection 28 through the first end 1422, and the user can receive the tactile feedback that the first end 1422 is pressed in place, namely, the first end 1422 cannot be pushed into the shell 200 any further.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the chuck 12 includes a body 124 and a resilient arm 128. The body 124 is provided with a slot 1242 for accommodating a data card, and the elastic arm 128 is disposed on the outer side of the sidewall 1244 of the body and extends toward a direction approaching the card cover 14. When the first end 1422 extends further into the housing 200 than the second end 1424, the elastic arms 128 elastically deform and exert a restoring force on the latch cover 14 (see fig. 6). The snap cap 14 is rotatable about the connector 16 under a restoring force such that the first and second ends 1422, 1424 are flush with respect to the housing 200 (see fig. 7).
When the card holder 10 is fully inserted into the housing 200, the elastic arm 128 is in a natural state, and the elastic arm 128 may contact the card cover 14 (as shown in fig. 5), and when a pushing force is applied to the first end 1422, the card cover 14 presses the elastic arm 128 to deform the elastic arm 128. It will be appreciated that after the elastic arm 128 is deformed, the elastic arm 128 tends to return to the natural state, that is, after the elastic arm 128 is deformed, the elastic arm 128 applies a restoring force to the clip cover 14. After the pushing force applied to the first end 1422 is removed, the latch cover 14 is rotated about the connector 16 by the restoring force, specifically, at this time, the first end 1422 is rotated toward the outside of the housing 200, and the second end 1424 is rotated toward the inside of the housing 200 until the first end 1422 and the second end 1424 are flush with respect to the housing 200 when the elastic arm 128 is restored to the natural state (see fig. 7). In this way, when the pushing force applied to the first end 1422 is removed, the elastic arm 128 can automatically eject the first end 1422 pushed into the housing 200, and finally the whole cover 142 is located outside the housing 200, so that the user does not need to withdraw the first end 1422 again, and the operation is convenient for the user.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the chuck 12 further includes a connecting protrusion 129, the connecting protrusion 129 extending from an outer side of the sidewall 1244 of the body toward a direction approaching the chuck cover 14. The elastic arm 128 is connected to the connection projection 129, and the card cover 14 includes a connection portion 148 extending from the cover body 142, and the connection member 16 is provided through the connection projection 129 and the connection portion 148.
The first connecting hole 122 is formed on the connecting protrusion 129, the second connecting hole 146 is formed on the connecting portion 148, and the connecting member 16 is inserted through the first connecting hole 122 and the second connecting hole 146 to connect the chuck 12 and the card cover 14. The lateral dimension of the connection protrusion 129 may be set smaller than that of the body 124 so that the connection protrusion 129 easily passes through the through-hole 202 of the housing 200 to protrude out of the housing 200 when the card holder 10 is taken out of the housing 200.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the connecting portion 148 is formed with a receiving space 1482, the receiving space 1482 is recessed toward the cover 142, and the connecting protrusion 129 and the elastic arm 128 are at least partially received in the receiving space 1482.
Specifically, the connector 16 passes through the accommodating space 1482, and the connecting projection 129 and the elastic arm 128 are at least partially accommodated in the accommodating space 1482, so that the size of the card holder 10 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments, the connecting projection 129 includes a relief ramp 1292. The relief ramp 1292 is positioned between the connector 16 and the interference portion 144, and the resilient arm 128 is coupled to the relief ramp 1292. The relief slope 1292 is gradually distant from the cover 142 in a direction from the connecting member 16 to the abutting portion 144.
It will be appreciated that when the elastic arm 128 is elastically deformed, the elastic arm 128 approaches the connecting protrusion 129, and the avoidance slope 1292 gradually moves away from the cover 142 along the direction from the connecting member 16 to the abutting portion 144, so that the elastic arm 128 will not interfere with the connecting protrusion 129 after being deformed, and the elastic arm 128 can have a sufficient deformation amount and form a larger restoring force.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the abutting portion 144 is located at an end of the connecting portion 148 near the first end 1422, and the abutting portion 144 is an end of the connecting portion 148 near the first end 1422.
That is, the abutting portion 144 may be a portion of the connecting portion 148, specifically located at an end of the abutting portion 144 near the first end 1422, when the user pushes the first end 1422, the abutting portion 144 abuts against the housing 200, and the cover 142 rotates around an abutting point of the abutting portion 144 and the housing 200.
In another embodiment, the interference portion 144 is located at an end of the connecting portion 148 near the first end 1422, and the interference portion 144 is spaced apart from the connecting portion 148. That is, the abutting portion 144 is separated from the connecting portion 148, the abutting portion 144 is located between the first end 1422 and the connecting portion 148, when the user pushes the first end 1422, the abutting portion 144 abuts against the housing 200, and the cover 142 rotates around the abutting point of the abutting portion 144 and the housing 200.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, a distance between the first end 1422 and the front projection of the interference portion 144 on the cover 142 is a first distance D1, a distance between the front projection of the connecting member 16 on the cover 142 and the front projection of the interference portion 144 on the cover 142 is a second distance D2, and the first distance D1 is smaller than the second distance D2.
When the first end 1422 is pushed, the cover 142 rotates around the point where the abutting portion 144 abuts against the housing 200, and the cover 142 drives the chuck 12 to move out of the housing 200 through the connecting member 16, it will be appreciated that, in practical use, the distance that the first end 1422 can be pushed into the housing 200 is often smaller, and the user often wants to pull the chuck 12 out of the housing 200 as much as possible by pushing the first end 1422, so as to further take out the card holder 10 by hand. Since the first distance D1 is smaller than the second distance D2, the ratio of the distance by which the first end 1422 is pushed into the housing 200 to the distance by which the chuck 12 is pulled out of the housing 200 is d1:d2, that is, the distance by which the chuck 12 is pulled out of the housing 200 is greater than the distance by which the first end 1422 is pushed out of the housing 200, according to the lever principle, and thus the card holder 10 is easily taken out further.
