The outer contour of the housing 10 is a cuboid. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a schematic side view of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 4 is an enlarged structural view of a portion a of fig. 3. Specifically, a groove 12 is formed in the housing 10, an accommodating chamber 14 is formed in the housing 10, and a through hole 122 is formed at the bottom of the groove 12, and the through hole 122 and the accommodating chamber 14 are communicated with each other. Specifically, recess 12 is adapted to receive a portion of card holder assembly 20 as shown in fig. 2, and receiving cavity 14 is adapted to receive another portion of card holder assembly 20 and pickup 40.
Further, the housing 10 includes two first sides 16 parallel to each other and two second sides 18 parallel to each other, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first sides 16 and the second sides 18 are connected end to end. Further, the first side surface 16 and the second side surface 18 may be a right angle connection or a circular arc transition connection, which is not limited herein. Fig. 2 shows the first side 16 and the second side 18 in the form of a circular arc transition.
It is to be understood that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in this application are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first," "second," or "third" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the feature.
The card holder assembly 20 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 14, the card holder assembly 20 includes a push rod 21, the push rod 21 is forced to push a part of the card holder assembly 20 to the outside of the housing 10, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, wherein fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a part of the electronic device in an embodiment of the present application; fig. 6 is an enlarged view of a portion b of fig. 5. Specifically, the card holder assembly 20 includes a card cap 22 located in the groove 12, a card holder 24 connected with the card cap 22, and a card holder 26 snap-connected with the card holder 24. Wherein the card holds in the palm 24 and is used for placing the communication card, and push rod 21 is connected with card support 24 or cassette 26, and push rod 21 produces thrust to card support 24 when receiving the exogenic action, and then makes card support 24 remove the restriction of cassette 26 and drive card cap 22 and keep away from holding chamber 14 together and remove, and then removes the communication card outside casing 10, and the user of being convenient for is got and is put or is observed. Specifically, the card holder 26 is mounted on the printed circuit board by a surface mounting process and then fixed to the housing 10 by a fastener. Further, when the communication card is located in the accommodating cavity 12, the card holder 24 is located in the accommodating cavity 14, the card holder 24 is connected to the card seat 26, and when a user needs to take out the communication card or look up the communication card, the push rod 21 is stressed and transmits the force to the card holder 24, so that the card holder 24 is separated from the card seat 26 under the action of external force and moves away from the accommodating cavity 14.
The sealant sleeve 30 is disposed at a through joint of the accommodating cavity 14 and the through hole 122, the push rod 21 abuts against the sealant sleeve 30, for example, the sealant sleeve is disposed in an attaching manner, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional structure view of the electronic device shown in fig. 1 along a direction a-a in an embodiment; fig. 8 is an enlarged view of a portion c of fig. 7 in an embodiment. When the card holder 24 needs to be pushed out, the user takes the barrel needle 28 to pass through the through hole 122 from the outside of the housing 10 to abut against the sealing rubber sleeve 30, and the sealing rubber sleeve 30 abuts against the push rod 21, so that the push rod 21 can generate a pushing force to act on the push rod 21 through the sealing rubber sleeve 30. Specifically, the sealing rubber sleeve 30 deforms under the action of the force output by the barrel needle 28, and drives the barrel needle 28 to generate a pushing force on the push rod 21 through the sealing rubber sleeve 30, so that the clamping holder 24 releases the limitation of the clamping seat 26 and moves at least partially out of the groove 12, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a structural schematic diagram of the barrel needle 2828 acting on the sealing rubber sleeve 30 is shown, wherein fig. 9 is a schematic sectional structural schematic diagram of the electronic device shown in fig. 1 along the a-a direction in another embodiment; fig. 10 is an enlarged view of a portion d of fig. 9 in an embodiment.
The sound pickup 40 is disposed in the receiving cavity 14 of the housing 10. It is understood that the electronic device 100 having both the sound recording function and the sound receiving function needs to be installed with the sound pickup 40, and the sound is collected by the sound pickup 40. Further, the sound pickup 40 includes a sound pickup port 42, the sound pickup port 42 communicates with the through hole 122, and when the sound pickup 40 is in operation, sound outside the housing 10 passes through the through hole 122 and the sound pickup port 42 in sequence and is transmitted to the sound pickup 40.
This application adopts above structure for through-hole 122 plays a hole dual-purpose effect, plays the effect in barrel needle 28 holes on the one hand, and on the other hand is the effect in pickup hole as pickup 40 simultaneously. Therefore, only one hole needs to be arranged on the appearance of the electronic device 100, and a sound pickup hole and a barrel needle 28 hole do not need to be independently arranged, so that the appearance delicacy of the electronic device 100 is improved, and the appearance integrity of the electronic device 100 is better.
Further, in one embodiment, the electronic device 100 includes a main board 70, and the sound pickup 40 and the card holder assembly 20 are disposed opposite to the main board 70. Specifically, the main board 70 includes a top surface 72 and a bottom surface 74 opposite to the top surface 72, the housing 10 includes a connection portion 11, the main board 70 is connected to the connection portion 11, and the top surface of the main board 70 is connected to the connection portion 11 of the housing 10. The connecting portion 11 surrounds a portion forming the through hole 122, the connecting portion 11 is provided with a first through hole 112, and the first through hole 112 and the through hole 122 are communicated with each other. In this embodiment, the card holder assembly 20 is located on one side of the top surface 72, the sound pickup 40 is located on one side of the bottom surface 74, and the card holder assembly 20 and the sound pickup 40 are arranged in different layers based on different sides of the main board 70. Further, the main plate 70 is provided with a second through hole 76 penetrating through the top surface 72 and the bottom surface 74 of the main plate 70, and sound outside the housing 10 is transmitted to the sound pickup 40 through the through hole 122, the first through hole 112, the second through hole 76, and the sound pickup port 42 in this order. With the above structure, on the one hand, the sound collecting device is in a spatial structural consideration, and on the other hand, the sound collecting device is beneficial to a passage through which external sound collected by the sound collector 40 passes, except for the outermost sound collecting hole, the whole passage forms a closed passage, so that an isolation effect is achieved, and the sound collecting device is beneficial to collecting sound outside the shell 100.
It can be understood that the main board 70 and the connecting portion 11 of the housing 10 are both relatively rigid components, and therefore, when the top surface 72 of the main board 70 is connected to the connecting portion 11, a gap is inevitably formed therebetween, which easily results in insufficient sealing of the sound pickup passage of the sound pickup 40. In order to solve this problem, in an embodiment of the present invention, a sealing member 80 is disposed between the top surface 72 of the main board 70 and the connecting portion 11, so as to seal between the main board 70 and the connecting portion 11. Further, the sealing member 80 is provided so as to surround the second through hole 76 of the main plate 70, and is also provided so as to surround the first through hole 112 of the connecting portion 11. Specifically, the sealing member 80 has a ring shape of a continuous circle, a sealing ring, or a ring with a notch, or an arc shape, which is not particularly limited herein.
In yet another embodiment, the card-holder assembly 20 and the pickup 40 may be disposed on the same side of the main board 70. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the card holder assembly 20 and the sound pickup 40 are both located on one side of the top surface 72, a channel (not shown) is formed on an inner wall of the housing 10 surrounding the through hole 122, and the channel 1 is abutted to the sound pickup opening 42 of the sound pickup 40. By adopting the structure, the through holes can be prevented from being formed in the main board 70, and the steps of the preparation process are reduced. In other embodiments, the card-holder assembly 20 and the pickup 40 are located on the bottom surface 74 side of the main board 70, and are not limited thereto.
In another embodiment, in order to achieve a better sealing effect without using the sealing member 80, the electronic device 100 includes a transition member 90, as shown in fig. 11, and fig. 11 is a schematic partial sectional view of the electronic device according to the present application along the thickness direction. The transition piece 90 includes a first end 92 and a second end 94 opposite to the first end 92, the first end 92 is connected to the casing 10 at a position where the through hole 122 is disposed, and the second end 94 is fixedly connected to the sealant sleeve 30. The packing unit 30 is disposed on the transition piece 90, and the transition piece 90 is provided with a transition hole 96 penetrating the first end 92 and the second end 94, and the transition hole 96 is communicated with the through hole 122 and is in a straight line. When the barrel needle 28 is used, the barrel needle passes through the through hole 122 and the transition hole 96 in sequence to finally act on the sealing rubber sleeve 30. On the other hand, sound outside the housing 10 is transmitted to the sound pickup 40 through the through hole 122, the transition hole 96, and the sound pickup port 42 in this order. Specifically, transition piece 90 is the rubber material, and then on guaranteeing the basis of certain hardness for mainboard 70 or adapter 40 can closely laminate on transition piece 90, saves the use of sealing member 80, saves space.
It can be understood that, in the structure of the present application, the sealing rubber sleeve 30 is used to seal the sound pickup channel, so as to prevent the sound outside the casing 10 from diffusing to the inside of the accommodating cavity 16 through the end of the through hole 122 close to the push rod 21. Therefore, the sealing rubber sleeve 30 plays a sealing role in the application, and meanwhile, the sealing rubber sleeve 30 has elasticity and can deform under the thrust of the barrel needle 28 to form a bulge and drive the barrel needle 28 to push the push rod 21 to move. Specifically, the fixing portion 13 is formed at the end of the through hole 122 provided in the housing 10, as shown in fig. 12, fig. 12 is a partial structural schematic view of the electronic device of the present application in one embodiment. The sealing rubber sleeve 30 is fixedly connected with the fixing part 13, so that the sealing rubber sleeve 30 deforms in the use process of being matched with the barrel needle 28 and does not fall off from the fixing part 13. Specifically, the sealant sleeve 30 is fixedly connected to the fixing portion 13 by an adhesive layer or a riveting method, which is not limited herein.
In another embodiment, in order to enable the sealant sleeve 30 to be more firmly disposed in the fixing portion 13 of the housing 10, the fixing portion 13 is provided with a slit 132, and an edge portion of the sealant sleeve 30 is adhesively fixed in the slit 132, as shown in fig. 13, fig. 13 is a partial structural schematic view of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. With the above structure, on one hand, the bonding area between the sealant sleeve 30 and the fixing portion 13 can be increased, so that the sealant sleeve 30 can be more firmly fixed on the fixing portion 13. On the other hand, the slit 132 can restrain the sealant 30 and is not easy to fall off.
