The technical scheme is explained by taking a square dance as an example, environment detection equipment can be deployed in the square, a noise detector can detect the decibel value of noise on the square, and when the decibel value of the detected noise exceeds a preset threshold value, a noise early warning signal can be sent to a management platform to indicate that people possibly jump the square dance on the square;
after receiving the noise early warning signal, the management platform sends an alarm rechecking instruction to the camera, the camera can collect images on the square and identify whether sound equipment for playing square dance music exists in the images, and if yes, people really organize square dance on the square, so that alarm confirmation information can be sent to the management platform;
after receiving the alarm confirmation information, the management platform can generate a noise alarm event to prompt that the phenomenon of disturbing residents by square dance exists.
In one embodiment of the application, the environment detection device and the management platform can be connected in a wired manner, so that data communication is realized;
in addition, the environment detection device and the management platform can be wirelessly connected to realize data communication, for example, the environment detection device can be wirelessly connected with the management platform through a local area network, 4G signals, WIFI signals and the like.

In the noise alarm scheme provided in the above embodiment, after the noise detector in the environment detection device detects that the decibel value of the noise in the environment exceeds the preset threshold, the camera in the environment detection device may detect whether the noise source device exists in the environment based on the image, and if the noise source device exists, it may be determined that the noise source device manufacturing noise exists in the environment, so that a noise alarm event may be generated. Therefore, the noise alarm scheme provided by the embodiment can improve the accuracy of noise alarm.

In an embodiment of the application, the second result obtaining module 802 is specifically configured to:
judging whether a target noise detection result is obtained for at least 2 times within a preset time period, wherein the target noise detection result represents that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment exceeds the preset threshold value, and the target noise detection result is as follows: the noise detector sends the noise according to a preset time interval under the condition that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment is detected to exceed the preset threshold value;
if so, obtaining an image detection result in the detection environment.
In an embodiment of the application, the second result obtaining module 802 is specifically configured to:
under the condition that a target noise detection result is obtained, judging whether a noise alarm event of the detection environment exists at present, wherein the target noise detection result represents that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment exceeds the preset threshold value;
and if not, obtaining an image detection result in the detection environment.
In the noise alarm scheme provided by the above embodiment, a noise detection result in a detection environment is obtained, where the noise detection result is used to characterize: detecting whether the decibel value of the noise in the environment exceeds a preset threshold value or not; obtaining an image detection result in the detection environment, wherein the image detection result is used for representing: detecting whether preset noise source equipment exists in an image of an environment; and generating a noise alarm event aiming at the detection environment under the condition that the decibel value of the noise in the noise detection result representation detection environment exceeds a preset threshold value and the image detection result representation detection environment has preset noise source equipment. Therefore, whether the noise in the environment exceeds a preset threshold or not can be detected, whether the noise source equipment exists in the environment can also be detected, and if the noise in the environment exceeds the preset threshold and the noise source equipment exists, the noise source equipment manufacturing noise in the environment can be determined, so that a noise alarm event can be generated. Therefore, the noise alarm scheme provided by the embodiment can improve the accuracy of noise alarm.

In yet another embodiment provided herein, there is also provided a computer program product containing instructions that, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform any of the noise alerting methods of the above embodiments.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, it may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. Therefore, whether the noise in the environment exceeds a preset threshold or not can be detected, whether the noise source equipment exists in the environment can also be detected, and if the noise in the environment exceeds the preset threshold and the noise source equipment exists, the noise source equipment manufacturing noise in the environment can be determined, so that a noise alarm event can be generated. Therefore, the noise alarm scheme provided by the embodiment can improve the accuracy of noise alarm.

obtaining a noise detection result in a detection environment, wherein the noise detection result is used for characterizing: detecting whether the decibel value of the noise in the environment exceeds a preset threshold value or not;
obtaining an image detection result in the detection environment, wherein the image detection result is used for representing: detecting whether a preset noise source device exists in the image of the environment;
and generating a noise alarm event aiming at the detection environment under the condition that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment represented by the noise detection result exceeds the preset threshold value and the preset noise source equipment exists in the detection environment represented by the image detection result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining image detection results in the detection environment comprises:
receiving an image of the detection environment;
and detecting whether preset noise source equipment exists in the image to obtain an image detection result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining image detection results in the detection environment comprises:
judging whether a target noise detection result is obtained for at least 2 times within a preset time period, wherein the target noise detection result represents that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment exceeds the preset threshold value, and the target noise detection result is as follows: the noise detector sends the noise according to a preset time interval under the condition that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment is detected to exceed the preset threshold value;
if so, obtaining an image detection result in the detection environment.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the obtaining image detection results in the detection environment comprises:
under the condition that a target noise detection result is obtained, judging whether a noise alarm event of the detection environment exists at present, wherein the target noise detection result represents that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment exceeds the preset threshold value;
and if not, obtaining an image detection result in the detection environment.
5. A noise alerting device, characterized in that the device comprises:
a first result obtaining module, configured to obtain a noise detection result in a detection environment, where the noise detection result is used to characterize: detecting whether the decibel value of the noise in the environment exceeds a preset threshold value or not;

and the noise alarm module is used for generating a noise alarm event aiming at the detection environment under the condition that the noise detection result represents that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment exceeds the preset threshold value and the image detection result represents that the preset noise source equipment exists in the detection environment.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the second result obtaining module is specifically configured to:
receiving an image of the detection environment;
detecting whether preset noise source equipment exists in the image to obtain an image detection result;
the second result obtaining module is specifically configured to:
judging whether a target noise detection result is obtained for at least 2 times within a preset time period, wherein the target noise detection result represents that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment exceeds the preset threshold value, and the target noise detection result is as follows: the noise detector sends the noise according to a preset time interval under the condition that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment is detected to exceed the preset threshold value;
if so, obtaining an image detection result in the detection environment;
the second result obtaining module is specifically configured to:
under the condition that a target noise detection result is obtained, judging whether a noise alarm event of the detection environment exists at present, wherein the target noise detection result represents that the decibel value of the noise in the detection environment exceeds the preset threshold value;
and if not, obtaining an image detection result in the detection environment.
