and responding to the first detection signal, acquiring the environmental data of the alarm equipment, comparing the environmental data with a preset environmental threshold value, judging whether the environmental data is abnormal, and generating a third alarm signal if the environmental data is abnormal.

The intelligent operation and maintenance management method for civil air defense warning according to claim 1, wherein the step of responding to the first alarm signal, obtaining the monitoring data of the alarm device, determining whether the monitoring data is abnormal, generating a second alarm signal if the monitoring data is abnormal, and sending out a first detection signal if the monitoring data is not abnormal, comprises:
starting monitoring equipment in response to the first alarm signal;
based on the monitoring equipment, acquiring detection data of the alarm equipment, and obtaining the monitoring data after data processing;
and judging whether the monitoring data is abnormal or not, if so, generating the second alarm signal and a terminal abnormality list, and if not, generating the first detection signal.
