Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method according to an embodiment of the present application. The document auditing method and device can be applied to the condition of document auditing, and can be executed by a document auditing device which can be realized by adopting software and/or hardware and is specifically configured in electronic equipment.
Referring to the order examination method shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S110, obtaining the information to be audited in the document to be audited.
The document to be checked can be any document to be checked, such as a credit document and a collection document of a bank. The information to be checked is target information to be checked in the document to be checked, and may be checked in the form of a keyword (phrase), for example, the keyword to be checked may be an importer name, an exporter name, or the like when checking the document to be checked.
It should be noted that the obtaining method of the to-be-audited information of the to-be-audited document may be to obtain an original image of the to-be-audited document by image scanning or image shooting, and then denoise the original image by using a preset image processing algorithm, for example, BM3D (Block Matching 3D, three-dimensional Block Matching) algorithm may be used. And extracting all the text information on the document to be checked through a preset text Recognition algorithm from the denoised image, wherein the text information can be extracted by utilizing an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) algorithm, for example. And then, extracting keywords to be audited in the extracted text information further through a preset keyword extraction algorithm, for example, identifying and extracting natural language by adopting a spaCy database, screening the keywords to be audited, and auditing the keywords as the information to be audited.
And S120, determining a target auditing rule of the bill to be audited.
The target auditing rule can be a basis or standard for auditing the information to be audited, and whether the information to be audited can pass auditing is determined by referring to the basis or standard.
In an optional implementation manner, the determining a target audit rule of a document to be audited may include: and selecting a reference auditing rule matched with the bill category of the bill to be audited from a preset auditing rule base as a target auditing rule.
The preset auditing rule base can be a database capable of storing or calling preset auditing rules, and the database can store or call reference auditing rules of various documents to be audited. The reference audit rule can be each audit rule in a preset audit rule base, and is a basis or standard for auditing various documents. And (5) target auditing rules. The document category to which the document to be audited belongs can be the type of the document to be audited or the classification of the document, for example, the document to be audited belongs to a receipt document or a credit document, and according to the difference of the document category, a reference auditing rule corresponding to the document category is selected from a preset auditing rule base. For example, the collection-held document needs to be checked currently, a reference checking rule used for checking the collection-held document is selected from a preset checking rule base, and the collection-held document is checked by taking the reference checking rule as a target checking rule.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the reference auditing rule matched with the bill category of the bill to be audited is selected from the preset auditing rule base and is used as the target auditing rule, the auditing basis of the bill category of the bill to be audited can be accurately obtained, the reference auditing rule in the preset auditing rule base is called, the defect that the bill is audited by means of manual experience in the prior art is overcome, and the auditing efficiency is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the reference audit rule may be determined by: extracting reference audit information in reference audit documents of different document types; determining the existence constraint condition of each reference auditing information under the corresponding bill category according to the bill category corresponding to the reference auditing information; and combining the existing constraint conditions of the reference auditing information under the same bill category to obtain the reference auditing rule of the corresponding bill category.
The reference audit document can be a history document, that is, various documents which have been audited in the past. The reference audit information may be all information recorded on the reference audit document, and may include, but is not limited to, text, numbers, symbols, and the like. The existence of the constraint can be understood as whether a certain word, number or symbol in the reference audit information is necessarily present in the reference audit document or is prohibited from being present in the reference audit document.
Specifically, various information in the history document which is once checked can be processed, and the condition that different keywords are necessary or forbidden to exist in the similar document is counted to be used as the existence constraint condition of the keywords. And combining the constraint conditions of the bills of the same category with the result of whether the bills pass the audit or not as the reference audit rule of the bills.
It can be understood that the reference audit rules of various documents can be stored or invoked by the preset audit rule base. The historical document information can be counted by any word processing algorithm in the prior art, and the method is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment, the reference auditing rule is obtained by combining various existing constraint conditions corresponding to different bill categories in the reference auditing information. The method has the advantages that an effective obtaining way is provided for presetting the reference auditing rule of each bill category in the auditing rule base, the accuracy of the reference auditing rule is improved, and the accuracy of bill auditing is improved.
In an optional implementation manner, the determining, according to the document category corresponding to the reference audit information, the constraint condition of the reference audit information in the corresponding document category may include: and aiming at any bill category, setting the existence constraint condition of the reference auditing information corresponding to the bill category in the bill category as necessary existence, and/or setting the existence constraint condition of the reference auditing information corresponding to other bill categories except the bill category in the auditing category as forbidden existence.
The necessary existence may be that some information must appear in the document to be audited; the forbidden existence may be that certain information cannot appear in the document to be audited.
Illustratively, the historical reference is to the receipt in the audit document, which must contain three keywords "principal, payer and consignor", but there may never be keywords such as "loan term" or "borrower" that do not belong to the receipt.
For example, in the history document of the type a document, the keywords A, B and C are necessarily present, the keyword D is prohibited to be present, and the presence status identifier of the keyword ABCD that needs to be checked may be set for the type a document, for example, the identification value that is necessarily present may be set to 0, and the identification value that is prohibited to be present may be set to 1, then the corresponding identification value of a is 0, the corresponding identification value of B is 0, the corresponding identification value of C is 0, and the corresponding identification value of D is 1. And combining the corresponding relations between the keywords and the corresponding identification values to form the reference auditing rule.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment, the existence of the constraint condition is determined according to whether the reference audit information is present in the documents of the corresponding category, so that an effective method for determining the existence of the constraint condition is provided, a simple and direct judgment basis is provided for judging whether the document to be audited passes the audit, and the efficiency of document audit is improved.
S130, according to the information to be audited and the constraint conditions of the reference audit information in the target audit rule, determining the audit result of the document to be audited.
The audit result may include that the audit is passed and that the audit is not passed.
Specifically, the information to be audited of the document to be audited is audited according to the constraint conditions in the target audit rule. If all the information to be audited conforms to all the constraint conditions, the document to be audited can be determined as being approved; and if the information to be audited does not completely accord with the constraint conditions, the document to be audited can be determined as not being audited.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the information to be audited in the document to be audited is obtained; determining a target auditing rule of a document to be audited; and determining the auditing result of the document to be audited according to the information to be audited and the constraint condition of each reference auditing information in the target auditing rule. The method has the advantage that the information to be audited in the document to be audited can be quickly and directly checked according to the constraint conditions in the target auditing rule. Meanwhile, each constraint condition can be independently checked, the defect that in the prior art, the checking needs to be circularly traversed is overcome, the technical effect of simultaneously checking different pieces of information to be checked in the same document to be checked is achieved, and the document checking efficiency is greatly improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an order examination method provided in the second embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application refines the determination operation of the auditing result on the basis of the technical scheme of the embodiment so as to improve the efficiency of the examination.
Referring to the order examination method shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and S210, obtaining the information to be audited in the bill to be audited.
And S220, determining a target auditing rule of the bill to be audited.
And S230, determining the auditing result of the bill to be audited according to the consistency condition of the reference auditing information with the constraint conditions of different bill types in the target auditing rule and the information to be audited.
The consistency condition can be understood as consistency between the information to be audited and the constraint condition, that is, whether the information to be audited meets the constraint condition in the target audit rule.
In an optional implementation manner, the determining an audit result of a document to be audited according to a condition that reference audit information having constraint conditions of different types in the target audit rule is consistent with information to be audited may include: and if the reference auditing information and the to-be-audited information which are necessarily present in the target auditing rule have the constraint condition, and the reference auditing information and the to-be-audited information which are forbidden to be present have no overlap in the constraint condition, determining that the auditing result of the to-be-audited document is that the auditing is passed.
For example, assume that the target audit rule corresponding to the type b document is: keyword a must be present, keyword B must be present, keyword C must be prohibited from being present, and keyword D must be present. If the information to be audited in the document to be audited has: keyword a, keyword B, keyword D, and keyword E. A, B and D specified in the target auditing rule of the type B document exist in the document to be audited; and the forbidden C in the target auditing rule of the class B document does not exist in the document to be audited, so that the condition that the forbidden reference auditing information and the forbidden information do not overlap with each other under the constraint condition can be not influenced even if the keyword E exists in the document to be audited. The keywords which are required to exist in the target auditing rule are specified and exist in the document to be audited; and the target auditing rule specifies keywords which are forbidden to exist, and if the keywords do not exist in the document to be audited, the document to be audited passes the auditing of the type B document.
In another optional implementation manner, the determining an audit result of the document to be audited according to a condition that reference audit information having constraint conditions in different types in the target audit rule is consistent with the information to be audited may include: and if the reference auditing information and the to-be-audited information which are necessarily present in the target auditing rule have the constraint condition different, or the reference auditing information and the to-be-audited information which are forbidden to be present have the constraint condition overlapping, determining that the auditing result of the to-be-audited document is that the auditing is not passed.
Like the foregoing optional embodiment, for example, it is assumed that the target audit rule corresponding to the type c document is: keyword a must be present, keyword B must not be present, keyword C must not be present, and keyword D must be present.
If the information to be audited in the document X to be audited has: and the keyword D and the keyword E are the keywords A which must exist in the target auditing rule of the class C document and do not exist in the document X to be audited, so that the document X to be audited does not pass the class C document.
If the information to be audited in the document Y to be audited is provided with: and the keyword A, the keyword B and the keyword D forbid existence of the keyword B in the target auditing rule of the class-C document, and if the keyword B exists in the document Y to be audited, the document Y to be audited does not pass the auditing of the class-C document.
And if the information to be audited in the document Z to be audited has the following information: the keywords A and B are keywords D which must exist in the target auditing rule of the class C document and do not exist in the document Z to be audited; and the keyword B forbidden to exist in the target auditing rule of the class-C document exists in the document Z to be audited, so that the auditing of the class-C document by the document Z to be audited is not passed.
According to the embodiment of the application, the auditing result of the document to be audited is determined according to the consistency condition of the reference auditing information with constraint conditions of different document types in the target auditing rule and the information to be audited, the information to be audited is simply and quickly compared with the constraint conditions, the auditing result of the document to be audited can be judged, and the document auditing efficiency is greatly improved.
