s3, when the plugging net moves to the dike breach quickly, the boat anchor is separated from the floating boat, then the counterweight block is separated from the floating boat, so that the boat anchor can be contacted with the ground, good holding power is provided for the plugging net, the counterweight block can effectively improve the sedimentation rate of the plugging net, and the plugging net is laid at the dike breach, and the initial plugging net has larger meshes, so that the born impact force is not large;
s4, sequentially laying the plugging nets at the dike breach in sequence according to the sequence of the pore diameters from large to small, gradually increasing the grip force and gradually reducing the meshes through the sequential stacked design, so as to reduce the water flow speed and form a good skeleton net, then stacking sand bags or gravels at the front end and the rear end of the plugging nets, wherein the plugging nets can effectively prevent the gravels from losing, and thus the dike breach is plugged.
