Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The inventor finds that the intelligent washing machines on the market are developed in the direction of more automation, more clean clothes washing, power saving and water saving, but the clothes to be washed put in the washing machines are not analyzed, and in practical use, the condition that non-clothes objects are mixed into the clothes to be washed often occurs, such as keys, lighters, valuable bills, important certificates and the like which are plugged in clothes pockets, and the direct washing without analyzing the clothes to be washed can bring great loss, for example, the clothes containing toilet paper are stained with toilet paper and are difficult to remove, the bills, the certificates and the like are damaged after being washed, car keys are damaged after being washed, even hard keys and other objects impact the washing machine drum in the process of fast running, Scraping the washing machine drum, etc. Therefore, before the washing machine washes clothes, the analysis of the components of the clothes to be washed is significant, and no related technical scheme exists in the prior art.
The clothes detection method provided by the invention can be applied to a washing machine. The washing machine can detect the target object in the clothes to be washed by executing the clothes detection method provided by the invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a clothes detection method according to the present invention. The clothes detection method provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
and S100, after receiving the washing instruction, carrying out X-ray scanning on the clothes to be washed to generate an X-ray scanning image.
The clothes detection method provided by the embodiment is executed by a washing machine, the washing instruction can be sent by a user through a control panel, a remote controller or a terminal in communication connection with the washing machine, and after the washing machine receives the washing instruction, the user needs to wash clothes to be washed in the washing machine, at this time, the washing machine does not directly enter a washing program, but performs X-ray scanning on the clothes to be washed first, and an X-ray scanning image is generated.
An X-Ray (X Ray) is actually an electromagnetic wave with an extremely short wavelength and a large energy, and because the wavelength is short and the energy is large, when the electromagnetic wave irradiates a substance, only a part of the electromagnetic wave is absorbed by the substance, and most of the electromagnetic wave penetrates through atomic gaps, so that the electromagnetic wave shows a strong penetrating power.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the performing an X-ray scan on the laundry to be washed and generating an X-ray scan image includes:
s110, controlling a ray generator to be started so that the ray generator emits X rays to bombard a detector after the X rays pass through clothes to be washed;
and S120, receiving the electric signal sent by the detector, and generating an X-ray scanning image according to the electric signal.
As shown in fig. 4, a ray generator and a detector are arranged in the washing machine, the ray generator and the detector are respectively arranged on two sides of a washing drum of the washing machine, the ray generator is an X-ray generator (X-ray generator), and is a device capable of generating X-rays, after receiving a washing instruction, a processor of the washing machine controls the ray generator to be turned on to generate X-rays, and the direction of the X-rays emitted by the ray generator is towards the washing drum of the washing machine, so that after the X-rays emitted by the ray generator pass through the clothes to be washed, the X-rays penetrate through various articles in the clothes to be washed to different degrees and then reach the detector. The detector is an X-ray detector (X-ray detector), which is a device that converts X-ray energy into an electrical signal that can be recorded, receives X-ray radiation, and then generates an electrical signal that is proportional to the radiation intensity, and the detector can be an X-ray detector such as a gas detector and a semiconductor detector.
The detector receives the X-rays emitted by the ray generator and penetrating through the clothes to be washed, the energy of the received X-rays is converted into electric signals, and the processor of the washing machine receives the electric signals sent by the detector and then generates X-ray scanning images according to the electric signals.
The time length of emitting the X-rays by the ray generator can be preset time length, and after the preset time length, the ray generator is closed until the washing machine receives a washing instruction next time, so that excessive X-rays are prevented from being generated. As shown in fig. 4, in order to prevent the leakage of X-rays from causing unnecessary radiation to a user, the ray generator is disposed at an upper portion of the washing machine such that the X-rays emitted from the ray generator are directed to a lower portion of the washing machine without leaking from a washing tub cover at an upper portion or a side of the washing machine.
The production of the X-ray scanning image according to the electric signal comprises:
s121, performing signal processing on the electric signal to generate a target signal;
and S122, generating the X-ray scanning image according to the target signal.
Specifically, the signal processing performed on the electrical signal may include processing manners such as denoising and amplifying, the electrical signal obtained by converting the energy of the received X-ray by the detector is subjected to processing such as denoising and amplifying to obtain a target signal, and the X-ray scanning image is generated according to the target signal. In a possible implementation manner, after the X-ray scanning image is generated according to the target signal, common image processing such as denoising and artifact removal can be performed on the X-ray scanning image, so that the X-ray scanning image is clearer.
Referring to fig. 1 again, after the X-ray scanning image is generated, the method for detecting clothing further includes the steps of:
s200, when the target object is detected to be contained in the clothes to be washed according to the X-ray scanning image, a prompt is sent out.
The target object is a non-clothing object. Specifically, the detecting that the laundry contains the target object according to the X-ray scanning image comprises:
s210, segmenting the X-ray scanning image to obtain at least one region.
After the X-ray scanning image is obtained, carrying out image processing on the X-ray scanning image to detect whether the target object exists in the X-ray scanning image. Specifically, the X-ray scanned image is first segmented to distinguish different objects in the X-ray scanned image, the segmentation of the X-ray scanned image may be determined based on pixel values of pixel points in the X-ray scanned image, and the absorptance of the same material for X-rays is the same, so that the X-ray radiation energy received by the detector through the same material for X-rays is almost the same, and the corresponding electrical signal intensities are also similar, and the X-ray scanned image is represented as an area with almost the same color. And segmenting according to the X-ray scanning image to obtain at least one region, wherein the color of pixel points included in each region is consistent.
S220, extracting the attribute of each region, and determining the object corresponding to the target region as the target object according to the attribute of the target region.
The attributes of the region obtained by segmenting the X-ray scanning image at least comprise the shape of the region or the pixel values of the pixel points in the region. And extracting the attribute of each region, and determining whether the object corresponding to the region is the target object or not according to the attribute of the region for each target region. Specifically, the shape corresponding to the clothes may be set in advance according to the shape characteristics of the clothes, or the shape of a common article mixed with the clothes in daily life may be set in advance, the shape of the target area is compared with the preset shape, and when the shape of the target area is consistent with the preset shape, the object corresponding to the target area is determined to be the target object. The corresponding X-ray imaging color can be set in advance according to the absorption rate of the clothes made of various materials to the X-ray, the pixel value of the pixel point in the target area is compared with the preset imaging color, and when the pixel value of the pixel point in the target area is consistent with the preset imaging color, the object corresponding to the target area is determined to be the target object.
If it is detected that the target object is included in the laundry, the washing should not be started for the moment, and at this moment, the washing machine may send a prompt, such as a prompt sound or a prompt text or a prompt picture, to prompt a user that the laundry includes non-laundry objects that are not suitable for being washed. After receiving the prompt sent by the washing machine, the user can check the clothes to be washed, discharge the target object in the clothes to be washed, input the washing instruction again, and after sending the prompt, can detect whether the washing instruction is received again, and execute the step of performing the X-ray scanning on the clothes to be washed again to generate the X-ray scanning image again. Or, after checking the laundry, the user confirms that the target object in the laundry is not laundry but can be washed, for example, a washing ball, and inputs a washing confirmation command, and then the washing machine enters a washing program.
And if the target object is not detected to be contained in the clothes to be washed, washing the clothes to be washed.
If the target object is not contained in the clothes to be washed, the washing program can be entered to wash the clothes to be washed.
It is easy to see that, in this embodiment, after the user issues the washing instruction, the user does not immediately enter the washing program, but performs the X-ray scanning on the laundry to be washed to generate the X-ray scanning image, detects whether there are non-laundry objects in the laundry according to the X-ray scanning image, and issues a prompt when there are non-laundry objects, thereby preventing the loss caused by the washing of the laundry with the washing machine.
In one possible implementation, after generating the X-ray scanning image, the method further includes the steps of:
and displaying the X-ray scanning image.
After the X-ray scanning image is generated, the X-ray scanning image may be displayed, for example, sent to a display panel of a washing machine or a terminal in communication connection with the washing machine, so that a user can see the X-ray scanning image, and determine whether the laundry contains articles unsuitable for washing according to the X-ray scanning image, thereby preventing error washing caused by an error when the target object is automatically detected.
Further, when the X-ray irradiates the living body, the biological cells may be inhibited, destroyed, or even necrotized, so that the body may be changed in physiological, pathological, and biochemical aspects to different degrees, and therefore, the X-ray may produce a certain radiation damage to human bodies and animals, and in daily life, a situation that children or pets climb into the washing machine may occur, if the X-ray is directly scanned after receiving the washing instruction, the generated X-ray may cause damage to children, pets, and the like in the washing machine, and in order to avoid such a phenomenon, in a possible implementation manner, before the X-ray scanning is performed on the laundry, the laundry detection method provided in this embodiment further includes the steps of:
and carrying out living body detection on the clothes to be washed.
Specifically, if living bodies are detected to exist in the clothes to be washed, carrying out X-ray scanning on the clothes to be washed;
and sending out a prompt if no living body exists in the clothes to be washed. If the living bodies do not exist in the clothes to be washed, the clothes to be washed can be subjected to X-ray scanning, if the living bodies exist, the clothes to be washed are not subjected to X-ray scanning temporarily, but a prompt such as a voice prompt, a text prompt or an image prompt lamp is sent out to prompt a user that the living bodies exist in the clothes to be washed, the user can remove the living bodies after receiving the prompt of the existence of the living bodies in the clothes to be washed sent out by the washing machine, the washing instruction is input again, the step of detecting whether the living bodies exist in the clothes to be washed is executed again after the user removes the living bodies and inputs the washing instruction again, and radiation damage to the living bodies in the clothes to be washed, such as children, pets and the like, caused by X-ray scanning is prevented.
Specifically, the detecting of the presence of living organisms in the laundry comprises:
s001, carrying out infrared thermal imaging on the clothes to be washed to generate an infrared image;
and S002, detecting that living bodies exist in the clothes to be washed according to the infrared image.
The washing machine is internally provided with an infrared thermal imaging device, after a washing instruction is received, the infrared thermal imaging device is controlled to be started, infrared thermal imaging is carried out on the clothes to be washed, an infrared image is generated, specifically, due to the existence of black body radiation, electromagnetic wave radiation is carried out on any object outwards according to different temperatures, and the infrared thermal imaging can reflect the temperature field of the surface of the object by imaging the object through a thermal infrared sensitive sensor. The infrared thermal imaging device collects infrared radiation of clothes to be washed and converts the infrared radiation into digital signals to form an infrared image, the infrared image is a pseudo color thermal image, different colors reflect different temperatures, and whether living bodies exist in the clothes to be washed or not can be detected according to color areas or shapes of the color areas in the infrared image.
In a possible implementation manner, after the infrared image is generated, the infrared image may be displayed, for example, sent to a display panel of the washing machine or displayed on a terminal in communication connection with the washing machine, so that a user may determine whether a result of the washing machine performing living body detection on the laundry to be washed is accurate through the displayed infrared image, and may also determine a position of a living body in the laundry to be washed according to the infrared image to remove the living body.
In summary, the present invention provides a laundry detecting method, wherein after receiving a washing instruction, the laundry to be washed is not washed immediately, but is scanned by X-ray to generate an X-ray scanning image, and whether the laundry contains a target object is detected according to the X-ray scanning image, and when the laundry contains the target object, the laundry is not washed, but a prompt is sent to remind a user, so as to achieve an effect of preventing a loss caused by washing of the target object that is not suitable for being washed.
In summary, as shown in fig. 5, in the logic block diagram of the laundry detecting method provided in this embodiment, after a user puts in laundry to be washed, the washing machine firstly performs living body detection on the laundry, if a living body exists, a prompt is sent to remind the user, if no living body exists, the radiation generator is controlled to be turned on, X-ray irradiation is performed on the laundry, then a signal output by the detector is processed to generate an X-ray scanning image, after image analysis is performed on the X-ray scanning image, it is determined whether a target object exists in the laundry, if yes, a prompt is sent to remind the user, and if no, washing is started.
