爱美之心人皆有之,2021年1~11月我国化妆品类零售总额高达3678亿元,由此可知,我国国民对化妆品类消费品需求之大。科学技术的发展,人工合成的化学品变得更易获得,护肤品成本更低,功效更明确,然而人工合成化学品原料的副作用也是不容忽视的,如对皮肤具有刺激性,可能引起过敏性皮炎,皮肤黏膜慢性中毒或毛孔堵塞等。相对于人工合成化学品,天然植物提取物原料对皮肤无刺激性,安全性更高。随着生活水平的提高,消费者对产品的安全及人体健康问题更为重视,为此,“回归自然”将是护肤品行业可持续发展的新趋势。
澳洲坚果属山龙眼科澳洲坚果属长绿乔木果树,原产于澳大利亚,现我国云南、广西也有大量的种植。澳洲坚果仁香脆可口,口感细腻,且营养丰富,具有“坚果之王”的美称。澳洲坚果仁含油量高达约80%,其不饱和脂肪酸占比可达约70%,其中单不饱和脂肪酸以油酸为主(约50%),其具有调节人体血液胆固醇含量,降低心脑血管发病的保健功效,而其多不饱和脂肪酸含量低,是澳洲坚果油稳定、氧化敏感度低的重要因素。澳洲坚果油还富含ω-7脂肪酸,该脂肪酸是人体生物膜系统的重要组成成分,为此,澳洲坚果油具有快速渗透、高度滋润等护肤功能。
牛樟属樟科樟属植物,为我国台湾特有树种,其根、果、叶均可入药。牛樟叶精油不仅具有独特的清香可用于净化空气,还能杀菌杀虫,涂于皮肤能消除皮肤表面的细菌和炎症,还能滋养肌肤,维持人类皮肤健康。牛樟叶精油还具有理气止痛促进消化的功能。此外,牛樟叶水提物含有大量多糖类成分,具有较强的抗氧化能力,能有效清除体内的自由基,降低自由基对机体心、脑、肝、肾等器官的损伤,延缓机体的衰老。
诺丽属茜草科巴戟天属植物,主要分布于南太平洋诸岛屿,现我国海南、台湾也有大量的种植。诺丽果被当地人称为“神奇果”,其被应用于治疗感冒、流感、糖尿病、忧郁症、高血压、癌症等疾病。诺丽除其果可作药食外,其根、茎、叶、花均可入药,诺丽叶在治疗炎症(如牙龈发炎、牙周炎、喉咙发炎、风湿性关节炎)、感冒、头痛、骨折扭伤、皮肤病等功效特异。诺丽果和叶中主要营养成分分析表明诺丽叶中的还原糖和维C的含量虽明显低于果实,但蛋白质、必需氨基酸、脂肪、微量元素和水分的含量明显高于果实。主要功能性成分分析表明叶子中的总皂甙和多糖的含量虽明显低于果实,但总黄酮和总黄酮甙的含量要明显高于果实。DPPH自由基清除能力测定显示诺丽叶的抗氧化能力明显优于诺丽果的抗氧化能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以坚果油为介质的牛樟叶及诺丽叶成分提取方法,并以其提取物为基质的制备润肤品,以达到迅速补水,持续湿润及改善皮肤老化的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
本发明的以坚果油为介质的牛樟叶或诺丽叶成分提取方法,其步骤如下:
S1.新鲜的牛樟叶或诺丽叶清洗后风干,研磨成粉,得牛樟叶干粉和诺丽叶干粉备用;
S2.按料液比1:10~1:30g/mL,将牛樟叶干粉与澳洲坚果油,或诺丽叶干粉与澳洲坚果油分别混合提取;
S3.混合物,离心,取上清,即得牛樟叶提取物或诺丽叶提取物。
优选,所述的澳洲坚果油是夏威夷果油。
优选,所述的步骤S1中研磨成粉后过60、100、200目筛。
优选,所述的步骤S2中的混合提取是将混合物置于37℃,150rpm,5h。
优选,所述的步骤S3中的离心条件为:6000rpm,10min。
优选,所述的步骤S2中的料液比为1:10g/mL。
本发明还提供了牛樟叶提取物或诺丽叶提取物在制备自由基清除剂中的应用。
所述的自由基清除剂是改善皮肤老化的润肤品。
本发明还提供了一种改善皮肤老化的润肤品,其含有牛樟叶提取物和/或诺丽叶提取物作为活性成分。
优选,所述的润肤品,其原料组成按重量百分比如下:澳洲坚果油1~20%、牛樟叶提取物1~15%、诺丽叶提取物1~10%、甘油5~10%、乳化剂1~10%,余量为水。
优选,所述乳化剂包括吐温-801~10%和单硬脂酸甘油酯1~10%。
本发明还提供了上述改善皮肤老化的润肤品的制备方法,其步骤如下:
S1.量取油相原料,加热搅拌至均匀备用,油相原料包括澳洲坚果油、牛樟叶提取物、诺丽叶提取物、吐温-80和单硬脂酸甘油酯;
S2.量取水相原料,加热搅拌至均匀备用,水相原料包括甘油和水;
S3.将水相加入油相中,搅拌混匀后静置即得改善皮肤老化的润肤品。
优选,所述的搅拌是1200rpm高速搅拌20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明提供了一种新颖的牛樟叶和诺丽叶成分有效提取的方法。本发明利用对人体有益的澳洲坚果油为介质实现对牛樟叶和诺丽叶的活性物质的有效提取。坚果油的自由基清除能力虽比玉米油的低,但本发明以坚果油为溶剂所获得的牛樟叶和诺丽叶的坚果油提取物的自由基清除能力显著提高,说明坚果油能有效地对牛樟叶和诺丽叶中具有自由基清除能力的活性物质进行提取。此外,本发明的牛樟叶和诺丽叶坚果油提取物组合的润肤品具有较强的自由基清除能力,能有效地改善皮肤老化。此外,牛樟叶和诺丽叶坚果油提取液比坚果油的粘度更高,说明坚果油能有效地对牛樟叶和诺丽叶的脂溶性活性物质进行提取。坚果油可快速渗透、高度滋润皮肤,本发明的润肤品中的牛樟叶和诺丽叶成分的脂溶性活性物质可充分地溶于坚果油中,并随之快速被皮肤吸收,持久滋润。本发明还添加保湿剂甘油,能有效地保持水分,使皮肤迅速补水,持续保湿,防止干裂。
2.本发明提供的润肤品原料简单且源于纯天然植物提取物,对皮肤无毒害且无刺激性。该润肤品的活性成分源于植物叶子,来源丰富且实现了废物利用。本发明中的叶子提取物及润肤品的制备简单易于操作,原材料成本低,能有效地降低成本,易于工业化生产。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明中的附图,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动条件下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
以坚果油为介质对牛樟叶及诺丽叶活性成分的提取,其步骤如下:
S1.新鲜的牛樟叶和诺丽叶清洗后自然风干,研磨成粉,过60、100、200目筛,取筛过的粉末,得牛樟叶干粉和诺丽叶干粉备用;
S2.按料液比1:10~1:30g/mL,将200目牛樟叶干粉与澳洲坚果油(Bekomms,初榨夏威夷果油)及200目诺丽叶干粉与澳洲坚果油[以玉米油(金龙鱼,优选玉米油)作为对照]分别混合,混合物置于37℃,150rpm,5h;
S3.上述混合物6000rpm,10min,离心,取上清备用,由此分别获得牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物。
经步骤S2和S3后,以坚果油为介质,不同料液比获得的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物如图1A所示,此外,我们选取以玉米油为介质以料液比1:10g/mL获得的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物与本发明坚果油的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物进行比较,结果如图1B所示:
通过图1A结果显示牛樟叶和诺丽叶提取液的颜色及粘度都比澳洲坚果油的高,而且提取液分别具有明显的牛樟叶和诺丽叶独特的清香,这说明本发明以澳洲坚果油为溶剂能有效地对牛樟叶和诺丽叶的活性物质进行提取,特别是牛樟叶和诺丽叶中的脂溶性活性物质。在不同料液比获得的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物中以料液比为1:10g/mL获得的提取液颜色最深,粘度最高,清香味最重,随着液料比的提高,提取液颜色、粘度及香味随之减弱,这表明当料液比为1:10g/mL时,坚果油对牛樟叶和诺丽叶的活性物质的提取效果最好。由此,在后续润肤品制备步骤中所用的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物为料液比1:10g/mL的提取物。
通过图1B结果显示本发明以澳洲坚果油提取的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物与以玉米油提取的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物的颜色没有明显的差异,但澳洲坚果油的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物的粘度和清香味比玉米油提取物的高,这说明本发明以坚果油为溶剂能更有效地对牛樟叶和诺丽叶的活性物质进行提取。
以牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物为基质的润肤品,其原料组成按重量百分比如下:澳洲坚果油18%、牛樟叶提取物14%、诺丽叶提取物8%、甘油7%、吐温-803.12%和单硬脂酸甘油酯5.06%,余量为水。
其制备步骤如下:
S1.量取油相原料,加热搅拌至均匀备用,油相原料包括澳洲坚果油、牛樟叶提取物、诺丽叶提取物、吐温-80和单硬脂酸甘油酯;
S2.量取水相原料,加热搅拌至均匀备用,水相原料包括甘油和水;
S3.将上述水相加入油相中,1200rpm高速搅拌20min;
S4.静止1d后进行质量评定。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于,其原料组成按重量百分比如下:澳洲坚果油10%、牛樟叶提取物15%、诺丽叶提取物5%、甘油10%、吐温-802.97%和单硬脂酸甘油酯3.17%,余量为水。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于,其原料组成按重量百分比如下:澳洲坚果油5%、牛樟叶提取物10%、诺丽叶提取物5%、甘油5%、吐温-801.86%和单硬脂酸甘油酯1.93%,余量为水。
实施例1至3获得的润肤品的组成如表1所示:

由图2可见,实施例1和2为润肤霜,实施例3为润肤乳。
自由基清除能力检测
1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基(1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl(DPPH))是一种稳定的以氮为中心的自由基,其乙醇溶液显紫色,最大吸收波长为517nm,当DPPH溶液中加入自由基清除剂时,其孤对电子被配对,吸收消失或减弱,溶液颜色变浅,显黄色或淡黄色,其变化程度与自由基清除程度呈线性关系,溶液颜色变越浅,表明该物质清除能力越强。
精密称取DPPH,用无水乙醇配制0.04mg/mL的DPPH溶液,避光保存,备用。用无水乙醇配制不同含量的提取物(不同料液比获得的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物,含量以体积分数计量)。分别取250μL不同含量的提取物和0.1g润肤品(百雀羚八杯水倍润精华霜和本发明实施例1至3获得的润肤品),加入750μLDPPH溶液,室温避光反应30min,同时以无水乙醇为空白对照。
以坚果油为介质,不同料液比获得的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物的DPPH自由基清除能力的结果如图3A-D所示,此外,我们选取以玉米油为介质以料液比1:10g/mL获得的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物与本发明澳洲坚果油的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物进行比较,结果如图3E-F所示:
通过图3A-D的结果表明,澳洲坚果油及不同料液比获得的牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物均具有较强的DPPH自由基清除能力。其中当料液比为1:10g/mL时,牛樟叶提取物和诺丽叶提取物的自由基清除能力最强。这说明以料液比为1:10g/mL时,坚果油对牛樟叶和诺丽叶中具有自由基清除能力的活性物质的提取效果最好。
通过图3E-F的结果表明,5%玉米油的DPPH自由基清除能力比25%坚果油的强,但25%坚果油的牛樟叶和诺丽叶提取物的DPPH自由基清除能力却比5%玉米油的牛樟叶和诺丽叶提取物的强,这说明坚果油能更有效地对牛樟叶和诺丽叶中具有自由基清除能力的活性物质进行提取。
对本发明实施例1至3获得的润肤品进行DPPH自由基清除能力检测,并选取百雀羚八杯水倍润精华霜与本发明实施例1至3获得的润肤品进行比较,结果如图4所示:
由图4可见,实施例1至3都具有较强的DPPH自由基清除能力,且其自由基清除能力都比百雀羚八杯水倍润精华霜的强,其中实施例1的自由基清除能力最强。
本系列产品的感官评价
对本发明实施例1至3获得的润肤品进行感官评价,并选取百雀羚八杯水倍润精华霜与本发明实施例1至3获得的润肤品进行比较。评价的项目为:气味、组织形态、分散效果、湿润感、吸收性、粘滞感。每一个项目满分值为10分。感官评分标准如表2。

参照表2所述的标注对本发明实施例1至3获得的润肤品以及百雀羚八杯水倍润精华霜进行评分并统计比较,结果如表3所示。

通过与百雀羚八杯水倍润精华霜比较,本发明实施例1至3获得的润肤品均具有牛樟叶独特的清香,涂于皮肤可较好地分散,并迅速被吸收,可保持较好的湿润感。但其组织细腻度较百雀羚精华霜低。此外,实施例1和2使用过后虽不油腻,但能感受到具有一定的粘度。
Claims (10)
1.一种以坚果油为介质的牛樟叶或诺丽叶成分提取方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1.新鲜的牛樟叶或诺丽叶清洗后风干,研磨成粉,得牛樟叶干粉和诺丽叶干粉;
S2.按料液比1:10~1:30g/mL,将牛樟叶干粉与澳洲坚果油,或诺丽叶干粉与澳洲坚果油分别混合提取;
S3.混合物,离心,取上清,即得牛樟叶提取物或诺丽叶提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以坚果油为介质的牛樟叶或诺丽叶成分提取方法,其特征在于,所述的澳洲坚果油是夏威夷果油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以坚果油为介质的牛樟叶或诺丽叶成分提取方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S1中研磨成粉后过60、100、200目筛;所述的步骤S2中的混合提取是将混合物置于37℃,150rpm,5h;所述的步骤S3中的离心条件为:6000rpm,10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以坚果油为介质的牛樟叶或诺丽叶成分提取方法,所述的步骤S2中的料液比为1:10g/mL。
5.一种按照权利要求1、2、3或4所述的以坚果油为介质的牛樟叶或诺丽叶成分提取方法获得的牛樟叶提取物或诺丽叶提取物。
6.权利要求5所述的牛樟叶提取物或诺丽叶提取物在制备自由基清除剂中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的自由基清除剂是改善皮肤老化的润肤品。
8.一种改善皮肤老化的润肤品,其特征在于,含有权利要求5所述的牛樟叶提取物和/或诺丽叶提取物作为活性成分。
9.根据权利要求8所述的改善皮肤老化的润肤品,其特征在于,所述的润肤品,其原料组成按重量百分比如下:澳洲坚果油1~20%、牛樟叶提取物1~15%、诺丽叶提取物1~10%、甘油5~10%、乳化剂1~10%,余量为水。
10.一种改善皮肤老化的润肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
按权利要求9的原料组成
S1.量取油相原料,加热搅拌至均匀备用,油相原料包括澳洲坚果油、牛樟叶提取物、诺丽叶提取物、乳化剂;
S2.量取水相原料,加热搅拌至均匀备用,水相原料包括甘油和水;
S3.将水相加入油相中,搅拌混匀后静置即得改善皮肤老化的润肤品。
