With the improvement of living standard, people not only can meet the consumption of food on fruit belly, but also more people pursue high-quality and health-care food, wherein the food with homology of medicine and food is welcomed, and young pigeons become one of the most popular food with homology of medicine and food due to higher nutritional value and medicinal value, but the wild number of the young pigeons is difficult to meet the requirements of people, and the ecological system is damaged due to over consumption of the wild young pigeons. In order to meet the edible requirements of people and protect the ecosystem, people carry out artificial domestication and artificial feeding on the young pigeons. However, in the process of artificially feeding young pigeons, the young pigeons are easy to suffer from various diseases such as parasitic diseases, so that the phenomenon of disease death before slaughtering occurs. In order to improve the breeding efficiency and shorten the slaughtering time, feeding personnel feed a large amount of antibiotics, antiparasitic drugs and hormone feed additives to reduce the morbidity of young pigeons. However, the medicine residue in the young pigeons is increased undoubtedly, and the quality of the young pigeons is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a feed additive for preventing and treating parasitic diseases of pigeons, so as to improve the immunity of young pigeons and prevent/treat the parasitic diseases of the pigeons;
the invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the feed additive for preventing and treating the pigeon parasitic disease;
the invention also aims to provide an application of the feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic disease of the pigeons.

a feed additive for preventing and treating parasitic diseases of pigeons comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
compound amino acid: 0.3-1.5 parts of tryptophan, 0.1-1.0 parts of serine and 0.1-1.0 parts of threonine;
② complex vitamin: 0.05-0.4 part of biotin, 0.1-1.0 part of vitamin E, 0.1-1.0 part of nicotinamide and 0.1-1.0 part of vitamin A;
③ Chinese herbal medicine: 0.5-2.0 parts of purslane powder, 0.5-2.0 parts of American agrimony powder and 0.1-1.0 part of capsaicin;
enzyme preparation: 0.05-0.4 part of phytase, 0.05-0.4 part of amylase and 0.05-0.4 part of protease;
auxiliary materials: 0.8-2.0 parts of chitosan and 1-3 parts of beta-cyclodextrin.
As a limitation, the fineness of the Chinese herbal medicine is 80-100 meshes.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic disease of the pigeons, which is to uniformly mix all the raw materials to obtain the feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic disease of the pigeons.
As a limitation, the uniformly mixing is to uniformly mix the compound amino acid and the compound vitamin, then add the Chinese herbal medicine and the auxiliary material to be uniformly mixed, and finally add the enzyme preparation to be uniformly mixed.

the nicotinamide can provide required vitamins for organisms, and meanwhile, can maintain the stability of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts, promote the proliferation of the beneficial bacteria, improve the nonspecific immunity of the organisms and enhance the specific immunity;
the chitosan can maintain the stability of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts, promote the proliferation of the beneficial bacteria and improve the nonspecific immunity and the specific immunity of organisms;

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which are to be construed as merely illustrative, and not limitative of the remainder of the disclosure.
The phytase activity is more than or equal to 10000U/g, and is purchased from summer prosperous group; the amylase has the activity of more than or equal to 5000U/g and is purchased from Henan Jia navigation chemical products, Inc.; the protease activity is more than or equal to 10000U/g, and is purchased from Zhejiang Shengtong Biotechnology limited company.
Example 1 preparation method of a feed additive for preventing and treating parasitic diseases of pigeons
The feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic disease of the pigeons is prepared by the embodiment, and comprises the following steps of:
1) 0.5kg of tryptophan, 0.5kg of serine and 0.5kg of threonine are uniformly mixed to obtain the compound amino acid.
0.2kg of biotin, 0.5kg of vitamin E, 0.8kg of nicotinamide and 0.5kg of vitamin A are uniformly mixed to obtain the compound vitamin.
Mixing 1.0kg of herba Portulacae powder with fineness of 80 mesh, 1.0kg of radix et caulis Opuntiae Dillenii powder with fineness of 80 mesh and 0.5kg of capsaicin with fineness of 100 mesh to obtain Chinese medicinal materials.
Uniformly mixing 0.2kg of phytase (the enzyme activity is more than or equal to 10000U/g), 0.2kg of amylase (the enzyme activity is more than or equal to 5000U/g) and 0.2kg of protease (the enzyme activity is more than or equal to 10000U/g) to obtain the enzyme preparation.
1.4kg of chitosan and 2kg of beta-cyclodextrin are uniformly mixed to obtain the auxiliary material.
2) Mixing compound amino acid and compound vitamin, adding Chinese herbal medicine mixed powder and adjuvants, mixing, adding enzyme preparation, mixing, vacuumizing, and storing in shade dry place to obtain feed additive for preventing and treating pigeon parasitic disease, labeled as N1.
The feed additive for preventing and treating the pigeon parasitic diseases prepared by the embodiment is used for being added into feed/health sand to feed pigeons, and is particularly suitable for feeding young pigeons.
Example 2-6 preparation method of feed additive for preventing and treating parasitic diseases of pigeons
Examples 2 to 6 are methods for preparing a feed additive for controlling parasitic diseases of pigeons, the steps of which are substantially the same as those of example 1, except for the difference in the amount of raw materials, and are specifically shown in table 1:

Example 7 application of feed additive for controlling parasitic diseases of pigeons
Experiment of feed additive for preventing and treating parasitic disease of pigeons on shortening slaughtering time and preventing coccidiosis
The method comprises the steps of selecting 700 healthy coccidiosis-free fattening squabs aged 21 days, randomly dividing the fattening squabs into 7 groups, wherein each group comprises 100, namely a blank group and a test group A1-A6, wherein the blank group is used for feeding commercial squab feed (50 jin/bag of pigeon flying and growing nutrition feed), and the NA 1-NA 6 groups are used for feeding commercial squab feed (50 jin/bag of pigeon flying and growing nutrition feed) which is premixed with 1% of feed additives N1-N6 for preventing and treating pigeon parasitic diseases prepared in examples 1-6 one by one, feeding, managing and keeping health according to a conventional squab feeding program, wherein the test time is from 7/20 days in 2020 to 7/27 days in 2020, wherein the squabs reaching the marketing standard in the test period are continuously fed until the test is finished, so that the weight is increased better in a statistical manner.
During the test period and within 10 days after the test, the situation of the pigeon group is observed every day, the pigeon group is weighed once every day, the occurrence situation of coccidiosis is observed, whether the pigeon group reaches the marketing standard (the marketing standard is that the weight of the young pigeon reaches more than 500 g) or not is judged, the natural morbidity is counted, and the specific results are shown in a table 2:

After feeding for 7 days, the average body weight of the young pigeons in the test group reaches more than 540g, the coccidiosis incidence rate is obviously lower than that of the control group, the average body weight of the young pigeons in the blank group is only 490g, the coccidiosis incidence rate is 20%, the young pigeons in the test group reach the marketing standard after 7 days, marketing can be carried out in advance, only 24 young pigeons in the blank group reach the marketing standard, and the marketing age reaching the marketing standard is also obviously higher than that of the test group. The experimental results prove that the feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic disease of the pigeons, prepared by the invention, can obviously prevent the coccidiosis of the young pigeons, improve the immunity, shorten the slaughtering time and improve the economic benefit.
Second) experiment of influence of feed additive for preventing and treating parasitic disease of pigeons on treatment of coccidiosis of young pigeons
The test is carried out in the experimental animal center of the company. Selecting 30 fattening young pigeons (40 young pigeons are artificially inoculated with the coccidiosis for toxin induction) infected by 16 days of age, randomly dividing the fattening young pigeons into 3 groups, and 10 each group respectively comprises a negative control group, a positive control group and an experimental group, wherein the negative control group feeds a commercial young pigeons feed (50 jin/bag of pigeon flight nutritional feed) without feeding medicaments for treating the coccidiosis, the positive control group feeds a Kochia scoparia, and the commercial young pigeons feed (50 jin/bag of pigeon flight nutritional feed) one by one, and the experimental group correspondingly feeds a commercial young pigeons feed (50 jin/bag of pigeon flight nutritional feed) premixed with 1 percent of the feed additive N1 for preventing and treating the pigeon parasitic diseases prepared in the embodiment 1 without feeding medicaments for treating the coccidiosis. The young pigeon is bred, managed and kept healthy according to the conventional breeding program, and the test time is from 7/15 days in 2020 to 22 days in 7/22 days in 2020.
During the test period, the pigeon flock and coccidiosis conditions are observed every day, the pigeon flock and coccidiosis conditions are weighed once a day, the treatment conditions of the sick young pigeons are counted, and the specific results are shown in a table 3:

After 7 days of the experiment, the cure rate of the positive control group reaches 80 percent, the cure rate of the experimental group reaches 60 percent, and the negative control group has no self-healing young pigeon; the fatality rate of the positive control group is 10 percent, the fatality rate of the experimental group is 20 percent, and the fatality rate of the negative control group is as high as 40 percent; and the average weight gain of the young pigeons in the positive control group and the experimental group is higher than that in the negative control group. The experiments prove that the feed additive for preventing and treating the pigeon parasitic disease has the curative effect of treating the pigeon parasitic disease.
Thirdly) acute toxicological test of feed additive for preventing and treating parasitic diseases of pigeons
The feed additive for young pigeons provided in example 1 is added to feed for young pigeons of 16 days old in normal amount, 10 times, 50 times and 100 times, respectively, and the mixed feed for young pigeons is labeled as RCN 1-RCN 4, wherein the normal amount is the feed additive N1 which is added with 1.0% of the weight of the feed and is used for preventing and treating parasitic diseases of pigeons.
Selecting 50 healthy coccidiosis-free fattening young pigeons of 16 days old, randomly dividing the fattening young pigeons into 5 groups, wherein each group comprises 10 control groups and NC 1-NC 4 groups, wherein the control groups are used for feeding common commercial young pigeons, and the NC 1-NC 4 groups are used for feeding young pigeons with RCN 1-RCN 4, and the fattening young pigeons are fed in an unlimited manner in the whole day. The test time is from 11 days 6/2020 to 21 days 6/2020. Observing and recording the clinical reaction of the young pigeons in the feeding process, respectively and remotely inspecting the organ pathological changes of the young pigeons in each group after the feeding is finished, and displaying that all indexes of the young pigeons in the control group and the NC 1-NC 4 groups are normal without pathological changes. The experimental results prove that the feed additive for preventing and treating the pigeon parasitic disease prepared by the invention has no acute toxicity.
Claims (7)
1. The feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic disease of the pigeons is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
compound amino acid: 0.3-1.5 parts of tryptophan, 0.1-1.0 parts of serine and 0.1-1.0 parts of threonine;
② complex vitamin: 0.05-0.4 part of biotin, 0.1-1.0 part of vitamin E, 0.1-1.0 part of nicotinamide and 0.1-1.0 part of vitamin A;
(iii) Chinese herbal medicines: 0.5-2.0 parts of purslane powder, 0.5-2.0 parts of American agrimony powder and 0.1-1.0 part of capsaicin;
fourthly, enzyme preparation: 0.05-0.4 part of phytase, 0.05-0.4 part of amylase and 0.05-0.4 part of protease;
auxiliary materials: 0.8-2.0 parts of chitosan and 1-3 parts of beta-cyclodextrin.
2. The feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic disease of the pigeons according to claim 1, wherein the fineness of the Chinese herbal medicines is 80-100 meshes.
3. A method for preparing a feed additive for preventing and treating parasitic diseases of pigeons according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized in that all raw materials are uniformly mixed to obtain the feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic diseases of the pigeons.

The preparation method of the feed additive for preventing and treating the parasitic disease of the pigeons according to claim 3, wherein the uniformly mixing is to uniformly mix the compound amino acid and the compound vitamin, then add the Chinese herbal medicines and the auxiliary materials to uniformly mix, and finally add the enzyme preparation to uniformly mix.
