The invention relates to the technical field of steel rolling, in particular to a method for calibrating the opening degree of a vertical roller or a guide rule of a rolling mill.
Background
In the steel rolling production process, when measuring and calibrating the opening degree of a vertical roll and the opening degree of a guide rule in a rough rolling area, the vertical roll and the opening degree of the guide rule usually need to be manually entered into a rolling mill for operation; when the opening degree of the vertical rolls is calibrated, because the space between the vertical rolls at two sides is narrow, and a measurer can only squat on the narrow cross beam for calibration (a deeper trench is arranged below the cross beam), the potential safety hazard is large; similarly, when the opening degree of the guide ruler is calibrated, a measurer needs to stand on the roller table to operate, and potential safety hazards exist. Meanwhile, because of manual measurement and the fact that a tape is often used as a measuring tool, a large measuring error exists, the whole measuring precision is poor, and the error is basically 2-3 mm.
Therefore, a portable measuring device with high measuring precision is required to be designed, so that the calibrating process of the opening degree of the vertical roller and the opening degree of the guide ruler is safer and more convenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for calibrating the opening degree of a vertical roller or a guide ruler of a rolling mill, which adopts a special digital display measuring device for measurement, has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, convenient and safe operation, high measuring precision and visual display of measuring results.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a method for calibrating the opening degree of a vertical roller or a guide rule of a rolling mill adopts a digital display measuring device to measure and calibrate the opening degree of the vertical roller or the opening degree of the guide rule; the specific process is as follows:
1) Manufacturing a digital display measuring device;
the digital display measuring device consists of a telescopic scale, a reading display screen, a bracket, a measuring end plate and a level gauge; the bottom of the bracket is provided with a measuring end plate, and the top of the measuring end plate is provided with a level gauge; the inner end of the telescopic ruler is connected with the inner end of the measuring end plate to form a measuring ruler; the telescopic scaleplate is an electronic scaleplate, and the measuring signal output end of the telescopic scaleplate is connected with the signal input end of the reading display screen through a cable; the reading display screen is arranged at the upper part of the bracket; during measurement, the actual measurement value of the measurement scale=the measurement value of the telescopic scale+the compensation value, wherein the compensation value is the distance between a zero scale line of the telescopic scale and the end face of the corresponding end of the measurement end plate;
2) Preparing work before measurement and calibration;
the opening degree of the vertical roller/guide rule is adjusted to be maximum, the total length of the measuring rule is adjusted to be 2-10 mm smaller than the opening degree of the vertical roller/guide rule, and then the measuring rule extends into a position to be measured between the vertical roller/guide rule; in the measuring and calibrating process, the bracket is held by an operator or is fixed on a cross beam of the rolling mill through an auxiliary bracket, and the measuring scale is kept horizontal through the level gauge;
3) Measuring and calibrating;
the opening degree of the vertical rollers/guide rules is adjusted to be gradually reduced, and in the process, the vertical rollers/guide rules at two sides are contacted with two ends of the measuring staff and push the free ends of the telescopic staff to be retracted; reading the actual measured value of the measuring scale through the reading display screen, and stopping the opening degree adjustment action of the vertical roller/guide ruler when the measured value reaches the calibration value;
4) Measuring the calibrated site cleaning work;
and after the operation is finished, taking the measuring scale out from the position between the vertical roller and the guide rule, and integrally moving the digital display measuring device out of the working area of the rolling mill.
The telescopic scale and the reading display screen jointly form an external digital display scale, wherein the telescopic scale adopts a movable grid module displacement sensor, the measuring range is 0-500 mm, and the measuring precision is 0.01mm.
The level gauge is a bubble level gauge.
And the compensation value of the distance between the zero scale mark of the telescopic ruler and the corresponding end face of the measuring end plate is an integer value.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The digital display measuring device with special design is adopted for measurement, and the digital display measuring device has the advantages of simple structure, light weight and portability;
2) The operation is convenient, the influence of human factors on the measurement result is small, and the requirement on operators is not high;
3) The measuring personnel do not need to drill into a rolling mill or stand on a roller way to measure, so that the safety of the measuring process is improved;
4) The measurement accuracy is high, and the measurement deviation is controlled within 0.5 mm.

as shown in fig. 1, the digital display measuring device consists of a telescopic scale 4, a reading display screen 1, a bracket 2, a measuring end plate 3 and a level meter 5; the bottom of the bracket 2 is provided with a measuring end plate 3, and the top of the measuring end plate 3 is provided with a level meter 5; the inner end of the telescopic scaleplate 4 is connected with the inner end of the measuring end plate 3 to form a measuring scaleplate; the telescopic scale 4 is an electronic scale, and the measuring signal output end of the telescopic scale is connected with the signal input end of the reading display screen 1 through a cable; the reading display screen 1 is arranged at the upper part of the bracket 2; during measurement, the actual measurement value of the measurement scale=the measurement value of the telescopic scale 4+the compensation value, wherein the compensation value is the distance between zero scale line of the telescopic scale 4 and the corresponding end face of the measurement end plate 3;

3) Measuring and calibrating;
the opening degree of the vertical rolls/guide rules 6 is regulated to be gradually reduced, and in the process, the vertical rolls/guide rules 6 at two sides are contacted with two ends of the measuring staff and push the free ends of the telescopic staff 4 to be contracted inwards; reading the actual measured value of the measuring scale through the reading display screen 1, and stopping the opening degree adjustment action of the vertical roller/guide 6 when the measured value reaches the calibration value;
4) Measuring the calibrated site cleaning work;
after the operation is completed, the measuring scale is taken out from the position between the vertical rolls/guide scales 6, and the digital display measuring device is integrally moved out of the working area of the rolling mill.
The telescopic scale 4 and the reading display screen 1 jointly form an external digital display scale, wherein the telescopic scale 4 adopts a movable grid module displacement sensor, the measuring range is 0-500 mm, and the measuring precision is 0.01mm.
The level 5 is a bubble level.
And the compensation value of the distance between the zero scale mark of the telescopic scale 4 and the corresponding end face of the measuring end plate 3 is an integer value.
When the method for calibrating the opening degree of the vertical roller or the guide ruler of the rolling mill is implemented, if the method is measured in a manner of being held by a measuring staff, a handle is arranged above the bracket 2, so that the method is convenient to hold by hand.
The telescopic scale 4 and the reading display screen 1 can be modified by adopting a commercially available external digital display scale, and a cable between the reading display screen 1 and the telescopic scale 4 is lengthened according to measurement requirements.
The compensation value of the distance between zero scale marks of the telescopic scale 4 and the corresponding end face of the measuring end plate 3 is preferably 1m.

the digital display measuring device consists of a telescopic scale, a reading display screen, a bracket, a measuring end plate and a level gauge; the bottom of the bracket is provided with a measuring end plate, and the top of the measuring end plate is provided with a level gauge; the inner end of the telescopic ruler is connected with the inner end of the measuring end plate to form a measuring ruler; the telescopic scaleplate is an electronic scaleplate, and the measuring signal output end of the telescopic scaleplate is connected with the signal input end of the reading display screen through a cable; the reading display screen is arranged at the upper part of the bracket; during measurement, the actual measurement value of the measurement scale=the measurement value of the telescopic scale+the compensation value, wherein the compensation value is the distance between a zero scale line of the telescopic scale and the end face of the corresponding end of the measurement end plate;
2) Preparing work before measurement and calibration;
the opening degree of the vertical roller/guide rule is adjusted to be maximum, the total length of the measuring rule is adjusted to be 2-10 mm smaller than the opening degree of the vertical roller/guide rule, and then the measuring rule extends into a position to be measured between the vertical roller/guide rule; in the measuring and calibrating process, the bracket is held by an operator or is fixed on a cross beam of the rolling mill through an auxiliary bracket, and the measuring scale is kept horizontal through the level gauge;
3) Measuring and calibrating;
the opening degree of the vertical rollers/guide rules is adjusted to be gradually reduced, and in the process, the vertical rollers/guide rules at two sides are contacted with two ends of the measuring staff and push the free ends of the telescopic staff to be retracted; reading the actual measured value of the measuring scale through the reading display screen, and stopping the opening degree adjustment action of the vertical roller/guide ruler when the measured value reaches the calibration value;
4) Measuring the calibrated site cleaning work;
and after the operation is finished, taking the measuring scale out from the position between the vertical roller and the guide rule, and integrally moving the digital display measuring device out of the working area of the rolling mill.
