Claims (8)

1. A raw tobacco stacking device based on a steel frame fence comprises a storage box body (1) and is characterized in that, a mounting plate (2) is fixedly arranged at the central position of the inner bottom wall of the storage box body (1), the two side surfaces of the mounting plate (2) are respectively provided with a uniformly distributed stacking mechanism (3), two symmetrical air boxes (4) are fixedly arranged on the inner bottom wall of the storage box body (1), the inner top walls of the two air boxes (4) are communicated with ventilation pipes (5) which are uniformly distributed in a penetrating way, the two air boxes (4) are communicated with each other through a connecting pipe (6), the inner wall of one of the air boxes (4) far away from the mounting plate (2) is fixedly communicated with a mounting pipe (7), a fan (8) is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the storage box body (1) through a fixing plate and a support, and the output end of the fan (8) is communicated with the mounting pipe (7);
the stacking and storing mechanism (3) comprises a mounting seat (301), the mounting seat (301) is fixedly connected with a mounting plate (2), an upper frame rail (302) and a lower frame rail (303) are hinged to the top and the bottom of the mounting seat (301) respectively, a screen plate (304) is fixedly mounted between the inner walls of the upper frame rail (302) and the lower frame rail (303), a connecting plate (305) is arranged between the upper frame rail (302) and the lower frame rail (303), the upper frame rail (302), the lower frame rail (303) and the connecting plate (305) are fixedly connected through bolts, and one side, far away from the mounting seat (301), of the connecting plate (305) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the storage box body (1) through a connecting block.

The raw tobacco stacking and storing device based on the steel frame fence as claimed in claim 1, wherein a humidifier (9) is fixedly installed on the side surface of the storage box body (1) through a cushion block, the output end of the humidifier (9) is fixedly communicated with a fixed pipe (10), and the bottom of the fixed pipe (10) is communicated with the top of the installation pipe (7); the installation pipe (7) and the fixed pipe (10) are both provided with electromagnetic valves.

The raw tobacco storage device based on the steel frame fence as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner bottom wall of the air box (4) is fixedly provided with an electric heating block (11), the inner top wall of the air box (4) is fixedly provided with wind shielding inclined plates (12) which are uniformly distributed, and the wind shielding inclined plates (12) and the ventilation pipes (5) are alternately arranged on the inner top wall of the air box (4).

The raw tobacco storage device based on the steel frame fence as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the storage box body (1) is provided with a mounting box body (13), two inner side walls of the mounting box body (13) are both communicated with an air outlet pipe (14) through, and uniformly distributed straight pipes (15) are fixedly communicated between the inner bottom wall of the mounting box body (13) and the inner top wall of the storage box body (1).

The raw tobacco storage device based on the steel frame fence is characterized in that a processor is further arranged on the inner side wall of the storage box body (1), the processor is in communication connection with an environment analysis module, an acquisition module, a storage module and a controller, and the acquisition module is used for acquiring temperature data WD and humidity data SD and sending the temperature data WD and the humidity data SD to the environment analysis module;
the environment analysis module analyzes the storage environment of the tobacco leaves in the storage box body (1) after receiving the temperature data WD and the humidity data SD: acquiring temperature thresholds WDmin and WDmax through a storage module, and comparing the temperature data WD with the temperature thresholds WDmin and WDmax: if WD is less than or equal to WDmin, judging that the temperature is unqualified, and sending a temperature rise signal to the controller by the environment analysis module through the processor; if WDmin is less than WD and less than WDmax, the temperature is judged to be qualified, and the environment analysis module sends a temperature qualified signal to the processor; if WD is larger than or equal to WDmax, judging that the temperature is unqualified, and sending a cooling signal to the processor by the environment analysis module;
acquiring humidity thresholds SDmin and SDmax through a storage module, and comparing humidity data SD with the humidity thresholds SDmin and SDmax: if SD is less than or equal to SDmin, judging that the humidity is unqualified, and sending a humidifying signal to the controller by the environment analysis module through the processor; if SDmin is less than SD and less than SDmax, judging that the humidity is qualified, and sending a humidity qualified signal to the processor by the environment analysis module; and if the SD is larger than or equal to the SDmax, judging that the humidity is unqualified, and sending a drying signal to the processor by the environment analysis module.

The device for storing raw tobacco on steel frame rails according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining process of the temperature data WD comprises: acquiring surface temperature values of the two screen plates (304) and temperature values of air in the storage box body (1), and summing the surface temperature values of the two screen plates (304) and the temperature values of the air in the storage box body (1) to obtain average values to obtain temperature data WD;
the acquisition process of the humidity data comprises the following steps: the humidity value of the inner wall of the storage box body (1) and the humidity value of the air in the storage box body (1) are obtained, and the humidity value of the inner wall of the storage box body (1) and the humidity value of the air in the storage box body (1) are summed and averaged to obtain humidity data SD.

The raw tobacco storage device based on the steel frame fence as claimed in claim 5, wherein the controller opens the electromagnetic valve of the installation pipe (7) and starts the fan (8) when receiving a cooling signal or a drying signal; when the controller receives the temperature rise signal, the electromagnetic valve of the installation pipe (7) is opened, and the fan (8) and the electric heating block (11) are started; when the controller receives the humidifying signal, the electromagnetic valves of the installation pipe (7) and the fixed pipe (10) are opened, and the fan (8) is started.
8. A raw tobacco stacking and storing method based on a steel frame fence is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: when tobacco leaves are placed in the stacking mechanism (3) for storage, bolts between the upper frame rail (302) and the connecting plate (305) are unscrewed, the upper frame rail (302) is lifted upwards, the tobacco leaves are placed on the screen plate (304) of the lower frame rail (303), and then the upper frame rail (302) and the connecting plate (305) are fixed through the bolts;
step two: in the process of storing the tobacco leaves, the storage environment of the tobacco leaves is analyzed through an environment analysis module, the storage box body (1) is cooled or heated when the temperature is unqualified, and the storage box body (1) is dried or humidified when the humidity is unqualified;
step three: when the tobacco leaves are taken out from the stacking mechanism (3), bolts between the lower frame rails (303) and the connecting plates (305) are unscrewed, the lower frame rails (303) are pulled and opened, the tobacco leaves are contained and received below the lower frame rails (303), and after the tobacco leaves are taken out, the lower frame rails (303) and the connecting plates (305) are fixed through the bolts.
