The length of the rotating shaft 27 can be selected according to the structure of the first conveying device 1, so that the detection mechanism 20 can be easily installed by adjusting the distance between the swinging member 24 and the detection part 28.
In order to ensure the rotation flexibility of the rotating shaft 27, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the detecting mechanism 20 further includes a connecting member 25, and the connecting member 25 is connected to a protrusion 241 formed on a side wall of the swinging member 24. The connecting member 25 and the swinging member 24 form a hinge structure, a rotating portion 251 is formed at a connection position where the connecting member and the swinging member can rotate relatively, a mounting hole is formed on the rotating portion 251 corresponding to the rotating shaft 27, and the rotating shaft 27 is inserted into the mounting hole of the rotating portion 251.
In addition, in order to ensure that the rotating shaft 27 rotates along with the swinging member 24, in a preferred embodiment, the positioning member 26 is inserted through the sidewall of the protrusion 241 to the sidewall of the rotating shaft 27, so that the protrusion 241 and the rotating shaft 27 are relatively fixed, and the positioning member 26 may be a screw or the like, so as to ensure that the rotating shaft 27 and the swinging member 24 move synchronously, thereby ensuring effective detection. It should be noted that the rotating portion 251 may also be provided with a bearing for supporting the rotating shaft 27, so as to ensure the rotating shaft 27 to rotate flexibly.
In order to ensure that the clamping mechanism 10 and the detecting mechanism 20 are installed stably, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the conveying device with the cigarette rod protection function further includes a fixing member 30 disposed at a side portion of the first conveying device 1, and the fixing member 30 is used for fixing the clamping mechanism 10 and the detecting mechanism 20; in a preferred embodiment, the fixing member 30 is formed in a plate-like structure, and the detecting means 20 is disposed between the fixing member 30 and the first conveying device 1, so that the trigger 21 can be brought into contact with the side portion of the tobacco rod 3 when the tobacco rod 3 fails to be transferred, thereby ensuring the detecting function of the detecting means 20.
Further, in order to achieve the positional relationship between the gripping mechanism 10 and the detecting mechanism 20 as described above, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the gripping mechanism 10 and the detecting mechanism 20 are respectively provided on both sides of the fixing member 30; the fixing member 30 is correspondingly provided with a guide window 31, so that the clamping mechanism 10 can sequentially pass through the guide window 31 and the detection mechanism 20 to perform a clamping action, thereby making the protection device 100 compact and ensuring the continuity of the conveying process of the tobacco rod 3. The opening of the guide window 31 may be rectangular, for example, as long as the driving end 12 can pass through the opening smoothly.
In the case where the protection device 100 is provided to the fixing member 30, there is an advantage in that the protection device 100 is secured to be reliably installed and is more compact. Specifically, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic member 22 may be disposed between the trigger member 21 and the fixing member 30, and fixed and installed by a structure such as a stopper and a bolt. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, one end of the linkage 25 is mounted to the mount 30 so that the sensing mechanism 20 can rotate relative to the mount 30. Therefore, in the actual use process of the conveying device with the cigarette rod protection function, the relative position of the protection device 100 and the fixing piece 30 can be adjusted according to the actual production condition, so that the ideal cigarette rod 3 protection effect is achieved. In addition, in order to ensure the stable installation of the clamping mechanism 10, a structure such as a support plate or a support block connected with the fixing member 30 or the first conveying device 1 may be additionally provided at the bottom of the driving member 11, and the position adjustment may be performed through bolt screw holes.
In addition, in order to avoid interference between the cigarette sticks 3 and the protection device 100 during the conveying process, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the protection device 100 further includes a guide 40, one end of the guide 40 is connected to a side portion of the protection device 100, the other end of the guide 40 is connected to a baffle 4 disposed at the top of the first conveying device 1, and the guide 40 and the baffles 4 at both sides of the first conveying device 1 jointly enclose a first conveying channel; in a preferred embodiment, the top of the guide 40 connected to one end of the baffle 4 is formed with a downwardly inclined guide portion 41, the guide portion 41 faces the baffle 4, and the guide portion 41 is preferably inclined to match the height of the baffle 4, so as to smoothly guide the conveyed tobacco rods 3 to the corresponding position of the protection device 100. The guide portion 41 is preferably formed as a wedge.
In addition, the side of the guide 40 connected to the protection device 100 is provided with a notch 42 corresponding to the protection device 100, so as to facilitate the installation or adjustment of the conveying device with the cigarette rod protection function.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the number of the conveying devices is two, but not limited to this, the conveying devices may be more than two, and as long as the protection device 100 is disposed at the corresponding position of two adjacent conveying devices, the protection function of the cigarette rod 3 can be achieved for the whole conveying device.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the relative position of the protection device 100 and the first conveying device 1 is easily adjusted, so as to achieve the desired protection function of the cigarette rod 3. The components of the protection device 100 are preferably assembled by means of bolts, so that the conveying device with the cigarette rod protection function can be adjusted according to actual production conditions. In addition, to ensure precise installation, the hole structure for the fitting location in the protective device 100 is preferably formed as a countersunk hole, for example, the hole formed by the drive end 12 for connection with the driver 11 is preferably a cylindrical countersunk hole or a conical countersunk hole.
The conveying device with the cigarette rod protection function is convenient to install and flexible to use, and can protect the switching process of cigarette rods under the condition that a plurality of conveying devices are matched with each other to carry out conveying work. The problem that the tobacco sticks are not accurately moved to the next conveying device to cause the tobacco sticks to be inclined and further subsequent tobacco sticks are extruded or blocked is avoided, so that the equipment safety is guaranteed, and the production efficiency is improved.

a first conveying device forming a first conveying channel for conveying the tobacco rods;
the second conveying device is arranged at an angle with the first conveying device, and forms a second conveying channel for switching the tobacco strips conveyed by the first conveying channel;
the protection device is arranged on the inner side of an included angle of a conveying path formed by the first conveying device and the second conveying device and is arranged on the side part of the first conveying channel;
the protection device comprises a detection mechanism for detecting the position of the cigarette rod.

The delivery device with rod protection as recited in claim 1, wherein the protection device further comprises a gripping mechanism for gripping the rod; the clamping mechanism comprises a driving piece, a driving end facing the first conveying channel is formed on the driving piece, and the driving end is used for reciprocating motion perpendicular to the first conveying channel.
3. A delivery device with a rod protection function as in claim 2, wherein the driving end is formed as a plate-like structure parallel to the rod, the driving end for abutting against a side of the rod.
4. The conveying device with a cigarette rod protection function according to claim 2, wherein the detection mechanism comprises a detection piece and a trigger piece formed at the end of the first conveying channel;
one end of the trigger piece is provided with a trigger part facing the first conveying channel, and the trigger part is used for abutting against the side part of the cigarette rod;
the other end of the trigger piece is provided with an elastic piece, and when the trigger part is abutted against the side part of the cigarette rod, the second conveying device can drive the trigger piece to compress the elastic piece so as to enable the trigger piece to generate deflection;
the detection piece is used for detecting the trigger piece generating the offset.

The conveying device with the cigarette rod protecting function according to claim 4, wherein the detecting mechanism further comprises a swinging piece, and the swinging piece and the trigger piece are respectively formed on two sides of the clamping mechanism; the swinging piece is connected with the triggering piece and encloses a channel for the clamping mechanism to pass through;
one end of the swinging piece is provided with a detection part extending towards the first conveying device, and the detection part is arranged corresponding to the detection part and is used for detecting the detection part swinging along with the deviation of the trigger piece.

The conveying device with the cigarette rod protecting function according to claim 5, wherein the detecting mechanism further comprises a rotating shaft, the swinging member and the detecting portion are both arranged on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft can rotate along with the deviation of the trigger member so as to drive the detecting portion to swing.

The conveying device with the cigarette rod protection function according to claim 6, wherein the detection mechanism further comprises a connecting piece and a positioning piece, the connecting piece is connected with a protrusion formed on the side wall of the swinging piece, the connecting piece and the swinging piece form a hinge structure, and the rotating shaft is arranged on a rotating part of the hinge structure in a penetrating manner;
the positioning piece penetrates through the protrusion to the side wall of the rotating shaft, so that the rotating shaft and the swinging piece move synchronously.
8. The conveying device with the cigarette rod protecting function according to claim 5, further comprising a fixing member provided at a side portion of the first conveying device for fixing the holding mechanism and the detecting mechanism;
the detection mechanism is arranged between the fixing piece and the first conveying device.
9. The conveying device with the cigarette rod protecting function according to claim 8, wherein the clamping mechanism and the detecting mechanism are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixing piece;
the fixing piece is provided with a guide window, so that the clamping mechanism can sequentially penetrate through the guide window and the detection mechanism.
