As shown in fig. 1, the polyvinyl alcohol film enters the box body 2 through the through hole 62 formed in the box body 2, passes through the through hole 62 formed in the heat insulation plate 61, exits through the through hole 62 formed in the other side of the box body 2, enters the constant temperature and humidity box through the through hole 62 formed in the side wall of the constant temperature and humidity box, and exits through the through hole 62 formed in the other side of the constant temperature and humidity box.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, a one-way valve 63 is disposed at the connection between the hot air outlet 9 and the air outlet pipe 11, and a one-way valve 63 is also disposed at the connection between the cold air outlet 10 and the air outlet pipe 11.
In the drying process, moisture in the polyvinyl alcohol film evaporates and enters into hot air, hot air enters into the water outlet pipeline through the hot air outlet 9, meanwhile cold air generated in the cooling process enters into the air outlet pipeline 11 through the cold air outlet pipeline, cold air and hot air meet in the air outlet pipeline 11, and the temperature of the hot air is reduced, so that water vapor in the hot air is liquefied due to the reduction of the temperature and flows into the water collecting tank 13 due to the action of gravity, a one-way valve 63 is arranged at the joint of the hot air outlet 9 and the air outlet pipeline 11, and a one-way valve 63 is also arranged at the joint of the cold air outlet 10 and the air outlet pipeline 11 so as to prevent the flowing air from flowing back into the box body 2 through the hot air outlet 9 and the cold air outlet 10 and affecting the thermoforming and cooling process.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a water pump 64 is disposed at the connection between the humidifier 56 and the water pipe 14.
The humidifier 56 adjusts the humidity in the heat preservation and humidity preservation box 55 through atomizing water, the water needed by the humidifier 56 comes from the water collecting tank 13, and the water enters the water conveying pipeline 14 from the water collecting tank 13 through the action of the water pump 64, then enters the water pump 64 and finally enters the humidifier 56.

Working principle: in the prior art, the water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film is dried by heating a rotating roller or by integral drying, the film is dried in the drying process, uneven drying of the film is often caused, or the film is adhered to the rotating roller in the drying process, and the production quality is reduced.

The polyvinyl alcohol film after drying and cooling is fragile due to a large amount of dehydration and temperature change, so that the performance of the polyvinyl alcohol film is guaranteed, the polyvinyl alcohol film is required to be subjected to constant temperature and humidity conditioning after drying and cooling, when the cooled polyvinyl alcohol film enters the heat preservation and humidity preservation box 55, the temperature change is sensed through the temperature sensor 59, the temperature of the heating plate 57 is adjusted, the heat preservation and humidity in the heat preservation and humidity preservation box 55 is kept at a constant temperature, the humidity change is sensed through the humidity sensor 58, the humidity in the heat preservation and humidity preservation box 55 is kept at a constant humidity through the humidifier 56, and the performance of the polyvinyl alcohol film is guaranteed after drying and cooling through the constant temperature and humidity conditioning.
Because the heat setting component 5 and the cooling component 6 are simultaneously positioned in the box body 2, in order to prevent the heat setting component 5 from generating hot gas and the cooling component 6 from generating cold gas to exchange cold and heat and influence the heat setting and cooling of the polyvinyl alcohol film, the heat insulating plate 61 is arranged between the heat setting component 5 and the cooling component 6, the heat insulating plate 61 is composed of glass fiber cotton, and the glass fiber cotton has good heat insulating and high temperature resisting characteristics.
As shown in fig. 1, the polyvinyl alcohol film enters the box body 2 through the through hole 62 formed in the box body 2, passes through the through hole 62 formed in the heat insulation plate 61, exits through the through hole 62 formed in the other side of the box body 2, enters the constant temperature and humidity box through the through hole 62 formed in the side wall of the constant temperature and humidity box, and exits through the through hole 62 formed in the other side of the constant temperature and humidity box.
In the drying process, moisture in the polyvinyl alcohol film evaporates and enters into hot air, hot air enters into the air outlet pipeline 11 through the hot air outlet 9, meanwhile cold air generated in the cooling process enters into the air outlet pipeline 11 through the cold air outlet pipeline, cold air and hot air meet in the air outlet pipeline 11, and the temperature of the hot air is reduced, so that water vapor in the hot air is liquefied due to temperature reduction and flows into the water collecting tank 13 due to gravity, the joint of the hot air outlet 9 and the air outlet pipeline 11 is provided with the one-way valve 63, and the joint of the cold air outlet 10 and the air outlet pipeline 11 is also provided with the one-way valve 63, so that the flowing air is prevented from flowing back into the box body 2 through the hot air outlet 9 and the cold air outlet 10, and the thermoforming and cooling process are affected.
The humidifier 56 adjusts the humidity in the heat preservation and humidity preservation box 55 through atomizing water, the water needed by the humidifier 56 comes from the water collecting tank 13, and the water enters the water conveying pipeline 14 from the water collecting tank 13 through the action of the water pump 64, then enters the water pump 64 and finally enters the humidifier 56.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the third pipeline 19 and the ninth pipeline 34 are all in mesh distribution, so that the air passing through the outer surfaces of the third pipeline 19 and the ninth pipeline 34 can exchange heat and cold fully with the third pipeline 19 and the ninth pipeline 34.
