the walking structure comprises a base (1) and a walking structure (2) with one end rotatably mounted on the base (1), wherein a strip-shaped through groove (27) penetrating through a body of the walking structure (2) is formed in the walking structure (2), a bearing plate (20) is slidably mounted in the strip-shaped through groove (27), and two ends of the bearing plate (20) are respectively rotatably connected with two gradient adjusting pieces arranged on the base (1);
a first screw (18) is hinged to one end, far away from the base (1), of the gradient adjusting piece, a side rod (3) is fixed to one end, far away from the gradient adjusting piece, of the first screw (18), the two side rods (3) on the two gradient adjusting pieces are fixed through a handle (5), a rotating threaded sleeve (19) is in threaded connection with the first screw (18), and when the rotating threaded sleeve (19) rotates to be clamped with the gradient adjusting piece, the mutual position of the first screw (18) and the gradient adjusting piece is locked;
the medical bedside walking machine further comprises a seat structure, the seat structure is rotatably installed on a connecting seat (26), the connecting seat (26) is slidably installed on the side rod (3) and fixed on the side rod (3) through a locking piece (17), and when the locking piece (17) is in an unlocking state, the connecting seat (26) can freely slide relative to the side rod (3).

The medical bedside walking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gradient adjusting member comprises a second screw (21) having one end fixedly mounted on the base (1) and the other end hinged to the first screw (18), a threaded sleeve (23) is connected to the second screw (21) in a threaded manner, and a rotating sleeve (22) rotatably connected to the bearing plate (20) is rotatably mounted on the threaded sleeve (23);
an annular sliding block is fixed on the inner wall of the rotating sleeve (22) and is in sliding fit with an annular sliding groove formed in the outer wall of the threaded sleeve (23).

The medical bedside walking machine according to claim 1, wherein the handle (5) is provided with a display system (6) which is arranged in an inclined manner, the display system (6) comprises a display screen, a central processing unit and a receiving module, the central processing unit is communicated with a detection unit through the receiving module, the detection unit is embedded in at least one holding part (7) which is arranged on the handle (5), and the detection unit protrudes out of the holding part (7) and is used for being in contact with the hand of a user;
the detection unit is used for detecting heart rate information of a user, and the central processing unit receives the heart rate information through a receiving module and sends the heart rate information to the display screen for display;
the alarm is installed to the bottom of display screen, the alarm with central processing unit establishes the connection, works as central processing unit received when the rhythm of the heart information is greater than and predetermines the threshold value, issue alarm command and arrive the alarm.
4. The medical bedside walking machine of claim 1, wherein the seat structure comprises a seat plate (9) and an electric telescopic rod (10) fixed on one side of the seat plate (9), and a fixed end of the electric telescopic rod (10) is fixed with a rotating member (16) rotatably mounted on the connecting seat (26);
at least two inclined support rods (28) are fixed at the bottom of the seat plate (9), and one ends of the support rods (28) far away from the seat plate (9) are fixed with extension rods (29) fixed on the seat plate (9);
guardrail (8) are still installed to the side of bedplate (9), guardrail (8) will two mutual perpendicular planes at bedplate (9) top protect.

The medical bedside walking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a side of the side lever (3) is further rotatably mounted with a handle (4), a side of the handle (4) facing the base (1) is provided with a receiving block (30) fixed with the side lever (3), and when the handle (4) is rotated to a horizontal placement state, the handle (4) abuts against an upper end face of the receiving block (30).

The medical bedside walking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein four legs (15) are further arranged at the bottom of the base (1), the legs (15) are inserted into a limiting sleeve (12) fixed on the base (1) and can slide along the limiting sleeve (12), and rollers (14) are mounted at one ends of the legs (15) far away from the limiting sleeve (12);
two supporting legs (15) along the width direction of the base (1) are fixed through a reinforcing rod (13), and the reinforcing rod (13) is connected with an adjusting mechanism arranged on the base (1).

The medical bedside walking machine according to claim 6, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises at least one bidirectional telescopic rod (25) fixed on the base (1) and arranged along the length direction of the base (1), the movable end of the bidirectional telescopic rod (25) is hinged with an elastic connecting rod (11), and one end of the elastic connecting rod (11) far away from the bidirectional telescopic rod (25) is hinged with the reinforcing rod (13).

A medical bedside walking machine according to claim 6, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises a bidirectional screw rod rotatably mounted on the base (1), one end of the bidirectional screw rod is fixed with an output shaft of a motor mounted on the base (1), two threaded sleeves symmetrical about a perpendicular bisector of a body of the bidirectional screw rod are connected to the bidirectional screw rod in a threaded manner, and the threaded sleeves are connected with the base (1) in a sliding manner and hinged with the reinforcing rod (13) through an elastic connecting rod (11) hinged with the threaded sleeves.
