Example 3
A skin care essence with moisturizing and relieving effects comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of a vine fruit extract, 6 parts of a morinda citrifolia extract, 5 parts of a mint extract, 1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5 part of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.6 part of a preservative, 0.005 part of a spice and 50 parts of deionized water; the thickener is composed of carbomer and gamma-polyglutamic acid according to the weight ratio of 1:0.1; the preservative consists of phenoxyethanol and butylated hydroxytoluene in a weight ratio of 1:1.
The preparation process of the vine fruit extract comprises the following steps: peeling ripe vine fruit and pulp, separating to obtain vine fruit seed, washing vine fruit seed, pulverizing to 100 mesh, adding 80% ethanol according to a feed-liquid ratio of 1:10, ultrasonic extracting at 70deg.C under power of 100W for 20min, maintaining at 60deg.C for 30min, filtering with 0.22 μm filter membrane, collecting filtrate, distilling under reduced pressure, and freeze drying.
The preparation process of the morinda citrifolia extract comprises the following steps: pulverizing dried Morinda citrifolia stems and leaves to 80 mesh, adding 80% ethanol according to a feed-liquid ratio of 1:20, performing ultrasonic extraction at 80deg.C under power of 300W for 10min for 2 times, collecting extractive solution, distilling under reduced pressure, and freeze drying.
The preparation method of the skin care essence with the moisturizing and soothing effects comprises the following steps of:
(1) Adding the extract of the vine fruit, the extract of the morinda citrifolia and the extract of the peppermint into deionized water according to the formula amount, and uniformly stirring and mixing;
(2) Heating the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) to 60 ℃, adding dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, cetostearyl alcohol and a thickening agent, and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(3) Cooling the mixed material in the step (2) to room temperature, adding the preservative and the spice, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 provides a skin care essence with moisturizing and soothing effects, which differs from example 1 in that: the extract of the vine fruit was omitted and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 provides a skin care essence with moisturizing and soothing effects, which differs from example 1 in that: the Morinda citrifolia extract was omitted and the remainder was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 provides a skin care essence with moisturizing and soothing effects, which differs from example 1 in that: the extract of the vine fruit was omitted and the amount of the Morinda citrifolia extract was adjusted to 9 parts, the remainder being the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 provides a skin care essence with moisturizing and soothing effects, which differs from example 1 in that: the Morinda citrifolia extract was omitted and the amount of the extract was adjusted to 9 parts, the remainder being the same as in example 1.
50 volunteers aged 30-40 years were selected, of which 15 men and 35 women were randomly divided into 5 groups of 10 persons each, using the products of example 1, comparative examples 1 to 4, respectively. The subjects evenly spread the corresponding products on the face, and the water content in the skin was measured by using German CK Corneometer CM825 for 0h, 4h, 8h and 12h after the use of the products before the use of the products, respectively, and the change of the skin water content was counted as compared with the water content before the use of the products, as shown in Table 1.

It can be seen from table 1 that the product of example 1 has both the instant moisturizing effect and the long-lasting moisturizing effect superior to those of comparative examples 1 to 4. The instant moisturizing effect of the product was significantly reduced by omitting the extract of the vine fruit in comparative example 1, the moisture content in the skin was reduced with the lapse of time, and the moisture content in the skin was lower than in example 1 at 12 h. The elimination of the Morinda citrifolia extract in comparative example 2, the moisture content in the skin at 0h was lower than in example 1 and higher than in comparative example 1, indicating that the product of comparative example 2 showed superior instant moisturizing effect to the product of comparative example 1 after elimination of the Morinda citrifolia extract, but the moisture content in the skin was significantly reduced over time, with less long-lasting moisturizing effect than in comparative example 1. In comparative examples 3 and 4, the use amount of the remaining components is increased after one of the extract of the vine fruit and the extract of the morinda citrifolia is omitted, so that the instant moisturizing effect and the long-acting moisturizing effect of the extract of the vine fruit and the extract of the morinda citrifolia are lower than those of example 1, and further the synergistic effect of the two components of the extract of the vine fruit and the extract of the morinda citrifolia added in the skin care essence provided by the invention plays the roles of instant moisturizing and long-acting moisturizing, so that the skin care essence has better water locking capability, reduces the evaporation of water in the skin, improves the water content in the skin, further improves the skin elasticity and slows down the skin aging.
Subjects were selected for patch testing in 30 subjects, between 30 and 40 years of age, and half of each male and female, randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 subjects each. About 0.02-0.03g of the products of examples 1-3 were placed in a plaque tester, respectively, and applied to the back of a subject with a medical tape, removed after 24 hours, and skin reactions were observed at 0.5h,24h and 48h, respectively, and the results were recorded according to the skin reactions in the cosmetic safety technical Specification, and the standard is shown in Table 1.

Through observation, the participating subjects do not have adverse reactions (all are negative), which indicates that the skin care essence provided by the invention has mild efficacy and no stimulation to skin.

Claims (5)
1. The skin care essence with the moisturizing and soothing effects is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of a vine fruit extract, 4-6 parts of a morinda citrifolia extract, 1-5 parts of a mint extract, 0.5-1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.3-0.5 part of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of a thickening agent, 0.3-0.6 part of a preservative, 0.001-0.005 part of a spice and 40-50 parts of deionized water;
the preparation process of the vine fruit extract comprises the following steps: peeling ripe vine fruits and pulp, separating to obtain vine fruit seeds, washing the vine fruit seeds, crushing to 100 meshes, adding 80-85% ethanol according to a feed-liquid ratio of 1:5-10, performing ultrasonic extraction for 20-25min at a temperature of 60-70 ℃ and a power of 100-150W, preserving heat for 30min at 60 ℃, filtering with a 0.22 mu m filter membrane, collecting filtrate, performing reduced pressure distillation, and performing freeze drying to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition;
the preparation process of the morinda citrifolia extract comprises the following steps: pulverizing dried Morinda citrifolia stems and leaves to 80 mesh, adding 80-85% ethanol according to a feed liquid ratio of 1:10-20, performing ultrasonic extraction at 70-80deg.C and power of 300-350W for 10-15min for 2-3 times, collecting extractive solution, distilling under reduced pressure, and freeze drying.

The skin care essence with moisturizing and soothing effects as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4 parts of a vine fruit extract, 5 parts of a morinda citrifolia extract, 3 parts of a mint extract, 0.8 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.4 part of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.3 part of a thickening agent, 0.4 part of a preservative, 0.003 part of a spice and 45 parts of deionized water.
3. The skin care essence with moisturizing and soothing effects according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is composed of carbomer and gamma-polyglutamic acid in a weight ratio of 1:0.05-0.1.
4. The skin care essence with moisturizing and soothing effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative is composed of phenoxyethanol and butylated hydroxytoluene in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-1.
5. The method for preparing skin care essence with moisturizing and soothing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) Adding the extract of the vine fruit, the extract of the morinda citrifolia and the extract of the peppermint into deionized water according to the formula amount, and uniformly stirring and mixing;
(2) Heating the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) to 50-60 ℃, adding dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, cetostearyl alcohol and a thickening agent, and continuously stirring until the mixed solution is uniformly mixed;
(3) Cooling the mixed material in the step (2) to room temperature, adding the preservative and the spice, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product.
