本发明公开椎间体融合假体。本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体包括:本体,包括上下开放形成的收容部、上部引导部及下部引导部;移动部件,配置于上述收容部内;螺钉,与上述本体螺纹结合,当旋转时,与上述移动部件形成一体地相对上述本体向前方或后方相对运动;上部板,具有利用上述上部引导部引导的被引导部,与上述移动部件相咬合地配置于上述本体的上部;以及下部板,具有利用上述下部引导部引导的被引导部,与上述移动部件相咬合地配置于上述本体的下部。

Description

椎间体融合假体
技术领域
本发明涉及椎间体融合假体,更详细地涉及插入于去除椎间盘的空间,以确保相邻的椎体之间的间隔的椎间体融合假体。
背景技术
椎间体融合假体为利用于作为椎骨疾病的手术治疗方法的融合术(fusion)的装置。当因疾病或事故而使椎间盘破裂或弱化时,压迫椎骨神经而产生疼痛,这种情况下,去除受损的椎间盘,向去除受损部位的椎间体插入恢复椎骨之间的间隔及前凸(lordosis)并维持的椎间体融合假体,以施行椎骨之间的融合术。
像这样,椎间体融合假体插入于去除退行性椎间盘的椎骨之间的椎间体,以确保为了融合而骨骼生长并进入的空间。并且,椎间体融合假体确保椎体之间的间隔,减轻疼痛,恢复椎骨的稳定性。
以往,多使用聚醚醚酮/钛(PEEK/Titanium)椎间体融合假体。通常,对于聚醚醚酮/钛椎间体融合假体而言,每个产品分别具有规定的大小和高度。因此,事实上,无法恰当地确保根据患者存在差异的椎骨之间的间隔使其适合患者。并且,当患者的椎骨之间的椎间盘空间窄时,难以插入椎间体融合假体。
为了解决这种问题,公开可调节高度的椎间体融合假体,但现有产品具有扩张高度时用于调节高度的结构聚集于内部中心或向一个方向移动并收缩的结构,致使内部空间变窄,存在难以确保填入骨移植材料的空间的问题。并且,当前,当在向椎间体融合假体内填充骨移植材料的状态下移植到患者体内之后,扩张高度时,无法还向扩张的空间填充骨移植材料,这也是被指出的问题。
另一方面,通常,当插入于椎间体时,椎间体融合假体倾斜地插入于身体的冠状面(coronal plane)。但是,以往的椎间体融合假体通常具有左右对称的四角结构,难以推入至呈曲线形状的椎间体最前方。由此形成于椎间体融合假体的上部及下部的龙骨(Keel)无法相对于冠状面水平配置,当椎间体融合时,还引起不稳定性。

发明内容
技术问题
本发明用于解决上述以往技术的问题。
本发明的目的在于,提供插入于椎间体,以确保相邻的椎体之间的间隔,能够以连续的刻度调节其高度,可实现针对患者的融合术,并且,在手术过程中,减轻医生的负担的椎间体融合假体。
本发明的再一目的在于,提供具有适合推入至椎间体最前方的结构,当椎间体融合时,确保物理稳定性的椎间体融合假体。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供可调节高度,在内部有效确保用于填充骨移植材料的空间的椎间体融合假体。
本发明的目的不局限于此,本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员可从以下的记载内容中明确地理解未提及的其他目的。
技术方案
根据本发明的一实施方式,提供椎间体融合假体,上述椎间体融合假体包括:本体,包括上下开放形成的收容部、上部引导部及下部引导部;移动部件,配置于上述收容部的内部;螺钉,与上述本体螺纹结合,当旋转时,与上述移动部件形成一体地相对上述本体向前方或后方相对运动;上部板,具有利用上述上部引导部引导的被引导部,与上述移动部件相咬合地配置于上述本体的上部;以及下部板,具有利用上述下部引导部引导的被引导部,与上述移动部件相咬合地配置于上述本体的下部。
此时,当在上述上部板及上述下部板固定于人体的椎体之间的状态下上述螺钉向单方向旋转时,随着上述本体利用上述螺钉及上述移动部件向前方移动,上述上部板可沿着上述上部引导部向上移动,上述下部板可沿着上述下部引导部向下移动。
并且,上述上部引导部能够以从后方向前方向下倾斜的形态形成于上述本体的上部,上述下部引导部能够以从后方向前方向上倾斜的形态形成于上述本体的下部。
并且,上述本体还可包括形成于前方的螺钉孔,上述螺钉可包括以能够旋转的方式与上述移动部件相结合的头部及与上述螺钉孔螺纹结合的螺纹部。
并且,上述移动部件可被侧壁包围四周,上下开放形成,上述移动部件可包括前方侧壁与上述头部贯通结合的螺纹结合孔。
并且,上述本体还可包括与上述收容部相连通地贯通形成于后方的后方孔,上述移动部件还可包括引导孔,上述引导孔贯通形成于后方侧壁,能够使通过上述后方孔的螺钉旋转工具进入上述头部。

发明的效果
根据本发明的一实施例,能够以连续的刻度调节插入于椎间体的椎间体融合假体的高度,可实现针对患者的融合术,在手术过程中,减轻医生的负担。
并且,通过具有适合推入至椎间体最前方的结构的椎间体融合假体,当椎间体融合时,可确保物理稳定性。
并且,调节椎间体融合假体的高度之后,在其内部也可有效确保用于填充骨移植材料的空间。

以下,参照附图详细说明本发明的实施例,可使本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员容易实施。本发明能够以多种不同的形态实现,不局限于在此说明的实施例。为了明确说明本发明,在图中省略与说明无关的部分,在说明书全文中,对于相同或类似的结构要素,标注相同的附图标记。

图1及图2分别表示俯视本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的立体图和仰视本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的立体图,图3表示本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的俯视图。并且,图4及图5分别表示前视本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的分解立体图和后视本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的分解立体图。
参照图1至图5,本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1包括本体11、移动部件12、螺钉13、上部板14及下部板15。
本体11为配置有移动部件12、螺钉13、上部板14及下部板15的部分。本体11被侧壁包围四周,呈上下开放的框架形态。
在本发明的一实施例中,本体11包括螺钉孔111、收容部112、上部引导部113、下部引导部114、后方孔115及插入器结合部116。
螺钉孔111形成于本体11的前方。螺钉孔111为与螺钉13的螺纹部132相结合的部分,与螺钉13的螺纹部132互补地形成。在本发明的一实施例中,螺钉孔111贯通本体11的前方侧壁形成。
收容部112与螺钉孔111连通地形成于螺钉孔111的后方。收容部112以上下开放的空间形成于本体11的中央。收容部112配置有移动部件12、螺钉13等,本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体插入于患者的椎骨中去除椎间盘的空间之后,可通过收容部112的空余空间填充骨移植材料。
上部引导部113及下部引导部114为分别与上部板14的被引导部142及下部板15的被引导部152相连的部分。如后续中详细说明,当螺钉13向单方向旋转,移动部件12相对本体11向后方相对移动时,上部板14利用上部引导部113被推上,下部板15利用下部引导部114被推下。
在本发明的一实施例中,上部引导部113以从后方向前方向下倾斜的形态形成于本体11的上部,下部引导部114以从后方向前方向上倾斜的形态形成于本体11的下部。即,在本发明的一实施例中,上部引导部113及下部引导部114由相对称的倾斜部形成。
为了上部板14及下部板15顺畅地上下移动,上部引导部113及下部引导部114可形成多个或形成于本体11的两侧面。上部引导部113及下部引导部114左右对称地形成,这在左右平衡方面是优选的。如图4及图5中详细表示,在本发明的一实施例中,上部引导部113及下部引导部114对称地形成于本体11的左右侧壁,在前方及后方分别形成一对。
后方孔115与收容部112相连通地贯通形成于后方。在本发明的一实施例中,后方孔115贯通本体11的后方侧壁形成。本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1插入于手术部位之后,用于螺钉13的旋转的螺钉旋转工具可通过后方孔115进入收容部112内。
并且,后方孔115可发挥与用于本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1插入于人体的手术器械相结合的接口的功能。在本发明的一实施例中,在后方孔115的内周面形成有螺纹,在手术器械的端部与后方孔115螺纹结合的状态下,本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1可插入于患者的椎间空间。
插入器结合部116为结合用于本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1插入于人体的插入器2的部分。在本发明的一实施例中,插入器结合部116由在本体11的两侧壁呈规定的形状的凹槽(recess)形成。通过插入呈与插入器结合部116的凹槽形状相对应的突出形状的插入器2的端部,插入器2的前方可与椎间体融合假体1相结合。
移动部件12配置于收容部112内,当螺钉13旋转时,与螺钉13一同相对本体11向后方或前方相对移动。随着移动部件12相对本体11向后方或前方相对移动,与移动部件12相咬合的上部板14及下部板15上下移动。
在本发明的一实施例中,移动部件12被侧壁包围四周,呈上下开放的形态。移动部件12与螺钉13相结合,随着螺钉13后退或前进,一同后退或前进。
在本发明的一实施例中,移动部件12包括螺纹结合孔121、沟槽122及引导孔123。
螺纹结合孔121形成为在移动部件12的前方侧壁插入结合螺钉13的头部131。螺纹结合孔121呈螺钉13的头部131能够以可旋转的方式结合的形态。通过螺纹结合孔121将移动部件12与螺钉13相结合,当螺钉13旋转时,螺钉13和移动部件12也形成一体地动作。
沟槽122向上下方向形成于移动部件12的两侧方的侧壁。通过向沟槽122插入上部板14的突出部141及下部板15的突出部151,移动部件12与上部板14及下部板15相咬合。
引导孔123贯通形成于移动部件12的后方侧壁。引导孔123提供通过本体11的后方孔115的螺钉旋转工具可进入头部131的路径。
另一方面,在本发明的一实施例中,移动部件12的中央部分由上下开放的空余空间形成,本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体插入于去除椎间盘的患者的椎间空间之后,可在该空间填充骨移植材料。
螺钉13与本体11螺纹结合,当旋转时,与移动部件12形成一体地相对本体11向前方或后方相对运动。当螺钉13向单方向旋转时,螺钉13和移动部件12相对本体11向后方相对运动,当螺钉13向另一方向旋转时,螺钉13和移动部件12相对本体11向前方相对运动。
在本发明的一实施例中,螺钉13包括:头部131,以可旋转的方式与移动部件相结合;以及螺纹部132,与螺钉孔111螺纹结合。
头部131以可旋转的形态与移动部件12的螺纹结合孔121相结合。头部131可与螺纹结合孔121插入结合,利用通过移动部件12的引导孔123进入的螺钉旋转工具旋转。随着头部131与螺纹结合孔121相结合,螺钉13可与移动部件12形成一体地动作。
螺纹部132与本体11的螺钉孔111螺纹结合。在本发明的一实施例中,螺纹部132具有在与螺钉孔111相结合的状态下可在规定范围后退或前进的长度。随着头部131旋转,螺纹部132在与螺钉孔111相咬合的状态下直线动作。
上部板14及下部板15分别配置于本体11的上部及下部。当在上部板14及下部板15固定于患者的椎体之间的状态下螺钉13向单方向旋转时,随着本体11利用螺钉13及移动部件12向前方移动,上部板14沿着上部引导部113向上移动,下部板15沿着下部引导部114向下移动。由此可针对患者改变在椎间体内椎间体融合假体1的高度。
上部板14及下部板15分别包括突出部141、151,上述突出部141、151插入于移动部件12的沟槽122,使上部板14及下部板15与移动部件12相咬合。突出部141、151分别形成于上部板14和下部板15的内侧面。上部板14及下部板15通过突出部141、151与移动部件12相咬合。
并且,上部板14具有利用上部引导部113引导的被引导部142,下部板15具有利用下部引导部114引导的被引导部152。在本发明的一实施例中,上部板14的被引导部142由与上部引导部113互补的倾斜部形成,下部板15的被引导部152由与下部引导部114互补的倾斜部形成。并且,被引导部142、152形成于上部板14及下部板15的内侧面。
换句话说,上部板14具有与上部引导部113互补的被引导部142,与移动部件12相咬合地配置于本体11的上部,下部板15具有与下部引导部114互补的被引导部152,与移动部件12相咬合地配置于本体11的下部。
图6为从侧面表示本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的高度调节过程的图,图7为由纵向截面表示本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的高度调节过程的图。并且,图8为从平面表示本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的高度调节过程的图。
参照图6至图8,说明本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1的高度调节过程。以下说明的椎间体融合假体1的高度调节过程以在椎间体融合假体1插入于患者的椎骨中去除椎间盘的椎间空间,上部板14及下部板15利用椎体固定的状态下进行作为前提。
当在椎间体融合假体1插入于患者的椎骨中去除椎间盘的椎间空间,上部板14及下部板15利用椎体固定的状态下螺钉13向单方向旋转时,后退的力作用于螺钉13和移动部件12。但是,移动部件12与上部板14及下部板15相咬合,因而本体11借助反作用前进。若从另一观点对其进行描述,则随着螺钉13向单方向旋转,螺钉13和移动部件12相对本体11向后方相对移动。
由此与移动部件12相咬合的上部板14沿着上部引导部113向上移动,下部板15沿着下部引导部114向下移动。其结果,上部板14向上移动,下部板15向下移动,以扩张椎间体融合假体1的高度。
像这样,根据本发明的一实施例,能够以连续的刻度调节椎间体融合假体1的上下间隔。由此可容易确保用于椎间体融合假体1的插入及椎体的融合的骨融合空间,实现适合患者的椎体之间的间隔的针对患者的融合术。
并且,根据本发明的一实施例,扩张高度之后,在内部有效确保用于填充骨移植材料的空间。此时,骨移植材料可通过本体11后方的后方孔115及移动部件12的引导孔123注入。
另一方面,上部板14及下部板15分别包括以从一侧方越向另一侧方,就越向前方突出的方式形成于前方的前方倾斜部143、153。并且,上部板14及下部板15形成上下对称。像这样,通过构成上部板14及下部板15,本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1具有当插入于椎间体时适合推入至椎间体最前方的结构。
参照图3,前方倾斜部143、153与前方的水平面形成规定角度(θ)。具体地,当考虑经椎间孔腰椎椎间融合(TLIF,Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion)手术时椎间体融合假体1的插入角度时,前方倾斜部143、153可与前方的水平面形成20°~50°左右的角度,优选地,可形成25°~35°的角度。
图9表示本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1的椎间体S插入状态。参照图9,当手术时,椎间体融合假体1从患者的椎间体S后方向前方插入,椎间体S的前方形成曲线。此时,分别形成于上部板14及下部板15的前方的前方倾斜部143、153使椎间体融合假体1可沿着椎间体S前方的曲线几乎紧贴。由此椎间体融合假体1可有效配置于椎间体S内。具体地,可使前方倾斜部143与患者的冠状面(coronal plane)平行配置。
并且,在本发明的一实施例中,上部板14及下部板15分别包括槽部144、154,以收容在上部板14和下部板15与本体11相结合的状态下贯通螺钉孔111露向前方的螺钉13的螺纹部132,上部板14的槽部144及下部板15的槽部154一同形成贯通孔的形状。
并且,在本发明的一实施例中,上部板14包括与上部板14的前方倾斜部143平行地形成于上部的龙骨部145,下部板15包括与下部板15的前方倾斜部153平行地形成于下部的龙骨部155。具体地,龙骨部144、154可由与前方倾斜部143、153平行地遍及前后方反复出现的凹凸形成。
当将椎间体融合假体1插入于椎间体时,上部板14的龙骨部145嵌入到位于椎间体上部的端板(end plate),下部板15的龙骨部155嵌入到位于椎间体下部的端板,分别向上部板14及下部板15提供固定力。
如上所述,根据本发明的一实施例,前方倾斜部143、153可与患者的冠状面平行地配置,由此与前方倾斜部143、153平行地形成的龙骨部145、155同样也可与患者的冠状面平行地配置,其结果,当固定椎间体融合假体1时,可保持左右的平衡,以确保物理稳定性。
并且,另一方面,在本发明的一实施例中,上部板14及下部板15分别包括向上下方向贯通的窗部146、156。窗部146、156呈上下贯通的形态,提供可实现椎间体融合假体1和椎体之间的骨整合(bone integration)的通道。可顺畅地实现通过窗部146、156移植的椎间体融合假体1和椎体之间的骨整合(bone integration)。
以下,还说明用于移植本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体1的手术器械和利用其的椎间体融合假体1的移植过程。
图10为表示本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体和插入器的结合状态、骨移植材料插管及骨移植材料推送器的图。并且,图11为表示本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的人体插入及骨移植材料的注入过程的图。
参照图10及图11,插入器2为将椎间体融合假体1插入于人体的手术器械,具有向长度方向贯通形成的中空部。如上面所察看,插入器2的前方端部可与椎间体融合假体1的插入器结合部116相结合,椎间体融合假体1可利用插入器2插入于椎间体S。
在椎间体融合假体1插入于椎间体S的状态下,可将骨移植材料插管3插入于插入器2的中空部,注入骨移植材料B。其中,骨移植材料B可以为异体骨、异质骨、脱矿骨、人造骨(synthetic bone)等。
此时,骨移植材料推送器4可插入于骨移植材料插管3内部,将骨移植材料B推向椎间体融合假体1方向。具体地,骨移植材料推送器4具有向骨移植材料插管3的内径以下的外径形成的本体部,可插入于骨移植材料插管3内,将骨移植材料插管3内部的骨移植材料B推向椎间体融合假体1侧。像这样,注入的骨移植材料B可填充本体11及移动部件12内部的空间,促进椎间体的融合。
图12为表示用于本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体的移植过程的锁紧螺丝及锁紧螺丝刀的图。并且,图13为表示本发明一实施例的椎间体融合假体插入于人体,注入骨移植材料之后,结合锁紧螺丝的过程的图。
参照图12及图13,锁紧螺丝5向椎间体融合假体1注入骨移植材料B之后,封闭椎间体融合假体1的后方。更详细地,锁紧螺丝5呈可封闭椎间体融合假体1的后方孔115的形状。锁紧螺丝5可与锁紧螺丝刀6相结合地通过插入器2的中空部向椎间体融合假体1的后方接近,可利用锁紧螺丝刀6紧固于椎间体融合假体1的后方,即后方孔115。
当完成椎间体融合假体1的插入、骨移植材料B的注入及利用锁紧螺丝5的后方孔115的封闭时,从椎间体融合假体1中分离插入器2。接着,可实现手术部位的缝合。
说明本发明的一实施例,但本发明的思想不局限于本说明书中提出的实施例,理解本发明的思想的本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员可在相同思想的范围内通过附加、变更、删除、添加结构要素等容易提议另一实施例,但这也属于本发明的思想范围内。

Claims (14)

1.一种椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,包括:
本体,包括上下开放形成的收容部、上部引导部及下部引导部;
移动部件,配置于上述收容部的内部;
螺钉,与上述本体螺纹结合,当旋转时,与上述移动部件形成一体地相对上述本体向前方或后方相对运动;
上部板,具有利用上述上部引导部引导的被引导部,与上述移动部件相咬合地配置于上述本体的上部;以及
下部板,具有利用上述下部引导部引导的被引导部,与上述移动部件相咬合地配置于上述本体的下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,当在上述上部板及上述下部板固定于人体的椎体之间的状态下上述螺钉向单方向旋转时,随着上述本体利用上述螺钉及上述移动部件向前方移动,上述上部板沿着上述上部引导部向上移动,上述下部板沿着上述下部引导部向下移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,上述上部引导部以从后方向前方向下倾斜的形态形成于上述本体的上部,上述下部引导部以从后方向前方向上倾斜的形态形成于上述本体的下部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,
上述本体还包括形成于前方的螺钉孔,
上述螺钉包括以能够旋转的方式与上述移动部件相结合的头部及与上述螺钉孔螺纹结合的螺纹部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,上述移动部件被侧壁包围四周,上下开放形成,上述移动部件包括前方侧壁与上述头部贯通结合的螺纹结合孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,
上述本体还包括与上述收容部相连通地贯通形成于后方的后方孔,
上述移动部件还包括引导孔,上述引导孔贯通形成于后方侧壁,能够使通过上述后方孔的螺钉旋转工具进入上述头部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,将上述后方孔提供为用于上述椎间体融合假体插入于人体的手术工具的结合接口。
8.根据权利要求1所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,
上述移动部件分别包括向上下方向形成于两侧壁的沟槽,
上述上部板及上述下部板分别包括插入于上述沟槽的突出部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,上述上部引导部及上述下部引导部分别形成于上述本体的两侧面。
10.根据权利要求1所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,上述上部板及上述下部板包括以从一侧方越向另一侧方,就越向前方突出的方式形成于前方的前方倾斜部。
11.根据权利要求10所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,上述上部板及上述下部板形成上下对称。
12.根据权利要求11所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,上述上部板及上述下部板分别包括与上述前方倾斜部平行地形成于上部及下部的龙骨部。
13.根据权利要求1所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,上述上部板及上述下部板分别包括向上下方向贯通的窗部。
14.根据权利要求13所述的椎间体融合假体,其特征在于,上述本体被侧壁包围四周,上下开放形成。
