The mail function is a relatively common function in game application programs, and through the mail function, the game application programs can realize the sending of messages among different game users, the transmission of virtual articles and the like. Illustratively, a first user wants to send a virtual item a to a second user, and the first user sends a virtual item giving-away mail to a server through a corresponding first client, wherein the virtual item giving-away mail includes related information of the virtual item a and related information of a second client corresponding to the second user. The server may send the virtual item presenting mail to the second client according to the related information of the second client included in the virtual item presenting mail after receiving the mail obtaining request sent by the second client, and the second client may pick up the virtual item a according to the related information of the virtual item a included in the virtual item presenting mail after receiving the virtual item presenting mail. In addition, in order to ensure the reliability of mail sending, the existing game application program generally needs to request the mail data from the server after a player logs in the application program and opens a mailbox each time, and when the mail data amount is large, a large amount of time needs to be consumed for transmitting the data, so that the response time is prolonged, and the use experience of a user is influenced.
Based on the technical problem, the method and the device have the advantages that the first mail identification is carried in the mail acquiring request, and then the target mail set meeting the conditions is determined according to the first mail identification, so that the data volume of the mail data requested to the server is reduced, the response time is shortened, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic architecture diagram of an application system of a mail data processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the application system may include: the method includes the server 101 and the first client 102, where the first client 102 may generate a mail obtaining request including a first mail identifier corresponding to a local mail set every preset time, and then may send the mail obtaining request to the server 101. After receiving the mail acquisition request, the server 101 may determine a target mail set meeting the condition according to a first mail identifier in the mail acquisition request, and then send the target mail set to the first client 102, where after receiving the target mail set, the first client 102 may display each target mail in the target mail set.
In addition, the server 101 may obtain the target email set meeting the conditions from the cloud email set when determining the target email set meeting the conditions according to the first email identifier in the email obtaining request. The cloud email set is a set formed by emails sent by the second client 103 to the server 101, or a set formed by emails generated by the server 101 itself according to the game flow, and may also be a set formed by emails sent by the second client 103 to the server 101 and emails generated by the server 101 itself according to the game flow. The cloud email set may be stored in the server 101, or may be stored in the cloud server, which is not limited in detail herein.
Further, the second client 103 may be other clients besides the first client 102, and may have one or more clients. In addition, the first client 102 may also serve as the second client 103 to send a mail to the server 101, so as to obtain a cloud mail set.
The first client 102 and the second client 103 may be devices such as a smart phone, a tablet, a personal computer, or a smart game machine that can run a game application. And the types of the first client 102 and the second client 103 may be the same or different.
The mail data processing method in the embodiment of the application can be operated in local terminal equipment or a cloud interaction system.
The cloud interaction system comprises a cloud server and user equipment and is used for running cloud applications. The cloud applications run separately.
In an alternative embodiment, cloud gaming refers to a cloud computing-based gaming mode. In the running mode of the cloud game, the running main body of the game program and the game picture presenting main body are separated, the storage and the running of the object control method are completed on a cloud game server, and the cloud game client is used for receiving and sending data and presenting the game picture, for example, the cloud game client can be a display device with a data transmission function close to a user side, such as a mobile terminal, a television, a computer, a palm computer and the like; but the cloud game server in the cloud is used for processing game data. When a game is played, a player operates the cloud game client to send an operation instruction to the cloud game server, the cloud game server runs the game according to the operation instruction, data such as game pictures and the like are encoded and compressed, the data are returned to the cloud game client through a network, and finally the data are decoded through the cloud game client and the game pictures are output.
In an alternative embodiment, the local terminal device stores a game program and is used to present a game screen. The local terminal device is used for interacting with the player through a graphical user interface, namely, a game program is downloaded and installed and operated through an electronic device conventionally. The manner in which the local terminal device provides the graphical user interface to the player may include a variety of ways, for example, it may be rendered for display on a display screen of the terminal or provided to the player through holographic projection. For example, the local terminal device may include a display screen for presenting a graphical user interface including a game screen and a processor for running the game, generating the graphical user interface, and controlling display of the graphical user interface on the display screen.
The technical solution of the present application will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a mail data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the method of the present embodiment may be executed by a first client. As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment may include:
s201: and generating a mail acquisition request, wherein the mail acquisition request comprises a first mail identifier corresponding to the local mail set.
In this embodiment, the mail data is not automatically changed after being generated and belongs to static data, so that the mail data can be locally stored at the client as long as the mail data received by the client is consistent with the mail data in the server, and the user does not need to re-acquire the mail data from the server every time the user logs in the game application program, thereby reducing the situation of repeated transmission of the mail data.
Further, in order to keep the mail data stored by the client consistent with the mail data in the server, when a preset condition is reached, the mail data stored locally by the client and the mail data in the server can be synchronized by sending a mail acquisition request to the server and only acquiring the mail data not stored locally by the client, so that the effect of keeping the mail data stored by the client consistent with the mail data in the server is achieved under the condition of reducing the transmission times and the transmission data amount of the mail data. Wherein, the local mail set may include the new mail data and the previously acquired mail data. And if the mail data acquired before the local mail set is empty, indicating that the first client requests the server for the mail data for the first time.
Optionally, the preset condition may be that a mail obtaining request is generated every preset time, or a mail obtaining request is generated in response to a touch operation performed by a user on the update control. It may also be the time that the user logs into the gaming application.
S202: and sending the mail acquisition request to a server so that the server determines a target mail set meeting the conditions according to the first mail identification in the mail acquisition request.
In this embodiment, after receiving a mail obtaining request sent by a client, a server may determine a target mail set meeting a condition according to a first mail identifier included in the mail obtaining request.
Alternatively, the specific meaning of the first mail identification representation may be different. For example, the first mail identifier may represent the total number of mails contained in the local mail set, and may also represent time information corresponding to a mail that is newly acquired in the local mail set, where the time information may be a mail generation time, a mail receiving time, and the like. And updating the local mail set corresponding to the first mail identification with different meanings in different modes.
S203: and receiving a target mail set sent by the server, and updating the local mail set according to the target mail set.
In this embodiment, after determining the target mail set, the server may send the target mail set to the first client. After receiving the target mail set, the first client can update the local mail set according to the target mail set, and during updating, the integrity of the mail data can be judged through the first mail identifier, and the local mail set is updated in different updating modes according to the judgment result of the integrity of the mail data. In addition, the specific meaning of the first mail identification may be different, and correspondingly, the updating manner of the local mail set is also different.
In an implementation manner, if a first mail identifier indicates a total number of mails included in the local mail set, where the target mail set includes at least one target mail, and each target mail includes a target mail number, the updating the local mail set according to the target mail set may specifically include:
and sequencing the target mails according to the numbers of the target mails in the target mail set to obtain a sequenced target mail set, wherein the numbers of the target mails in the sequenced target mail set are sequentially increased.
And updating the local mail set according to the first mail identification and the ordered target mail set.
Specifically, the first mail identifier may represent the total number of mails included in the local mail set, for example, if the total number of mails included in the local mail set is 5, the first mail identifier is 5. The target e-mails are collected into one or more qualified target e-mails, and each target e-mail contains a corresponding target e-mail number. The target mail number corresponding to each target mail is determined according to the number of mails existing in the server when the target mail is generated. For example, when the target mail is generated, if the number of existing mails in the server is 8, the target mail number corresponding to the target mail is 9.
In addition, after the first client receives the target mail set returned by the server, the target mails can be sequenced according to the target mail numbers of the target mails in the target mail set, so that the target mail set with the numbers sequentially increasing is obtained, and the efficiency of subsequently updating the local mail set is improved. Illustratively, the target mail set may include 4 target mails B1, B2, B3, and B4, where target mail number corresponding to target mail B1 is 6, target mail number corresponding to target mail B2 is 8, target mail number corresponding to target mail B3 is 9, and target mail number corresponding to target mail B4 is 7. After receiving the target mail set including 4 target mails B1, B2, B3, and B4 returned by the server, the first client may sort the target mail set according to a rule whose number is sequentially increased to obtain sorted target mail sets B1, B4, B2, and B3.
After the sorted target mail set is obtained, the local mail set may be updated according to the first mail identifier and the sorted target mail set.
Further, updating the local mail set according to the first mail identifier and the ordered target mail set may specifically include:
and acquiring the mail number of the first target mail in the sorted target mail set.
And judging whether the first mail identification is continuous with the mail number of the first target mail.
And if the first mail identification is continuous with the mail number of the first target mail, judging whether the mail numbers corresponding to the target mails in the sorted target mail set are continuous.
And if the mail numbers corresponding to the target mails in the sorted target mail sets are continuous, updating the local mail set according to the sorted target mail sets, and updating the first mail identification according to the number of the target mails in the target mail sets to obtain a second mail identification.
Specifically, after the sorted target mail set is obtained, the mail number of the first target mail in the target mail set is the minimum mail number in the target mail set. Correspondingly, whether the mail numbers of the first mail identifier and the first target mail are continuous or not can be judged, and if the mail numbers of the first mail identifier and the first target mail are continuous, the first target mail in the target mail set and the mail in the local mail set local to the first client side are continuous. Whether the mail numbers corresponding to the target mails in the ordered target mail set are continuous or not can be continuously judged, if the mail numbers corresponding to the target mails in the ordered target mail set are continuous, the target mails in the target mail set are complete and have no loss, the local mail set can be updated according to the ordered target mail set, and the first mail identification is updated according to the number of the target mails in the target mail set to obtain the second mail identification.
Optionally, the method may further include:
and if the first mail identification is not continuous with the mail number of the first target mail, judging whether the number of times of sending the mail acquisition request exceeds a preset number threshold value.
And if the number of times does not exceed the threshold value, re-executing the steps of sending the mail acquisition request to the server and the following steps.
Specifically, if the first mail identifier is not consecutive to the mail number of the first target mail, it indicates that the first target mail in the target mail set is not consecutive to the mail in the local mail set local to the first client, and the target mail set needs to be obtained from the server again. In addition, in order to avoid the situation that an existing target mail set is repeatedly acquired all the time due to network failure and the like, but a new target mail cannot be always acquired, a time threshold value may be preset, when the first mail identification is not continuous with the mail number of the first target mail, it is first determined whether the number of times of sending the mail acquisition request exceeds a preset time threshold value, and if the number of times of sending the mail acquisition request does not exceed the time threshold value, the sending of the mail acquisition request may be re-executed to the server, so that the server determines a target mail set meeting the conditions according to the first mail identification in the mail acquisition request, then receives the target mail set sent by the server, and updates the local mail set according to the target mail set. If the number of times exceeds the threshold value, a mail data acquisition failure prompt can be directly generated to remind operation and maintenance personnel to check related equipment in time, and the timeliness of receiving mails by the client side is improved. Illustratively, the number threshold may be set to any value from 3-5 times.
Optionally, the method may further include:
and if the mail number corresponding to each target mail in the sorted target mail set is not continuous, acquiring the target mail corresponding to the mail number continuous with the first mail identifier from the target mail set to obtain a target mail subset.
And updating the local mail set according to the target mail subset, and updating the first mail identification according to the number of the target mails in the target mail subset to obtain a third mail identification.
And generating a new mail acquisition request according to the third mail identifier, and sending the new mail acquisition request to a server so that the server determines a new target mail set meeting the conditions according to the third mail identifier in the new mail acquisition request.
Specifically, if the first mail identifier is continuous with the mail number of the first target mail in the ordered target mail set, but the mail numbers corresponding to the target mails in the ordered target mail set are not continuous, it is indicated that the first target mail in the target mail set is continuous with the mails in the local mail set local to the first client, but the target mails in the target mail set are incomplete and missing, the target mails corresponding to the mail numbers continuous with the first mail identifier may be obtained from the target mail set to obtain the target mail subset, then the local mail set is updated according to the target mail subset, and the first mail identifier is updated according to the number of the target mails in the target mail subset to obtain the third mail identifier.
In addition, after the third mail identifier is obtained, a new mail obtaining request may be generated according to the third mail identifier, and the new mail obtaining request is sent to the server, and after the server receives the new mail obtaining request, a new target mail set meeting the conditions may be determined according to the third mail identifier included in the new mail obtaining request. After generating the new target mail set, the server may send the new target mail set to the first client, and the first client may renew the local mail set according to the new target mail set.
Optionally, the target email set sent by the server to the first client may also be continuous, that is, the target emails in the target email set are incomplete and have a deletion. When the server does not send the target mail set to the first client, whether the target mail in the target mail set is complete or not is judged locally, and if the target mail in the target mail set is complete, the target mail set can be sent to the first client. If the target mails in the target mail set are incomplete, the mails are lost, the prompt is not sent for the moment, whether the target mails in the target mail set are complete or not is judged again every other preset time, and the target mail set is sent to the first client side when the target mails in the target mail set are complete.
In addition, the target mail set sent by the server to the first client may be continuous or discontinuous. After receiving the target mail set, the first client may not sort each target mail in the target mail set, directly select a minimum mail number in the target mail set, then judge whether the first mail identifier is continuous with the minimum mail number, if the first mail identifier is continuous with the minimum mail number, store the target mail corresponding to the minimum mail number in the local mail set, and update the first mail identifier according to the minimum mail number to obtain a new first mail identifier. Then, a second smallest target mail number (that is, one bit larger than the smallest mail number) may be selected from the target mail set, and whether the new first mail identification is consecutive to the second smallest target mail number is determined, if the new first mail identification is consecutive to the smallest mail number, the target mail corresponding to the second smallest target mail number may be stored in the local mail set, and the first mail identification may be updated again according to the second smallest target mail number to obtain a new first mail identification, and the above steps may be repeated until the target mail in the target mail set is determined to be completed. If the first mail identifier is not continuous with the target mail number in the judgment process, the mail acquisition request can be regenerated based on the currently determined first mail identifier, and the mail acquisition request is sent to the server, so that the server can re-determine a target mail set meeting the conditions according to the mail acquisition request and send the re-determined target mail set to the first client, and after receiving the target mail set, the first client can acquire a new minimum mail number and re-execute the process of judging whether the first mail identifier is continuous with the minimum mail number.
For example, fig. 3 is an application schematic diagram of a local mail set updating method provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in a in fig. 3 a, a local mail set of a first client includes three mails C1, C2, and C3, a first mail identifier is 3, a cloud mail set in a server includes 7 mails, and may include B1, B2, B3, and B4 that are not sent to the first client, in addition to C1, C2, and C3 that have already been sent to the first client, where a mail number corresponding to C1 is 1, a mail number corresponding to C2 is 2, a mail number corresponding to C3 is 3, a mail number corresponding to B1 is 4, a mail number corresponding to B2 is 5, a mail number corresponding to B3 is 6, and a mail number corresponding to B4 is 7. As shown in B in fig. 3, after receiving the mail obtaining request sent by the first client and containing the first mail identifier 3, the server may generate a target mail set containing four target mails B1, B2, B3, and B4 according to the first mail identifier 3, and may then send the target mail set to the first client. After receiving the target mail set, the first client may first determine whether the target mail numbers corresponding to the target mails in the target mail set are consecutive, and the target mail numbers of the four target mails B1, B2, B3, and B4 in this embodiment are consecutive, so that no additional sorting is required. Then, it may be determined whether the first mail identification is consecutive to the target mail number corresponding to the first target mail in the target mail set, that is, whether the first mail identification 3 is consecutive to the target mail number corresponding to target mail B1, and the target mail number corresponding to B1 is 4, and therefore, it may be determined that the first mail identification 3 is consecutive to the target mail number corresponding to target mail B1. And if the target mail numbers corresponding to the target mails in the target mail set are also continuous, the sorted target mail set may be stored locally at the first client, that is, the local mail set locally at the first client is updated, and the first mail identifier is updated to 7.
Optionally, the number of the target emails contained in the target email set may also be zero, that is, the emails in the first client and the emails in the server are locally the same, and there are no emails that need to be updated, and the server may send a no-email update prompt to the first client to remind the user that there is no new email. The first client may also resend the mail acquisition request to the server when a preset condition is reached, so that the server redetermines the target mail set according to the mail acquisition request.
In another implementation manner, if a first mail identifier indicates time information corresponding to a mail that is newly acquired in the local mail set, where the target mail set includes at least one target mail, and each target mail includes time information corresponding to the target mail, the updating the local mail set according to the target mail set may specifically include:
and sequencing the target mails according to the time information corresponding to the target mails in the target mail set to obtain a sequenced target mail set.
And updating the local mail set according to the first mail identification and the ordered target mail set.
Specifically, the time information corresponding to the target mails may be the generation time or the receiving time of the target mails, and the target mails in the target mail set may be sorted according to the sequence of the generation time or the receiving time of the target mails, so as to obtain the target mail set sorted according to the rule that the time is from the latest to the earliest, that is, the generation time or the receiving time of the first target mail in the sorted target mail set is the latest, and the generation time or the receiving time of the last target mail in the target mail set is the earliest. The local mail set may then be updated based on the first mail identification and the sorted target mail set. Correspondingly, the first mail identifier represents the generation time or the receiving time corresponding to the newly acquired mail in the local mail set, and then it may be determined whether the generation time of the first target mail in the target mail set is later than the first mail identifier (or whether the receiving time of the first target mail is later than the first mail identifier), and if so, the ordered target mail set may be directly stored locally to the first client, that is, the local mail set local to the first client is updated.
After the scheme is adopted, the mail acquisition request can be generated at the first client, wherein the mail acquisition request comprises the first mail identification corresponding to the local mail set, then the mail acquisition request can be sent to the server, so that the server determines the target mail set meeting the conditions according to the first mail identification in the mail acquisition request, then receives the target mail set sent by the server, updates the local mail set according to the target mail set, and reduces the times and data quantity of mail data request to the server and the response time length by carrying the first mail identification in the mail acquisition request and then determining the target mail set meeting the conditions according to the first mail identification, thereby improving the use experience of the user.
Based on the method of fig. 2, some specific embodiments of the method are also provided in the examples of this specification, which are described below.
In addition, in another embodiment, after the receiving the target mail set sent by the server and updating the local mail set according to the target mail set, the method may further include:
and displaying the updated local mail set according to a preset new mail display style.
And responding to touch operation acting on any local target mail in the updated local mail set, acquiring target mail data corresponding to the local target mail, and displaying the target mail data corresponding to the local target mail in a display interface.
In this embodiment, after the local mail set is updated according to the target mail set, in order to remind the user that there is new updated mail data, the updated local mail set may be displayed according to a preset new mail display style. For example, the preset display style may be to display the number of unread mails for the user, and simultaneously display part of data of each unread target mail in a mail list manner, where the part of data may be sender information, mail subject, and the like. The user can touch any unread local target mail according to actual requirements, and the client can acquire target mail data corresponding to the local target mail according to touch operation and display the target mail data corresponding to the local target mail in the display interface. For example, the touch operation may be a single-click operation, a double-press operation, a long-press operation, or the like. By the embodiment, the user is timely reminded of checking the unread mails, and convenience and timeliness of checking the mails by the user are improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a mail data processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, where the method of this embodiment may be executed by a server. As shown in fig. 4, the method of this embodiment may include:
s401: and receiving a mail acquisition request sent by a first client, wherein the mail acquisition request comprises a first mail identifier corresponding to a local mail set.
In this embodiment, after generating the mail obtaining request including the first mail identifier, the first client may send the mail obtaining request including the first mail identifier to the server. The first mail identifier may represent the total number of mails included in the local mail set, and may also represent time information corresponding to a mail that is newly acquired in the local mail set.
S402: and determining a target mail set meeting the conditions according to the first mail identification in the mail acquisition request, and sending the target mail set to the first client so that the first client updates the local mail set according to the target mail set.
In this embodiment, after receiving the mail obtaining request, the server may determine a qualified target mail set according to the first mail identifier included in the mail obtaining request. The content represented by the first mail identifier may be different, and the corresponding manner of determining the eligible target mail set according to the first mail identifier is also different.
In an implementation manner, the determining, according to the first mail identifier in the mail acquisition request, a target mail set meeting a condition may specifically include:
and acquiring a target cloud mail with a mail number larger than the first mail identifier from the cloud mail set to obtain a target mail set. The cloud email set is a set formed by emails sent to the server by the second client and/or a set formed by emails generated by the server according to the business process.
Specifically, the first mail identifier represents the total number of mails included in the local mail set, for example, if the total number of mails included in the local mail set is 5, the first mail identifier is 5. And then, a target cloud mail with a mail number larger than the first mail identifier can be obtained from the cloud mail set to obtain a target mail set. The cloud email set may be a set formed by emails sent by a second client (other clients except the first client) to the server, or a set formed by emails generated by the server according to the business process, or may be a set formed by emails sent by the second client to the server and a set formed by emails generated by the server according to the business process.
In another implementation manner, the determining, by the first mail identifier in the mail acquisition request, a target mail set meeting a condition according to the first mail identifier may specifically include:
and acquiring a target cloud email with time information later than the first email identifier from the cloud email set to obtain a target email set.
Specifically, the time information may be a generation time or a receiving time of the target email, for example, the time information may be a receiving time when the target email is sent from the second client to the server, and then the target cloud email with the time information later than the first email identifier may be obtained from the cloud email set to obtain the target email set. The cloud email set is a set formed by emails sent to the server by the second client and/or a set formed by emails generated by the server according to the business process.
For example, the first mail identifier may be 30 minutes 59 seconds at 08 o 'clock 11/25/2021, and the target cloud mail with time information 30 minutes 59 seconds later than at 08 o' clock 11/25/2021 may be acquired from the cloud mail set, so as to obtain the target mail set.
After the scheme is adopted, when the first client requests the mail data from the server, only the target mail set meeting the conditions is returned, all the mail data do not need to be returned to the first client every time, the data volume of mail data transmission is reduced, meanwhile, the response time is also reduced, and further the use experience of a user is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a mail data processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the embodiment may include:
the first client generates a mail acquisition request containing the first mail identifier and then sends the mail acquisition request to the server.
