2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic report includes a plurality of video templates, and wherein generating an electronic report based on the base information, the preoperative examination information, and the operative image information comprises:
intercepting a plurality of first characteristic images in the operation video according to a preset strategy;
extracting the features of the first feature images, and judging the type of the operation according to the extracted feature information;
calling a video template corresponding to the operation category;
and processing the operation video through the called video template to obtain the operation video displayed by the electronic report.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the surgery video corresponds to a plurality of time stamp information, the time stamp information being used to mark event nodes of the surgery video; the intercepting of the plurality of first characteristic images in the surgery video according to the preset strategy comprises the following steps:
acquiring timestamp information corresponding to an event node for judging the type of the operation;
intercepting a first video clip from the surgery video based on the acquired timestamp information;
dividing the first video segment according to equal time intervals to obtain a plurality of first video segments;
at least one first feature image is captured on each first video segment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein processing the surgical video through the invoked video template to obtain a surgical video presented in an electronic report comprises:
acquiring a plurality of video sub-templates in the video template, wherein each video sub-template corresponds to an event node;
for any video sub-template, acquiring timestamp information corresponding to the video sub-template;
intercepting a second video clip corresponding to the video sub-template from the operation video based on the acquired timestamp information;
and processing the intercepted second video clip through the video sub-template to obtain the second video clip displayed by the electronic report.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic report includes an order area, the generating an electronic report based on the basic information, the preoperative examination information, and the operative image information comprising:
acquiring medical advice text information of a doctor;
extracting medical terms in the medical order text information;
adding hyperlinks of the medical terms and corresponding link target addresses in the order text information;
and displaying the medical advice text information added with the hyperlink in the medical advice area.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the electronic report further includes a surgical conclusion area, the method further comprising:
acquiring timestamp information corresponding to an event node for acquiring a surgical conclusion;
intercepting a third video clip from the surgery video based on the acquired timestamp information;
dividing the third video segment according to equal time intervals to obtain a plurality of second video segments;
intercepting at least one second characteristic image on each second video segment;
selecting an optimal characteristic image for showing the position of the focus of the patient from a plurality of second characteristic images;
analyzing the optimal characteristic image of the patient focus position and the patient focus examination image based on an image recognition algorithm to obtain an operation conclusion;
displaying the surgical conclusion in the surgical conclusion area.
7. An electronic report generating device based on operation video is characterized by comprising,
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring basic information and preoperative examination information of a patient, and the preoperative examination information comprises an examination image of a focus of the patient;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring operation image information in an operation process, wherein the operation image information comprises an operation video;
a generating module for generating an electronic report based on the basic information, the preoperative examination information and the operative image information.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and that executes the method according to any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which executes a method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
