in the embodiment, when a first reservation request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is detected, first reservation information of the visitor is acquired to generate a first access application; acquiring first health state information associated with the first reservation request from a health code platform of preset communication based on the first access application; if the first health state information is that the visitor is in a health state and the interviewee is in the health state, sending a first access application to the interviewee terminal of the interviewee for the interviewee to confirm; when detecting that the visited person agrees with the first access application, confirming and storing first reserved access and the first health state information corresponding to the first access application, and sending first confirmation information that the visited person agrees with the first access application to the visiting terminal; and if the first health state information is that the visitor is not in a health state or the visitor is not in a health state, generating first application failure information of the first access application, and sending the first application failure information to the visitor terminal. When the visitor initiatively applies for the visit, the visitor and the visited person can finish the reservation process by themselves and finish the health status verification by themselves, so that the method lays a foundation for further saving the time of the visitor and the visited person and improving the safety.
Further, in another embodiment of the visitor management method of the present invention, the step of obtaining the identity information of the visitor and the target health status information associated with the visiting request based on the visiting request when the visiting request sent by the visiting terminal of the visitor is received comprises:
step A1, when a second reservation request sent by the visited terminal of the visited person is detected, obtaining second reservation information of the visited person to generate a second access application;
step A2, based on the second access application, obtaining second health status information associated with the second reservation request from a health code platform of preset communication;
step A3, if the second health status information is that the visitor is in a health status and the interviewee is in a health status, sending a second access application to the visitor terminal of the visitor for the visitor to confirm;
step A4, when detecting that the visitor agrees with the second access application, confirming and storing a second reserved access and the second health status information corresponding to the second access application, and sending second confirmation information of the visitor agreeing with the second access application to the visited terminal;
step A5, if the second health status information is that the visitor is not in a health status, or the visitor is not in a health status, generating second application failure information of the second access application, and sending the second application failure information to the visited terminal.
In the embodiment, the interviewee is actively applied for visiting the interviewee in a certain time period by the interviewee.

Namely, after the visitor confirms through the software (WeChat public number) of the visiting terminal, the platform confirms as the effective reservation visit, stores the effective reservation visit information this time, and pushes the second confirmation information to the visitor. And if the second health state information is that the visitor is not in a health state or the interviewee is not in a health state, generating second application failure information of the second access application and sending the second application failure information to the interviewee terminal.
In the embodiment, when a second reservation request sent by a visited terminal of a visited person is detected, second reservation information of the visited person is acquired to generate a second access application; acquiring second health state information associated with the second reservation request from a health code platform of preset communication based on the second access application; if the second health state information indicates that the visitor is in a health state and the interviewee is in the health state, sending a second access application to the visiting terminal of the visitor for the visitor to confirm; when detecting that the visitor agrees with the second access application, confirming and storing a second reserved access and the second health state information corresponding to the second access application, and sending second confirmation information of the visitor agreeing with the second access application to the visited terminal; and if the second health state information is that the visitor is not in a health state or the interviewee is not in a health state, generating second application failure information of the second access application and sending the second application failure information to the interviewee terminal. According to the method and the system, when the interviewee actively applies for the interview, the interviewee and the interviewee can finish the appointment process by self, and the health state verification is finished by self, so that a foundation is laid for further saving the time of the interviewee and the visitor and improving the safety.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the visitor management method of the present invention, a fourth embodiment of the visitor management method is provided, in which in the fourth embodiment, the identity information includes a WeChat identity, a visiting time, and a corresponding access control address.
In the application, based on the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access control address of the visitor, the corresponding first reservation access and the second reservation access are matched, when the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access control address are completely the same as or consistent with any reservation information in the first reservation access and the second reservation access, the matching is successful, the visitor has the visitor permission, and when the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access control address are not completely the same as or not completely consistent with the reservation information in the first reservation access and are not completely the same as or not completely consistent with the reservation information in the second reservation access, the matching is failed, and the visitor does not have the visitor permission.
In the embodiment, the WeChat identity, the visiting time and the corresponding access control address of the visitor are obtained based on the visiting request; matching corresponding reserved access based on the WeChat identity, the access time and the corresponding access control address, wherein the reserved access comprises a first reserved access and a second reserved access; when the matching is successful, the visitor has visitor authority; when the matching fails, the visitor does not have guest privileges. The safety of the visitor can be improved because the right of the visitor is accurately inquired.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the visitor management method of the present invention, in a fifth embodiment of the visitor management method, the step of sending the visiting scene information to the visited terminal of the visited person includes:
step B1, when detecting that the visitor ends the visitor, acquiring the ending time when the visitor ends;
and step B2, completely recording and storing the visiting time, the ending time, the access control address and the WeChat identity of the visitor.
In this embodiment, when a visitor starts, that is, when it is detected that a visitor visits, the visitor's visiting time is recorded, a picture of the visitor is obtained, the ending time when the visitor ends is obtained, the picture when the visitor ends visiting is obtained, the visiting time, the ending time, the access control address and the visitor's visiting picture of the visitor are obtained, and the ending visiting picture and the identity information of the visitor are correspondingly stored.
In the embodiment, when the visitor is detected to end the visitor, the ending time when the visitor is ended is obtained; and completely recording and storing the visiting time, the ending time, the access control address and the WeChat identity of the visitor. Therefore, the access records of the visitor and the visited person can be provided for subsequent inquiry, the safety of visitor management is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the visitor management method of the present invention, a sixth embodiment of the visitor management method is provided, where in the sixth embodiment, the steps of obtaining the visiting information of the visitor and sending the visiting information to the visited terminal of the visitor include:
and if the alarm request sent by the visited terminal is detected, generating alarm information.
When an alarm request sent by the visited terminal is detected, alarm information is generated, the alarm information can be in a voice form, and after the alarm information is generated, the visitor management system can automatically connect a municipal alarm system to give an alarm.
In this embodiment, the alarm information is generated by detecting an alarm request sent by the visited terminal. Thus further improving the security performance of guest management.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic device structure diagram of a hardware operating environment related to the method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The visitor management device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a PC, or may be a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet PC, an electronic book reader, an MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, mpeg compression standard Audio Layer 3) player, an MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, mpeg compression standard Audio Layer 4) player, a portable computer, or the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the guest management apparatus may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a memory 1005, and a communication bus 1002. The communication bus 1002 is used for realizing connection communication between the processor 1001 and the memory 1005. The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Optionally, the visitor management device may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, RF (Radio Frequency) circuitry, a sensor, audio circuitry, a WiFi module, and so on. The user interface may comprise a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional user interface may also comprise a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface).
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the guest management device structure shown in figure 3 does not constitute a limitation of the guest management device and may include more or less components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 3, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include an operating system, a network communication module, and a guest management program therein. The operating system is a program that manages and controls the guest management device hardware and software resources, supporting the operation of the guest management program as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used to enable communication between the various components within the memory 1005, as well as with other hardware and software in the guest management device.
In the guest management device shown in fig. 3, the processor 1001 is configured to execute a guest management program stored in the memory 1005, implementing the steps of:
when a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is received, acquiring identity information of the visitor and target health state information associated with the visiting request based on the visiting request, and inquiring whether the visitor has visitor permission or not based on the identity information and the target health state information;
when the visitor is detected to have visitor rights, sending a door opening instruction to an access control subsystem corresponding to the visiting request so that the visitor can enter the access control;
and when detecting that the visitor enters the access control, acquiring visiting scene information of the visitor and sending the visiting scene information to a visited terminal of the visitor.
Optionally, when receiving a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor, the step of obtaining identity information of the visitor and target health status information associated with the visiting request based on the visiting request includes:
when a first reservation request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is detected, acquiring first reservation information of the visitor to generate a first access application;
acquiring first health state information associated with the first reservation request from a health code platform of preset communication based on the first access application;
if the first health state information is that the visitor is in a health state and the interviewee is in the health state, sending a first access application to the interviewee terminal of the interviewee for the interviewee to confirm;
when detecting that the visited person agrees with the first access application, confirming and storing first reserved access and the first health state information corresponding to the first access application, and sending first confirmation information that the visited person agrees with the first access application to the visiting terminal;
and if the first health state information indicates that the visitor is not in a health state or the visitor is not in a health state, generating first application failure information of the first access application, and sending the first application failure information to the visiting terminal.
Optionally, when receiving a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor, the step of obtaining identity information of the visitor and target health status information associated with the visiting request based on the visiting request includes:
when a second reservation request sent by a visited terminal of a visited person is detected, second reservation information of the visited person is obtained to generate a second access application;
acquiring second health state information associated with the second reservation request from a health code platform of preset communication based on the second access application;
if the second health state information indicates that the visitor is in a health state and the interviewee is in the health state, sending a second access application to the visiting terminal of the visitor for the visitor to confirm;
when detecting that the visitor agrees with the second access application, confirming and storing a second reserved access and the second health state information corresponding to the second access application, and sending second confirmation information of the visitor agreeing with the second access application to the visited terminal;
and if the second health state information is that the visitor is not in a health state or the interviewee is not in a health state, generating second application failure information of the second access application and sending the second application failure information to the interviewee terminal.
Optionally, when receiving a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor, the step of acquiring, based on the visiting request, identity information of the visitor and target health status information associated with the visiting request, and querying, based on the identity information and the target health status information, whether the visitor has a visitor right includes:
when a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is received, acquiring identity information of the visitor based on the visiting request;
based on the identity information of the visitor, inquiring target health state information associated with the visiting request through a health code platform with preset communication;
and if the target health state information indicates that the visitor is in a healthy state and the interviewee is in a healthy state, the visitor has visitor permission.
Optionally, the step of querying, by a health code platform in preset communication, target health status information associated with the visit request based on the identity information of the visitor is followed by:
if the visitor is not in a healthy state or the interviewee is not in a healthy state, generating prompt information that the visitor does not have visitor permission;
and sending the prompt information to the visiting terminal and the visited terminal.
Optionally, the identity information includes a WeChat identity, an identification number, a visiting time and a corresponding access control address.
Optionally, the step of obtaining the visiting information of the visitor and sending the visiting information to the visited terminal of the visitor when it is detected that the visitor enters the entrance guard includes:
when detecting that the visitor successfully enters the entrance guard, generating corresponding entrance information;
receiving a shot visitor picture sent by an access control subsystem;
and sending the access information of the visitor and the picture of the visitor as the access information to the visited terminal of the visited person.
The specific implementation of the visitor management device of the present invention is basically the same as that of the above visitor management method, and is not described herein again.
The invention provides a visitor management system, which comprises: the access control subsystem and the visitor management equipment for realizing the visitor management method.
The specific implementation of the visitor management system of the present invention is substantially the same as the above-mentioned embodiments of the visitor management method, and is not described herein again.
The present invention provides a computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs further executable by one or more processors for:
when a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is received, acquiring identity information of the visitor and target health state information associated with the visiting request based on the visiting request, and inquiring whether the visitor has visitor permission or not based on the identity information and the target health state information;
when the visitor is detected to have visitor rights, sending a door opening instruction to an access control subsystem corresponding to the visiting request so that the visitor can enter the access control;
and when detecting that the visitor enters the access control, acquiring visiting scene information of the visitor and sending the visiting scene information to a visited terminal of the visitor.
The specific implementation of the computer-readable storage medium of the present invention is substantially the same as the embodiments of the guest management method, and is not described herein again.

Claims (8)
1. A method for visitor management, the method comprising:
when a visiting request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is received, acquiring identity information of the visitor based on the visiting request;
based on the identity information of the visitor, inquiring target health state information associated with the visiting request through a health code platform with preset communication;
if the target health state information indicates that the visitor is in a healthy state, the visitor has visitor permission;
if the visitor is not in a healthy state or the interviewee is not in a healthy state, generating prompt information that the visitor does not have visitor permission;
and sending the prompt information to the visiting terminal and/or the visited terminal.
2. The visitor management method according to claim 1, wherein said step of obtaining the identity information of the visitor based on the request for visiting, when receiving the request for visiting sent by the visitor's visiting terminal, comprises:
when a first reservation request sent by a visiting terminal of a visitor is detected, acquiring first reservation information of the visitor to generate a first access application;
acquiring first health state information associated with the first reservation request from a health code platform of preset communication based on the first access application;
if the first health state information is that the visitor is in a health state, sending a first access application to a visited terminal of the visitor for the visitor to confirm;
when detecting that the visited person agrees with the first access application, confirming and storing first reserved access and the first health state information corresponding to the first access application, and sending first confirmation information that the visited person agrees with the first access application to the visiting terminal;
and if the first health state information is that the visitor is not in a health state or the visitor is not in a health state, generating first application failure information of the first access application, and sending the first application failure information to the visitor terminal.
3. Guest management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the visitor having guest permissions is followed by further comprising:
when the visitor is detected to have visitor rights, sending a door opening instruction to an access control subsystem corresponding to the visiting request so that the visitor can enter the access control;
and when detecting that the visitor enters the access control, acquiring visiting scene information of the visitor and sending the visiting scene information to a visited terminal of the visitor.
4. The visitor management method of claim 1 wherein the identity information includes a WeChat identity, an identification number, a time of visit, and a corresponding access address.
5. The guest management method of claim 1, wherein the guest management method further comprises:
when detecting that the visitor successfully accesses the entrance guard, generating corresponding access information;
receiving a shot visitor picture sent by an access control subsystem;
and sending the access information of the visitor and the picture of the visitor as the access information to the visited terminal of the visitor.
6. A guest management system, comprising: an access subsystem, a health code platform and a visitor management device implementing the visitor management method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A guest management device, characterized in that the guest management device comprises: a memory, a processor, a communication bus, and a guest hypervisor stored on the memory:
the communication bus is used for realizing connection communication between the processor and the memory;
the processor is adapted to execute the guest management program to carry out the steps of the guest management method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A computer readable storage medium, having stored thereon a guest management program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the guest management method of any one of claims 1-5.
