step 303: normally viewing the reservation list;
step 304: modifying the reservation record;
step 305: judging whether the modification conditions are met, and if not, prompting the user that the modification cannot be carried out; if yes, go to step 306;
step 306: modifying and submitting;
step 307: canceling the reservation recording;
step 308: judging whether a cancellation condition is met; if not, prompting the user that the user can not cancel; if not, go to step 309;
step 309: select primary cancel record and confirm the cancel.
After entering the nucleic acid reservation detection module (for example, through the healthcare APP), the reservation recording query function can show that the user has reserved a successful record, and the user can check and modify the reservation state and store the personal information code.
1) Reservation recording query
The user can see the historical reservation information of the user and the information reserved for other people by entering the reservation record inquiry module.
2) Personal information code
And the user generates the personal information code after the reservation is successful, the two-dimensional code rule is consistent with the report code rule of the current Jingxin of the health treasure, and the character string encrypted by the identity card number is used as the unique identifier to ensure that the personal information code does not change along with time. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the acquisition site, the two-dimensional code can be stored in the mobile phone in a picture form in advance, and a user only needs to show the two-dimensional code after arriving at the acquisition site.
3) Reservation state cancellation
The nucleic acid detection reservation canceling function of the system is for a case where the user temporarily fails to participate in the detection.
4) Subscription modification
The system provides a nucleic acid detection appointment modification function, and facilitates the user to change medical institutions or time periods for nucleic acid detection according to personal conditions. And selecting the reservation record by the user in the reservation record inserting module, and performing reservation modification after entering details. And reselecting the medical institution and time to finish appointment modification.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a reservation management apparatus, where the apparatus 400 includes:
a first obtaining module 401, configured to obtain a reservation request;
a second obtaining module 402, configured to obtain a health status of the first user according to the reservation request;
a third obtaining module 403, configured to obtain first information if the health status of the first user is a first status, where the first information includes one or more of the following: the system comprises information of a reservation user, reservation time and a reservation detection mechanism, wherein the first state represents that abnormal health conditions of the reservation user are not discovered temporarily according to currently mastered epidemic prevention related data;
a first generating module 404, configured to generate reservation information according to the first information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 400 further includes:
the second generating module is used for generating second information if the health state of the first user is a second state, and the second information prompts that the first user cannot make an online reservation;
a third generating module, configured to generate third information if the health status of the first user is a third status, where the third information prompts feedback of the movement information of the first user;
the second state represents that the reservation user accords with the centralized isolation medical observation condition and needs to be consciously managed until meeting the release condition, and the third state represents that the reservation user accords with the household isolation medical observation condition and needs to be consciously managed until being released.
In this embodiment of the application, the third obtaining module 403 is further configured to: acquiring a selected reservation detection mechanism; acquiring the selected appointment time; judging whether the appointment detection mechanism is full at the appointment time; if the appointment is full, obtaining the reselected appointment time, and continuously judging whether the appointment detection mechanism is full in the appointment time; and if the reservation is not full, acquiring the selected reservation user, wherein the reservation user is the first user.
In this embodiment of the application, the third obtaining module 403 is further configured to: judging whether other appointment persons are added or not; if other reservation persons are added, acquiring information of a second user; if no other reservation person is added, confirming the submission of the reservation information; after the information of a second user is acquired, judging whether the real-name authentication of the second user passes; if the real-name authentication of the second user passes, judging whether the health state of the second user is a first state; if the real-name authentication of the second user does not pass, prompting that the real-name authentication of the second user fails; if the health state of the second user is the first state, judging whether to continue adding other reservation persons; if the health status of the second user is not the first status, prompting that the second user cannot be added; if no other reservation persons are continuously added, confirming the submission of the reservation information; and if other reservation persons continue to be added, acquiring information of other users.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first information further includes: the destination address is an address filled in by a user;
the third obtaining module is further configured to: searching a sampling point near a destination address according to the destination address of a user; judging whether the detection mechanism to which the sampling point belongs is a detection mechanism capable of reserving, wherein the detection mechanism capable of reserving is a detection mechanism with the number of reserved persons being less than the upper limit or a detection mechanism arranged to provide detection service for the destination address group; and sequencing and displaying the reserved detection mechanisms to which the sampling points belong according to the sequence of the sampling points from the near to the far from the destination address.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first generating module 404 is further configured to: judging whether to repeat reservation; if the reservation is not repeated, generating a reservation two-dimensional code representing reservation information according to the first information;
if the reservation is repeated, prompting the user to repeat the reservation.
In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the reservation management request; and managing the reserved record according to the reserved management request.
In an embodiment of the present application, the fourth obtaining module is further configured to: judging whether the reservation recording is carried out; if no reservation recording exists, prompting no recording; if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation list is requested to be checked, displaying the reservation list; if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation record is required to be modified, modifying the reservation record according to the reservation management request; and if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation record is requested to be cancelled, cancelling the reservation record according to the reservation management request.
The reservation management device provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented by the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and achieve the same technical effect, and for avoiding repetition, details are not described here again.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a terminal for implementing the embodiment of the present application.
The terminal 500 includes but is not limited to: a radio frequency unit 501, a network module 502, an audio output unit 503, an input unit 504, a sensor 505, a display unit 506, a user input unit 507, an interface unit 508, a memory 509, a processor 510, and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal 500 may further include a power supply (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and the power supply may be logically connected to the processor 510 via a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system. The terminal structure shown in fig. 5 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal, and the terminal may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components, and will not be described again here.
It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 504 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 5041 and a microphone 5042, and the Graphics processor 5041 processes image data of still pictures or videos obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 506 may include a display panel 5061, and the display panel 5061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 507 includes a touch panel 5071 and other input devices 5072. A touch panel 5071, also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 5071 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 5072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in further detail herein.
In the embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 501 receives downlink data from a network side device and then processes the downlink data in the processor 510; in addition, the uplink data is sent to the network side equipment. In general, radio frequency unit 501 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like.
The memory 509 may be used to store software programs or instructions as well as various data. The memory 709 may mainly include a storage program or instruction area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program or instruction area may store an operating system, an application program or instruction (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required by at least one function, and the like. In addition, the Memory 509 may include a high-speed random access Memory, and may further include a nonvolatile Memory, wherein the nonvolatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device.
Processor 510 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, processor 510 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, and applications or instructions, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 510.
The terminal provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented by the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and achieve the same technical effect, and for avoiding repetition, details are not described here again.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
Wherein, the processor is the processor in the terminal described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the disclosure herein may be embodied in hardware or may be embodied in software instructions executed by a processor. The software instructions may consist of corresponding software modules that may be stored in RAM, flash memory, ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, registers, hard disk, a removable hard disk, a compact disk, or any other form of storage medium known in the art. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC. In addition, the ASIC may be carried in a core network interface device. Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in a core network interface device.
Those skilled in the art will recognize that in one or more of the examples described above, the functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
The above-mentioned embodiments, objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application are further described in detail, it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only examples of the present application, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made on the basis of the technical solutions of the present application should be included in the scope of the present application.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, embodiments of the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, embodiments of the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
Embodiments of the present application are described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the embodiments of the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the embodiments of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is also intended to encompass such modifications and variations.

Claims (18)

1. A reservation management method, comprising:
acquiring a reservation request;
acquiring the health state of the first user according to the reservation request;
if the health state of the first user is a first state, acquiring first information, wherein the first information comprises one or more of the following items: the system comprises information of a reservation user, reservation time and a reservation detection mechanism, wherein the first state represents that abnormal health conditions of the reservation user are not discovered temporarily according to currently mastered epidemic prevention related data;
and generating reservation information according to the first information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the health state of the first user is a second state, second information is generated, and the second information prompts that the first user cannot make an online reservation;
if the health state of the first user is a third state, generating third information, and prompting to feed back the mobile information of the first user through the third information;
the second state represents that the reservation user accords with the centralized isolation medical observation condition and needs to be consciously managed until meeting the release condition, and the third state represents that the reservation user accords with the household isolation medical observation condition and needs to be consciously managed until being released.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the first information comprises:
acquiring a selected reservation detection mechanism;
acquiring the selected appointment time;
judging whether the appointment detection mechanism is full at the appointment time;
if the appointment is full, obtaining the reselected appointment time, and continuously judging whether the appointment detection mechanism is full in the appointment time;
and if the reservation is not full, acquiring the selected reservation user, wherein the reservation user is the first user.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein obtaining the first information further comprises:
judging whether other appointment persons are added or not;
if other reservation persons are added, acquiring information of a second user; if no other reservation person is added, confirming the submission of the reservation information;
after the information of a second user is acquired, judging whether the real-name authentication of the second user passes;
if the real-name authentication of the second user passes, judging whether the health state of the second user is a first state; if the real-name authentication of the second user does not pass, prompting that the real-name authentication of the second user fails;
if the health state of the second user is the first state, judging whether to continue adding other reservation persons; if the health status of the second user is not the first status, prompting that the second user cannot be added;
if no other reservation persons are continuously added, confirming the submission of the reservation information; and if other reservation persons continue to be added, acquiring information of other users.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the first information further comprises: the destination address is an address filled in by a user;
the acquisition-selected reservation detection mechanism comprising:
searching a sampling point near a destination address according to the destination address of a user;
judging whether the detection mechanism to which the sampling point belongs is a detection mechanism capable of reserving, wherein the detection mechanism capable of reserving is a detection mechanism with the number of reserved persons being less than the upper limit or a detection mechanism arranged to provide detection service for the destination address group;
and sequencing and displaying the reserved detection mechanisms to which the sampling points belong according to the sequence of the sampling points from the near to the far from the destination address.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating subscription information based on the first information comprises:
judging whether to repeat reservation;
if the reservation is not repeated, generating a reservation two-dimensional code representing reservation information according to the first information;
if the reservation is repeated, prompting the user to repeat the reservation.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a reservation management request;
and managing the reserved record according to the reserved management request.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein managing reservation records in accordance with the reservation management request comprises:
judging whether the reservation recording is carried out;
if no reservation recording exists, prompting no recording;
if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation list is requested to be checked, displaying the reservation list;
if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation record is required to be modified, modifying the reservation record according to the reservation management request;
and if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation record is requested to be cancelled, cancelling the reservation record according to the reservation management request.
9. An appointment management apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a reservation request;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the health state of the first user according to the reservation request;
a third obtaining module, configured to obtain first information if the health status of the first user is a first status, where the first information includes one or more of the following: the system comprises information of a reservation user, reservation time and a reservation detection mechanism, wherein the first state represents that abnormal health conditions of the reservation user are not discovered temporarily according to currently mastered epidemic prevention related data;
and the first generation module is used for generating reservation information according to the first information.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the second generating module is used for generating second information if the health state of the first user is a second state, and the second information prompts that the first user cannot make an online reservation;
a third generating module, configured to generate third information if the health status of the first user is a third status, where the third information prompts feedback of the movement information of the first user;
the second state represents that the reservation user accords with the centralized isolation medical observation condition and needs to be consciously managed until meeting the release condition, and the third state represents that the reservation user accords with the household isolation medical observation condition and needs to be consciously managed until being released.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the third obtaining module is further configured to: acquiring a selected reservation detection mechanism; acquiring the selected appointment time; judging whether the appointment detection mechanism is full at the appointment time;
if the appointment is full, obtaining the reselected appointment time, and continuously judging whether the appointment detection mechanism is full in the appointment time; and if the reservation is not full, acquiring the selected reservation user, wherein the reservation user is the first user.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the third obtaining module is further configured to: judging whether other appointment persons are added or not; if other reservation persons are added, acquiring information of a second user; if no other reservation person is added, confirming the submission of the reservation information; after the information of a second user is acquired, judging whether the real-name authentication of the second user passes; if the real-name authentication of the second user passes, judging whether the health state of the second user is a first state; if the real-name authentication of the second user does not pass, prompting that the real-name authentication of the second user fails; if the health state of the second user is the first state, judging whether to continue adding other reservation persons; if the health status of the second user is not the first status, prompting that the second user cannot be added; if no other reservation persons are continuously added, confirming the submission of the reservation information; and if other reservation persons continue to be added, acquiring information of other users.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the first information further comprises: the destination address is an address filled in by a user;

The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first generating module is further configured to: judging whether to repeat reservation; if the reservation is not repeated, generating a reservation two-dimensional code representing reservation information according to the first information; if the reservation is repeated, prompting the user to repeat the reservation.
15. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising: the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the reservation management request; and managing the reserved record according to the reserved management request.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the fourth obtaining module is further configured to: judging whether the reservation recording is carried out; if no reservation recording exists, prompting no recording; if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation list is requested to be checked, displaying the reservation list; if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation record is required to be modified, modifying the reservation record according to the reservation management request; and if the reservation record exists and the reservation management request indicates that the reservation record is requested to be cancelled, cancelling the reservation record according to the reservation management request.
17. A terminal, comprising: processor, memory and program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
18. A readable storage medium, characterized in that it has stored thereon a program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out steps comprising the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
