本发明公开了一种易适型渐进多焦点眼镜片、制备方法及模具。在镜片渐变子午线周边的有效视区按观察物的不同距离分为视远非球面区、配镜中心注视区、中距离连续视野过渡带、阅读缓冲区和稳定阅读区五个区域;各区域的光度渐进变化合理分布,较好地兼顾了镜片的功能性与舒适性。尤其是设计有光度变化缓慢的配镜中心注视区,在提高注视区光学稳定性的同时,镜片的渐进带光度变化过渡平滑,周边像散区外推且像散值低。
